Abstract

The creation of a positive climate must be carried out by an organization to support the development of the creativity of people who are members of the organization. The creation of a climate that supports creativity, especially in improving the performance of individuals and organizations / companies, of course, must bring about a match between goals between individuals and organizations. The organization must also pay attention to the rights of its members in addition to demanding full obligations. Fulfillment and violation of psychological contracts will have an impact on individual performance in general where the majority of Indonesia's population has a religious side that is still high. Religious performance is a hope and belief that what we do has a religious value. Thus the organization must be able to build and provide complete facilities in supporting the religious side of the members of the organization. The focus of this writing is how the creative work climate and goal congruence for the fulfillment of psychological contracts and their impact on religious performance. This writing uses relevant literature studies. This research is expected to be empirical study capable of presenting a picture of the creative work climate and Goal Congruence able to give effect to the fulfillment of psychological contracts and their impact on improving the performance of Religious employees.

Abstract

The latest trend of the coffee cafe business is one of the businesses that is in great demand by business actors in Indonesia. The number of coffee cafes creates perfect competition with the trend of creating a cafe atmosphere that has an interior design and development of a natural atmosphere or a certain nuance. The purpose of the study was to determine the role of store atmosphere and product quality on purchasing decisions at the Kompanyon café. This study uses quantitative research methods with questionnaire research instruments. The results of the study partially store atmosphere affect purchasing decisions and the quality of the product affects the purchasing decision. Simultaneous test results store atmosphere and product quality affect purchasing decisions. These results become material for further studies regarding more dynamic determinants in decision making.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the strategy that must be applied by the Karya Wijaya furniture business in Sleman, Special Region of Yogyakarta. This strategy must be applied to stay afloat in the face of business competition. The SWOT analysis has identified the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats of Karya Wijaya's furniture business in Sleman, Special Region of Yogyakarta. Its strengths lie in production, marketing, management and personnel. The weaknesses lie in inadequate equipment and there is no specific standard for the payment system. Opportunities that are owned, namely the market share for furniture is very open. The existing threat is the low capacity of the technology used, especially information technology. To be better known to the public, Karya Wijaya's furniture business must enter the marketplace and do online advertising and marketing.

Abstract

Financial performance is an analysis conducted to see the extent to which a company has implemented by using financial implementation rules properly and correctly. Company performance is a description of the financial condition of a company which is analyzed with financial analysis tools, so that it can be known about the good and bad financial condition of a company that reflects work performance in a certain period. This study aims to determine the effect of board diversity on company performance, especially Bank Capital for the period December 2012-December 2019. The results of the analysis show that there is no effect of board diversity on ROA and ROE at Bank Capital for the period December 2012-December 2019. There is no effect of board diversity on ROA and ROE. Bank Capital's performance is due to the percentage of female directors not reaching 50% in the board of directors so that their contribution does not have much influence on the company's strategic decisions.Keywords: Board Diversity, ROA, ROE

Abstract

Kontrak psikologis merupakan hubungan kewajiban timbal balik antara karyawan dengan perusahaan, dan meliputi relational, transactional, dan balanced. Kepuasan Kerja didefinisikan sebagai perasaan positif tentang pekerjaan seseorang yang merupakan hasil dari sebuah evaluasi terhadap karakteristik pekerjaan yang meliputi pekerjaan itu sendiri, upah, peluang promosi, pengawasan, rekan kerja, dan lingkungan kerja. Karyawan dengan kepuasan kerja yang tinggi merupakan aset penting yang harus diperhatikan oleh perusahaan karena dapat menunjukkan sikap atau perilaku positif terhadap perusahaan yaitu perilaku kewarganegaraan dalam organisasi. Ketidakpuasan karyawan umumnya muncul dalam bentuk keluhan atas perlakuan organisasi, antara lain keluhan atas perlakuan atasan terhadap bawahan atau keluhan atas fasilitas yang disediakan oleh perusahaan dan terutama besaran upah yang diberikan perusahaan tidak memenuhi harapan dari para karyawannya. Di lain pihak, karyawan merasa telah memenuhi setiap kewajiban yang dituntut oleh perusahaan. Ketidakseimbangan antara harapan dan kewajiban tersebut dinilai sebagai bentuk tidak terpenuhinya “kontrak” psikologis yang dibangun antara pihak karyawan dan pihak perusahaan. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah mencari hubungan antara kontrak psikologis dan kepuasan kerja terhadap perilaku kewargaan organisasi. Penelitian ini berjenis kuantitatif deskriptif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah semua karyawan PT Sohou Kikaku Indonesia Plant Cirebon dengan jumlah 63 karyawan dengan menggunakan sampel jenuh. Data yang digunakan adalah data primer dan data skunder yang dikumpulkan melalui observasi, wawancara, dan kuesioner. Skala pengukuran dalam penelitian ini menggunakan skala likert. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa semakin rendahnya pemenuhan kontrak psikologis, maka semakin rendah pula perilaku kewargaan organisasi dan kepuasan kerja. Sebaliknya, semakin tingginya pemenuhan kontrak psikologis maka akan semakin tinggi pula perilaku kewargaan organisasi dan kepuasan kerja.Kata Kunci: Kontrak Psikologis, Perilaku Kewargaan Organisasi, Kepuasan Kerja

Abstract

Rasio probabilitas menjadi ukuran bagi perusahaan bagaimana level kemampuan perusahaan dalam peningkatan aset, banyak factor yang masih menarik untuk diteliti dalam peningkatan ROA. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Return On Assets terhadap pembiayaan murabahah dan Pengaruh Return On Asset terhadap musyarakah pada Bank NTB Syariah. Data dalam penelitian ini didapatkan dari data sekunder yaitu berupa laporan keuangan bulanan periode September 2019 – Maret 2022 sejumlah 31 Laporan Keuangan. Analisis data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan regresi sederhana, kemudian data tersebut diolah menggunakan software SPSS. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa ROA tidak berpengaruh terhadap pembiayaan murabahah dan musyarakah pada Bank NTB Syariah. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa kemampulabaan aset yaitu  Return On Assets bank NTB syariah tidak mempengaruhi pembiayaan murabahah dan musyarakah. Kata Kunci: ROA, Murabahah, Musyarakah, Pembiayaan

Abstract

Produk olahan mangga banyak diproduksi di Indonesia sebagai mata pencaharian baru bagi masyarakat indonesia khususnya olahan Mangga Gedong Gincu yang ada di Desa Sedong Lor, yaitu produk dodol gincu. Mangga Gedong Gincu merupakan buah mangga yang bersifat musiman yang memiliki kandungan nutrisi di dalamnya dan dapat di olah menjadi produk cemilan maupun minuman seperti dodol, keripik, manisan mangga, jus mangga dan masih banyak lainnya. Kegiatan ini bertujuan untuk menerapkan bagaimana membuat kemasan yang menarik, menentukan harga jual serta strategi dalam memasarkan produk dodol gincu. Kegiatan yang sama pernah dilakukan penulis di Desa Penpen tentang pelatihan cara pembuatan arang sekam dari limbah padi secara sederhana, sehingga di harapkan mampu meningkatkan penghasilan masyarakat. Masyarakat Desa diberikan konsep dasar desain kemasan produk dodol gincu dengan bantuan teknologi, diberikan pendampingan mengenai penentuan harga jual produk serta bimbingan pemasaran prosuk dodol melalui website Desa. Metode yang digunakan dalam kegiatan ini adalah observasi, wawancara mendalam, dan sosialisasi. Dalam Kegiatan ini ditujukan kepada khususnya masyarakat Desa, PKK dan Karang Taruna Desa Sedonglor yang diharapkan membantu membangkitkan perekonomian masyarakat Desa Sedong Lor pasca pandemi.

Abstract

Foreign direct investment (FDI) is a flow traditionally associated with the transfer of knowledge, technology, and management practices, and systems from the multinational company's home country to the host country. The relationship between FDI, CO2 emissions and economic growth has been explored from many aspects, as described in previous studies. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of foreign direct investment on CO2 emissions and gross domestic product in Malta. This research using quantitative methods and uses regression analysis. The sampling method used is purposive sampling, with available data criteria. This research data is taken from the World Bank website for the period 1970-2018. The variables in this study are foreign direct investment (FDI) as independent variables, and CO2 emissions (CO2) and gross domestic product (GDP) as dependent variables. The results of data analysis show that foreign direct investment has a significant positive effect on CO2 emissions and gross domestic product in Malta. Suggestions for further research are to examine other variables related to foreign direct investment, such as exports and political aspects.

Abstract

The extreme changes in the global environment and the emergence of the COVID-19 pandemic have created shock and readiness for individual employees and organizations to have a commitment to increase their abilities and knowledge in dealing with changes that occur. PT. Pegadain (Persero) is currently carrying out a transformation that makes every employee need to have self-efficacy and high organizational commitment to support readiness to change. This study aims to determine the effect of self-efficacy and organizational commitment on the readiness to change employees of PT. Pegadaian (Persero) Pegadaian Branch Offices in the Cirebon Region. Respondents in this study were permanent employees of PT. Pegadaian (Persero) Pegadaian Branch Offices in the Cirebon Region, amounting to 80 people. The research method used is multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that partially thevariable self-efficacy had a positive and significant effect on the readiness to change variable, partially the organizational commitment variable It has a positive and significant effect on the readiness to change variable, and simultaneously thevariables self-efficacy and organizational commitment positive and significant effect on the variable readiness to change employees of PT. Pegadaian (Persero) Pegadaian Branch Offices in the Cirebon Region.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of earnings per share, economic value added, market value added, return on equity, and debt to equity ratio on stock returns of companies that are members of the IDX 30 on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. This study uses panel data regression analysis. The results of this study indicate that earnings per share and economic value added do not have a significant effect on stock returns, market value added and debt to equity ratio have a significant negative effect on stock returns, return on equity has a significant positive effect on stock returns. The implication in this study is that companies need to increase their net profit activities by streamlining costs or increasing their business activities and need to make effective management of existing capital by placing capital only for productive activities and reducing unnecessary costs. In addition, managers need to maximize the difference between the market value of the company's equity and invested equity capital by properly managing outstanding shares
