Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze: (1) service quality; (2) Trust; (3) Consumer Satisfaction and (4) The Influence of Service Quality Performance and Trust on Patient Satisfaction at the Cirebon Regional General Hospital. The research method used in this research is a descriptive survey and an explanatory survey, the unit of analysis in this study is the patients of the Cirebon Regional General Hospital with a sample of 50 people. The type of investigation is causality, and the time horizon in this study is cross-sectional. Based on the results of the study, it was found that the performance of service quality according to patients at the Cirebon Regional General Hospital was generally not good; Trust according to patients at the Cirebon Regional General Hospital is generally good and patient satisfaction at the Cirebon Regional General Hospital is currently considered good. Service quality and trust have an effect on patient satisfaction at the Cirebon Regional General Hospital. Because trust affects consumer satisfaction dominantly, the Cirebon Regional General Hospital must maintain conditions so that patient satisfaction at the Cirebon Regional General Hospital remains consistent, so that customer satisfaction is formed strongly and deeply rooted.

Abstract

This study aims to test and determine whether e- leadership and telework ability put some effects towards employee performance. The research method used is a quantitative method. This study used non-probability sampling with saturated sampling towards 82 respondents. The data analysis technique used in this research is multiple linear regression analysis techniques and to measure research variables, researchers use a Likert Scale. The results of data analysis show that e-leadership consisting of visionary, convener, team sponsor, manager, innovator and mentor has an effect towards the performance of employees of PT Pelabuhan Indonesia (Persero) Regional II Cirebon. Meanwhile, the data shows that telework ability which consists of knowledge, skills and attitudes also has an effect on employee's performance. However, if further tested together the e-leadership and telework ability variables above have positive and significant effects on the performance of employees of PT. Pelabuhan Indonesia (Persero) Regional II Cirebon.

Abstract

ABSTRACT                         Many factors can improve the performance of HR in the organization. One of them is to give freedom to perform job duties and responsibilities of an employee (job autonomy). Study of  the need for the autonomy of   work  influence on job performance is still very rare, so it becomes very interesting to be studied. This study aimed to examine how to improve HR performance-based model of job autonomy and intrinsic motivation and willingness to meet the demands of work.                    The population in this study is the human resources at the Dinas Pemberdayaan Perempuan, Perlindungan Anak, Pengendalian Penduduk dan Keluarga Berencana Kabupaten Tegal as many as 97 respondents. Data obtained from questionnaires and analyzed with data analysis tools PLS. The results of data analysis showed that the job autonomy has positive and significant effect on the job performance, job autonomy has not significant effect on job demands. Intrinsic motivation has positive and  significant effect on the job  performance, intrinsic motivation significantly influence the job demands, and the job demands has not significant effect on job performance. The future research should include other variables as an intervening variable to provide solutions in improving human resource capacity to meet the job.  Key words      : job autonomy, job demand, intrinsic motivation, job performance.

Abstract

SMEs are a form of community business to support the country's economy during the covid-19 pandemic, SMEs are the most affected businesses. This study aims to determine the level of compliance of SMEs taxpayers in terms of tax rates, quality of fiscal service, and taxpayer self assessment system. The population in this study were SMEs registered at KPP Pratama Cirebon 2. The data analysis method used is descriptive statistics using structural equation model (SEM) analysis. The research results show that there is an effect of tax rate on the self assessment system, quality of tax service on the self assessment system, there is a relationship between tax rate and quality of tax service, there is no effect of the self assessment system on taxpayer compliance, there is no effect of tax rate on taxpayer compliance, there is no influence of fiscal service quality on taxpayer compliance. The hope is that tax rate and fiscal services become important factors in increasing taxpayer compliance

Abstract

Kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat “Rumah Belajar” ini membahas tentang pentingnya metode mengajar sebagai strategi dalam mencapai tujuan belajar mengajar. Kegiatan belajar mengajar tidak akan dapat tercapai secara efektif dan efisien tanpa strategi belajar mengajar menggunakan bantuan alat peraga dalam metode pengajaran. Pemilihan dan penentu metode mengajar yang tepat akan tercapainya tujuan belajar mengajar secara efektif dan efisien. Rumah belajar merupakan kegiatan belajar mengajar dengan metode tatap muka dengan cara dibagi kelompok belajar seperti pemisahan kelas. Rumah belajar juga bisa diartikan sebagai Portal pembelajaran yang menyediakan bahan belajar serta fasilitas komunikasi yang mendukung interaksi antar komunitas. Tujuan kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat Rumah Belajar 1) untuk membantu anak-anak SD yang mengalami kendala dan kekurangan dari proses belajar melalui system daring. 2) untuk anak SMP mengedukasi tentang Sexs (Batas Mana Tidak Boleh Disentuh). Strategi pembelajaran yang dipilih, disesuaikan dengan karakteristik mata pelajaran, materi pelajaran, dan tujuan pembelajaran yang hendak dicapai. Hasil pelaksanaan Program Rumah Belajar Kuliah Kerja Mahasiswa (KKM) di Desa Tegalwangi, Kecamatan Weru, Kabupaten Cirebon dari tanggal 30 Agustus sampai 02 September 2021 dapat terlaksana dengan baik dan penuh antusia anak-anak PAUD, SD terutama kelas 1 – 3 dan anak-anak SMP. Kendala dalam persiapan awal metode pembelajaran, hal ini bisa di atasi dengan menggunakan metode pemisahan kelas dan alat bantu peraga, serta semangat dan kerjasama anggota Kuliah Kerja Masyarakat (KKM) dan masyarakat di Desa Tegalwangi. Kegiatan akhir pelaksanaan Rumah Belajar yaitu mengadakan beberapa lomba untuk peserta Rumah Belajar dan pemberian pojok baca berupa rak dan beberapa Buku bacaan kepada Masyarakat Desa Tegalwangi. Kesimpulan kegiatan ini adanya partisipasi dan antusia anak-anak PAUD, SD dan SMP untuk mengikuti kegiatan belajar mengajar di rumah pojok dari awal sampai akhir. Abstract

ABSTRAK Usaha budidaya jangkrik mempunyai peluang yang sangat besar untuk dikembangkan oleh masyarakat. Disamping mudah dibudidayakan dan tidak memerlukan modal yang sangat besar juga memiliki pangsa pasar yang menjanjikan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mempelajari pengaruh volume pemberian pakan PUR terhadap bobot panen dan kompenen analisa usaha budidaya jangkrik sehingga dapat membantu para petani jangkrik agar mendapatkan hasil panen yang lebih optimal. Hasil kajian ini akan diterapkan ke peternak jangkrik yang merupakan mitra binaan CSR PT. Indocement Tunggal Prakarsa Tbk., Pabrik Palimanan Cirebon. Penelitian ini menggunakan tiga taraf perlakuan volume/ dosis pakan PUR yaitu 50 kg (A), 75 kg (B), 100 kg (C) per satu kilogram telur per siklus budidaya. Parameter yang diamati yaitu hasil bobot panen jangkrik dan analisa usaha meliputi pendapatan, keuntungan bersih, BEP harga, BEP volume produksi, dan R/C ratio. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan pemberian pakan PUR sangat berpengaruh terhadap budidaya jangrik. Dengan semakin bertambahnya pemberian volume pakan maka hasil panen dan analisa usaha juga semakain baik. Bobot panen dan analisa usaha terbaik pada budidaya jangkrik diperoleh dari perlakuan C yaitu pemberian pakan 100 kg PUR + hijauan per 1 kg telur per siklus budidaya dengan hasil panen 92 kg, pendapatan Rp 2.351.580, keuntungan 860.052, R/C ratio 1,6 dan BEP harga Rp 16.212 dengan BEP volume 59 kg.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Location dan E-Service Quality terhadap Purchase Decision pada konsumen Kedai Ramen Kisamen. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah konsumen Kedai Ramen Kisamen. Penentuan jumlah sampel dalam penelitian ini menggunakan rumus Slovin, sehingga diperoleh jumlah sampel sebanyak 100 responden. Teknik pengambilan data dilakukan dengan penyebaran kuesioner sebagai instrumen utama dalam pengumpulan data primer. Variabel penelitian terdiri dari Location dan E-Service Quality sebagai variabel independen, serta Purchase Decision sebagai variabel dependen. Analisis data dilakukan dengan menggunakan SPSS IBM versi 25. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Location berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Purchase Decision, E-Service Quality juga berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Purchase Decision, serta Location dan E-Service Quality secara simultan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Purchase Decision.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis sejauh mana kualitas produk dan kualitas layanan digital memengaruhi kepuasan pelanggan secara daring pada konsumen Seblak Rest Area Bantenan. Pendekatan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif. Populasi yang diteliti adalah seluruh pelanggan dari Seblak Rest Area Bantenan, dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 99 responden yang ditentukan menggunakan rumus Slovin. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan penyebaran kuesioner sebagai alat utama untuk memperoleh data primer. Variabel dalam studi ini terdiri dari Kualitas Produk dan Kualitas Layanan Elektronik sebagai variabel bebas, serta Kepuasan Pelanggan Digital sebagai variabel terikat. Analisis data dilakukan menggunakan software IBM SPSS versi 22. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa baik Kualitas Produk maupun Kualitas Layanan Elektronik memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kepuasan Pelanggan Digital, baik secara parsial maupun simultan.

Abstract

This study aims to explore the influence of service quality and store atmosphere on customers' repurchase intention at OB.Second thrift store in Cirebon. In the rapidly growing digital era, where fashion trends change quickly, aesthetic aspects and shopping experience are key factors in the decision to repurchase. This study examines the effects of service quality and store atmosphere on repurchase intention using the Theory of Planned Behavior, Expectation Confirmation Theory, and Stimulus-Organism-Response (SOR) Model. Direct observation and a quantitative approach using questionnaires are the research methods used. The results show that repurchase intention is positively and significantly impacted by both store atmosphere and service quality. Improving customer satisfaction and creating a cozier retail environment can boost repeat business and future sales.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of work-family conflict on withdrawal behavior with work stress as a mediating variable among married female employees at CV. Modena Rattan Cirebon. The study reveals that the imbalance between work and family roles increases work stress, which in turn contributes to withdrawal behavior. Regression analysis results show that work-family conflict significantly influences withdrawal behavior, and work stress plays a significant mediating role in this relationship. These findings highlight the importance of stress management and policies that support work-life balance to reduce withdrawal behavior symptoms among female employees. Therefore, companies need to pay attention to work-family balance aspects to improve employee performance and well-being.
