Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of Service Quality and Price on Consumer Satisfaction through Online Purchase Decision, and to analyze the role of Purchase Intention as a moderating variable on the Tokopedia platform for clothing products among students of the Faculty of Economics at Abdurachman Saleh University Situbondo. This research is quantitative with an associative approach. Data were collected through questionnaires distributed to 88 student respondents who have purchased clothing online via Tokopedia. The data were analyzed using the Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) method with Partial Least Square (PLS) approach, assisted by SmartPLS 3.0 software. The results show that Service Quality and Price have a positive and significant effect on Online Purchase Decision and Consumer Satisfaction. Online Purchase Decision also significantly influences Consumer Satisfaction. Furthermore, Purchase Intention as a moderating variable strengthens the relationship between Online Purchase Decision and Consumer Satisfaction.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of product quality, brand awareness, and price discount on repurchase intention through consumer satisfaction as an intervening variable at Bakso Lava Situbondo. The sampling technique used in this study is simple random sampling of 97 consumers. Data analysis and hypothesis testing in this study used the Structural Equation Model - Partial Least Square (PLS-SEM). The test results show that product quality has a positive and significant effect on consumer satisfaction. Brand awareness has a significant effect on consumer satisfaction. Price discount has a negative but insignificant effect on consumer satisfaction, product quality has a positive and significant effect on repurchase intention, brand awareness has a negative and insignificant effect on repurchase intention, price discount has a positive and significant effect on repurchase intention, consumer satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on repurchase intention, product quality has a positive and significant effect on repurchase intention through consumer satisfaction, brand awareness has a negative and insignificant effect on repurchase intention through consumer satisfaction, price discount has a negative and insignificant effect on repurchase intention through consumer satisfaction.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of the variable Influence of Leadership Style and Work Environment on ASN Performance With Schagai Work Motivation Intervening Variable at the Cooperative, Industry and Trade Office of Situbondo Regency by using the Structural Equation Model Partial Least Square 3.0 (PLS). The result of the influence hypothesis test using the Smart PLS 3.0 application. Leadership style has a significant positive effect on work motivation, (H1 is accepted), Work environment has a significant positive effect on work motivation (H2 is accepted), Leadership style has a significant positive effect on ASN performance (H3 accepted), Work environment has a significant positive effect on ASN performance (H4 accepted), Work motivation has a positive significant effect on ASN performance, (H5 is accepted), Leadership style has a positif but not significant effect on ASN performance through work motivation (H6 is rejected), and the work environmnet has a positive but not significant effect on the performance of ASN through work motivation (H7 rejected).

Abstract

ABSTRACT Marketing is generally seen as the activity of creating, introducing, and handing over goods and services to consumers. Marketing is the process by which a company creates value for customers and the construction of strong customers to capture value from customers in return marketing is a function of the organization and a series of processes to create, communicating, and providing value to customers and managing customer relationships in a way that benefits the organization and its interests, especially for customers of the Mother's Father's Cafe in Mimbaan, Panji District, Situbondo Regency. The purpose of this study is to analyze and test the influence of brand image and service quality on consulment satisfaction at the Cafe of the father of Mother Situbondo with consumer buying interest as an intervening variable. The population in this study were consumers at the Mother's Father's Cafe, , the sampling method is determined by probability sampling. Abstract

One of the important factors in the field of human resources is to provide financial compensation and motivation which is the right of employees and the company's obligation to support the contribution of workers in order to achieve the goals that have been determined. The purpose of this study was to analyze and examine the effect of Financial Compensation on Performance through Motivation as an intervening variable at PT. AMAAN Situbondo. The sampling method is determined by probability sampling. Data analysis and hypothesis testing in this study used the Structural Equation Model - Partial Least Square (PLS-SEM). The results of the direct influence hypothesis test using the Smart PLS 3.0 application, show that financial compensation has a significant positive effect on motivation, financial compensation has a significant positive effect on performance, motivation has a significant positive effect on performance, financial compensation has a significant positive effect on performance through motivation

Abstract

Based on the results of multiple linear regression, it shows that the variables of product diversity (X1), price (X2) and location (X3). Y = -6.236E-16 + 0.248X1 + 0.568X2 + 0, 193X3 + e. The tcount for this product diversity variable is 5.092. While the value in the 5% distribution ttable is 1.986, then tcount 5.092 > t-table 1.986 means Ho is rejected or Ha is accepted. The t-count value for this Price variable is 10.290. While the value in the 5% distribution ttable is 1.986, then t-count 10.290 > 1.986 t table means Ho is rejected or Ha is accepted. Meanwhile, the t-count value for this location variable is 3.553. While the value in the 5% distribution t-table is 1.986, then t-count 3,553 > t-table 1,986 means Ho is rejected or Ha is accepted. Comparing the F-count (858.931) > Ftable (2.70) based on statistical testing using the f test method, where the significant level obtained is 0.000 < 0.05. Showing the value of the coefficient of determination R square shows a value of 0.966, from these results it means that all independent variables (Diversity of products, prices, and locations) have a contribution of 96.6% to the dependent variable (purchase decisions) with a sufficient level of determination, and the remaining 3,4% influenced by other factors not included in the study

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of product quality, trust, and location on purchase decisions with buying interest as an intervening variable at Jakarta Fashion Super Model Store in Situbondo. The research method used is quantitative with a survey approach. The sampling technique applied is purposive sampling with 94 respondents. Data analysis was conducted using SmartPLS 3.0. The results show that product quality, trust, and location have a positive and significant effect on both buying interest and purchase decisions. Furthermore, buying interest significantly influences purchase decisions. The study also finds that buying interest significantly mediates the effect of product quality, trust, and location on purchase decisions. These findings highlight the importance of those factors in improving consumer purchasing decisions.
