Abstract

The method used in this research is Classroom Action Research or classroom action research which is carried out in 3 cycles. The research was conducted in October 2019. This study aims to determine the increase in student learning activities and learning outcomes during learning by applying contextual learning to social studies subjects in class VII SMP Negeri 11 Bandar Lampung TP. 2019/2020. The results of the research and observations were obtained: 1) student learning outcomes measured from the cognitive aspect, namely the class average in cycle I was 69.29 with classical completeness 65.71 and 2) in cycle 2 the class average value was 76.86 with completeness classical reached 80%, followed by 3) in the third cycle the average value was 81.57 with 91.43% classical completeness. Based on the results of the study, it can be concluded that the application of contextual learning can improve learning outcomes in the implementation of social studies learning in class VI SMP Negeri 11 Bandar Lampung TP 2019/2020.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of service quality, price and promotion on customer satisfaction at PT. Gedung YKP-BE and to find out how much influence of service quality, price and promotion has on customer satisfaction of PT. Gedung YKP-BE. This study used primary data from questionnaires distributed to respondents. The type of data used primary data and literature. The instrument used a closed questionnaire with a Likert scale. The sample in this study amounted to 41 customers. Data analysis on the validity test used the corrected item-total correlation, the reliability test used Croancbach Alpha, the normality test used the Kolmogrov-Smirnov test, and the classical assumption test used the Multicollinearity and Heteroscedasticity tests. While testing the hypothesis using multiple regression. The results of the study showed that the variables of Service Quality, Price and Promotion simultaneously (together) have an effect on customer satisfaction. Partially the variables of Service Quality, Price and Promotion affect customer satisfaction, and the independent variables are able to explain the dependent variable by 73.7% while the remaining 26.3% are explained by other variables not included in this research model (not examined). Gedung YKP-BE serta untuk mengetahui seberapa besar pengaruh Pengaruh Kualitas Pelayanan, Harga dan Promosi Terhadap Kepuasan Pelanggan Pt. Gedung YKP-BE. Penelitian ini menggunakan data primer dari kuesioner yang didistribusikan kepada responden. Jenis data yang digunakan adalah data primer dan kepustakaan. Instrumen yang digunakan adalah kuesioner tertutup dengan skala Likert. Sampel pada penelitian kali ini berjumlah 41 pelanggan. Analisis data pada uji validitas menggunakan corrected item-total correlation, uji reliabilitas menggunakan Croancbach Alpha, uji normalitas menggunakan uji Kolmogrov-Smirnov, serta uji asumsi klasik menggunakan uji Multikolinearitas dan Heteroskedastisitas. Sedangkan uji hipotesis menggunakan regresi berganda. Hasil penelitian menjelaskan variabel Kualitas Pelayanan, Harga dan Promosi simultan ( bersama-sama ) berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan pelanggan. Secara parsial ( individu ) variabel Kualitas Pelayanan, Harga dan Promosi berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan pelanggan, dan variabel independen mampu menjelaskan variabel dependen sebesar 73,7% sedangkan 26,3% sisanya dijelaskan variabel lain yang tidak dimasukkan dalam model penelitian ini ( tidak diteliti ). Abstract

The perfume business trend has been increasing in recent years. Establishing the existence of our products with brands that are known in the community is something important. By utilizing emotional branding is a phenomenon that is taken to build a strong relationship between brands and consumers as with HMNS perfume. Through strong and consistent marketing communications, the HMNS perfume brand conducts a dialogue with their consumers. By utilizing emotional branding, HMNS perfume competes with many local perfume companies competitively to gain brand loyalty from customers. In this study, the researcher tested the influence of emotional branding on customer brand loyalty. This study aims to determine how much influence emotional branding has on customer brand loyalty. This study uses a quantitative method, with a survey of customers and distributing questionnaires to answer research questions. The number of samples in this study was 82 people. The data collection techniques used were questionnaires and interviews. The results of the study showed that: 1. emotional branding variables have a positive effect on customer brand loyalty. 2. Simultaneously, emotional branding (relationships, sensory experiences, imagination and vision) have an effect on customer brand loyalty

Abstract

Biology teachers at MAN 2 Model Pekanbaru still rely on conventional learning resources that do not fully meet the needs of an Islamic-based curriculum. This limitation has an impact on students' ability to internalize Biology concepts within a holistic Islamic framework. Therefore, workshops and interventions are needed through the provision of flipbook-based Biology e-modules integrated with the values ​​of the Qur'an and As-Sunnah to improve the quality of learning and student understanding. This community service aims to improve the capacity of biology teachers' skills at MAN 2 Model Pekanbaru by using flipbook-based biology enrichment e-modules integrated with the values ​​of the Qur'an and As-Sunnah. The partner profile shows that most teachers at MAN 2 Model Pekanbaru have good pedagogical competence, but need to increase their capacity in utilizing digital technology-based learning resources integrated with Islamic values. This condition requires intensive training and mentoring programs for teachers so that they are able to optimize the use of flipbook-based e-modules that are in accordance with the needs of the curriculum and Islamic values. The results of the workshop showed that biology teachers at MAN 2 Model Pekanbaru were in the category of having quite good skills in using e-modules in learning, but they needed to get used to it so that they could become more skilled.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menghasilkan produk dalam bentuk media pembelajaran Powtoon yang terintegrasi dengan Imtaq pada materi sistem ekskresi untuk siswa sekolah kelas XI. Produk yang dihasilkan dalam bentuk CD pembelajaran biologi yang telah melewati tiga tahap pengembangan yaitu Analisis, Desain dan Pengembangan. Produk ini diuji pada 30 siswa di mana subjek dipilih melalui teknik purposive sampling yang diambil dari SMA 1 Muhammadiyah Pekanbaru, SMA Al-Azhar Syifa Budhi Pekanbaru dan MAN 2 Pekanbaru. Media pembelajaran divalidasi oleh ahli media, ahli materi, ahli Imtaq, dan guru. Hasil validasi ahli media menunjukkan bahwa media yang dikembangkan sangat valid dengan persentase rata-rata 93,06%, ahli materi sangat valid dengan persentase rata-rata 93,75%dan ahli Imtaq menunjukkan bahwa media pembelajaran yang dikembangkan sangat valid dengan persentase rata-rata 87,50%. Hasil validasi oleh tiga guru menunjukkan bahwa media pembelajaran yang dikembangkan sangat valid digunakan dalam proses pembelajaran dengan persentase rata-rata 95%. Media pembelajaran yang dikembangkan menerima tanggapan yang sangat baik dari peserta didik dari 3 sekolah dengan rata-rata tanggapan siswa 94,03% dengan kategori yang sangat valid. Dapat disimpulkan bahwa produk berupa media pembelajaran Powtoon Terintegrasi Imtaq pada materi sistem ekskresi untuk siswa kelas XI SMA dikategorikan sangat valid.

Abstract

Background: This research aims to obtain information on whether students and teachers need an E-Module integrated with IMTAQ values ​​or not. The integrated E-Module of IMTAQ values ​​is an electronic-based module presented in electronic media, either in the form of a computer or Android, which contains writing, images and even videos that contain elements of IMTAQ values. Methods: This research was conducted from 11 December 2023 to 21 December 2023 with the research location at MAN 3 Pekanbaru City and used descriptive qualitative research methods with the aim of describing the benefits of E-Modules for increasing students' IMTAQ scores. Results: Based on the results of interviews conducted by researchers with one of the biology teachers and 10 students in class teach. Conclusion: Based on data analysis, it was found that they needed an E-Module that integrated IMTAQ values.

Abstract

The integration of Indonesian with other languages causes Indonesian to easily absorb various elements of foreign languages, Arabic has a strong influence and integration with Indonesian. This has caused a lot of Arabic to be absorbed in Indonesian, which is commonly found in some Indonesian vocabulary listed in KBBI, officially recorded to be used in full form by the people of Indonesia. The purpose of this study is to describe the form and see the phonetic changes that occur in the absorption elements of Arabic Indonesian vocabulary listed in the officially recorded KBBI. The method used in research is library research, using a qualitative approach, namely research that attaches importance to collecting qualitative data. The result of the study is that the acquisition of sounds in this language can be studied scientifically, so how to produce these sounds can be explained in more detail phonetically or phonetically. The absorption element of Arabic has a positive effect on Arabic language learning. This effect occurs when the vocabulary inherited from Arabic is not changed entirely, changing the sound and use of the language's words.

Abstract

This study aims to describe the positive impact of cognitive understanding on the learning process of elementary school students. The background of this research is the crucial role of teachers in recognizing students’ cognitive development to ensure effective and meaningful learning. This study uses a literature review method by analyzing various relevant academic sources. The findings show that cognitive understanding helps students grasp learning materials more easily, supports classroom management, and improves learning outcomes. Therefore, cognitive aspects should be a key consideration in designing elementary-level learning strategies.

Abstract

Technological developments and the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic have accelerated the adoption of distance learning (PJJ) at various levels of education. However, the implementation of PJJ presents challenges in classroom management, such as limited interaction, low learning motivation, and technical barriers. This article aims to identify challenges and formulate strategic and applicable solutions in the management of PJJ classes. The research was conducted through a literature study with a qualitative descriptive approach. The results of the study show that PJJ classroom management requires technological skills, adaptive pedagogical approaches, effective communication, and collaboration between teachers, students, and parents. Strategies such as the use of digital media, active learning, and humanist and empathic approaches are the keys to success. With the implementation of these strategies, PJJ can create an inclusive and meaningful learning environment even though it is conducted online.
