Abstract

This study investigates the impact of project-based learning and student motivation on the enhancement of the Rahmatan Lil-Alamin profile at MAN 01 Asahan. The primary objective is to fulfill the requirements for the final assignment and to test theoretical frameworks regarding educational strategies. Employing a quantitative experimental method with a 2x2 factorial design, the research examines how different combinations of project-based learning and varying levels of student motivation affect the development of the Rahmatan Lil-Alamin profile. Results indicate significant interactions between the types of learning approach and motivational levels, demonstrating that both factors collectively contribute to the strengthening of the Rahmatan Lil-Alamin profile. The findings underscore the importance of integrating effective learning strategies with motivational support to achieve educational goals. This research provides valuable insights for educators seeking to enhance character education through targeted pedagogical practices.

Abstract

This activity aims to describe the understanding of PAUD teachers on lesson planning and improve the pedagogic and professional competence of PAUD teachers. With this activity, teachers must realize that they can't just make a learning plans but must really understand what they have created. And with this training, teachers can increase their insight or ability in designing play activities in PAUD. The type of research used is qualitative research. This research conducted at Al-Amin PAUD, Telaga Tujuh Village, Labuhan Deli. The research design is phenomenology. The data sources in this study were informants consisting of the committee and Al-Amin PAUD teachers. The implementation of this activity is using the training method. And the data collection technique in this training is documentation. The research results show that in designing or making RPPH the teachers are quite enthusiastic and begin to understand the preparation of RPPH. By understanding the RPPH, the teachers can become more confident and inrease their teaching skills. And teachers must really understand how the design process and designing learning plans are made attractive according to the characteristics and development of early childhood.

Abstract

The motivation behind this examination is to learn the way in which mosaic influences youngsters' fine coordinated movements. This audit was coordinated with to class, to be explicit the exploratory class and the contol class. The hard and fast number of 40 children at Ummi Erni Kindergarten, inexperimental class there were 20 young people and in control class as many as 20 children. Utilizing a kind of nonquivalent control bunch plan and semi tries, this strategy for research is done. Data assessment in this study went through a couple of stages, explicitly normality,homogeneity and hypothesis. The typical information breezed through the ordinariness assessment, and the ordinary sig esteem was more noteworthy than 0,05, demonstrating that the information from each class were regularly dispersed. The homogeneity test yielded a sig esteem more noteworthy than 0,05, showing that the information from the two classes were indistinguishable. Speculation testing with a free example test yielded Tcount > Ttable (2,101), after which Ha was acknowledged and Ho was dismissed with sig 0,00 0,05. The information were critical, and there was a distinction of 508 or 5,08 percent between the exploratory and control classes. Abstract

In childhood there are six areas of life development, including emotional development, so that the assessment of emotional development in children must be evaluated early. An objective assessment can properly monitor a child's emotional development. This research was conducted at TKIT Nurul Ilmi, Percut Sei Tuan District, Deli Serdang Regency. The research method used is qualitative research using interview, observation, and documentation data collection techniques. The activities used by TKIT Nurul Ilmi in developing children's emotional intelligence are playing puzzles and coloring, training queues, and getting used to sharing.

Abstract

This research is a classroom action research given to early childhood group B at RA Al Ikhlas Marindal, Patumbak District, Deli Serdang Regency, North Sumatra Province. This study aims to improve gross motor skills of children aged 5 to 6 years at RA Al Ikhlas Marindal through the traditional Uncle Doli’s traditional game. The subjects in this study were 12 children consisting of 7 girls and 5 boys in group B at RA Al Ikhlas Marindal. This classroom action research was conducted in 2 research cycles. The results of the research conducted obtained the results of the pre-cycle average value of 61.6, whereas in cycle 1 it was 65.8 and in cycle 2 it was 95.8. The results of this study indicate that the Uncle Doli's traditional games significantly improves gross motor skills of early childhood at RA Al Ikhlas Marindal.

Abstract

Kemampuan anak untuk mengonseptualisasikan ide, peristiwa, atau hal yang tidak ada secara fisik dikenal sebagai kemampuan berpikir simbolik. Namun kenyataannya adalah bahwa beberapa anak tampaknya tidak dapat menunjukkan kepekaan dan rasa percaya diri mereka. Mengingat hal ini, kami mulai menyelidiki apakah pendekatan teka-teki gambar RA akan membantu kemampuan berpikir simbolik peserta RA. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah penelitian tindakan kelas dengan subjek penelitian adalah anak TK An-Nizam. Temuan penelitian menunjukkan bahwa keterampilan berpikir simbolik anak-anak dapat ditingkatkan melalui metode teka-teki gambar. Hal ini didukung oleh peningkatan persentase penyelesaian di setiap siklus, dengan 4 anak menyelesaikan 20% tugas di pra-siklus, 10 anak menyelesaikan 50% di siklus l, dan 16 anak menyelesaikan 80% di siklus ll. Oleh karena itu, kemampuan berpikir simbolik anak-anak dapat ditingkatkan secara signifikan melalui penggunaan teka-teki gambar

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the role of alumni in developing the curriculum for the PIAUD FITK study program, State Islamic University of North Sumatra, Medan. This research uses a qualitative approach with a descriptive analytical study method. Obtaining research data using observation techniques, interviews and documentation studies. Analysis of research data using reduction techniques, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. Furthermore, researchers tested the validity of the research data using data triangulation techniques. The results of this study concluded that the role of PIAUD alumni in the development of the PIAUD curriculum, it was found that 1) there were several courses that were needed that could boost the knowledge and skills of PIAUD alumni including practical science courses, computers and multimedia, as well as STEAM-based learning which became learning early childhood at this time, 2) the portion of learning in class with learning in the field is not yet appropriate. 3) the qualifications of the lecturers who teach the course are not in accordance, and 4) there needs to be an additional duration in the implementation of field experience practice (PPL).
