This research aims to describe the resolution of divorce cases for prisoners. The research uses qualitative with a normative juridical and sociological approach. The data source in the research comes from interviews with Heads of Correctional Institutions, Officers and Prisoners. The results of the research show that 1) Divorce processes involving prisoners as defendants often present decisions in the form of verstek decisions because prisoners or convicts are serving their sentences in prison. Because of their absence and without representing their attorney, the Legal Council will decide the case in verstek. The Defendant's limitations in attending the trial result in the principle of justice not being fulfilled for prisoners or inmates in defending their rights at trial. 2) The factors that influence the divorce of inmates at the Class II A Palopo Penitentiary are largely attributed to economic pressure, as well as a lack of social support from the community, which is why the wife asks for a divorce. 3) Efforts to facilitate the process of resolving inmate divorce cases at the Class II A Palopo Penitentiary are a) Meeting economic needs, prisoners' wives have difficulty financing the improvement in life skills that must be provided or facilitated. b) family and community support. c) Accepting that the Justice Council will decide the case in verstek because there are no provisions in the statutory regulations that regulate prisoners or convicts being able to attend divorce trials.

Learning media plays an important in learning. Through interactive learning media, students can achieve a deeper understanding of the material.. Matematics Education students know that they will kmprove their skills in creating learning media to improve the quality of learning and they request training in creating learning media.there are several application that can be utilised, including Canva. Canva has many menu services to create interactive learning materials. Therefore this service aims to provide learning media. SThe working method is a training method where participants practice directly on Canva. The result of this activity is that students can design interactive learning media using Canva. This study aims to examine the role of libraries as public spaces in promoting inclusivity through the implementation of the Human Library service. The Human Library is developed as a strategic innovation to reduce stigmatization and stereotypes against minority groups and marginalized communities. This research employs a literature study method by systematically analyzing various scholarly works and relevant literature related to the research topic. The data analysis process involves the collection of literature, selection of credible sources, identification of key issues, interpretation of findings, and comprehensive data presentation. The results indicate that libraries, as public spaces, play a significant role in fostering an inclusive environment through the Human Library service. Libraries are no longer merely repositories of collections but have transformed into spaces for interaction, sharing of experiences, and fostering mutual understanding among individuals from diverse backgrounds, identities, and life experiences

Karies gigi merupakan penyakit yang mahal untuk diobati, menghabiskan 5-10% anggaran layanan kesehatan di negara-negara industri, dan merupakan salah satu alasan utama anak-anak dirawat di rumah sakit di beberapa negara berpendapatan tinggi. Penelitianni bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan kejadian karies gigi pada anak di Puskesmas Martapura Kabupaten Ogan Komering Ulu Timur Tahun 2024. Metode dalam penelitian ini dengan pendekatan kuantitatif menggunakan desain cross-sectional. Penelitian telah dilaksanakan di Puskesmas Martapura Kabupaten Ogan Komering Ulu Timur Tahun 2024, pada tanggal 5 maret - 28 maret 2024. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah anak yang berkunjung di Poli Gigi di Puskesmas Martapura Tahun 2023 sebanyak 120 responden, dengan jumlah sampel 120 responden. Teknik pengambilan sampel dengan total sampling. Pengumpulan data primer pada penelitian ini menggunakan alat ukur berupa kuisioner Analisis bivariat dengan chi-square diperoleh hasil penelitian ada hubungan konsumsi makan manis (p-value 0,001), sikap (p-value 0,04) dengan kejadian karies gigi pada anak. Tidak ada hubungan jenis kelamin (p-value 1,00), pengetahuan (p-value 0,78), kebiasaan mengosok gigi (p-value 0,26) dan pendidikan ibu (p-value 0,06) dengan kejadian karies gigi pada anak. Analisis multivariate regresi logistik menunjukan faktor yang berpengaruh terhadap kejadian karies gigi adalah konsumsi makanan manis (p-value 0,001). Kesimpulan ada hubungan konsumsi makan manis dan sikap dengan kejadian karies gigi pada anak di Puskesmas Martapura Kabupaten Ogan Komering Ulu Timur.

Unit usaha pembesaran ikan lele sangkuriang (Clarias gariepinus) milik Bapak Budi berlokasi di Desa Mekargalih Kecamatan Ciranjang Kabupaten Cianjur Provinsi Jawa Barat. Usaha tersebut berdiri pada Desember 2020 dengan luas lahan 2.100 . Keberlangsungan usaha budidaya pembesaran ikan dapat diukur dengan manajemen usaha. Penelitian bertujuan untuk menganalisis manajemen usaha, teknik pembesaran ikan lele sangkuriang (Clarias gariepinus) dan analisa usahanya. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian adalah analisis deskriptif, dengan perhitungan analisa usaha menggunakan biaya produksi, penerimaan, keuntungan, Break Event Point (BEP), Revenue Cost Ratio (R/C ratio), Payback Period (PP), dan Return on Investment (ROI). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan usaha budidaya pembesaran ikan lele sangkuriang (Clarias gariepinus) dilakukan secara semi intensif dengan menerapkan sistem budidaya yang terkontrol. Pembesaran ikan lele sangkuriang (Clarias gariepinus) layak untuk dijalankan, dengan nilai R/C ratio 1,71. Titik impas dari penjualan ikan lele sangkuriang memiliki BEP(Rp) Rp 7.501.098,- dan BEP(unit) sebanyak 906 kg. Biaya produksi sebanyak Rp 46.756.944,- dengan jumlah pendapatan sebanyak Rp 80.325.000,- sehingga mendapatkan keuntungan per siklus Rp 33.568.056,-Budi's sangkuriang catfish (Clarias gariepinus) rearing business unit is located in Mekargalih Village, Ciranjang District, Cianjur Regency, West Java Province. The business was established in December 2020 with a land area of 2,100 m^2. The sustainability of fish farming business can be measured by business management. The research aims to analyze business management, production processes and business analysis. The method used in this research is descriptive analysis, with business analysis calculations using production costs, revenues, profits, Break Event Point (BEP), Revenue Cost Ratio (R/C ratio), Payback Period (PP), and Return on Investment (ROI). ). The results showed that the growing cultivation of sangkuriang catfish (Clarias gariepinus) was carried out in a semi-intensive manner by applying a controlled cultivation system. Enlargement of sangkuriang catfish (Clarias gariepinus) is feasible, with an R/C ratio of 1.71. The breakeven point from the sale of sangkuriang catfish has a BEP(Rp) of IDR 7,501,098 and a BEP(unit) of 906 kg. Production costs of IDR 46,756,944, - with a total income of IDR 80,325,000, - so that you get a profit per cycle of IDR 33,568,056, -

Collection development is responsible for organizing and expanding collections in libraries. The main purpose of developing collections in university libraries is to meet the information needs of the academic community in higher education. This allowed the library to develop its collection in a planned manner. STIE SBI Yogyakarta Library, as a private university library, acts as an information institution to support the implementation of Tri Dharma of Higher Education. To meet the information needs of users, the library must conduct collection development and formulate policies related to collection development. This research explores the stages of the collection development process at the STIE SBI Library and provides suggestions regarding collection development policies. This study uses a qualitative method with a descriptive approach. Data were collected through observations, interviews, and literature review. The results showed that the stages in the collection development process at the STIE SBI Yogyakarta Library are simple and have not been supported by a written collection development policy. In addition, other obstacles faced by the library include the limited number of librarians and budget. This condition is an obstacle in the implementation of collection development activities.

Karyawan adalah satu dari beberapa aset penting yang dimiliki oleh perusahaan dalam usahanya mempertahankan kelangsungan bisnis, berkembangnya bisnis dan untuk kemampuan bersaing serta mendapatkan keuntungan. Agar kualitas para karyawan terjaga dan meningkat, perusahaan perlu melakukan suatu penilaian kinerja karyawan berupa pemilihan karyawan terbaik. Mengetahui nilai kinerja karyawan apakah sudah maksimal atau belum maksimal dalam pekerjaan pada UKM Queen Plastic, dengan menggunakan metode Sistem Pendukung Keputusan (SPK) yang dlapat mempermudah pengambilan keputusan untuk menentukan suatu opsionall dengan memakai kriteria beserta metode AHP atau solusi penyelesaian masalah dalam menentukan karyawan terbaik. Dalam metode Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) ini bisa disederhanakan dan pengambilan keputusan yang cepat. Metode AHP memungkinkan pengguna untuk secara intuitif menentukan nilai bobot relatif untuk beberapa kriteria melalui perbandingan berpasangan, yang dirubah ke suatu himpunan bilangan yang merepresent prioritas relatif pada setiap kriteria dan alternatif. Hasil penelitian yang dilakukan dari awal hingga akhir serta didukung dengan penentuan kriteria yang telah ditentukan sebelumnya maka berdasarkan hasil peringkat disarankan memilih karyawan bernama Ibu Muinah sebagai pilihan utama dengan nilai tertinggi yaitu (0.94), Zahra (0.76), Agnes (0.67), Mila (0.59), Khusnul (0.56), dan Nia (0.48) untuk menjadi karyawan terbaik pada UKM Queen Plastic.

This study aims to examine and analyze the effect of service quality and product quality on customer satisfaction in PT Bank Danamon Bintaro Branch South Tangerang. Data was collected through questionnaires distributed and implemented on 100 (one hundred) customers at PT Bank Danamon Bintaro Branch. Data analysis in this study using SPSS version 20. Penenlitian is done sampling by non probability sampling and using accidental sampling method. While the data testing techniques used in this study include the validity test with factor analysis, reliability test with Alpha Cronbach. Test the classical assumption and multiple linear regression analysis, to test and prove the research hypothesis. The results of the analysis show that service quality has an effect on customer satisfaction and product quality also has an effect on customer satisfaction. Based on the results of tests conducted with partial test (t test) there is a positive correlation of service quality variable to customer satisfaction. Similarly, simultaneous test (F test) shows that overall variable of service quality influence (X1) and product quality (X2) have significant influence to customer satisfaction. R Square value of 0.664, means that the quality of service and product quality are together able to explain customer satisfaction variable of 66.4% while the rest of 33.6% are other factors not examined in this study.

The Directorate of Vocational High Schools (SMK) of the Ministry of Education, Culture, Research, and Technology has allocated government assistance funds for vocational high schools developed in accordance with Industry 4.0 for the 2021-2024 period. This program is designed to enhance the quality of graduates in line with the industrial world's needs, particularly in Special Economic Zones (SEZs) and Industrial Zones (IZs). Using the CIPP model to examine the impact of the Industry 4.0-based vocational high school development program, a proportional random sampling method was employed to select 63 schools as respondents. Data was collected through questionnaires, observations, and in-depth interview guides. Analysis of data from various sources concluded that there were positive impacts from the development of vocational secondary schools, including: digitization of the educational process; preparation for the adjustment of competencies required by in-dustry through the adjustment of the Industry 4.0-based curriculum; activation of the Learning Management System; optimization of the role of industry practitioners to im-prove the competencies of teachers and educators in schools; and renewal of practice room facilities and practice equipment. It is recommended that this program be continued and its distribution expanded outside SEZs and IZs.
