Abstract

This research aims to describe the resolution of divorce cases for prisoners. The research uses qualitative with a normative juridical and sociological approach. The data source in the research comes from interviews with Heads of Correctional Institutions, Officers and Prisoners. The results of the research show that 1) Divorce processes involving prisoners as defendants often present decisions in the form of verstek decisions because prisoners or convicts are serving their sentences in prison. Because of their absence and without representing their attorney, the Legal Council will decide the case in verstek. The Defendant's limitations in attending the trial result in the principle of justice not being fulfilled for prisoners or inmates in defending their rights at trial. 2) The factors that influence the divorce of inmates at the Class II A Palopo Penitentiary are largely attributed to economic pressure, as well as a lack of social support from the community, which is why the wife asks for a divorce. 3) Efforts to facilitate the process of resolving inmate divorce cases at the Class II A Palopo Penitentiary are a) Meeting economic needs, prisoners' wives have difficulty financing the improvement in life skills that must be provided or facilitated. b) family and community support. c) Accepting that the Justice Council will decide the case in verstek because there are no provisions in the statutory regulations that regulate prisoners or convicts being able to attend divorce trials.

Abstract

Learning media plays an important in learning. Through interactive learning media, students can achieve a deeper understanding of the material.. Matematics Education students know that they will kmprove their skills in creating learning media to improve the quality of learning and they request training in creating learning media.there are several application that can be utilised, including Canva. Canva has many menu services to create interactive learning materials. Therefore this service aims to provide learning media. SThe working method is a training method where participants practice directly on Canva. The result of this activity is that students can design interactive learning media using Canva. Based on the evaluation results of this activity, the training was successful.Keywords:Interactive Learning Media, Canva, Student

Abstract

This study aims to examine the role of libraries as public spaces in promoting inclusivity through the implementation of the Human Library service. The Human Library is developed as a strategic innovation to reduce stigmatization and stereotypes against minority groups and marginalized communities. This research employs a literature study method by systematically analyzing various scholarly works and relevant literature related to the research topic. The data analysis process involves the collection of literature, selection of credible sources, identification of key issues, interpretation of findings, and comprehensive data presentation. The results indicate that libraries, as public spaces, play a significant role in fostering an inclusive environment through the Human Library service. Libraries are no longer merely repositories of collections but have transformed into spaces for interaction, sharing of experiences, and fostering mutual understanding among individuals from diverse backgrounds, identities, and life experiences

Abstract

This research aims to analyze human libraries in building an inclusive environment with a focus on a living collection case study at the UIN Sunan Kalijaga library. Qualitative and descriptive research methods were used. Data were collected through observations, interviews, and a literature study. The results show that users are aware of the existence of living collections through user education activities and part-time experience programs. There are two factors that encourage users to access residential collections: internal and external. The internal factors that influence users to utilize live collections are curiosity and curiosity. External factors that influence users to utilize residential collections for research purposes. There is a Living collection Program that has a positive impact as a figure that inspires users. Procedurally, there were no significant barriers to accessing the living collections.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui : 1) pengaruh Perhatian Orang Tua dan Konsep diri secara bersama - sama terhadap prestasi belajar IPS, 2) Perhatian Orang Tua terhadap prestasi belajar IPS, 3) Konsep Diri terhadap prestasi belajar IPS. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah survey deskriptif. Survey dilakukan pada Madrasah Tsanawiyah Swasta (MTs S) Jakarta Barat. Populasi sebanyak 638 siswa dengan sampel sebanyak 81. Instrumen yang digunakan adalah tes khusus yang diberikan kepada sampel berupa kuesioner Perhatian Orang Tua dan Konsep diri. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan: 1) terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan secara bersama-sama Perhatian Orang Tua dan Konsep Diri terhadap Prestasi Belajar IPS siswa MTs Swasta kota Jakarta Barat. Hal ini dibuktikan dengan nilai sig. 0,00 < 0,05 dan Fhitung = 44,340. 2) Terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan Perhatian Orang Tua terhadap Prestasi Belajar IPS siswa MTs Swasta kota Jakarta Barat. Hal ini dibuktikan dengan perolehan nilai sig. 0,022 < 0,05 dan nilai thitung = 2,336. 3) Terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan Konsep Diri terhadap Prestasi Belajar IPS siswa MTs Swasta kota Jakarta Barat. Hal ini dibuktikan dengan perolehan sig. 0,027<0,05 dan nilai thitung=2,253

Abstract

Karya Ilmiah lapangan merupakan suatu kegiatan yang dilakukan oleh guru-guru untuk meningkatkan kompetensi profesional dan pedagogik  dalam upaya penguatan kompetensi menghadapi tugas pokok dan fungsinya sebagai guru mata pelajaran maupun sebagai guru pembimbing peserta didik dalam praktik lapangan. Masih rendahnya pengetahuan, pemahaman dan keterampilan guru dalam analisis uji perbedaan untuk karya ilmiah  bagi guru-guru SMP Hang Tuah I  Jakarta. Solusi yang ditawarkan untuk mengatasi masalah tersebut adalah dengan mengadakan pembelajaran analisis uji perbedaan untuk karya ilmiah.  Metode yang digunakan dalam pembelajaran ini adalah metode problem solving yang diawali dengan penjelasan secara garis besar tentang pengetahuan, pemahaman dan keterampilan Statistik Non Parametrik lapangan secara komprehensif. Kegiatan pembelajaran ini sangat berguna karena dapat memberikan pengetahuan dan wawasan kepada guru SMP Hang Tuah I Jakarta. Dengan pembelajaran statistik non parametrik lapangan secara komprehensif, diharapkan para guru dapat memahami dan mempraktekannya pada tataran tugas pokok dan fungsinya sebagai guru demi kemajuan peserta didik maupun guru dalam melakukan suatu penelitian tindakan kelas.
