Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of community participation and managerial competence on the performance of Pasundan Village-Owned Enterprises in Sukamaju Village, Sumber Harta District, Musi Rawas Regency. The main issue addressed is low community participation and suboptimal managerial competence, limiting the performance of BUMDes in improving community welfare. Using a quantitative associative research design, data were collected from 50 respondents, including managers and community members, through Likert-scale questionnaires and analyzed with multiple linear regression using SPSS version 25. The results show significant positive effects of community participation (t = 2.508, p = 0.016) and managerial competence (t = 6.507, p = 0.000) on BUMDes performance. Both variables simultaneously influence performance (F = 38.151, p = 0.000). The determination coefficient (R² = 0.619) explains that 61.9% of performance variation can be attributed to these factors, with the remainder influenced by other variables. The findings emphasize the importance of enhancing community engagement and management competencies to improve the performance and sustainability of BUMDes in fostering inclusive and sustainable rural economic development.

The research instrument was designed using a five-point Likert scale, while data analysis was carried out using multiple linear regression with the assistance of SPSS version 27.The results show that self-confidence (X1) has a positive and significant effect on MSME performance (Y), with a t-value of 2.640 > t-table 1.985 and a significance value of 0.010 < 0.05. Risk-taking courage (X2) also has a positive and significant effect, with a t-value of 3.503 > 1.985 and a significance value of 0.001 < 0.05. Simultaneously, both variables significantly affect performance, as indicated by an F-value of 22.414 > F-table 3.09 with a significance level of 0.000. The coefficient of determination (R2) value of 0.318 indicates that 31.8% of the variation in MSME performance is influenced by these two variables, while the remaining 68.2% is explained by other factors.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of corporate image and marketing strategy on purchasing decisions for goods and services through the local e-catalog at PT Kreativ Niaga Mandiri. Government procurement of goods and services, regulated under LKPP Regulation No. 9 of 2021, provides a local e-catalog platform that facilitates effective fulfillment of needs by Government Agencies (OPD). Data were collected via an online survey using a closed questionnaire distributed to 72 OPD respondents through Google Forms. The findings indicate that both corporate image and marketing strategy have a significant and simultaneous effect on purchasing decisions. A positive corporate image enhances consumer trust, while an effective marketing strategy attracts purchasing interest. Based on these findings, it is recommended that PT Kreativ Niaga Mandiri strengthen its corporate image, improve service quality, and optimize digital marketing strategies to maintain the company's relevance and competitiveness.

Abstract

The development of digital technology has changed the way people interact, shop, and conduct business. This change also affects students' mindset in viewing business opportunities. As the digital generation, students are expected to be able to leverage technological advancements to create jobs independently. However, not all students have a strong interest in entrepreneurship, making it important to examine the factors that can influence this, such as digital consumer behavior and the use of digital platforms. The purpose of this study is to determine the influence of digital consumer behavior and the use of digital platforms on the independent entrepreneurial interest of students at the Faculty of Economics and Business, Dehasen University Bengkulu. This study uses a quantitative method by distributing questionnaires to 86 respondents. Data analysis was conducted using SPSS version 21 with multiple linear regression, t-test, F-test, and coefficient of determination test. Regression equation: Y = 6.324 + 0.620X₁ + 0.238X₂ + 1.684, which describes a positive relationship between digital consumer behavior and the utilization of digital platforms on students' interest in independent entrepreneurship. The coefficient of determination (R²) of 0.870 means that both independent variables influence 87.0% of the interest in independent entrepreneurship, while the remaining 13.0% is influenced by other variables. The t-test shows that digital consumer behavior (X₁) has a significance value of 0.000 < 0.05 and the utilization of digital platforms (X₂) has a value of 0.008 < 0.05, both of which have a significant partial effect on entrepreneurial interest. The F-test also shows a value of 0.000 < 0.05, meaning that X₁ and X₂ have a significant simultaneous effect on Y.
