Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of corporate image and marketing strategy on purchasing decisions for goods and services through the local e-catalog at PT Kreativ Niaga Mandiri. Government procurement of goods and services, regulated under LKPP Regulation No. 9 of 2021, provides a local e-catalog platform that facilitates effective fulfillment of needs by Government Agencies (OPD). In this study, a path analysis model is applied to understand the relationship between independent variables (corporate image and marketing strategy) and the dependent variable (purchase decision) using a quantitative causality approach. Data were collected via an online survey using a closed questionnaire distributed to 72 OPD respondents through Google Forms. The findings indicate that both corporate image and marketing strategy have a significant and simultaneous effect on purchasing decisions. A positive corporate image enhances consumer trust, while an effective marketing strategy attracts purchasing interest. Based on these findings, it is recommended that PT Kreativ Niaga Mandiri strengthen its corporate image, improve service quality, and optimize digital marketing strategies to maintain the company's relevance and competitiveness.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of community participation and managerial competence on the performance of Pasundan Village-Owned Enterprises in Sukamaju Village, Sumber Harta District, Musi Rawas Regency. The main issue addressed is low community participation and suboptimal managerial competence, limiting the performance of BUMDes in improving community welfare. Using a quantitative associative research design, data were collected from 50 respondents, including managers and community members, through Likert-scale questionnaires and analyzed with multiple linear regression using SPSS version 25. The results show significant positive effects of community participation (t = 2.508, p = 0.016) and managerial competence (t = 6.507, p = 0.000) on BUMDes performance. Both variables simultaneously influence performance (F = 38.151, p = 0.000). The determination coefficient (R² = 0.619) explains that 61.9% of performance variation can be attributed to these factors, with the remainder influenced by other variables. The findings emphasize the importance of enhancing community engagement and management competencies to improve the performance and sustainability of BUMDes in fostering inclusive and sustainable rural economic development.

Abstract

This study is motivated by the low level of self-confidence and the lack of courage to take risks among culinary MSME (Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises) entrepreneurs in Bengkulu City, which has resulted in suboptimal business performance. The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of self-confidence and risk-taking courage on the performance of culinary MSMEs, both partially and simultaneously. This research uses a quantitative approach with an associative type of study. Data were collected from 99 respondents through a Google Form–based questionnaire. The research instrument was designed using a five-point Likert scale, while data analysis was carried out using multiple linear regression with the assistance of SPSS version 27.The results show that self-confidence (X1) has a positive and significant effect on MSME performance (Y), with a t-value of 2.640 > t-table 1.985 and a significance value of 0.010 < 0.05. Risk-taking courage (X2) also has a positive and significant effect, with a t-value of 3.503 > 1.985 and a significance value of 0.001 < 0.05. Simultaneously, both variables significantly affect performance, as indicated by an F-value of 22.414 > F-table 3.09 with a significance level of 0.000. The coefficient of determination (R2) value of 0.318 indicates that 31.8% of the variation in MSME performance is influenced by these two variables, while the remaining 68.2% is explained by other factors.
