Abstract

Perkembangan Revolusi Industri 4.0 dan pergeseran menuju Society 5.0 telah membawa implikasi signifikan terhadap sistem pengelolaan pendidikan, termasuk dalam konteks lembaga pendidikan Islam. Digitalisasi tidak hanya menuntut efisiensi dan inovasi teknologi, tetapi juga menantang lembaga pendidikan Islam untuk tetap mempertahankan nilai-nilai spiritual sebagai identitas dasarnya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji reorientasi manajemen pendidikan Islam di era digital, mengidentifikasi prinsip-prinsip manajerial yang relevan, serta merumuskan model konseptual pengelolaan pendidikan Islam yang integratif dan berkelanjutan. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif melalui metode Systematic Literature Review (SLR) terhadap artikel ilmiah nasional dan internasional yang diterbitkan pada periode 2020–2025. Analisis data dilakukan dengan teknik analisis isi dan sintesis tematik guna menemukan pola dan kecenderungan transformasi manajemen pendidikan Islam. Hasil kajian menunjukkan adanya pergeseran menuju paradigma manajemen spiritual-teknologis, yaitu pengelolaan pendidikan yang mengintegrasikan digitalisasi sistem dengan penguatan nilai-nilai Islam. Prinsip adaptif, kolaboratif, dan transformatif menjadi fondasi utama, dengan penerapan model manajemen kolaboratif berbasis digital, kepemimpinan spiritual, serta hybrid management. Tantangan utama meliputi keterbatasan infrastruktur, rendahnya literasi digital sumber daya manusia, dan resistensi budaya organisasi. Penelitian ini menawarkan Model Manajemen Pendidikan Islam sebagai kerangka konseptual yang menyeimbangkan dimensi teologis-pedagogis dan teknologis- manajerial dalam menghadapi dinamika pendidikan global.

Abstract

YouTube is one of the social media platforms widely utilized across various fields, including education. As a learning medium, YouTube offers multiple functions, benefits, and positive impacts that help students understand materials more effectively. The presence of learning media in the teaching and learning process is considered crucial because it acts as an intermediary for delivering materials from teachers to students. Furthermore, learning media make the process more engaging, dynamic, and less monotonous, enabling students to absorb the materials more easily. This study aims to examine the impact of utilizing the YouTube application in Islamic Religious Education (PAI) as an innovative learning medium in the digital era. This research employs a qualitative method with a data analysis technique based on library research. The data sources used include documents, books, magazines, and other relevant materials. In the context of the digital era, advanced technology simplifies various aspects of life, including education. Outdated technologies are replaced with more advanced and beneficial technologies, such as YouTube, which offers a novel approach to delivering teaching materials. The PAI subject, which encompasses faith, morality, the Qur'an, and hadith, plays a significant role in shaping students' guidance for both worldly and hereafter life.

Abstract

Global changes marked by the rapid development of digital technology and social dynamics in the 21st century have brought major implications for education systems, including Islamic education. Islamic educational institutions face dual challenges, namely the demand to improve quality and competitiveness at the global level and the obligation to maintain Islamic values and identity. This condition requires a transformation of Islamic education management that is able to respond to changes in an adaptive and sustainable manner. This article aims to examine the transformation of Islamic education management in the 21st century by highlighting the paradigm shift in management, the role of transformative leadership, the use of digital technology, and the implementation of quality management. This research uses a qualitative approach through literature review of various relevant scientific sources. The results of the study show that the transformation of Islamic education management is a fundamental element in improving the effectiveness of the management of educational institutions. The integration between modern management principles and Islamic values is key in creating Islamic education that is relevant, quality, and able to produce intellectual, spiritual, and social superior human resources in the 21st century.

Abstract

This Study explores how the implementation of the problem Based Learning (PBL) model in Social Studies (IPS) instruction can faster social awarenes among elementary school students. Using a literature review approach, the study examines a range of recent journals, academic articles, and books relevant to the topic. The reviewed literature indicates that Social Studies plays a crucial role in helping students understand social phenomena, develop empathy, and build a sense of responsibility toward their surrounding community. However, Social Studies learning in many elementary classrooms is still dominated by teacher centered methods, which limit students’ opportunities to engage actively in disscussions, investigate real issues, and think critically. The PBL model offers an alternative approach by positioning real-life problems as the foundation of the learning procces. Through collaborative inquiry, group discussions, and guided problem-solving, students gain learning experiences that are meaningful and closely connected to everyday social realities. Findings across several studies show that PBL enhances students’ motivation, critical thinking, cooperation, and sensitivity to social issues. Therefore, integrating PBL into Social Studies instruction serves as an effective strategy not only for strengthening social awareness but also for shaping students’ character in a consistent and sustainable manner. This review provides a theoretical foundation for teachers who wish to design Social Studies lessons that are more participatory, reflective, and relevant to students’ social development.
