Abstract

Currently technology is also used in various work activities, one of which is the attendance system. Attendance is an activity or routine carried out by employees to prove that they are present or not present at work in a company. This attendance relates to the application of discipline determined by each company or institution. The purpose of this study is to find out the employee perception of the usage of fingerprint absence system, in this case within the employees of Department of Manpower and Transmigration of Southeast Minahasa. This study uses a qualitative method and interview toward informants were conducted in order to gain information regarding the phenomenon. The findings of this study show that the current system is better than the previous system in terms of usability and convenience, behavior changes because employees become more disciplined at work and are quite effective in reducing the risk of fraud. Based on the result, there are several recommendations which are maintenance regarding the machine that used by the employees and giving reward toward employees that can maintain one hundred percent rate of entering the office on time to boost the morale of the employees.Keywords: Employee Perception, Fingerprint Absence System

Abstract

In the world of marketing, buying decisions that will be made by someone is one of the important things to do analysis. This is important because it can help marketers to understand what the target market needs and also what the target market wants so that marketers can make a profit. This research was conducted with the aim of analyzing what factors influencing online purchase decision of tiktokshop customers in manado by using the factor analysis method for data reduction with the aim of summarizing the observed factors. The results of the validity test and reliability test show that the instrument in this study can be used because it meets the requirements. The results of the study showed that all the 20 variable factors met the requirements based on the KMO table and Bartlett's test. The results of the factor analysis test show that all factor items have the same criteria so that they can be used as a single factor. Among 20 factors tested, there are 4 factors that give the most dominant influence which are convenience (0.783), Perceived ease of used (0.777), perceived benefit (0.770), and quality of information (0.763).

Abstract

Human resources or employees are necessary for every company or organization, whether the company is large or small, because every company needs human resources to carry out various activities related to the continuity of the company. Every company or organization regardless of its location, size or nature of the business has always given a key concern about employees’ turnover intention, if the turnover occurs in a company, then the company will lose some of its employees and should replace them with the new ones. The objective of this research is to analyze the effect of work environment and organizational commitment on employees’ turnover intention in Yayasan Medika GMIM. This research was conducted through quantitative approach and the multiple regression analysis was used to analyze the effect of the independent variables on the dependent variable. This research was also conducted using 100 employees of Yayasan Medika as the respondents for the questionnaire. The result of this research found that work environment and organizational commitment have significant and negative effect on employees’ turnover intention simultaneously and separately.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of attractiveness,  trustworthiness, and  expertise possessed by celebrity endorsers on the purchase intention of Instagram social media users partially and simultaneously, data were collected through a questionnaire method with a population of 400 and by using the slovin formula, 80 samples were obtained. Based on the results of the analysis found that the three Attractiveness, trustworthiness, and expertise factors have a positive and significant influence on the purchase intention of Instagram social media users.

Abstract

This study aims to know the influence of product quality and location towards customer satisfaction at Kopi Kenangan Manado Town Square. This study uses the quantitative method and using multiple linear regression test to determine the influence of product quality and location towards customer satisfaction. The sample for this study is 100 respondents. The sampling technique used is a purposive sampling method and the data collection method is in the form of a questionnaire that is run through Google Form. Testing and data analysis in this study using SPSS 26 software. The results shows that Product Quality (X1) partially have a positive and significant influence on Customer Satisfaction (Y). Location (X2) partially have a positive and significant influence on Customer Satisfaction (Y). Product Quality (X1) and Location (X2) simultaneously have a positive and significant influence on Customer Satisfaction (Y). Adjusted R Square value obtained from the results of the coefficient of determination (R2) of 0.648 explains that 64.8% of customer satisfaction can be explained by product quality and location. While the remaining 35.2% is explained by other variables not examined in this study.

Abstract

In terms of gaming especially related to Micro transaction, people tend to spend money in order to do micro transactions to fulfill their needs and wants within the game. The game's needs and wants are usually related to winning a particular match, getting the limited type of outfits, bragging rights with other players, and more. The purpose of this study is to see the relation of micro transaction with the consumer’s behavior related to the needs and wants within the game, in this case, PUBG Mobile Games. This study uses a qualitative method and interviews with informants were conducted in order to gain information regarding the phenomenon. The finding of this study shows there is a major connection between micro transaction and consumer behavior, which is about the hedonistic traits, the existence of micro transaction makes people or players of the game have more hedonistic judgment and traits during the transaction Based on the result, the researcher provided several recommendations which are considerations regarding the level of importance in using micro transaction and the utilization on a large scale and improvement of the micro transaction need to be done in order to gain more users by the company Keywords: micro transaction, online games.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh locus of control dan self-efficacy terhadap kinerja karyawan Hotel Gran Puri Manado baik secara simultan maupun secara parsial. Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah data primer yang diperoleh dari kuesioner. Populasi yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh karyawan Hotel Gran Puri Manado dengan jumlah sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 86 responden. Metode analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi linier berganda. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian yang di dapatkan, secara simultan locus of control dan self-efficacy berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan Hotel Gran Puri Manado.berdasarkan hasil uji secara parsial dengan uji t, diketahui variabel bebaas yaitu variabel locus of control berpengaruh negatif namun signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, dan variabel self-efficacy berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Kata Kunci: Locus of control, self efficacy, kinerja karyawan

Abstract

Kepuasan konsumen adalah satu aspek penting dalam menjamin suatu bisnis food and beverage tetap berjalan dan dipengaruhi oleh Harga, Kepercayaan, Ketepatan Waktu, Fasilitas, Komunikasi, Promosi, Lokasi, Variasi Produk, Citra Perusahaan, Pengalaman Konsumen, Suasana, Fokus Pada Konsumen, Waktu Tunggu, Emosional, Kemudahan, People, Hiburan, Risiko, Sistem Penanganan Komplain dan Jaminan dan terlihat pada pengelolaan Cafe Kopi Soe di Kota Manado. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menerangkan komponen-komponen apa yang terbentuk dari kedua puluh variabel tersebut yang mempengaruhi kepuasan konsumen Cafe Kopi Soe di Kota Manado dan satu komponen dengan pengaruh terbesar untuk kepuasan tersebut. Analisis data menggunakan metode Analisis Faktor dan sampel penelitian adalah 110 konsumen. Hasil penelitian ini membuktikan bahwa Enam komponen yang mempengaruhi kepuasan konsumen Cafe Kopi Soe di Kota Manado adalah Preferensi Konsumen, Fitur-fitur Tambahan Produk/Jasa, Fitur-fitur Spesifik Produk/Jasa, Penilaian Konsumen, Konsep Pemasaran Perusahaan dan Psikologis Konsumen dan Preferensi Konsumen adalah komponen dengan pengaruh terbesar untuk kepuasan mereka. Pihak pengelola Cafe Kopi Soe di Kota Manado harus mempertahankan dan meningkatkan pengaruh semua variabel tersebut terhadap kepuasan konsumen dan komponen-komponen yang terbentuk dan memperhitungkan faktor-faktor lain yang tidak dianalisis dalam penelitian ini. Abstract

 Usaha kuliner unggulan dari Sulawesi Utara yang merupakan makanan khas Manado, salah satunya adalah Tinutuan atau Bubur Manado. Faktor  yang  penting  bagi  bisnis  usaha kuliner, khususnya  dimasa  post-pandemi  ini  adalah  inovasi  dalam  strategi  pemasaran  yang dilakukan  sehingga  produk  kuliner  yang  ditawarkan  kepada  masyarakat  sesuai  dengan kebutuhan pasar sasaran yang dituju. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisa peran dari pemasaran digital dan layanan jasa pesan antar terhadap peningkatan penjualan pada usaha kuliner Tinutuan di Kota Manado. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa ada pengaruh secara simultan dari Digital Marketing dan Online Food Delivery terhadap penjualan. Sedangkan secara parsial Digital Marketing tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap penjualan, dan Online Food Delivery berpengaruh signifikan terhadap penjualan. Hasil ini dapat menjadi masukan bagi para pelaku UMKM Kuliner Tintuan di Kota Manado untuk menggunakan jasa mitra penyedia layanan pesan antar, demi peningkatan penjualan yang berkelanjutan. Abstract

Many restaurant owners and family-owned businesses are increasingly looking forward to operating through this platform in order to increase sales. Hence, the online channels are frosting the foodservice sector in the country. They use the tools for market place in apps. But however, the group of family preferred to experience the restaurants have provide rather to use online services. This time the culinary place in coastal area is trending especially in Manado. The restaurant ready to open from day and night. Consumers freely to decide where they want to take lunch or dine-out according to the restaurant type. These restaurants are giving the sea view. The restaurant also supplies the menu in seafood, fast food, traditional food and etc. To full fill the consumer needs, restaurant provide some attributes like examples: WIFI, Air Conditioner (AC), parking lot, live music, VIP room, smoking area, photo spots, toilet and many more. Consumers are able to choose the seafood menu by their self. The culinary place in coastal area become favorite food place among the family, couples, teenagers and individuals if they want to eat with the landscape of the sea. The consumers can see location, missing clear information about the location, difficulties in reaching the distance etc. Restaurants that offer local products can respond to the expectations of the customers specially the view at Tuminting Boulevard.   Keywords: marketing, restaurant selection, factors analysis
