Abstract

With a wide range of skills and abilities at work, employee success is one of the most important things that companies need to think about in order to get the best results. The study's goal is to find out how hiring, teaching, and choosing workers at PT. BPR Khrisna Darma Adipala affect how well they do their jobs. The research was carried out at PT. BPR Khrisna Darma Adipala. One hundred and forty people who worked at PT. BPR Khrisna Darma Adipala took part in this study. To find the sample, the saturation sampling method was used. The information for this study came from polls, conversations, notes, and written records. To do multiple linear regression analysis on the data in this study, SPSS version 25.0 is used. The study discovered that both hiring and selection have a good and significant effect on how well employees do their jobs at PT. BPR Khrisna Darma Adipala. Training has a big and good effect on how well employees do their jobs at PT. BPR Khrisna Darma Adipala.

Abstract

Penyebaran informasi begitu cepat di dunia bisnis, dan telah menyebabkan munculnya merek-merek baru dalam pertumbuhan selanjutnya, sehingga menghasilkan persaingan yang kuat di antara para penjual. Karena itu, pemilik bisnis harus memperhatikan citra merek mereka sendiri. Cibo Pasta Lab merupakan salah satu perusahaan industri makanan yang menghadapi beberapa tantangan utama, antara lain kurangnya kreativitas dalam mengembangkan ide konten, kurangnya optimalisasi promosi offline melalui personal selling dan tidak adanya brosur, serta kurangnya kesadaran akan pentingnya aktivitas dan interaksi di media sosial. PKM ini bertujuan untuk memberikan sosialisasi, edukasi, dan pelatihan kepada karyawan bagaimana cara mengoptimalkan strategi penjualan serta cara untuk membangun dan memperkuat identitas Cibo Pasta Lab melalui citra merek di industri makanan. Metode pelaksanaan melakukan observasi dan wawancara untuk menganalisis masalah, memberikan edukasi terkait fotografi produk, editing hasil foto yang akan digunakan untuk brosur, melakukan promosi dengan penyebaran brosur di jalan maupun ke cafe terdekat, pengawasan dan bimbingan tentang pentingnya aktivitas media sosial. Kesimpulan Hasil pengabdian menunjukkan bahwa implementasi dari fotografi produk membantu dalam meningkatkan kualitas ide konten, penyebaran brosur juga membantu agar memperkuat identitas merek di industri makanan, serta pengawasan media sosial membantu dalam memperluas jangkauan pasar.

Abstract

The objective of this study was to examine the correlation between lifestyle, price perception, and location in influencing purchasing decisions. The present study employed quantitative methodologies. The population of this study comprised consumers of Thrift Club Studios Denpasar who had made purchases at the aforementioned establishment. The sample size was determined to be 95 individuals. The data processing in this study was carried out through a series of analytical techniques, including reliability testing, validity testing, classical assumption testing, multiple correlation testing, multiple linear regression analysis, coefficient of determination testing, F-test, and t-test. The findings of the study indicate that lifestyle exerts a substantial positive influence on purchasing decisions, price perception demonstrates a significant positive impact on purchasing decisions, and location exhibits a substantial positive impact on purchasing decisions. It is the author's hope that Thrift Club Studios Denpasar will consistently offer a comprehensive array of products that align with buyers' needs, thereby establishing itself as a leading choice in the market. To this end, the implementation of regular discounts and the augmentation of signage to enhance visibility from major thoroughfares and public spaces are recommended. Furthermore, the pursuit of products that are of superior quality, competitively priced, and highly functional is advised.

Abstract

Human resources are a major factor in determining the success of an organization, so companies need to ensure that employee performance is optimized. Employee performance is influenced by several important factors, such as competence, job satisfaction, and work discipline. This study aims to analyze the influence of competence, job satisfaction, and work discipline on employee performance at Kuta Puri Bungalows Villa & Resort, which is motivated by the phenomenon of low competence standards, lack of employee satisfaction with career opportunities, and high absenteeism as an indicator of low work discipline. The population of this study was all 31 employees of Kuta Puri Bungalows Villa & Resort. The type of data used in this study is quantitative. The sample size was determined using saturated sampling technique with a sample size of 31 employees. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression which includes validity test, reliability test, classical assumption test, and t-test using SPSS program.
