Abstract

The purpose of this study was to examine and explain the effect of work motivation, culture and organizational commitment on job satisfaction of employees of the BKKBN Representative in Southeast Sulawesi Province. This research design is based on a quantitative approach with a positivist paradigm through a survey method. Data was collected in a cross-sectional manner using an instrument in the form of a questionnaire to all employees of the BKKBN Priovinsi Southeast Sulawesi Representative Employees as many as 57 people. The analytical tool used in testing the hypothesis of this research is multivariate regression analysis.The results showed that work motivation has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction, organizational culture has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction, good organizational commitment has been proven to have a positive and significant contribution to increasing employee job satisfaction. Finally, work motivation, organizational culture and organizational commitment have a significant simultaneous effect on employee job satisfaction. Thus, it can be concluded that changes in increasing work motivation which are reflected through the need for achievement, bureaucratic culture and affective commitment have a positive and significant contribution together to job satisfaction through job satisfaction, incentives/bonuses and benefits, working conditions and co-workers.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to test and explain the influence of transformational leadership on employee performance through the role of interpersonal trust mediation in BAPPEDA Wakatobi Regency. This research approach is a survey with an explanatory research design. Data collection is done on a online basis using instruments in the form of questionnaires through the https://forms.gle/2wevLGgXLtUmm2Qw6 page. The population of this study is all employees in BAPPEDA Wakatobi Regency as many as 32 people. The analysis equipment used in hypothesis testing is Partial Least Square (PLS). The results showed that transformational leadership has a positive and significant influence on interpersonal trust and employee performance. Interpersonal trust has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Finally, the results of the study proved interpersonal trust acts as a partial mediation influence between transformational leadership on employee performance. This means that increased interpersonal trust is significantly influenced by transformational leadership. Furthermore, interpersonal trust has a significant contribution to improving employee performance. Finally, good transformational leadership can also contribute significantly toward improvement of employee performance in BAPPEDA Wakatobi Regency

Abstract

The This study aims to examine and analyze the effect of Regional Taxes, Regional Retribution, and Other legitimate local revenue on Regency/City Original Revenues in Southeast Sulawesi Province for the 2015-2019 period. The population in this study is a report on the realization of the revenue budget in the form of Regional Taxes, Regional Retribution, and Other legitimate local revenue and Regency/City local-owned source revenue in Southeast Sulawesi Province. The data used in this study is secondary data that uses a time series for the 2015-2019 period, totaling 85 observational data. Hypothesis testing using multiple linear regression analysis, using SPSS (Statistical Product and Service Solutions).                  The results of the research analysis show that Regional Taxes have a positive effect on local-owned source revenue, Regional Retribution have a positive effect on local-owned source revenue, and Other legitimate local revenue also shows a positive influence on local-owned source revenue. Meanwhile, in the determination test, it is said that Regional Taxes, Regional Retributions, and Other Legitimate PAD contribute to local-owned source revenue by 97.9%, the remaining 2.1% is obtained from other factors not examined. So it can be concluded that Regional Taxes, Regional Levies, and Other legitimate local revenue are the main contributors to local-owned source revenue.

Abstract

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to examine and explain the influence of leadership style, work motivation and work discipline both partially and simultaneously on employee performance at the Population Control and Family Planning in South Konawe Regency. This research approach is quantitative using survey methods and explanatory research design. The data was collected by cross-section using an instrument in the form of a questionnaire. The population of this study were employees of the Population Control and Family Planning Office of South Konawe Regency, by using the method of determining respondents by census, so that the sample size was set at 84 employees. The analytical tool used is the Multivariate Regression Analysis.The results showed that the leadership style had a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Work motivation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Work discipline has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Finally, leadership style, work motivation and work discipline simultaneously have a significant effect on employee performance. Abstract

The purpose of this study is to examine and analyze the effect of competence and non-physical work environment on job satisfaction and employee performance, examine the effect of job satisfaction on employee performance, and examine the mediating effect of job satisfaction on the influence of competence and non-physical work environment on employees performance at Child Special Development Institution Class II Kendari. This research approach is quantitative using survey methods and explanatory research design. The data was collected by cross-section using an instrument of a questionnaire. The population on this study were employees at Child Special Development Institution Class II Kendari, using the census method of determining respondents, so that the respondent size was set at 46 employees. The analytical tool used is Partial Least Square (PLS).The results of this study indicate that competence has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. competence has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction, non-physical work environment has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, non-physical work environment has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction, job satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, and job satisfaction does not mediate the effect of competence and non-physical work environment on employee performance. From these results it can be concluded that the better the competence possessed, the existing non-physical work environment and also the perceived job satisfaction, will be able to improve employee performance.

Abstract

The research was carried out with the aim of knowing 1) the effect of education and training on organizational commitment, 2) the effect of competence on organizational commitment, 3) the effect of education and training on personnel performance, 4) the effect of competence on personnel performance, 5) the effect of organizational commitment on personnel performance. , 6) the effect of education and training on personnel performance through organizational commitment, and 7) the effect of competence on personnel performance through organizational commitment. The object of this research is the Criminal Investigation Unit of the Kendari Police. Abstract

This study aims to examine and analyze the effect of organizational citizenship behavior, work stress and personality on the performance of the North Sulawesi Regional Police Narcotics Directorate Personnel. This research is a quantitative approach. The population in this study is the Personnel of the Drugs and Drugs Directorate of the Southeast Sulawesi Regional Police with a sample of 60 people. The analysis used multiple regression analysis with the help of IBM SPSS 22 Software. The results showed that (1) Organizational citizenship behavior, work stress and personality together had a positive and significant effect on the performance of the North Sulawesi Regional Police Narcotics Directorate Personnel, (2) Organizational citizenship behavior had a positive and significant impact on the performance of the North Sulawesi Regional Police's Drug Directorate Personnel, (3) Work stress has a positive and insignificant effect on the performance of the North Sulawesi Regional Police's Drug Directorate Personnel and (4) Personality has a positive and significant impact on the performance of the Southeast Sulawesi Regional Police's Narcotics Directorate Personnel.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of fundamental factors that include DER, ROE, firm size, CR, and TATO of the firm value. This study uses multiple regression analysis, the classical assumption test, F- test statistics and statistical t-test to analyze data on consumer goods industry companies listed in Indonesia stock exchange for the period 2013-2017 as many as 34 companies.The results of this study stated that DER, ROE, firm size, CR, and TATO simultaneously had an effect on PBV with an adjusted R2 value of 54.7%. While partially DER, ROE, and CR have a significant effect on the PBV, while the firm size and TATO have no significant effect on the PBV.Keywords: DER, ROE, firm size, CR, TATO, and PBV

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of E-Procurement, Good Corporate Governance and Knowledge Management on the performance of employees of the Procurement Bureau of the Regional Secretariat of Southeast Sulawesi Province. The approach used is the survey method of 32 employees of the Bureau of Procurement of Goods/Services at the Regional Secretariat of Southeast Sulawesi Province who have been certified. The results show that e-procurement and good corporate governance significantly affect employee performance, while knowledge management is not able to affect employee performance.
