Abstract

Quarter life crisis is a crisis period in the age range of 18 to 29 years, where a person experiences excessive anxiety and restlessness because they begin to question the direction and purpose of life, as well as the many choices in making life decisions. The power of social support from closest relations such as friends, family or relatives to young adults who are experiencing a quarter life crisis can reduce excessive anxiety and help alleviate what they are worried about, so that they are more confident, more competent and reduce the risk of stress. The subjects of this research are adults. The initial number was in Kolongan Village, Tomohon City, totaling 78 people. The approach used in this research is using a quantitative approach with correlation techniques, which aims to determine the relationship between social support and quarter life crisis in early adulthood in Tomohon Tengah District. The measuring instruments used in this research are the quarter life crisis scale with 35 items (α = 0.941) and the social support scale with 20 items ( α = 0.925). Analysis of the data used was Pearson product moment correlation, obtained a correlation value (r) - 0.165. It can be concluded that there is a significant negative relationship between social support and the quarter life crisis in early adulthood in Kolongan Village, Tomohon City. This means that the higher the social support, the lower the level of individual quarter life crisis, conversely, the lower the social support, the higher the level of quarter life crisis in Early Adults in Kolongan Village, Tomohon City, so this research hypothesis is accepted

Abstract

Theoretical and empirical evidence suggests that organizational justice impacts organizational cynicism, but the influence of its various dimensions is inconsistent. This inconsistency necessitates the introduction of moderating variables for a more comprehensive understanding. In this context, hope is selected as a moderating variable due to its ability to mitigate the adverse effects of organizational cynicism. The objective of this study is to explore how distributive, procedural, and interactional justice affect organizational cynicism, with hope serving as a moderating factor. The research adopts an explanatory correlational design. Participants include 126 employees from the Mojokerto State Police School (SPN), selected through census sampling. The study utilizes scales for measuring organizational cynicism, organizational justice, and hope. Data is analyzed using moderated regression analysis (MRA). The findings reveal that distributive and interactional justice negatively impact organizational cynicism. Moreover, hope moderates the relationship between procedural justice and organizational cynicism, as well as the impact of interactional justice on cynicism. Significantly, hope moderates the effects of distributive, procedural, and interactional justice on organizational cynicism, underscoring its role in enhancing the impact of these justice dimensions on cynicism. This research contributes to a nuanced understanding of the interplay between organizational justice and cynicism, highlighting the critical role of hope as a moderator.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to create an archive management information system. Most of the study programs within the University have not used a web-based archive management information system, even though this is a supporting factor in college and university accreditation. The research method used is the prototype development method. In this method there are 4 (four) stages, namely: (1) Communication, (2) Quick Plan and Modeling Quick Design, (3) Construction Of Prototype, (4) Deployment Delivery & Feedback. At the Deployment Delivery & Feedback stage, the researcher uses a testing method with a black-box testing approach. In this black box testing phase, there are three testing processes, namely (1) Incorrect functions, both input and output, (2) Interface errors, (3) Errors in data structure or database access. From the research conducted to obtain good results and from these results the researchers concluded that the web-based archive management information system is in accordance with the research objectives and is suitable for use in the data archiving process

Kata  Kunci  :  Innovative  Work  Behavior,  Psychological  Capital.
