Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence  of servant leadership and competence on organizational commitment and its impact on the performance of employees of the Public Works and Spatial Planning Office (PUPR) of Pasuruan City. The results of the study show that servant leadership has a significant effect on organizational commitment, which means that the higher the application of the leadership style that serves, the higher the level of employee commitment to the organization. In addition, competence has also been shown to have a significant influence on organizational commitment, which shows that improving employees' skills, knowledge, and work attitude will increase their loyalty to the organization. Furthermore, both servant leadership and competence have been proven to have a positive and significant effect on employee performance. These findings indicate that leadership qualities and individual abilities greatly determine the success of the implementation of employee duties. In addition, organizational commitment also contributes significantly to performance improvement, emphasizing that employee loyalty and attachment to the organization play an important role in driving optimal performance

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of employee engagement, compensation, and job insecurity on turnover intention of drivers of PT. Surya Nusa Berkat Abadi. Turnover intention is a crucial issue in this company, especially because high turnover has a negative impact on company operations, increases recruitment costs, and training. This study uses a quantitative method with an explanatory research type. Data were collected through a survey involving all drivers of PT. Surya Nusa Berkat Abadi as respondents. The results of the study indicate that employee engagement, compensation, and job insecurity significantly affect turnover intention. Employee engagement and compensation have a negative effect on turnover intention, which means that increasing employee engagement and providing appropriate compensation can reduce employee intentions to leave the company. Conversely, job insecurity has a positive effect on turnover intention, which indicates that job insecurity increases employee intentions to leave the company. Simultaneously, these three variables significantly affect turnover intention. This study provides practical recommendations for companies to improve employee engagement and provide adequate compensation to reduce turnover intention, as well as better manage job insecurity to maintain workforce stability. The results of this study also contribute to the development of human resource management literature, especially in the context of the transportation industry in Indonesia.

Abstract

The Eco Digital Transformation Program for Alumni of Pondok Pesantren Ngalah aims to empower pesantren alumni in Pasrepan District, Pasuruan Regency, through the adoption of digital technology in the development of Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs). The program was implemented through training, workshops, mentoring, and the development of the Eco Digital BOBA application, which is designed to enhance digital skills, business efficiency, and alumni competitiveness. The results indicate significant improvements in the application of digital marketing, e-commerce, and stronger alumni networking collaborations. Beyond technological transformation, this program has also generated positive impacts on local economic growth, community welfare, and environmental sustainability. By adopting a participatory community-based approach, this model is expected to serve as a reference for empowering other pesantren communities to face digital-era challenges while maintaining sustainable economic principles.

Abstract

The Banana Chip and Peel Community Micro Business in Bandung needs help in marketing promotion and financial management despite the high nutritional potential of banana peels. This initiative aims to enhance local micro-businesses marketing strategies and financial practices by empowering community members with the necessary skills and knowledge. Utilizing a community-based research (CBR) method, the project involved focus group discussions, interviews, and marketing training seminars to identify obstacles and promote product innovation. Participants were taught effective marketing techniques and financial accounting practices, including cash flow management and profit-loss reporting. The results demonstrated a significant improvement in business stability and sales performance, with participants adopting diverse product offerings such as cheese and chocolate-flavored chips. Community engagement played a crucial role, ensuring strategies were culturally relevant and fostering a sense of ownership among participants. In conclusion, this initiative successfully applied theoretical frameworks to enhance the economic viability of local micro-businesses. By integrating effective marketing, sound financial management, and community participation, the program empowered entrepreneurs to innovate and sustain their enterprises, ultimately contributing to the region's economic development. Future efforts should build on these principles to support local businesses further.

Abstract

Berdasarkan Data Kementerian Koperasi dan Usaha Kecil dan Menengah (Kementerian KUKM) pada tahun 2021, jumlah pelaku UMKM di Indonesia mencapai 64,2 juta dengan kontribusi terhadap produk domestik bruto (PDB) sebesar 61,07 % atau Rp8.573,89 triliun. UMKM mampu menyerap 97 % dari total angkatan kerja dan mampu menghimpun hingga 60,4 % dari total investasi di Indonesia. (kementrian Keuangan RI) UMKM memiliki peran penting bagi perekonomian Indonesia terutama saat terjadinya krisis, UMKM dapat meliwati Krisis moneter pada saat masa pandemi COVID-19, namun banyak pelaku UMKM yang mengaku usahanya mengalami penurunan penjualan di karenakan adaptasi penjualan akibat COVID-19 yang tadinya bisa dilaksanakan secara offline harus menyesuaikan menjadi pemasaran secara online, seperti halnya dua UMKM yang ada di Kecamatan Tutur Kabupaten Pasuruan ini. Letak Kecamatan Tutur sendiri berjakarak sekitar 24 km dari Universitas Yudharta Pasuruan. Kedua UMKM ini  memiliki produk yang terbuat dari sumber daya alam yang di hasilkan di Kecamatan Tutur seperti susu dan pisang mengingat Kecamatan Tutur adalah distributor susu sapi terbesar di Kabupaten Pasuruan. Namun semenjak terjadinya COVID-19 produk yang di produksi mengalami penurunan omset pembelian. Dengan adanya program pengabdian masyarakat yang di tugaskan kepada mahasiswa semester 7 Universitas Yudharta penulis melakukan pembimbingan dan pelatihan promosi produk dengan cara sederhana melalui media sosial yang sering di gunakan oleh khalayak ramai.

Abstract

This research aims to describe the assumptions of mountain communities (Tosari and Nongkojajar) in using Halal labeling products (HNI) during the pandemic. The research design employed in this study is quantitative descriptive research with an associative or relational approach. Data collection techniques utilized research instruments, and the data analysis is quantitative/statistical, with the objective of testing the predetermined hypotheses. The researcher determined a sample size of 65 individuals using the Slovin formula, who then became one of the research targets for obtaining several data points. The research findings indicate that both non-Muslim and Muslim communities in Tosari and Nongkojajar generally prefer HNI for their daily needs and health due to the sense of security and high trust placed by the community in the HNI halal label. The implications of this research extend to the development of the local economy, the creation of sustainable business models, and the formulation of policies for the government.

Abstract

Suole MSME is a catfish floss producer committed to enhancing product quality through the implementation of the Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Point (HACCP) system.  Implementation is carried out by development and verification of the production process flow diagram, hazard identification, determination of Critical Control Points (CCPs), and establishment of critical limits. This community service activity aimed to provide knowledge and assistance in HACCP implementation to enhance food safety, product quality, and competitiveness. The activity was conducted from October to December 2024 at UMKM Suole, and included interviews, field observations, and HACCP assistance and analysis. The results show that the catfish floss production process involves several critical stages that require monitoring, such as raw material reception, meat separation, frying, and packaging. Hazard identification and determination of Critical Control Points (CCPs) have been carried out to prevent biological, chemical, and physical contamination. The importance of developing Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), maintaining sanitation, and controlling processing time and temperature was emphasized. Improving the understanding of HACCP among MSME actors is a key factor in effective hazard control and achieving food safety.Keywords: catfish floss; food safety; HACCP; hazard Abstrak: UMKM Suole merupakan salah satu produsen abon lele yang berupaya meningkatkan kualitas produk melalui penerapan Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point (HACCP). Penerapan dilakukan dengan penyusunan dan verifikasi diagram alir proses produksi abon lele, identifikasi bahaya, serta penetapan CCP dan batas kritis. Kegiatan pengabdian ini bertujuan memberikan wawasan dan pendampingan penerapan HACCP guna meningkatkan keamanan pangan, mutu, dan daya saing produk. Kegiatan dilaksanakan pada Oktober hingga Desember 2024 di UMKM Suole, meliputi wawancara, observasi lapangan, serta pendampingan dan analisis HACCP. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan bahwa proses produksi abon lele mencakup beberapa tahap penting yang memerlukan pengawasan, seperti penerimaan bahan baku, pemisahan daging, penggorengan, dan pengemasan. Telah dilakukan identifikasi bahaya dan penetapan titik kendali kritis (CCP) untuk mencegah kontaminasi biologis, kimia, dan fisik. Selain itu, ditekankan pentingnya penyusunan SOP, sanitasi, serta pengendalian suhu dan waktu proses. Peningkatan pemahaman pelaku UMKM terhadap HACCP menjadi faktor kunci dalam pengendalian bahaya dan pencapaian keamanan pangan produk.Kata kunci: abon lele; bahaya; HACCP; keamanan pangan

Abstract

Ervina, a student of the Business Administration Study Program at Yudharta University Pasuruan,conducted a study in July 2025 entitled "The Influence of Social Media Marketing and Viral Marketingon Brand Loyalty and Purchase Intention Among Generation Z in the Digital Era: A Study on Usersof Daviena Products on TikTok Shop E-Commerce."This study aims to analyze the influence of SocialMedia Marketing and Viral Marketing on Brand Loyalty and Purchase Intention among Generation Zusers of Daviena products on the TikTok Shop e-commerce platform. A quantitative research methodwas employed, with data collected through questionnaires distributed to 150 Generation Z respondentsin Pasuruan Regency. Data analysis was conducted using the Structural Equation Modeling (SEM)approach based on Partial Least Squares (PLS).The findings reveal that Social Media Marketing has asignificant positive effect on both Brand Loyalty and Purchase Intention. In contrast, Viral Marketingdoes not exhibit a significant influence on either Brand Loyalty or Purchase Intention. Additionally,Brand Loyalty is not found to have a significant impact on Purchase Intention. The R-Square values are11.7% for Brand Loyalty and 4.8% for Purchase Intention, indicating that a considerable portion ofvariance is explained by variables outside the scope of this study.These findings imply that businesspractitioners, particularly local brands in the digital era, should optimize their marketing strategiesthrough TikTok to foster customer loyalty and enhance the purchase intention of young consumers.The study also recommends further evaluation of viral marketing strategies and emphasizes theimportance of considering other influential factors that drive Gen Z’s purchasing decisions on digitalplatform

Abstract

Research aim : This study aims to present or explain the results of a critical review of economic and financial theory used for the National Economic Recovery strategy. Design/Methode/Approach : This study uses a qualitative model with a literature study approach. Research Finding : The digital economy and ecosystem supported by increased financial inclusion are able to accelerate the acceleration of the National Economic Recovery. Theoretical contribution/Originality : This research is also a follow-up study that proves that the financial stimulus of the creative industry sector has shifted to the digital economy with increased financial inclusion in it. Practitionel/Policy implication : Aspects in the digital economy (people, economic, and governance) are one unit to support PEN. Research limitation : The limitation of this research lies in the object of research which is only devoted to PEN in Indonesia, not the ASEAN region.

Abstract

The agribusiness industry of Indonesia is undergoing a period of substantial growth, characterized by intense competition among producers. This environment has compelled entities such as Agrapana Farm to devise innovative strategies in order to maintain their competitive advantage. Despite the modest level of national milk consumption, demand for dairy products is increasing at a rate that exceeds production, thereby creating opportunities in the market for processed products such as goat milk. Agrapana Farm, established in 2018 in Pandaan, continues to operate using manual methods and encounters challenges in competing in the market. The objective of this research is to analyze Agrapana's innovation strategy using descriptive qualitative methods, through a literature study, observation, and interviews. The collected data underwent a rigorous analysis that entailed the utilization of both SWOT identification and pair-wise comparison weighting techniques. This was followed by the delineation of the organization's strategic position through the application of the Internal-External (IE) matrix. The results indicate that Agrapana is positioned in quadrant V, which suggests the implementation of a strategy focused on the maintenance and enhancement of existing products. In order to successfully navigate the challenges posed by red ocean competition, a blue ocean strategy has been proposed. This strategy involves the innovation of juice fruit skin milk, a product that offers distinct health benefits and added value. This innovation is believed to have the potential to expand the market niche and differentiate Agrapana from competitors.
