Abstract

Tujuan penelitian adalah meningkatkan kompetensi guru membuat RPPH di Paud AsSajidah Driyorejo Gresik melalui supervisi klinis. Penelitian menggunakan penelitian tindakan sekolah (PTS). Pada setiap siklus terdiri dari perencanaan, pelaksanaan, observasi disertai dengan evaluasi dan refleksi. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah checklist dan wawancara. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis data statistik deskriptif dan kualitatif deskriptif. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian tindakan sekolah disimpulkan bahwa supervisi klinis dapat meningkatkan kompetensi guru membuat RPPH. Hal itu dilihat dari peningkatan guru dari siklus ke siklus. Pada pra-siklus kemampuan guru membuat RPPH dari tujuh komponen yang harus ada dalam RPPH menunjukkan nilai rata-rata pe komponen dari guru pada pra siklus adalah 27,6%. Setelah diadakan supervisi klinis, meningkat menjadi 67,6% pada siklus pertama, dan pada siklus kedua juga mengalami peningkatan pula menjadi 89,49%. Peningkatan tersebut melebihi kriteria keberhasilan penelitian tindakan yang ditargetkan yaitu 81%

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to describe the implementation of management of integrative thematic learning based on curriculum 2013 at grade 4 khadijah primary school Surabaya. The focus of this study are 1. The lesson plan for integrative thematic class based on curriculum 2013 at grade 4 khadijah primary school . the research method of this study is descriptive kualitatif, the data collection technique are interview, observation and documentation. The result of this study are 1) the lesson plan of integrative thematic based on curriculum 2013 at grade 4 khadijah primary school Surabaya conducted by several steps are : a) set thema, b) doing analisys SKL, KI, and basic competence, c) arrage syllabus, d) arrage the lesson plan, 2) doing integrative thematic learning based on curriculum 2013 at grade 4 Khadijah primary school used scientific approch by observing, questioning, reasoning, trying, processing, displaying, verivicaying, and communicating, 3) the assessment of integrative thematic learning based on curriculum 2013 at grade 4 khadijah primary school used authentic assessment that include written assessment, project assessment and portfolio assessment.

Abstract

: Kompetensi kepribadian guru merupakan salah satu kompetensi yang wajib dikuasai oleh seorang pendidik, dengan adanya penguasaan kompetensi kepribadian maka akan mempermudah kinerja guru dalam membimbing dan melaksanakan tugas sebagai pendidik yang profesional. Pentingnya penguasaan kompetensi kepribadian yang dimiliki seorang guru merupakan salah satu upaya untuk membetuk karakter peserta didik yang berkualitas. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana kompetensi kepribadian guru di SD Negeri Margorejo VI/524 Surabaya, kemudian bagaimana karakter siswa di SD Negeri Margorejo VI/524 Surabaya serta adakah pengaruh kompetensi kepribadian guru terhadap pembentukan karakter siswa di SD Negeri Margorejo VI/524 Surabaya. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif. Pada penelitian ini populasi berjumlah 299 siswa diambil dari kelas IV-VI, karena jumlah populasi lebih dari 100 maka peneliti menggunakan sampel penelitian. Pengambilan sampel dilakukan dengan menggunakan teknik stratified random sampling dengan memakai perhitungan sampel menggunakan rumus Slovin, sehingga diperoleh jumlah sampel 171 siswa. Pengumpulan data dilakukan di SD Negeri Margorejo VI/524 Surabaya dengan menggunakan kuesioner yang disebarkan pada 171 siswa dari kelas IV-VI. Validitas instrumen kuesioner yang digunakan peneliti yaitu validitas ahli dan validitas menggunakan bantuan program SPSS. Uji reliabilitas menggunakan alpha Cronbach yang menunjukkan indeks reliabilitas 0,837 untuk instrumen kuesioner kompetensi kepribadian guru, dan 0,810 untuk kuesioner karakter siswa. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan yaitu teknik analisis deskriptif presentase dan analisis korelasi Rank Spearman. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kompetensi kepribadian guru di SD Negeri Margorejo VI/524 Surabaya yaitu 92,82% yang artinya berada pada kriteria sangat baik. Sedangkan karakter integritas, religius, nasionalis, mandiri, dan gotong royong yang dimiliki siswa di SD Negeri Margorejo VI/524 Surabaya sebesar 84,34% yang artinya berada pada kriteria sangat baik. Sedangkan korelasi antara kompetensi kepribadian guru (X) terhadap pembentukan karakter siswa (Y) memiliki koefisien korelasi (r)=0,436 yang artinya berkorelasi rendah disertai nilai signifikan 0,000<0,05. Berdasarkan penelitian ini dapat disimpulkan bahwa H1 diterima yang artinya terdapat pengaruh antara kompetensi kepribadian guru terhadap pembentukan karakter siswa di SD Negeri Margorejo VI/524 Surabaya.

Abstract

The Effect of Academic Supervision to Improve Pedagogy Competency of Teacher of Margorejo VI/524 Elementary School and Baratajaya Elementary School of Surabaya. The headmaster is fully responsible for organizing education with teachers as class teachers. Teachers are required to master four competencies, one of which is pedagogical competence. However, not all teachers master these competencies, so it is the responsibility of the headmaster to conduct academic supervision. The activity is carried out in the form of class meetings / visits. Therefore, teachers can improve their pedagogical competencies. Researchers are interested in conducting research that aims to analyze the existence of academic supervision in SDN Margorejo VI / 524 and SDN Baratajaya Surabaya. Both schools are located in Surabaya. In addition, the study was conducted also, with the aim to examine the effect of the implementation of academic supervision on the pedagogical competence of teachers by using descriptive quantitative research methods and Spearman rank correlation with ordinal scale data. The population of the two schools is 102 respondents. Sample is 81 respondents with an error level of 0.05. Observation with a questionnaire that has proven as valid and reliable. The analysis by using SPSS 21. The study used two data analysis techniques, namely descriptive analysis and Spearman rank correlation analysis. The results showed that the two schools had carried out academic supervision activities to improve teacher pedagogical competence. The results obtained were 0.608 which means that the category is very good and good and classified as moderate correlation, with a significant correlation value of 0,000 <0.05. So the hypothesis in this study that H1 is accepted and H0 is rejected.

Abstract

Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatatif deskriptif yang bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan bagaimana kemampuan numerasi mahasiswa Pendidikan Profesi Guru Dalam Jabatan 2019 dalam menyelesaikan masalah matematika. Masalah yang diberikan sebanyak 2 soal. Subjek penelitian adalah mahasiswa Pendidikan Profesi Guru Dalam Jabatan sebanyak sebanyak 31 orang adalah mahasiswa yang sudah berkerja sebagai guru sekolah dasar yang tersebar di Jawa Timur dan Madura. Kemampuan Numerasi adalah fokus kepada kemampuan siswa dalam menganalisa, memberikan alasan, dan menyampaikan ide secara efektif, merumuskan, memecahkan, dan menginterpretasi masalah-masalah matematika dalam berbagai bentuk dan situasi (PISA). Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah untuk soal 1, rata-rata kemampuan numerasi mahasiswa PPG SD pada indikator yang pertama sebesar 0,7, rata-rata kemampuan numerasi mahasiswa pada indikator kedua sebesar 1,3 dan nilai rata-rata kemampuan numerasi mahasiswa pada indikator ketiga sebesar 1,37. Untuk soal 2, rata-rata kemampuan numerasi mahasiswa PPG SD pada indikator yang pertama sebesar 0,4, rata-rata kemampuan numerasi mahasiswa pada indikator kedua sebesar 1 dan nilai rata-rata kemampuan numerasi mahasiswa pada indikator ketiga sebesar 0,9. Hasil dari analisa kedua soal, kemampuan terendah mahasiswa PPG SD daljab dalam menyelesaikan masalah matematika adalah kemampuan dalam menggunakan simbol atau angka terkait matematika dalam menyelesaikan masalah sehari hari. Sebagian besar mahasiswa PPG SD banyak melakukan kesalahan dalam penulisan angka dan simbol dalam menyelesaikan masalah matematika padahal maksud yang ingin mereka sampaikan sudah benar sehingga akan menimbulkan miskonsepsi bagi yang membaca hasil penyelesaian masalah mereka.. Abstract

Learning-based activities can be done effectively with efficient learning management systems. Theaim is to determine the application of online-based learning management by using the google classroomapplication to improve the ability of students to make learning administration in learning planning in theprimary education study program Nahdlatul Ulama University of Surabaya. The research method usingclassroom action research (CAR) was carried out in primary education study program Nahdlatul UlamaUniversity of Surabaya, thirth semester B class with a total of 56 students. This research method usesclassroom action research with four stages, namely planning, action implementation, observation, andreflection. Data collection techniques using checklist and observation. The data analysis technique usesdescriptive quantitative. The results showed the application of online-based learning management by usingthe google classroom application to improve the ability of students to make learning tools in learning planningcourses at primary education study program Nahdlatul Ulama University of Surabaya. proved to be veryeffective in improving the ability of students to compile elementary learning tools. This is seen from theincrease in each cycle and the average value of students is more than the specified indicator achievementcriteria. In the first cycle to the 1st meeting, the average value of the preparation of elementary school learningadministration (Annual program, semester program, syllabus, lesson plan) was around 45, while at thesecond meeting the average value of the learning equipment was around 68.25. Whereas in the second cycleat the 1st meeting the average value of the preparation of learning devices was around 73.5, whereas at thesecond meeting the average value of students in the preparation of the elementary learning tools was 96.75.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze the percentage level of primary school principals in using artistic supervision models, and to analyze the supervisory approach undertaken by principals according to the teacher quadrant level. The research method used is quantitative, the type of research used is survey. The data collection technique used was a questionnaire. The data analysis technique used is descriptive statistics, namely presenting in the form of tables, charts, graphs, percentage values ​​and so on. Data analysis was carried out with the help of SPSS version 23. The results showed: 1) the percentage level of primary school principals using the artistic supervision model 27.34% was quite often done by the principal, 2.88% was sometimes done by the principal, 7.91% very often done, 57.55% often and 4.32% never done. 2) principals who take an artistic supervision approach basically do not realize that the supervision model used is an artistic approach. The percentage level of school principals who supervised the quadrant level of teachers with a directive approach was 20.86%, the use of a collaborative approach was 42.45% and the non-directive approach was 36.69%. The suggestions recommended in this article are for researchers to expect further research to create models of artistic supervision in increasing pedagogical competence according to the quadrant level of primary school teachers. For other researchers, similar research can be carried out related to artistic supervision models and the quadrant level of elementary school teachers. The principal should understand the teacher quadrant level to determine the supervision approach that will be used by the principal.

Abstract

The low student learning outcomes in the concept of learning addition and subtraction in learning Mathematics, especially for grade 1 in Elementary School, is still not optimal. This is one of the contributing factors is the lack of mathematics learning materials developed by the teachers, and not many teachers involve students in the learning process so that students are less active in responding to the ongoing Mathematics learning. This study is intended to design learning media that can improve student learning outcomes in learning Mathematics through the development of interactive e-book media for the Dakon game. The formulation of this problem is how is the process of developing the Dakon Game Interactive E-Book Media to Improve Mathematics Learning Outcomes of Elementary School Students and How is the feasibility of developing Dakon Game Interactive E-Book Media to Improve Mathematics Learning Outcomes of Elementary School Students, this study uses the R&D development method only at level 1 with the stages of collecting potentials and problems, literature study and information gathering, product design, design validation, and tested design. With the results of the linguist validation test, the percentage of eligibility of 85% was declared very feasible to use, then the material validation test with a feasibility percentage of 83% was also declared very feasible to use, and the last one was the empirical scale test with a feasibility percentage of 86% indicating that the e-book media Dakon student interactive game is very feasible to use.

Abstract

Abstract: This study aims to systematically review articles on the implementation of anti-corruption values ​​through extracurricular activities in elementary schools from 2018-to 2022. The method of this study is qualitative research, the type of this study is a systematic review based on a review of the Preferred Reporting Items for Systematic Review and Meta-analyses (PRISMA) flow. PRISMA can help researchers to evaluate the results of keyword experiments based on the results of randomized reviews. The data collected in this study relates to the implementation of anti-corruption values ​​through extracurricular activities in elementary schools, supporting factors, and inhibiting factors. The data collection technique used in this study uses identification, screening, eligibility, and included techniques. The data analysis in this study is related to (a) the parties involved in the implementation of anti-corruption values ​​are elementary school students, (b) activities for the application of anti-corruption values, namely extracurricular activities, (c) methods in implementing anti-corruption values ​​through extracurricular activities. in elementary schools, (d) obstacles and supporters in the implementation of anti-corruption values ​​through extracurricular activities in elementary schools, (e) evaluation results of the implementation of anti-corruption values ​​through extracurricular activities in elementary schools. As for the results of the research, the majority of relevant articles were found using a qualitative methodology, the parties involved were the principal, extracurricular teachers, and students. Extracurriculars that are often used in research are Scouts, Pencak Silat, Youth Red Cross (PMR). The supporting factor for success is the existence of self-awareness in each individual. The inhibiting factor is the lack of knowledge possessed by teachers regarding the implementation of anti-corruption education values. In the activities of implementing anti-corruption values ​​through extracurricular activities in elementary schools, some values grow in each student to affect student learning outcomes.
