Abstract

The Program for Strengthening Al-Qur'an Learning through the Talaqqi Method at Pondok Pesantren Terpadu Al-Chodidjah aims to enhance the quality of Al-Qur'an education by integrating the traditional talaqqi method with modern technology. The program, which includes intensive training for teachers and ustadz, the development of interactive learning media, and small group student mentoring, was conducted from February 15, 2024, to August 30, 2024. It successfully improved the educators' competence in teaching the Al-Qur'an and utilizing technology. The learning media developed, including audio recordings and tajwid modules, significantly increased students' understanding and motivation. Intensive mentoring yielded significant improvements in students' reading skills and comprehension. Challenges such as time constraints were addressed through schedule adjustments and the empowerment of ustadz in material creation. This program demonstrated a positive impact on improving the quality of Al-Qur'an learning and can serve as a model for similar developments in other pesantren.

Abstract

Importance development professional teacher in increase quality education No can viewed adjacent eyes. However, even though various training programs has applied, still there is gap significant between the theory taught in training and practice carried out in class. This is show the need approach newer one​ effective in development teacher professionalism. Research This aiming For explore ways For bridge gap between theory and practice in teacher training, as well as evaluate effectiveness approach collaborative and use technology in increase quality teaching. Abstract

Behind the glittering circus performances that invite admiration, and are perceived to be full of happiness and wonder, there is a bitter reality that is rarely revealed: the exploitation of labor. This article uses juridical-normative methods and case study approaches. The purpose of this paper is to examine the compatibility between labor practices in the circus world and the applicable labor law provisions, as well as identify the legal protection that will be provided to workers and examine those who will be responsible for the violation of workers' rights. The results of the study show that behind the stunning performance, there are exploratory work practices in the form of excessive working hours, disproportionate wages, unsafe working conditions, and violations of workers' basic rights. In addition, physical and psychological pressure and the lack of legal protection seen from the lack of clarity in labor regulations in the entertainment sector contribute to the occurrence of exploitative practices, further aggravating these conditions. This article contributes to a critical study of working conditions in the cultural industry and encourages the need for a more comprehensive labor protection policy. This article also underlines the importance of building public awareness of the hidden realities behind the entertainment world and urges readers to take a more critical look at popular entertainment phenomena and demand structural improvements in the protection of labor rights and structural reforms in the management of the circus entertainment industry to create a fair and humane working environment.

Abstract

Munculnya asuransi syariah di dunia didasarkan pada anggapan bahwa asuransi yang ada selama ini yaitu asuransi konvensional banyak mengandung unsur gharar, maisir, dan riba. Asuransi ini sangat memegang prinsip yaitu ta'awunu 'ala al birr wa al-taqwa (tolonglah kalian semua dalam kebaikan dan takwa) dan al-ta'min (keamanan). Kajian ini bertujuan untuk mengelaborasi konsep asuransi dari perspektif hukum Islam. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian kepustakaan, termasuk dalam jenis penelitian kualitatif. Hasil kajian menunjukkan bahwa Asuransi Syariah (Ta’min, Takaful, atau Tadhamun) adalah upaya saling melindungi dan tolong menolong di antara sejumlah pihak melalui investasi berupa harta dan atau tabarru’ yang memberikan pola kembali menghadapi risiko tertentu melalui akad (perikatan) yang sesuai dengan syariah. Melihat peluang yang besar tersebut, sosialisasi tentang asuransi syariah perlu dilakukan secara lebih serius dan komprehensif, sehingga sangat perlu mensinergikan kepentingan berbagai pihak seperti industri asuransi itu sendiri, pemerintah (regulator), ulama, akademisi, dan lembaga. yang fokus pada pengembangan bisnis syariah. Untuk menjawab besarnya peluang yang ada, diperlukan sumber daya manusia yang profesional dan memadai, disertai dukungan permodalan, ditambah payung hukum yang mendukung.

Abstract

ABSTRACT A perlocutionary speech act is an utterance uttered by a speaker that often has influence or effect on the listener. This effect or power of influence is intentionally or unintentionally created by the speaker. The method used in this research is a descriptive method with a qualitative approach. Based on this research, it can be seen that there are types of perlocutionary speech acts, namely non-commissive speech acts with 2 findings with a percentage of 3.08%, directive perlocutionary speech acts with 27 findings with a percentage of 41.53%, perlocutionary speech acts with a percentage of 4 declarations. 6, 15%, expressive perlocutionary speech acts were 22 findings with a percentage of 33.85 and representative perlocutionary speech acts were 10 findings with a percentage of 15.38%. From the data obtained, it can be concluded that the types of perlocutionary speech acts, namely directive speech acts and expressive speech acts, have a greater number compared to other types of perlocutionary speech acts in the novel.

Abstract

Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kompetensi guru SD Negeri Cikampek Selatan I dalam pemanfaatan teknologi pembelajaran digital, khususnya melalui platform Google Sites. Latar belakang kegiatan ini adalah rendahnya pemanfaatan TIK dalam pembelajaran, terbatasnya media interaktif yang digunakan guru, serta minimnya pelatihan produksi konten digital. Melalui pendekatan partisipatif dan metode learning by doing, kegiatan ini meliputi sosialisasi, pelatihan, praktik terstruktur, pendampingan, dan evaluasi berkelanjutan. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan peningkatan signifikan dalam keterampilan guru dalam merancang dan mengelola media ajar berbasis web. Selain menghasilkan produk berupa situs pembelajaran digital, kegiatan ini juga membentuk komunitas guru digital sebagai agen perubahan di sekolah. Program ini terbukti efektif dan berkelanjutan dalam mendukung pembelajaran abad ke-21

Abstract

The capital market is a means to accommodate and channel funds to the public and support business development which will support the growth of the economy as a whole. Money laundering often involves illegal transactions that use the capital market as a means to disguise the origin of funds derived from illegal activities. This research aims to analyse law enforcement efforts against money laundering in the capital market. The research method used is normative law and descriptive analysis. The results showed that the mode of money laundering in the capital market is still rampant because it does not recognise cross-border so it is freer so that the need for participation from various parties to fight and eradicate it. Law enforcement in combating money laundering in the capital market has not been effective because the legal apparatus still uses conventional methods in handling it. It can be concluded that there are still some challenges in combating money laundering in the capital market, such as legal loopholes and limited human resources and technology. As a recommendation, it is necessary to increase inter-agency cooperation, increase the capacity of law enforcement officials, and strengthen regulations and supervision to strengthen efforts to fight money laundering in the capital market.

Abstract

Kendaraan jasa angkutan barang sudah menjadi hal yang lumrah terlihat di berbagai titik daerah di Indonesia karena merupakan perantara antara konsumen dengan pengusaha jasa angkutan untuk melakukan perpindahan barang dagangan yang memiliki muatan yang cukup besar, namun seringkali kendaraan jenis angkutan barang tidak memenuhi standar tipe pembuatan pabrik atau sudah dimodifikasi kembali dengan harapan memperoleh keuntungan dalam memasok barang angkutan sehingga terjadilah pelanggaran berlebihnya dimensi dan muatan Overdimension dan Overloading (ODOL). Penelitian ini tertujuan untuk menganalisa penegakan hukum dalam kebijakan Zero ODOL terhadap Pengangkutan Barang dan untuk mengetahui bentuk sanksi pelanggaran dalam kebijakan Zero ODOL. Metode penelitian digunakan yaitu normatif dan pendekatan analisis normatif kualitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penegakan hukum dalam kebijakan Zero ODOL terhadap pengangkutan barang mengalami kemunduran selama lima tahun kebelakang hal ini disebabkan oleh pengemudi angkutan umum tidak mematuhi ketentuan mengenai tata cara pemuatan, daya angkutan, dimensi kendaraan. Sehingga sanksi yang diberikan bisa berbentuk sanksi administrasi dan sanksi pidana kurungan. Pelanggaran ODOL termasuk pada sanksi golongan berat. Kesimpulan bahwa penegakan hukum dalam kebijakan Zero ODOL belum berjalan secara efektif.

Abstract

The many verses in the Qur'an encourage finding the right way how to understand it thematically. The purpose of the research is to develop a chatbot application that can be used to explore and elaborate the content of verses in the Qur’an that hint at science. The support vector machine (SVM) algorithm classifies question and answers datasets in chatbot applications. The number of data sets used is 76, with test data as much as 10%. The test results show that the SVM algorithm is quite good in classifying, with an accuracy value of 87.5%. While the user test results obtained an average MOS of 8.4, which means the chatbot application developed is very effective in understanding the Qur'an, which implies science. This research is expected to provide an overview of the explanation of the Qur'an about science and technology.

Abstract

Halal certificate existence is a legal certainty particularly for Muslim consumers on product halal assurance. However, many entrepreneurs in Pasirjambu Village, Bandung Regency, have not applied for halal certification due to difficulties and limited knowledge. Therefore, PKM Team from Universitas Islam Jakarta provided training and assistance in registering halal certificates for entrepreneurs who are members of the SEMABU MSME group. This activity uses the Rapid Rural Appraisal (RRA) method to understand the local situation through direct observation and interviews with the target community. In implementing the program, the PKM Team carried out several activities: Counseling, Training, Assistance, Monitoring and Evaluation. The activity results show an increase in the number of products of the SEMABU MSME group that are halal-certified, from only 13 products to 31 halal-certified products. This activity has succeeded in helping business actors in providing halal assurance for the products they sell.Keywords: Halal certification; legal certainty; MSME product. Abstrak: Keberadaan sertifikat halal merupakan salah satu legal certainty khususnya bagi konsumen muslim terhadap jaminan halal produk. Namun banyak pelaku usaha di Desa Pasirjambu Kabupaten Bandung yang tidak mengajukan sertifikasi halal karena kesulitan dan keterbatasan pengetahuan. Oleh karena itu, Tim Pelaksana PKM dari Universitas Islam Jakarta memberikan pelatihan dan pendampingan pendaftaran sertifikat halal untuk para pelaku usaha yang tergabung dalam kelompok UMKM SEMABU. Kegiatan ini menggunakan metode Rapid Rural Appraisal (RRA) untuk memahami situasi setempat melalui observasi dan wawancara langsung kepada masyarakat sasaran. Dalam pelaksanaan program, Tim PKM melaksanakan beberapa tahapan kegiatan sebagai berikut: Penyuluhan, Pelatihan, Pendampingan, Monitoring dan Evaluasi. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan adanya peningkatan jumlah produk kelompok UMKM SEMABU yang tersertifikasi halal, yaitu yang semula hanya 13 produk meningkat menjadi 31 produk tersertifikasi halal. Kegiatan ini telah berhasil membantu para pelaku usaha dalam memberikan jaminan halal produk yang diperjualbelikan.Kata kunci: Kepastian hukum; produk UMKM; sertifikat halal
