Abstract

This study aims to determine the role of the principal's leadership in improving the professionalism of teachers at a public elementary school Banyuasin III. The data source of this research comes from the results of interviews with school principals and teachers. Methods such as interviews, participant observation, and documentation are used to gather data. Data reduction, visualisation, and verification are the data analysis strategies. He has stressed the need of instructors maintaining a professional demeanour at all times in his role as an educator. After preparing a plan, their role as managers is to urge teachers to teach the content in line with the current curriculum. In their role as administrators, they also make sure that teachers have everything they need to do their jobs well and that the school or institution meets its goals. Actively supervising teachers and providing direction and guidance is part of his or her job description as a supervisor. Working as a leader, I oversee teachers as they complete learning tasks and offer guidance on the subject matter to be taught. Improving the quality of teacher learning and encouraging teachers to employ information technology in learning are two of their goals as innovators. Encourage your students to work hard and do their best in class. Motivate and urge students to study more if you want them to succeed. In its role as an entrepreneur, it collaborates closely with the school committee and strives to think of innovative ways to empower teachers so that they can improve their professionalism in the classroom.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to understand the important role of one of the tasks of the Principal (school principal), namely monitoring educators and students in order to improve and improve the learning process at SDN 6 Pemulutan Selatan by knowing the objectives, constraints and benefits of supervising the quality of learning. As it is known that supervision carried out by the principal is part of the management function. The research methodology applied is qualitative, where researchers are directly involved in collecting data at the research location. The object of the research is the principal's role in monitoring the learning process at school. Data were collected through direct observation and interviews with principals and teachers. The implications of this study provide a deeper understanding of the significant role of school principals as supervisors in improving the quality of learning. Related to this study, the researcher found that awareness of supervisory activities by school principals at SDN 6 Pemulutan Selatan is still lacking in attention and implementation. The results showed that supervision by principals of the learning process and teacher performance had a positive impact on improving the quality of learning. The results of this discussion can be seen that first, by supervising learning, principals can evaluate the teaching methods used, the effectiveness of learning, and student responses to learning. Second, the obstacles to supervising the quality of learning can be caused by factors such as incomplete infrastructure and limited time for school principals. Third, the benefits of monitoring the quality of learning are getting information on the teaching and learning process as evaluation material.

Abstract

The research subjects is to determine the improvement of learning outcomes of Islamic religious education by using animated video media, student learning outcomes after using animated video media. This class action research method (PTK) uses stages in the form of cycles, namely cycle I, and cycle II. In each cycle there is planning, implementation, observation and reflection. The subjects of this study were all Class III A children as many as 24 children, III SD Negeri 223 Palembang. The results of the research, it can be concluded that the percentage of student learning outcomes is 37.50%. After using animated video learning media in the first cycle of 66.67%, while in cycle II the percentage of student learning outcomes was 95.83%. Dari hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan. Dalam pra tindakan diketahui bahwa persentase hasil belajar peserta didik sebesar 37,50%. Setelah digunakan media pembelajaran video animasi pada siklus I sebesar 66,67%, Sedangkan pada siklus II persentase hasil belajar peserta didik sebesar 95,83%. Penggunaan media video animasi dalam pelajaran pendidikan agama Islam Pada siklus I adalah sebelum anak memulai belajar tiap pertemuan, video animasi yang sudah disediakan di tayangkan dan anak memperhatikannya, Pada siklus II dilakukan sama halnya dengan siklus I, perbedaannya hanya pada video dimana pada video siklus II lebih menarik karena berupa animasi gambar lebih jelas, sedangkan di siklus I video animasi kurang tertampil dengan jelas. Peningkatan hasil belajar peserta didik sebelum dan sesudah menggunakan media video animasi terjadi pada siklus I, dan siklus II. Dari perbedaan mean atau rata-rata dari hasil belajar peserta didik dari ketuntasan secara klasikal di atas dapat peneliti simpulkan bahwa dengan menggunakan Media Video Animasi dapat Meningkatkan Hasil Belajar Peserta didik di kelas III SD Negeri 223 Palembang

Abstract

Tujuan dalam penelitian ini untuk mengetahui bagaimana “Manajemen Peserta Didik Dalam Pengembangan Bakat dan Minat Melalui Program Ekstrakulikuler di MA Al-Fattah Palembang. Penelitian ini menggunakan Metode Kualitatif dengan teknik pengumpulan wawancara dan observasi. Sehingga memberoleh hasil sebagai berikut: (1) Perencanaan manajemen peserta didik sudah cukup baik, namu ada beberapa ekstrakulikuler yang kurang aktif (2) Pelaksanaan manajemen peserta didik sudah cukup baik, sesuai dengan prosedur yang di rencanakan. Dalam pelaksanaannya peserta didik mengembangkan bakatnya melalui ekstrakulikuler seperti olahraga, pramuka, paskibra dan Rohis. (3) Evaluasi dilakukan ketika perencanaan, sehingga para guru bisa menganalisis apa kebutuhan siswanya dalam pengembangan bakat dan minat.

Abstract

The aim of this research is: (a) Want to know the increase in knowledge of Surah Al Hujurat Verse 13 in class IV students at SDN 41 Plus Banasin III after implementing the Discovery Learning learning model strategy. This research uses two rounds of action research. Each round consists of four stages, namely: design, activities and observation, reflection, and revision. The target of this research was class IV students at SDN 41 Plus Banyuasin III who had not yet fulfilled their KKTP. The data obtained is in the form of formative test results, observation sheets of teaching and learning activities. From the analysis results, it was found that students' knowledge increased from cycle I to cycle II, namely, cycle I (68.00%) and cycle II (92.00%). The conclusion of this research is that the discovery learning model can have a positive effect on student learning motivation, and this learning model can be used as an alternative PAI learning.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to describe the implementation of classroom management in PAUD Al-Basyir, Tanjung Baru Village. Improper classroom management will affect the learning process. Inappropriate classroom management often occurs because no effort is made in creating and maintaining optimal classroom conditions in the learning process. The research conducted used a qualitative approach. In this study using several methods, namely interview, observation, and documentation methods. From the research conducted obtained the results that in PAUD Al-Basyir Tanjung Baru for the management of the class has been good in its management as well as the first laying of tools or learning media in accordance with the needs of its activities. Second, the arrangement of tables and chairs is appropriate which is given a distance to make it easier for students to interact with each other. Third, the position of toys is arranged in such a way as to adjust their function and toy storage is placed in a position that is easily accessible to children, making it easier for children to practice independently when returning toys that have been used. Fourth, children are given the freedom to imagine in the creativity that is placed on the classroom wall. Fifth, for the management of the class, more attention should be paid so that children are not bored during the learning process and finally it is hoped that in the classroom there is air ventilation so as toproduce air exchange in the classroom

Abstract

Pendekatan kelompok (Group Approach) merupakan pendekatan yang mengutamakan pengaturan dan pengoptimalan interaksi antar peserta didik dalam suatu kegiatan kelompok untuk mencapai tujuan pembelajaran sehingga proses belajar mengajar dapat berjalan efektif dan efisien. Tujuan pengabdian ini adalah untuk memotivasi dan menigkatkan minat belajar siswa bukan hanya dipelajaran Bahasa Inggris saja tetapi disetiap mata pelajaran. Metode yang dilakukan pada pengambilan data penelitian ini dengan cara observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Metode analisis data dalam penelitian ini menggunakn Teknik Miles dan Huberman yaitu reduction (reduksi data), display (penyajian data) dan conclusion drawing (penarikan kesimpulan). Menerapkan pendekatan kelompok pada proses pembelajaran memang memiliki dampak positif dan negatifnya. Dampak positif yang diperoleh yaitu, siswa lebih aktif dalam proses pembelajaran, siswa lebih berminat dan bersemangat belajar dengan teman satu mejanya. Sedangkan dampak negatifnya yaitu, terkadang sebagian siswa menjadi sibuk sendiri dan justru bermain bersama teman satu mejanya.

Abstract

This study aims to improve the intelligence of students at MA Al-Fatah Palembang. The subjects of this study were school principals, teachers and students. data obtained through observation, interviews, and documentation. This research was contucted so that students at MA Al-Fatah Palembang  can change the quality of the students themselves through an education because at this time education prioritizes intellectual aspects as a measure of success.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk mengetahui sejauh mana pengaruh besar dalam menerapkan  Manajemen pemasaran pendidikan di SD Negeri 1 Pemulutan menghadapi tantangan yang signifikan, termasuk keterbatasan akses informasi, persaingan dengan sekolah lain, kendala finansial, dan kurangnya keterlibatan komunitas, sehingga diperlukan strategi yang efektif untuk mempromosikan keunggulan sekolah, meningkatkan daya tarik bagi calon siswa, mengoptimalkan sumber daya, dan melibatkan berbagai stakeholder dalam mendukung peningkatan kualitas pendidikan. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan studi kasus. Pendekatan ini dipilih karena memungkinkan peneliti untuk memahami secara mendalam strategi manajemen pemasaran pendidikan di SD Negeri 1 Pemulutan. Data dikumpulkan melalui wawancara, observasi, dan studi dokumen, kemudian dianalisis dengan pendekatan kualitatif, termasuk mentranskripsi, mengembangkan tema, dan menginterpretasi data. Metode ini memungkinkan peneliti untuk mengeksplorasi fenomena secara menyeluruh dan mendapatkan sudut pandang dari berbagai pihak yang terlibat hasil penelitian menunjukkan jika SD Negeri 1 Pemulutan telah menerapkan berbagai strategi pemasaran pendidikan, termasuk kegiatan terbuka, promosi melalui media sosial, dan kegiatan ekstrakurikuler, untuk meningkatkan daya tarik sekolah. Meskipun demikian, tantangan seperti keterbatasan anggaran dan persaingan dengan sekolah lain masih menjadi hambatan yang perlu diatasi dalam upaya memperkuat posisi sekolah di pasar pendidikan. Tantangan dalam implementasi manajemen pemasaran pendidikan ini meliputi keterbatasan anggaran, kurangnya pemahaman konsep pemasaran, persaingan yang ketat antara sekolah, dan ketidakpastian lingkungan.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to find out how class management creates creative, innovative, fun, and interesting learning effectiveness towards learning at SD Negeri 06 Lubuk Keliat Ogan Ilir Regency. A conducive learning situation needs to be maintained so that the growth and development of students are effective and efficient. Therefore, improving the quality of learning in the classroom must be carefully considered because it is one of the supporting factors for improving the quality of education. The research method used is Descriptive in Qualitative form. The subject of this research is SD Negeri 06 Lubuk Keliat Ogan Ilir Regency. Data collection techniques and tools using live communication techniques, direct observation techniques, and documentation studies. The study found that classroom management plays an important role in improving student learning performance at SD Negeri 06 Lubuk Keliat. The result of this study indicates that teachers who are able to lead learning well are able to create a learning environment that supports and encourages students to be active in class and has a positive impact on improving learning outcomes.
