Abstract

Students' emotional health is a crucial factor in education as it directly influences academic achievement, social relationships, and overall psychological well-being. In the digital era, students face increasingly complex challenges such as academic stress, cyberbullying, and social isolation. These conditions demand innovation in guidance and counseling (GC) services to detect and address emotional issues early. One proposed solution is the application of emotion detector technology, an artificial intelligence (AI)-based system capable of analyzing facial expressions, voice intonation, and behavioral patterns to identify emotional states such as anxiety, stress, and depression, with an accuracy rate of 70–90%. This article employs a literature review method, analyzing national and international publications from 2015 to 2023 obtained through databases such as Google Scholar, Scopus, and PubMed. The review results indicate that integrating emotion detector technology can enhance the effectiveness of GC services through early intervention, personalized support, and a reduction in mental health stigma in schools. However, several challenges remain, including data privacy protection, accuracy across diverse cultural contexts, and limited technological infrastructure in Indonesian schools. Therefore, further research is needed to examine the effectiveness of this technology in local contexts. Through such efforts, education can become more adaptive and responsive to students’ emotional needs, ultimately supporting the holistic development of the younger generation. ABSTRAKKesehatan emosional siswa merupakan faktor penting dalam dunia pendidikan karena berpengaruh langsung terhadap prestasi akademik, hubungan sosial, serta kesejahteraan psikologis secara menyeluruh. Di era digital, siswa menghadapi tantangan yang semakin kompleks seperti stres akademis, cyberbullying, dan isolasi sosial. Kondisi ini menuntut adanya inovasi dalam layanan bimbingan dan konseling (BK) agar mampu mendeteksi dan menangani permasalahan emosional sejak dini. Salah satu solusi yang dikaji adalah penerapan teknologi emotion detector, yaitu teknologi berbasis kecerdasan buatan (AI) yang dapat menganalisis ekspresi wajah, intonasi suara, dan pola perilaku untuk mengidentifikasi kondisi emosional siswa, seperti kecemasan, stres, dan depresi, dengan tingkat akurasi mencapai 70–90%. Artikel ini menggunakan metode studi literatur dengan meninjau berbagai publikasi nasional dan internasional dari tahun 2015 hingga 2023 yang bersumber dari Google Scholar, Scopus, dan PubMed. Hasil kajian menunjukkan bahwa integrasi teknologi emotion detector dapat meningkatkan efektivitas layanan BK melalui intervensi dini, pemberian dukungan yang lebih personal, serta mengurangi stigma terhadap kesehatan mental di sekolah. Meski demikian, terdapat sejumlah tantangan seperti perlindungan privasi data, keakuratan dalam konteks budaya yang beragam, serta keterbatasan sarana teknologi di sekolah-sekolah Indonesia. Oleh karena itu, penelitian lebih lanjut perlu dilakukan untuk menguji efektivitas penerapan teknologi ini dalam konteks lokal. Dengan langkah tersebut, dunia pendidikan diharapkan menjadi lebih adaptif dan responsif terhadap kebutuhan emosional siswa guna mendukung perkembangan holistik generasi muda.

Abstract

This research focuses on the Mositande Masugi Ngata (Let's Synergize to Control Inflation) campaign, which aims to analyze the communication strategy implemented by BI Central Sulawesi by utilizing cultural strengths to support inflation control. This research is based on the communication strategy theory based on the Harold D Lasswell paradigm with a qualitative approach based on case studies. The results of the research show that BI Central Sulawesi's communication strategy in the Mositande Masugi Ngata campaign is carried out through five main stages: (1) Identification of  Stakeholders and Their Roles (who), (2) Development of Local Wisdom- Based Themes (says what), (3) Selection of Communication Channels (in which  channel),  (4)  Implementation  of  Campaign  Communication  (to whom), and (5) Campaign Evaluation (with what effect). The application of local wisdom principles is a key element in building campaign messages that are relevant to the local community's culture in strengthening coordination between stakeholders, while creating more effective communication.

Abstract

Kecamatan Pasean merupakan salah satu kecamatan besar di Kabupaten Pamekasan yang masih mengalami kesulitan dalam memperoleh air bersih karena jaringan distribusi PDAM belum sepenuhnya menjangkau seluruh wilayah, dan sumur-sumur cenderung mengering saat musim kemarau. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merencanakan sistem distribusi air bersih di wilayah tersebut, dengan fokus pada proyeksi jumlah penduduk, kebutuhan debit air, perencanaan anggaran biaya, dan desain jaringan perpipaan. Metode kuantitatif digunakan dengan pendekatan perhitungan aritmetika, geometrika, dan eksponensial. Data dikumpulkan melalui observasi, wawancara, dan analisis dokumen. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan proyeksi penduduk pada tahun 2029 sebesar 46.320 jiwa, dengan kebutuhan air sebesar 71,449 liter/detik. Sistem yang dirancang menggunakan pipa HDPE dengan diameter 5 hingga 8 inci, dan estimasi biaya sebesar Rp9.453.990.000,00. Kesimpulannya, penelitian ini menghasilkan desain rinci dan estimasi biaya berdasarkan kebutuhan penduduk di masa mendatang. Saran, perencanaan ini dapat menjadi acuan bagi pihak terkait untuk meningkatkan layanan air dan diterapkan di wilayah lain dengan permasalahan serupa.

Abstract

This article focuses on implementing management functions in the Library of SMK Negeri 2 North Sangatta. This study aims to: (1) describe the implementation of management functions in library management at SMK Negeri 2 North Sangatta, (2) describe the constraints in implementing management functions at the library at SMK Negeri 2 North Sangatta. Based on the results of observations and direct interviews with librarians, it can be summarized as follows. First, the application management function, especially in processing library materials in the library at SMK Negeri 2 North Sangatta has not run optimally, starting from inventorying, classifying, and processing library materials. Second, there were obstacles faced by human resources (HR) or librarian personnel who are experts in the library, as well as limited books on majors such as the Department of heavy equipment engineering which were not yet available.

Abstract

Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) play a crucial role in Indonesia’s economy. Roti Kacang Mpok Atik is a culinary MSME specializing in traditional peanut bread from Tebing Tinggi. Established more than eight years ago, this business continues to grow by maintaining its authentic taste and consistent product quality, making it one of the most popular local food products among consumers. This study aims to analyze the implementation of the marketing mix strategy in strengthening the product competitiveness of the Roti Kacang Mpok Atik MSME in Tebing Tinggi City. The research applies a descriptive qualitative method with data collected through interviews, observations, and documentation. The analysis focuses on four key elements of the marketing mix (product, price, place, and promotion) as essential factors for improving business competitiveness. The results indicate that the marketing mix implementation positively impacts the competitiveness of Roti Kacang Mpok Atik. Product quality and pricing strategies serve as the main strengths in building customer loyalty, while distribution and promotion aspects still require improvement through packaging innovation and digital marketing optimization. Overall, the consistent and adaptive integration of the four marketing mix elements creates added value and strengthens the sustainable competitive advantage of MSMEs in local markets.

Abstract

Industri otomotif memainkan peran penting dalam perekonomian Indonesia, terutama dalam memberikan kontribusi terhadap pendapatan negara dan pertumbuhan ekonomi. Meski demikian, sektor otomotif menghadapi berbagai tantangan, seperti penurunan penjualan kendaraan yang terjadi pada tahun 2019 dan fluktuasi harga saham yang signifikan. Dalam penelitian ini, metode analisis fundamental dengan pendekatan kuantitatif digunakan, dan Eviews 12 dimanfaatkan sebagai alat analisis. Variabel independen yang diteliti meliputi Return on equity (ROE), Current ratio (CR), Debt to equity ratio (DER), dan Total asset turnover (TATO), sementara 7 Sampel Perusahaan dengan harga saham perusahaan sub sektor otomotif di BEI dijadikan sebagai variabel dependen. Data yang digunakan adalah data sekunder yang diperoleh dari laporan keuangan perusahaan dan data historis harga saham. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa ROE memiliki pengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap harga saham. Di sisi lain, CR dan DER tidak menunjukkan pengaruh signifikan terhadap harga saham. Sebaliknya, TATO memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap harga saham. Hal ini mengindikasikan bahwa Implikasikan peningkatan ROE dalam periode ini tidak serta-merta berbanding lurus dengan kenaikan harga saham, CR dan DER yang berarti bahwa tingkat likuiditas dan struktur modal perusahaan bukanlah faktor utama yang memengaruhi keputusan investor dalam membeli saham perusahaan otomotif. Temuan penelitian ini memberikan implikasi penting TATO yang menunjukkan bahwa efisiensi dalam penggunaan aset untuk menghasilkan penjualan sangat berkontribusi terhadap peningkatan harga saham bagi investor, manajemen perusahaan, dan regulator pasar modal. Investor dapat mempertimbangkan efisiensi penggunaan aset sebagai salah satu faktor utama dalam pengambilan keputusan investasi di sektor otomotif

Abstract

In the past decade, the global education landscape has undergone a fundamental transformation along with the massive penetration of Artificial Intelligence (AI) technology. This shift is marked by a transition from conventional teaching methods to a sophisticated adaptive learning ecosystem, where technologies such as machine learning, natural language processing, and learning analytics work synergistically to create a learning experience that is not only personalized but also highly responsive to each student's unique needs. To comprehensively dissect this phenomenon, this article applies the Systematic Literature Review (SLR) approach by critically examining selected research indexed in the Scopus database. The goal is not just to map trends, but to identify existing research gaps and analyze the real impact of AI on learning outcomes. The findings of this review underscore the revolutionary potential of AI in democratizing access to education; This technology is able to increase students' cognitive engagement and motivation through materials tailored to their respective learning speeds and styles. However, this narrative of technological advancement does not come without complexity. Behind this optimism, the adoption of AI in the education sector is facing a significant wall of structural challenges. Crucial issues such as inequality of digital access that can widen the social gap, ethical dilemmas related to student data privacy, and the level of pedagogical readiness of educators in integrating these new tools, are the main highlights of this study. Therefore, this article exists as an effort to provide in-depth strategic insights for educators and policymakers, encouraging the design of AI-based education systems that are not only technically sophisticated, but also inclusive, ethical, and sustainable for the future.

Abstract

This study aims to determine: (1) the partial effect of transformational leadership on employee performance; (2) the partial effect of work discipline on employee performance; (3) the simultaneous effect of employee competence and work discipline on employee performance. This study uses a quantitative descriptive method, which describes variables as they are, supported by numerical data generated from actual conditions. The population in this study was all employees in the Assembling and Sewing departments at PT. Adis Dimension Footwear Balaraja-Tangerang. The research sample consisted of 61 respondents. The technique used to determine the sample in this study was simple random sampling. Meanwhile, to determine the representative sample size in quantitative research, the Slovin formula was used. Data analysis used multiple linear regression analysis with SPSS 26. The results of this study indicate that (1) partially, transformational leadership significantly influences the performance of Assembling and Sewing employees at PT. Adis Dimension Footwear Balaraja-Tangerang, which is indicated by the calculated t value> t table (2.407>2.002) and the significance value of 0.000 is smaller than the significance value of 0.05. Thus Ha is accepted and H0 is rejected. (2) Partially, work discipline significantly influences the performance of Assembling and Sewing employees at PT. Adis Dimension Footwear Balaraja-Tangerang, which is indicated by the calculated t value> t table (4.836>2.002) and the significance value of 0.000 is smaller than the significance value of 0.05. Thus Ha is accepted and H0 is rejected. (3) Simultaneously, transformational leadership and work discipline significantly influence the performance of Assembling and Sewing employees at PT. Adis Dimension Footwear Balaraja-Tangerang, which is indicated by F count> F table (19.277>3.16) with a significance level of 0.000. Thus Ha is accepted and H0 is rejected. Based on the research results, it can be concluded that transformational leadership and work discipline variables, both partially and simultaneously, have a significant influence on the performance of Assembling and Sewing employees at PT. Adis Dimension Footwear Balaraja-Tangerang.
