Abstract

As an effort to build the quality of human resources, organizations need to carry out human resource development which is a process of increasing knowledge, skills and abilities in order to achieve national development goals which include planning, development and management. Through research on performance improvement at the North Sumatra Province human resource development agency, this study aims to analyze the effect of work productivity on public services. The population and sample in this study were prospective civil servants, Alumni of the Latsar state civil apparatus who had attended the Basic Training for prospective civil servants at the North Sumatra provincial human resource development agency totaling 120 (one hundred and twenty) people. The results of this study are: 1) There is a positive effect of work productivity on performance improvement; (2) there is no positive effect of work productivity on public services; (3) there is a positive effect of performance improvement on public services; (4) there is a positive direct effect of work productivity on public services through performance improvement; (5) there is an indirect effect of work productivity on public services through performance improvement.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of Employee Stock Options (ESOs) on Abnormal Returns with Corporate Governance as a moderating variable. Corporate Governance proxies are independent commissioners, managerial ownership, and institutional ownership. The population in this study were companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. Based on the purposive sampling method, 20 samples were obtained and the regression method used was Moderate Regression Analysis (MRA). The results of this study indicate that Employee Stock Options (F-SOs) have a significant effect on Abnormal Returns and Corporate Governance is a moderating variable in the relationship between employee stock options (ESOs) and abnormal returns.

Abstract

Introduction: Research has been carried out with the title "Geometry of Fault Model Subsurface Based on Resistivity Data (Laboratory case)" with the aim of testing the effectiveness of the geoelectric method for identifying the geometry and direction of fault alignment, as well as knowing the geometry and direction of fault alignment based on resistivity data. Method: This research uses the Wenner configuration with azimuthal measurement techniques, totaling 24 electrode measurements. Data processing uses Res2dinv software release 3.53. Results and Discussion: The results obtained show the effectiveness of the geoelectric method in identifying fault-type obstacles, it is more appropriate to carry out measurements in parallel and perpendicular directions of the fault model. Conclusion: Then the fault geometry model obtained shows that the normal fault model has a resistivity value of 309 - 2254.26 Ωm and the thrust fault model has a resistivity value of 100 - 467.26 Ωm which is the resistivity value of granite, where this layer is a model of the fault.

Abstract

Introduction: Research has been carried out titled "Determining the Volume of Liquefaction Sediment Using the Geoelectric Resistivity Type Method in Balaroa Village". Methods: This research aims to identify subsurface lithology and determine the volume of liquefaction sediment in Balaroa Village. This research uses the resistivity method Wenner configuration. Result and Discussion: Measurements were carried out in 4 passes with the distance between electrodes on Tracks 1 - 3 being 7 m and on Track 4 a distance of 10 m. From the results of measurements and data interpretation, it was obtained that the type resistance value was 2.98 - 436.14 Ωm with lithology in the form of clay, sand, and gravel. The calculated volume of liquefaction sediment in Balaroa Village is 370,883 m³. Conclusion: Clay and sand rocks are liquefaction sediments with resistance values of less than 67.86 Ωm. Meanwhile, gravel and building debris are non-liquefaction rocks with resistance values of more than 67.86 Ωm. The calculated liquefaction sediment in Balaroa Village is around 370,883 m³. The volume of liquefaction sediment increases in thickness in the eastern part, which is caused by morphological conditions that tend to be more gentle in that part.

Abstract

Read the Qur’an in tartil, but it is an inseparable part of human existence as a cultured creature who has creativity, taste, and intention. Art is a part of culture. Culture is the result of cultivation creation for humans themselves, and society grows because of culture. Muhsin Salim further explained that art as the embodiment of a sense of beauty, in general, is for the welfare of life. Art arises through the recitation of the Koran which is the result of the process of learning the songs of the Koran. Understanding character is innate, heart, soul, personality, character, behavior, personality, nature, character, temperament, character. The character is personality, behavior, character, character, and character. Character refers to a series of attitudes, behaviors, motivations, and skills. Learning is an effort to teach students. Meanwhile, according to Suyudi, learning is a process to acquire knowledge, while knowledge is a way to obtain truth or value, and truth is a statement without hesitation that begins with an attitude of doubt first. The art of reading the Qur'an known as An-Naghom fil Qur'an means to beautify the sound of the recitation of the Qur'an. Learn ways or methods of humming, singing, and beautifying the sound of the recitation of the Qur'an. The art of reading the Qur'an is an oral science. Based on the description above, it can be concluded as follows: In general, the implementation of character education at the Nurul Quran Praya Islamic Boarding School, Central Lombok has been carried out in an integrated manner in the learning process, both held in formal education such as Islamic Junior High Schools and Madrasah Aliyah institutions as well as extracurricular programs developed in hostels, such as the Al-Quran Recitation art education program, implementation of integrated character education at the vision-mission level, and the goals of the Nurul Qur’an Praya Islamic Boarding School, Central Lombok. Character formation through the art of recitation of the Qor’an includes characters related to perseverance, patience, responsibility, cooperation, and religion. These characters grow from the processes of habituation that take place continuously through education in the art of recitation of the Koran. The most prominent characters include the character of perseverance, patience, responsibility, cooperation, and religion. Indicators of the formation of the character of students through the art of recitation of the Koran can be seen from values such as the patience of students, the character of responsibility, obedience, and obedience, a climate of cooperation, and the religious situation that characterizes the lives of students. The religious atmosphere is reflected in the culture of greetings, clothing and clothing, obedience and obedience of students, manners, worship, reciting, and morals that are reflected in the lives of students in the Al-Quran Recitation art program at the Nurul Qur’an Praya Islamic Boarding School, Central Lombok.   Keywords: Character Formation, Santri, Art of Recitation.
