Abstract

The law must be able to provide adequate protection against variations in the provision of collateral for credit facilities. This variation and legal protection relates, among others, to the existence of cross collateral in credit collateral. The type of research or approach taken is empirical legal research while the nature of the research carried out is categorized as descriptive-analytical research. Required special rules governing cross collateral. This is necessary to provide legal certainty and legal protection for both creditors and debtors in entering into credit agreements, especially if the agreements use cross collateral collateral.

Abstract

Praktik jual beli apartemen melalui Perjanjian Pengikatan Jual Beli (PPJB) berpotensi merugikan konsumen jika terdapat ketidaksesuaian antara isi perjanjian dan kenyataan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaturan hukum PPJB apartemen serta pertimbangan hakim dalam putusan Pengadilan Negeri Surabaya No. 874/Pdt.G/2023/Pn Sby. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah yuridis-normatif dengan pendekatan undang-undang dan konseptual, serta analisis deskriptif-analitis terhadap data sekunder. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pengaturan hukum PPJB apartemen merujuk pada PP No. 12 Tahun 2021 dan Keputusan Menteri Perumahan No. 11/KPTS/1994. Dalam kasus tersebut, hakim memutus bahwa PT. PMS tidak melakukan perbuatan melawan hukum berdasarkan pembuktian dari lima alat bukti yang diajukan.

Abstract

The rapid growth of the electronics industry in the era of globalization demands the availability of high-quality Human Resources (HR) ready to compete in the job market. Graduates from vocational programs, with a focus on technical skills, play a vital role in supplying the workforce needs in this industry. However, the success of vocational graduates' careers is not solely determined by technical competence. This research aims to analyze psychological capital in assessing the career feasibility of vocational graduates as human resource suppliers in the electronics industry. The approach encompasses an in-depth examination of relevant literature employing qualitative analysis, aiming to gain a comprehensive insight into the topic from 2004 to 2023. The study results indicate that in assessing the career feasibility of vocational graduates as human resource suppliers in the electronics industry, it is essential to emphasize that interpersonal skills, autonomy, self-motivation, emotional intelligence, and leadership abilities play a crucial role. The dynamic electronics industry requires individuals with strong technical skills as well as the ability to adapt, collaborate within teams, and possess good emotional intelligence. Therefore, it is crucial not to solely assess technical qualifications when evaluating vocational graduates. Vocational education should pay more attention to the early development of psychological skills so that graduates are prepared to face various challenges in the ever-evolving professional world.

Abstract

Abstract This study aims to examine the legal protection provided to whistleblowers who know about narcotics abuse crimes in Indonesia, in accordance with the provisions of the Witness and Victim Protection Law. The method used is a normative juridical approach by analyzing related legal materials, including legislation and legal literature. The results of the study indicate that legal protection for whistleblowers is very important to encourage the public's courage in reporting narcotics crimes. This protection includes confidentiality of the reporter's identity, physical security, and legal protection from retaliation. The obstacles faced are still non-compliance by officials in implementing optimal protection procedures. It is recommended that law enforcement be more serious in providing protection and socializing the rights of whistleblowers so that their data remains safe and secure

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan mengetahui Pengaruh Tekanan Eksternal, Implementasi E-Bud­­geting, dan Aksesibilitas terhadap Transparansi Laporan Keuangan pada OPD Kota Te­­gal baik secara parsial maupun secara simultan. Jenis penelitian deskriptif dengan pen­de­­katan kuantitatif. Berdasrakan hasil penelitian diperoleh: 1) Berdasarkan uji parsial yang su­dah dilakukan oleh peneliti, mendapatkan hasil sebagai berikut; Tekanan Eksternal (X1) se­cara parsial berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Transpransi Laporan Keuangan (Y). Im­ple­men­tasi E-Budgeting (X2) secara parsial tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Tra­ns­pran­si Laporan Ke­uangan (Y). Aksesibilitas (X3) secara parsial berpengaruh signifikan ter­ha­dap Transpransi La­poran Keuangan (Y). 2) Secara simultan, setiap variabel independent me­miliki pengaruh ya­ng positif dan signifikan terhadap variabel dependent. Dapat di­buk­ti­kan dengan uji si­mul­tan memiliki nilai signifikasi 0,000. 3) Aksesibilitas (X3) pada pe­ne­li­ti­an ini merupakan va­ria­bel yang memiliki pengaruh yang dominan terhadap Transpransi La­poran Keuangan (Y).

Abstract

Pembukaan UUD 1945 menegaskan akan prinsip negara hukum dengan Pancasila sebagai sebagai jiwa bangsa yang membedakan Indonesia dari negara lain, keserasian tatanan hidup berbangsa dan bernegara  dengan asas musyawarah untuk mufakat yang terkandung dalam nilai-nilai Pancasila menjadi ciri khusus yang berakar dalam kehidupan berbangsa, pengadilan menjadi alternatif terakhir  penyelesaian konflik atau sengketa yang terjadi dalam masyarakat, dan pemerintah mengakomodir dengan sebuah aturan penyelesaian konflik diluar pengadilan yang dikenal dengan istilah alternatif penyelesaian sengketa ke dalam aturan perundangan yang kemudian menjadi landasan hukum bagi Mahkamah Agung menetapkan mediasi sebagai bagian dari  hukum acara perdata di pengadilan, penyelesaian konflik diluar pengadilan menjadi produk hukum dalam upaya penegakan hukum keadilan, sebagai bagian dari penegak hukum maka undang undang advokat mengisyaratkan advokat mengambil peran penting dalam penyelesaian non litigasi bagi setiap sengketa yang ditanganinya sesuai dengan Undang-Undang advokat dan kode etik profesi advokat.

Abstract

Assessment in differentiated instruction presents challenges for educators due to the diversity of students' potentials. This study reviews the effectiveness of assessment strategies in differentiated instruction to evaluate the diversity of student potentials. The method used is a Systematic Literature Review of 15 relevant articles published between 2020 and 2025. The findings indicate that diagnostic, formative, and summative assessments, as well as adaptive and multiformat assessments, are effective in accommodating diverse learning needs. Identified challenges include time constraints, lack of teacher training, and technological barriers. Adjusting assessment strategies through flexible methods, the use of portfolios, tiered tasks, and the integration of technology is key to enhancing the effectiveness of assessment in differentiated instruction. These findings provide important recommendations for educators in designing more inclusive and responsive assessments to accommodate student diversity.

Abstract

Peningkatan mutu siswa didik sangat penting dalam menunjang keterampilan, dalam rangka persiapan menghadapi kebutuhan tenaga kerja yang terampil di lingkungan industry. Pengetahuan yang terbaru dan banyak diterapkan di industri memang selayaknya diajarkan di sekolah, sehingga sekolah tersebut akan link-match dengan industri. Oleh sebab itu, LPPM universitas mercubuana dengan SMK PGRI – Jatisari bekerjasama untuk melaksanakan pelatihan CNC Milling. Pelatihan ini bertujuan untuk memiliki kemampuan atau kompetisi tenaga kerja dalam rangka memasukin dunia kerja di industri. Secara keseluruhan para peserta menyatakan pelatihan menarik, banyak hal ‘baru’ didapat dan dipelajari selama kegiatan. Hal ini ditunjukkan dengan penilaian selama proses pelatihan yang memiliki nilai diatas rata-rata diatas 75. Sehingga dengan pelatihan ini siswa Sekolah menengah kejuruan PGRI - Jatisari sangat bermanfaat dalam memahami penerapan mesin CNC Milling.

Abstract

This pre-natal period occurs from the start of fertilization of the sperm to the egg until birth, normally this period lasts according to the average gestational age in general, which is around nine months. Pre-natal education to form human beings insan kamil is to interpret Nur Nabi Muhammad SAW, as the source of Akhlakul Karimah, but must be adapted to the conditions of the essence and soil, therefore good habits are needed. Abstract

The problem in this research is that the act of default can cause losses to the contract partner, so the contract partner who is harmed has the right to ask for legal protection through the court to force the person who committed the default to carry out his obligations in accordance with the agreed contract. The purpose of this study is to determine the type of legal protection that each party has and investigate the challenges associated with putting current regulations into effect.  The concepts of justice, legal certainty, and legal protection are examined along with pertinent laws and regulations using the normative legal method. The results of the study show that current regulations already cover various forms of protection, such as electronic contract requirements, business actors' obligations to provide transparent product information, and sanctions for violations of the law. However, the implementation of regulations faces obstacles, including lack of legal awareness and technological limitations. This study recommends strengthening government supervision, increasing digital literacy among the public, and collaboration between stakeholders to create a safer and more equitable e-commerce environment.
