Abstract

Kebutuhan manusia tidak hanya sekedar sandang, pangan dan papan, namun pendidikan keluarga juga merupakan kebutuhan dasar setiap orang. Manusia yang mempunyai ilmu yang baik maka akan mempunyai perkembangan mental yang baik pula. Sivitas akademika dan mahasiswa STAB Nalanda yang melakukan pengabdian masyarakat (PKM) di Pura Asoka Arama berjumlah 10 orang. Tujuan Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat (PKM) di Pura Asoka Arama adalah untuk mendukung pengembangan moral dalam pendidikan karakter melalui pendidikan agama khususnya untuk pendidikan keluarga. Implikasi atau kontribusi dari pengabdian ini adalah terbentuknya konsep pendidikan keluarga dalam perspektif Budha, serta memperkaya wawasan Buddha Dharma bagi umat Buddha di Indonesia. Siswa antusias mendengarkan penjelasan materi yang diberikan. Antusiasme mahasiswa terus berlanjut saat mengajukan pertanyaan seputar demonstrasi. Para orang tua yang mengikuti kebaktian juga antusias mendengarkan Dhammadesana (berbagi pendidikan agama) dari pendakwah. PKM ini dinilai efektif karena tingkat minat siswa terhadap materi tersebut cukup tinggi.

Abstract

Hindu religious education and character learning form people who have faith, are devoted to God Almighty, and have noble character in accordance with the goals of national education. This research is the most recent and was urgently carried out to assess and measure the success of the implementation of the Merdeka curriculum. So that, through the results of this research, improvements can be made to aspects that have not been optimally implemented and can become a basis for consideration when making policies related to the Merdeka curriculum. The aim of this research is to thoroughly analyze the evaluation of the CIPP model on the implementation of the Merdeka curriculum in Hindu religious education and character learning for X grade students at a senior high school in Denpasar City from the level of effectiveness. This type of research is survey research, and the approach used is an evaluative approach. For sampling, X-grade students use probability sampling techniques with simple random sampling; meanwhile, for sampling of school principals and deputy principals in the curriculum sector, non-probability sampling techniques with saturated sampling are used. The instrument used is a questionnaire with data analysis techniques using descriptive statistics. The results of this research are the level of effectiveness based on calculations using Glickman's theory, respectively, for students, educators, the deputy principal for curriculum, and the school principal at SMA N 1 Denpasar, namely, very effective, very effective, and very effective. Meanwhile, at SMA N 4 Denpasar, it is less effective, very effective, and very effective. At SMA N 7 Denpasar, less effective, very effective, and very effective.

Abstract

The aims of this study is (1) analyze the need for implementing virtual reality in the Sociology and Buddhist Culture courses at STABN Sriwijaya; (2) identify the obstacles faced in the application of this technology; and (3) analyze the strategies implemented by STABN Sriwijaya in facing the challenges of digital transformation. This research is expected to provide a comprehensive overview as a foundation for developing technology-based learning media in Buddhist higher education. The method of this study is qualitative approach with an empirical study method. Data was collected using in-depth interview method with key informants consisting of lecturers and management from the Buddhist Religious Education Study Program at STABN Sriwijaya. Then the collected data were analyzed with thematically method to indentify the patterns of needs, perceived challenges, as well as expectations and strategic steps that have been and will be taken by the institution regarding VR implementation. The results show a strong need for the application of VR as a medium to enhance motivation and learning effectiveness, enabling students to be virtually "present" in historical and cultural contexts. The main identified obstacles are the limitations of internet network infrastructure and the readiness of human resources (lecturers) to adapt to new technology. Nevertheless, there is high optimism and concrete institutional strategies, as STABN Sriwijaya is actively in the process of building supporting infrastructure such as new buildings and laboratories to realize digital transformation in its learning process. Abstract

Pada tahun 2021, 2022 dan 2023 nilai rata prestasi belajar siswa mengalami penurunan, hal ini merupakan indikasi masih rendahnya prestasi belajar siswa dalam Pembelajaran Agama Buddha di SMKS Kasih Maitreya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengalisis pengaruh Budaya Sekolah dan Disiplin Diri terhadap Prestasi Belajar Siswa pada Pembelajaran Agama Buddha di SMKS Kasih Maitreya. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif dengan melakukan penyebaran kuesioner kepada siswa mata pelajaran Pendidikan Agama Buddha di SMKS Kasih Maitreya. Populasi penelitian seluruh siswa mata pelajaran Pendidikan Agama Buddha di SMKS Kasih Maitreya kelas 12 yang berjumlah 97 orang. Analisis data menggunakan analisis univariat yaitu analisis yang digunakan untuk mendeskripsikan variabel Budaya Sekolah dan Disiplin Diri Siswa dan analisis bivariate analisis yang digunakan melihat pengaruh Budaya Sekolah terhadap Disiplin Diri Siswa pada Pembelajaran Agama Buddha di SMKS Kasih Maitreya menggunakan uji statistik chi square. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan ada pengaruh yang signifikan antara budaya sekolah dan disiplin terhadap prestasi belajar siswa pada Pembelajaran Agama Buddha di SMKS Kasih Maitreya baik secara parsial dan simultan dengan presentase sumbangan pengaruh variabel budaya sekolah dan disiplin terhadap prestasi belajar siswa pada Pembelajaran Agama Buddha di SMKS Kasih Maitreya sebesar 19,0% dan sisanya 81.0% dipengaruhi atau dijelaskan oleh variabel lain yang tidak terdapat dalam model atau diluar dari penelitian ini.

Abstract

This study aims to investigate the impact of leadership and organizational commitment on improving the quality of education in rapidly growing educational institutions, enabling them to effectively compete with other universities. The approach used is a quantitative method, utilizing questionnaires as the primary means of data collection. The study encompassed a population of 2,335 individuals, with a sample size of 335. The research results show that: first, from the results of these calculations, it can be seen that sig. research < sig. 5%, leading to the rejection of the null hypothesis (H0) and acceptance of the alternative hypothesis (H1). This means that there is a significant influence of leadership on the quality of education at STAHN Mpu Kuturan Singaraja. Second, from the results of these calculations, it can be seen that the research sig is < sig 5%. The null hypothesis (H0) is rejected, and the alternative hypothesis (H1) is accepted. Therefore, these findings provide support for the research hypothesis, which posits a significant influence of organizational commitment on education quality at STAHN Mpu Kuturan Singaraja. Third, from the results of these calculations, it can be seen that the research sig is < sig 5%, leading to the rejection of the null hypothesis (H0).

Abstract

This study aims to examine and understand the influence of positive discipline, differentiated instruction strategies, and learning motivation on the learning outcomes of Buddhist Religious Education students at Maitreyawira Private High Schools throughout Indonesia. This research uses a quantitative method. Data collection was conducted by distributing questionnaires consisting of positive discipline variables, differentiated instruction strategies, learning motivation, and learning outcomes using multiple linear regression analysis techniques. The total sample taken was 92 students from Maitreyawira Private High Schools across Indonesia (Palembang, Batam, Deli Serdang, Tanjung Pinang, Jakarta, and Kisaran) out of a total population of 1,089. The results of this study show that by comparing the values of tcount > ttable (2.687 > 1.662), positive discipline has a partial positive and significant effect on the Buddhist education learning outcomes of Maitreyawira High School students; Furthermore, looking at the comparison of tcount > ttable (2.162 > 1.662), the differentiated instruction strategies have a partially positive and significant effect on the Buddhist Education learning outcomes of Maitreyawira High School students; with a comparison of tcount > ttable (7.280 > 1.662), learning motivation has a partially positive and significant effect on the Buddhist Education learning outcomes of Maitreyawira High School students; and the results of the f test where fcount > ftable (64.881 > 2.71) shows that positive discipline, differentiated instruction strategies and learning motivation have a positive and significant effect simultaneously on learning outcomes.

Abstract

The 21st century learning paradigm leads towards: a) students center learning; b) learning is not centered in one place c). reducing the need for study space facilities, (physical) and paperless. d) training/socialization tends to be related to the use of applications (skills). e) the demand to be able to read and understand of big data (data literacy, technology literacy, and human literacy). This change in learning models is definitely accompanied by changes in educational management. Implementation of education management is carried out jointly between the government, educational units, (school principals & teachers), parents and students. This can be done through collaboration, responsibility and ethics by applying a humanistic approach. The method used is through literature review or reviewing literature that is relevant to technohumanistic learning. The conclusion obtained is that the government, educational units, school principals, teachers, parents must be able to create regulations and educational facilities that are safe and comfortable for children or provide learning places (schools) that are child-friendly, free from bullying problems, violence, intolerance and discrimination.
