Abstract

Kidneys are organs that function to filter metabolic waste in the blood and dispose of them in the form of urine. One of kidney disease is kidney cancer. Kidney cancer occurs due to gene mutations in kidney cells that cause kidney cells to grow abnormally and uncontrollably. To take an image of kidney cancer using a Magnetic Resonance Imaging (MRI) tool. The purpose of this research is to identify and recognize the pattern object of kidney cancer in the MRI image. To identify kidney cancer images, it begins with collecting image data, image processing, image edge detection, image thinning, and identification processes. Edge detection is used to detect the boundaries of objects in the image. The method used in this research is the Canny and Sobel method. The number of images taken were 23 images of kidney cancer samples. The results of this research show that the Canny method gives better image results than the Sobel image results

Abstract

Kemajuan teknologi komputer memiliki dampak yang sangat penting dalam kehidupan manusia. Komputer telah menjadi alat yang sangat membantu dalam menjalankan berbagai aspek kehidupan sehari-hari, seperti memudahkan akses informasi melalui internet dan memproses data yang kompleks di lingkungan perkantoran dan pendidikan. Meskipun teknologi komputer telah menjadi bagian tak terpisahkan dari banyak aspek kehidupan, beberapa sektor, termasuk beberapa sekolah, masih belum sepenuhnya memanfaatkan kemajuan teknologi ini, terutama dalam proses pemilihan jurusan untuk siswa baru. Untuk alasan ini, penelitian ini dilakukan dengan tujuan untuk menggali dan menjelaskan proses pemilihan jurusan di SMK Negeri 1 Kota Solok. Dengan pemahaman yang lebih mendalam tentang proses ini, diharapkan penelitian ini dapat memberikan panduan yang lebih baik bagi siswa baru dalam mengambil keputusan yang lebih tepat dalam memilih jurusan. Untuk mencapai tujuan ini, penelitian ini mengadopsi metode Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) dalam proses pemilihan jurusan. Penelitian ini melibatkan 137 siswa dan menggunakan 4 kriteria yang relevan, dengan 6 alternatif jurusan dengan tujuan memberikan rekomendasi yang lebih baik terkait pemilihan jurusan untuk penerimaan siswa baru tahun 2023/2024. Hasil dari penelitian ini tidak hanya berupa rekomendasi jurusan terbaik, tetapi juga menghasilkan sistem pendukung keputusan berbasis web. Sistem ini menerapkan metode Simple Additive Weigthing (SAW) dan dapat membantu siswa dalam mengambil keputusan yang lebih berdasarkan informasi dan efisien terkait pemilihan jurusan mereka. Dengan demikian, diharapkan bahwa penelitian ini akan memberikan manfaat nyata bagi siswa baru dan sekolah itu sendiri dalam meningkatkan kualitas pendidikan serta proses pengambilan keputusan.

Abstract

Sistem informasi yang interaktif dapat membantu kinerja pegawai dalam mendukung program SPBE (Sistem Pemerintah Berbasis Elektronik. Dinas Kominfotik Sumatera Barat berperan penting dalam memberikan layanan internet kepada OPD-OPD di bawah lingkup Pemerintahan Provinsi Sumatera Barat. Pembangunan sistem jaringan internet yang sudah baik tidak dapat dijamin bahwa jaringan tersebut terbebas dari gangguan dan kerusakan. Gangguan terhadap akses internet akan berdampak terhadap produktifitas bekerja pegawai dan pelayanan kepada masyarakat. Kurangnya pemahaman PIC OPD dan pengguna dalam menangani permasalahan gangguan jaringan internet, maka dibutuhkan keahlian pakar dalam melakukan identifikasi kerusakan pada jaringan internet berdasarkan gejala-gejala yang terjadi, serta diberikan solusi perbaikan pada gangguan yang ada. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui wawancara dan observasi lapangan. Metode yang digunakan untuk pengolahan data pada Sistem Pakar ini yaitu metode forward chaining. Forward Chaining adalah sebuah strategi pencarian dalam system pakar yang dimulai dari sekumpulan data atau fakta, dari data-data tersebut, system akan mencari suatu kesimpulan yang menjadi solusi dari permasalahan yang dihadapi. Berdasarkan hasil pengujian Sistem Pakar menggunakan metode forward chaining untuk mendeteksi gangguan jaringan internet menghasilkan tingkat akurasi sebesar 100 % menggunakan 29 data uji. Berdasarkan hasil yang didapatkan dari Sistem Pakar dengan metode forward chaining, system tersebut dapat digunakan untuk mendeteksi kerusakan jaringan internet di Layanan Internet Diskominfotik Sumatera Barat.

Abstract

Learning Management System is a software for the need to manage learning activities such as searching for materials, reporting learning matters, providing materials for learning matters carried out online and connected to an internet connection. The benefits that can be obtained Form the use of e-learning are the existence of facilities for e-moderating where teachers can carry out learning activities without being constrained by distance, teachers and students can also use teaching materials via the internet, students can review learning materials online, if students require additional materials for learning so students can access the internet, changes in the role of students and teachers become more active and learning is relatively more efficient and effective. This research aims to apply the LTSA framework to the design of a Learning Management System. The method used in this research is the LTSA framework. This method explains that the LTSA framework consists of five architectural layers, each layer describes a system at a different level. The dataset processed in this research comes Form SMK N 1 Ranah Batahan. The dataset consists of students majoring in TKJ class XI in Indonesian, English, mathematics and vocational subjects. The results of research using the LTSA framework make learning data more structured in managing learning activities. This research can be a reference in developing a Learning Management System using other methods

Abstract

Augmented reality is a technique that combines two-dimensional and three-dimensional virtual objects into a real three-dimensional scope and then projects these virtual objects in real time. The use of markers in this application is chosen apart from being suitable for implementation as learning and also tends to be fast in terms of reading on the process of the emergence of 3-dimensional objects in visual Form. This research aims to be a learning medium for the 12 Principles of Animation at the high school level. The method used in this research uses the 3D Image tracking method, which has four stages, namely 3 Dimensional Model Development, Marker development, Model implementation into development tools, Augmanted Reality Application Implementation, Dataset consists of 12, 3 Dimensional images representing each of the 12 Principles of Animation. This research produces animated Augmanted Reality digital learning media that can attract student interest and make students understand more quickly. Reference: The use of animated Augmanted Reality learning media makes learning active, creative, effective and fun.

Abstract

The ever-increasing development of the digital environment means that educational certificates are often vulnerable to forgery, manipulation, or even loss of integrity. Blockchain is a technology that allows for a distributed database that can only be accessed by a certain number of computer network nodes. Distributed Ledger Technology (DLT) is a system that captures and distributes data over multiple data stores (Ledgers), where each storage has identical data records. Smart Contracts is a Blockchain protocol that allows developers to create and execute financial agreement codes on the Blockchain. This contract will be activated by all parties involved. This research aims to improve the security of certificate authenticity on the edutech platform at Inatechno. The methods applied are Smart Contract and Distributed Ledger. The dataset processed in this research comes from Inatechno. The dataset consists of 48 data on certificate participants who have taken part in training activities at Inatechno. The results of this research are that Blockchain technology can increase certificate security on the Edutech platform. The resulting system can automate the verification process and reduce the risk of counterfeiting. Therefore, this research can be a reference that Blockchain technology using Smart Contracts and Distributed Ledger can be an effective solution in increasing certificate security on the Edutech platform. This implementation can provide significant benefits in supporting the need for security and integrity of certificate data, opening up the potential for further development in the context of digital education.

Abstract

The Certainty Factor method can help overcome this complexity by providing a level of confidence regarding major recommendations. Certainty Factor allows an expert system to measure the level of confidence or uncertainty associated with each knowledge rule or fact used. Each rule contributes to the overall confidence level, and this can provide an idea of the extent to which the system is confident in the recommendations it produces. In complex decision making, various knowledge rules can influence each other. The Certainty Factor method allows the integration of belief values from interrelated rules, providing a holistic picture of the extent to which evidence supports a conclusion. In some cases, knowledge rules may provide contradictory or conflicting information. Certainty Factor can be used to handle information conflicts by assigning a weight or level of confidence to each piece of information, so that the system can produce more accurate recommendations. Certainty Factor provides a mechanism for measuring the level of uncertainty in a decision. This is important when the available information is incomplete or there is uncertainty in the values used in the knowledge rules. By taking into account the level of uncertainty, the system can provide recommendations that are more realistic and appropriate to complex situations. The Certainty Factor method can be applied dynamically, allowing the system to adjust confidence levels over time or with the addition of new information. This is useful when students experience changes in interest or talent, so the system can provide more accurate and relevant recommendations..

Abstract

Computer network systems are designed to share resources together, so that the security of resources on the server must be maintained and the resources used must be optimized. The aim of this research is to analyze the comparative level of optimization of Port knocking and Honeypot using the IPTables method for network security on servers with different CPU and memory resources. The security methods used in this research are Port knocking, Honeypot and IPTables. The data used includes ports that were successfully attacked as well as resource usage before and after IPTables implementation on a server with 2 CPU resources and 1507284KiB memory obtained from previous research. The results of this research show that 80% of ports cannot be attacked while 20% of ports, namely port 22, are designed to be attacked. The server CPU and Memory resource usage graph shows a decrease after implementing IPTables from Denial of Service (DoS) and Brute force testing. On a server with 1 CPU and 1015852KiB of memory resources, CPU usage decreased by 36%, and memory usage decreased by 41%. Meanwhile, on a server with 4 CPU resources and 6036624 KiB of memory, CPU usage decreased by 41%, and memory usage decreased by 46%. This shows increased effectiveness compared to using just the Port knocking and Honeypot methods. It is hoped that this research can be a guide in measuring server optimization in overcoming Denial of Service (DoS) and Brute force attacks

Abstract

Nowadays everyone is able to learn about anything, anywhere, and at any time because of the internet. Many schools have started implementing learning via E-learning. The development of E-learning as application software can be done using various methodologies or frameworks and one of them is the Learning Technology System Architecture (LTSA) framework which is standard 1484.1-2013 from the Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers (IEEE) for learning technology. This LTSA framework is applied with the aim of mapping the current and proposed systems, including mapping sub-systems and their relationships with external systems. The objectives to be achieved in this research include designing a Learning Management System at SMAN 2 Gunung Talang using the LTSA framework. Implementation of Blended Learning at SMAN 2 Gunung Talang by utilizing a Learning Management System designed with the LTSA framework to improve the quality of learning and Application of the LTSA framework to build a Learning Management System synchronized with learning at SMAN 2 Gunung Talang. There are 5 layers implemented in creating a Learning Management System using the LTSA framework. Layer 1: Learner interaction with the environment. Layer 2: The influence the learner has on the system. Layer 3: Component system. Layer 4: Identify stakeholder priorities and perspectives. Layer 5: Operational components and interoperability. The results of this research show that the existence of a Learning Management System based on the LTSA framework can create more focused, structured and well-archived learning at SMAN 2 Gunung Talang. The application of the LTSA framework in building a Learning Management System that is appropriate and in harmony with learning at SMAN 2 Gunung Talang has shown significant results in improving the quality of learning at SMAN 2 Gunung Talang.

Abstract

Air quality index measurements in Indonesia are carried out by ministry of environment and forestry (KLHK). The Ministry divides air quality levels into 5 categories, namely good, moderate, unhealthy, very unhealthy and dangerous. In this study, 3 air quality categories were used as primary research data, namely good, moderate and unhealthy because the others, never occurred in Indonesia from the time this research was conducted until its completion. This research develops the color histogram method in order to recognize the shape of an object in an image. First stage in this research is inputting the sky image into the system. Then carry out pre-processing in the form of cropping the image to obtained is only an image of sky. Next, convert the red, green and blue (RGB) colored sky image to Grayscale, then image enhancement, then noise reduction. After that is processed using development of the color histogram method. Refinement of color histogram method has yielded an impressive accuracy level of 90%, validated through the analysis of 30 sky images. The method successfully detected 27 images accurately, while three images posed detection challenges. The findings of this research is color histogram method can be used to identify objects especially air pollution from sky images.
