Abstract

This research aims to find out the factors that influence customer satisfaction in using online transportation (Grab and Gojek). This research uses a quantitative analysis method with a survey design as a data collection tool. The facts and data obtained from the questionnaire will be tested using the structural analysis technique Equation Modeling (SEM). The population in this study is people who use the Grab and Gojek transportation applications in the city of Madiun who are in the unlimited population category. The sampling technique in this research is purposive sampling. The results of this research are: 1) Men with a frequency of using online transportation 1-3 times and spending more than IDR 50,000 compared to women, 2) security has a positive influence on satisfaction with using online transportation, 3) security is not proven to have a positive influence on user's decision to use online transportation, 4) Customization has a significant direct effect on satisfaction with using online transportation, 5) Customization has a significant direct effect on the decision to use online transportation, 6) Economic Value has a direct effect (direct effect) ) which is significant on satisfaction with using online transportation, 7) Economic Value has a significant direct effect on the user's decision to use online transportation, 8) Satisfaction with using online transportation has a significant direct effect on the user's decision to use online transportation.

Abstract

Fintech or financial technology affects the digital financial sector where this has changed from cash to non-cash payments and made payments more practical, effective, efficient and simple. This study aims to determine the effect of social status, financial iteration, and digital literacy on the use of BRI mobile banking on students of Universitas Muhammadiyah Surakarta. This research is a quantitative study using a questionnaire distributed via google form as a data collection technique. The population in this study were students of the 2018-2021 accounting education study program at Universitas Muhammadiyah Surakarta. The analysis technique used was multiple linear analysis which obtained the following results: 1) social status has a positive and significant effect on the use of BRI mobile banking on students, 2) financial literacy has a positive and significant effect on the use of BRI mobile banking on students, 3) digital literacy has no positive and significant effect on the use of BRI mobile banking on students, 4) social status, financial literacy and digital literacy simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on the use of BRI mobile banking on students.

Abstract

The learning loss that emerged after online learning during the COVID-19 pandemic has resulted in low motivation and slow psychological development among students. This study aims to investigate the implementation of strategies to address learning loss through the implementation of the Merdeka Curriculum at SMA Al-Islam 1 Surakarta, a "Sekolah Penggerak" (Catalyst School) in Indonesia. This study employs a qualitative case study design, collecting data through interviews, documentation, and observation. The results reveal that the implementation of the Merdeka Curriculum to address learning loss involves character education through differentiated learning, optimization of the Project Penguatan Profil Pelajar Pancasila (P5) to strengthen students' national identity, and collaboration among the penta-helix (school principal, teachers, community, parents, and media). Effective communication by the school principal and their deputies with students' families was also critical in successfully implementing the Merdeka Currichool. This study highlights the importance of collaboration among the penta-helix in implementing the Merdeka Curriculum at schools.

Abstract

Students have activities related to both academic and non-academic matters, so they are required to manage these activities well. Students who do not complete their final assignments within the recommended timeframe are said to be procrastinating, as this occurs in relation to writing their final assignments. They often experience problems requiring a long time, due to difficulty managing time between meeting with lecturers and working, resulting in delays in completing their final assignments. This study aims to determine procrastination patterns among students of the 2017 intake of the Faculty of Teacher Training and Education, Universitas Muhammadiyah Surakarta. The method used is a qualitative case study approach, located at Universitas Muhammadiyah Surakarta. Data were collected through in-depth interviews with informants.

Abstract

This research aims to understand how mental accounting is in the sandwich generation. The sandwich generation is individuals squeezed between two generations with an age range of 50-60 years, with aging parents, children and even grandchildren. This research applies qualitative methods with a phenomenological approach through interviews. The sandwich generation emerged due to a lack of preparation and planning for the future. Mental accounting has a big influence on individuals in managing finances to make the right decisions. In the conditions of the sandwich generation, individuals are faced with the challenge of wise financial management to prevent financial problems at a young age. The application of mental accounting becomes relevant in making financial decisions. This shows that the sandwich generation applies the mental accounting process.

Abstract

Occupational choice in accounting is influenced by psychological and social factors, which can be effectively analyzed using the Theory of Planned Behavior (TPB). Understanding these determinants is essential for developing strategies to attract and retain future professionals in the field. This study employed a quantitative approach to examine how TPB constructs—Attitude Toward Behavior, Subjective Norms, and Perceived Behavioral Control—influence students' intentions to pursue a career in accounting. Data were collected through a structured questionnaire administered to 134 Indonesian accounting education students. Hypotheses were tested using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with SmartPLS 2.3.9, chosen for its suitability in handling moderate sample sizes and complex models involving latent variables. The analysis revealed that all three TPB constructs significantly predicted students’ career choices in accounting. Attitude Toward Behavior emerged as the strongest predictor, indicating that students' positive perceptions of accounting as a rewarding and fulfilling profession strongly influence their decisions. Subjective Norms also had a significant effect, highlighting the role of social influences from family, peers, and educators. Additionally, Perceived Behavioral Control was positively associated with career intention, suggesting that confidence in personal ability and access to necessary resources supports students' career decisions. These findings suggest that accounting programs should integrate digital skills and career readiness training to align with student motivations and labor market expectations. Future research should explore additional factors to develop a more comprehensive understanding of career choice in accounting.

Abstract

MSMEs have a significant contribution to the country’s economy, but still experience constraints in capital, so KUR is present as a financing solution in developing MSMEs. This research was conducted in December 2024 – January 2025 to analyze the role of KUR in increasing capital, income and profits of MSMEs in Grobogan Regency. This research used a qualitative method with a case study approach. Data was collected throught interviews and documentation analysis. Interviewees were selected using the snowball sampling method, namely MSME actors. The data was analyzed using the stages: data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. The results of the research show that KUR contributes to developing business capital, expanding marketing to modern retailers, and increasing MSME tumover and income. In addition, KUR also encourages the creation of new jobs in the MSME sector/ however, challenges such as manual financial records need attention. Thus, the KUR program has provento play a significant role in supporting the growth og MSMEs.

Abstract

The rapid development of technology in Indonesia has brought great changes in many aspects of life, one of which is financial technology. The rapid advancement of technology can help many sectors, one of which is the Indonesian financial industry. This study aims to evaluate the structural model of adoption of e-wallet use by utilizing the Technology Acceptance Model theory among the people of Surakarta City. The research method used is quantitative through questionnaire distribution. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling, and the data was examined through the Partial Least Squares (PLS) method in Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) analysis. The results of the study explained that the structural model developed in this study is feasible to be used as an instrument for measuring the factors that influence a person to adopt an e-wallet.

Abstract

Latar Belakang: Lingkungan yang kompetitif memberikan dampak terhadap perkembangan tren bisnis saat ini. Namun, sebagian Perusahaan yang berfokus pada peningkatan keuntungan masih mengesampingkan tanggung jawab atas dampak operasionalnya terhadap lingkungan. Tujuan: Berdasarkan teori Natural Resource-based View (NRBV), penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memperoleh bukti empiris pengaruh Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) dan Eco-efficiency terhadap kinerja keuangan perusahaan manufaktur di Indonesia yang dimoderasi oleh inovasi teknologi. Metode Penelitian: Penelitian ini menggunakan data panel dari 74 perusahaan manufaktur yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia selama periode tahun 2019 hingga 2022. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan Ordinary Least Squares (OLS) dan Generalized Method of Moments (GMM) sebagai model utama dalam penelitian ini. Hasil Penelitian: Hasil penelitian menunjukkan CSR dan eco-efficiency berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja keuangan. Peneliti juga menemukan bahwa inovasi teknologi tidak berpengaruh dalam memoderasi hubungan antara CSR dan kinerja keuangan, akan tetapi inovasi teknologi berpengaruh positif dalam memoderasi hubungan antara eco-efficiency dan kinerja keuangan perusahaan. Adanya inovasi teknologi dapat membantu perusahaan menjadi lebih efisien dalam menjalankan praktik eco-efficiency serta memberikan keunggulan bersaing di pasar yang semakin memperhatikan keberlanjutan. Temuan ini juga menunjukkan strategi jangka panjang yang diperlukan bagi manajer, praktisi, regulator maupun akademisi. Keaslian/Kebaruan Penelitian: Penelitian ini menambahkan variabel inovasi teknologi sebagai variabel moderasi. Inovasi teknologi dapat meningkatkan kinerja perusahaan dengan mengurangi dampak lingkungan sehngga dapat membantu perusahaan untuk mengembangkan peluang pasar baru.

Abstract

ABSTRACT Purpose of the study: The objective of this research is to investigate the positive legislature decision of the Constitutional Court, whose hierarchy is ambiguous in the order of Indonesian legal norms. Methodology: This study utilized a doctrinal legal research method with a legal realism approach. The data were sourced from primary, secondary, and tertiary legal materials. The authors employed the literature study as the method to collect data that were then qualitatively analysed. Results: The results of this study indicate that from a formal perspective, the positive legislature decision is a court verdict that falls under the jurisdiction of the judicial branch of power. However, from a material perspective, it encompasses elements such as regulations (regeling) that are genuinely located within the executive and legislative branches of power. Considering the presence of norms (regeling) in the Positive Legislature Decision, it is necessary to evaluate its position within the hierarchy of legal norms in Indonesia. Applications of this study: Constitutional judges can use this research as a reference in making positive legislative decisions. It can also be used as a reference in forming laws as a follow-up to the Constitutional Court's decision. Novelty/Originality of this study: This research revealed that the Constitutional Court's positive legislature decision includes elements of legal norms, also known as regeling, such as statutory regulations. Consequently, it is imperative to evaluate the position of courtly decisions within the hierarchical structure of legal norms in Indonesia. It is also crucial to find the legal reasoning for the Constitutional Court's positive legislature decision. Keywords: Constitutional Court Decisions, Positive Legislature, Legal Norms, Legal Hierarchy   ABSTRAK  Tujuan Penelitian: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji putusan perundang-undangan positif Mahkamah Konstitusi yang hierarkinya masih rancu dalam tatanan norma hukum Indonesia. Metodologi: Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian hukum doktrinal dengan pendekatan realisme hukum. Data yang digunakan bersumber dari bahan hukum primer, sekunder, dan tersier. Metode pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan studi kepustakaan yang kemudian dianalisis secara kualitatif. Hasil Penelitian: Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa dari segi formil, putusan perundang-undangan positif merupakan putusan pengadilan yang berada di bawah yurisdiksi cabang kekuasaan yudikatif. Namun, dari segi materiil, putusan perundang-undangan positif mengandung unsur-unsur seperti peraturan perundang-undangan (regeling) yang secara hakiki berada di bawah cabang kekuasaan eksekutif dan legislatif. Melihat keberadaan norma (regeling) dalam Putusan Perundang-Undangan Positif, maka perlu dikaji kedudukannya dalam hierarki norma hukum di Indonesia. Aplikasi Penelitian: Hasil penelitian ini dapat dijadikan acuan bagi hakim konstitusi dalam mengambil keputusan perundang-undangan positif. Dapat pula dijadikan sebagai acuan dalam pembentukan peraturan perundang-undangan sebagai tindak lanjut putusan Mahkamah Konstitusi. Kebaruan/Keaslian penelitian ini: Penelitian ini mengungkap bahwa putusan MK yang bersifat positif mengandung unsur norma hukum, yang juga dikenal dengan istilah regeling, seperti peraturan perundang-undangan. Oleh karena itu, penting untuk mengevaluasi kedudukan putusan pengadilan dalam struktur hierarki norma hukum di Indonesia.
