Abstract

The aim of this research is to review and determine the abilities and roles of teachers in reading the Koran for class III students at SDN Pancinongan Unggulan. This research is descriptive qualitative, which aims to describe and discover symptoms or phenomena in detail and in depth without using measurements. The method applied in this research is a descriptive method, which aims to describe a symptom or event systematically and accurately in a particular area. Data collection techniques used include observation, interviews and documentation. The data in this research can be divided into two types, namely primary data sources and secondary data sources. The data analysis technique applied in this research is qualitative data analysis using the Miles and Huberman model data analysis technique. The technical stages of the analysis are data reduction, data display and construction or verification. This research resulted in interest in reading the Al-Qur'an for class III students at Paccinongan Unggulan State Elementary School, namely that at Pacciongan Unggulan Elementary School, there was still a majority of class III students who still lacked the will, due to the lack of improvement and quality of Al-Quran teachers and lack of motivation. and encouragement from parents in increasing interest in reading the Al-Quran and the role of teachers in increasing interest and ability to read the Al-Quran involves the process of educating, guiding and nurturing students.

Abstract

This study aims to provide a comprehensive overview of the application of Bayesian probability in supporting students' academic decision-making, encompassing graduation prediction, major selection, learning performance mapping, and the design of adaptive instructional interventions. This research employs a literature review method by examining national and international scientific publications from the last decade to obtain an in-depth understanding of the effectiveness of Bayesian approaches. In this study, Bayes' theorem functions as an analytical mechanism for updating prior information with new evidence, resulting in more accurate posterior estimations that realistically reflect students’ academic conditions. The findings indicate that the Bayesian approach not only enhances the accuracy of academic outcome predictions but also minimizes bias in student assessment and strengthens the quality of individualized learning interventions. The integration of Bayesian probability with AI-based digital learning systems further supports the provision of personalized learning recommendations, real-time performance monitoring, and data-responsive academic decision-making. This study concludes that Bayesian probability holds significant potential as a foundation for developing modern academic decision-support systems that are more objective, adaptive, and aligned with students’ individual learning needs

Abstract

The Influence of Tik Tok Social Media on the Character of Politeness of Grade V Students of UPT SPF SD Inpres Mannuruki II, Makassar City.The purpose of this study was to determine the influence of TikTok on the character of fifth-grade students of the SPF Unit of SD Inpres Mannuruki II, Makassar City. The method and type of this research were quantitative, with an ex-post facto research design, or measurement after the event. The sample in this study was 33 fifth-grade students. Data collection used a quantitative descriptive survey method. Data analysis techniques in this study used descriptive analysis and inferential analysis (Correlation Test).The results of this study indicate that TikTok has a significant effect on the character of fifth-grade students of the SPF Unit of SD Inpres Mannuruki II, Makassar City. From the results of the hypothesis test, r H (0.8497) > r T (0.312) was obtained with a sig value of 0.001 < 0.05 and if seen from the correlation coefficient interpretation table, the level of influence is on a very strong scale. then the hypothesis is rejected and is accepted meaning there is an influence of the Tik Tok Application on Students' Polite Character and if seen from the results of the SPSS correlation table and hypothesis test, the r H value obtained is negative then the use of Tik Tok social media which continues to increase has an effect on the decline in the polite character of class V students of UPT SPF SD Inpres Mannuruki II Makassar City.
