Tidak semua guru memiliki kemampuan untuk merancang dan mengembangkan bahan ajar. Bahan ajar seperti lembar kerja peserta didik pun masih banyak guru yang memiliki keterbatasan dalam mengembangkannya. Pelaksanaan Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat Program Studi Dojtor Teknologi Pendidikan ini dilakukan di Yayasan Al Ashriyyah Nurul Iman Islamic Boarding School, Desa Waru Jaya Kecamatan Parung Kabupaten Bogor - Jawa Barat, pada tanggal 26 Juni 2024 dilanjutkan dengan penugasan mandiri sampai dengan 3 Juli 2024. Tema dari kegiatan ini adalah Workshop Pengembangan Lembar Kerja Peserta Didik Bagi Guru di Yayasan tersebut. Tujuan dari Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat ini adalah para guru yang menjadi peserta workshop memahami dan mampu mengembangkan lembar kerja peserta didik. Tahapan Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat ini dalam pelaksanaannya menggunakan model ADDIE (analyze, design, development, implementation, evaluation). Hasil kegiatan pengabdian berupa lembar kerja peserta didik dan evaluasi workshop dengan menggunakan angket. Hasil evaluasi kegiatan pengabdian ini adalah para guru peserta workshop menyatakan Sangat Baik aspek pemateri, materi, media, waktu dan penugasan. Peserta juga memberikan kesan yang positif dan saran keberlanjutan program ini di masa yang akan datang.

The research delves into the impact of the flipped classroom model on student learning outcomes in chemistry education, utilizing a literature review methodology and systematically analyzing nine scopus-indexed articles. The flipped classroom, characterized by independent pre-class learning and in-class interactive activities, consistently demonstrates positive effects on academic performance, engagement, and motivation in chemistry education. The synthesis encompasses diverse methodologies, educational levels, and outcomes, highlighting the model's adaptability across different contexts. Critiques, including uncertainties about contributing factors, prompt recommendations for future research, such as exploring blended learning models and integrating Artificial Intelligence for personalized learning experiences. This research aims to describe the results of the needs analysis for the development of online marketing e-booklet learning media in entrepreneurship subjects. In this research, the needs analysis refers to: (1) The great opportunity to become an entrepreneur in the Food & Beverage (F&B) Study Program because of the presence of online sales application technologies such as Gofood, Grabfood, and the Open PO sales system; (2) The problem of theoretical learning entrepreneurship; (3) Media needed in online marketing practices. This research uses survey, observation, interview and literature study methods in collecting data. The results of a survey conducted on alumni of SMK Tata Catering, namely 96% stated that attractive product images could attract consumers; 94% agree that making attractive drawings is part of entrepreneurship lessons. The results of the book literature study used marketing material is theoretical. The results of observations on students of class XI Catering and interviewing entrepreneurship teachers at SMK 1 Tambun Selatan found that: 1) Teachers still teach Offline marketing methods; 2) There is no interactive learning media to make online advertising on product marketing in entrepreneurship subjects. The results of this study concluded that students need interactive learning media in learning activities. Thus, this research is used in developing online advertising marketing e-booklet media on entrepreneurial subjects.

Dalam buku The Ascent of Man, pada Bab 9 tentang Tangga Penciptaan, Jacob Bronowski menceritakan tentang bagaimana Teori Evolusi Darwin tercipta. Pada buku ini, Jacob Bronowski banyak bercerita tentang Alfred Russel Wallace, seseorang yang sangat berjasa dalam Teori Evolusi tetapi banyak dilupakan oleh orang-orang. Alfred Russel Wallace, seorang penjelajah dan naturalis, menjalani petualangan yang penuh dengan tantangan, ia dikenal karena perjalanannya ke wilayah-wilayah terpencil seperti Kepulauan Melayu (sekarang Indonesia) dan Amazon. Wallace mengamati flora dan fauna yang memungkinkan dia belajar secara mendalam tentang ekosistem, yang pada akhirnya membantunya merumuskan teori seleksi alam. Wallace berinteraksi dengan berbagai komunitas lokal selama perjalanannya dan mempelajari bagaimana kebudayaan dan peradaban manusia berkembang. Perjalanan Wallace merupakan pembelajaran yang menarik untuk diamati dan dipelajari. Bagaimana Wallace belajar dari penjelajahannya sangat dekat dengan konsep pendidikan petualangan (adventure education). Dari perspektif Adventure Education, petualangan Wallace dalam The Ascent of Man Karya Jacob Bronowski tidak hanya menggambarkan penemuan ilmiah, tetapi juga proses pembelajaran yang mendalam melalui eksplorasi, tantangan, dan pengalaman langsung. Ini adalah contoh nyata bagaimana petualangan dapat menjadi alat pendidikan yang ampuh untuk memahami dunia dan diri sendiri.

This study aims to explore and analyse the Personal Teaching Philosophy of pre-service primary school teachers by emphasising the relationship between theory and practice in the development of their teaching philosophy. Through a literature review approach, this study examines various relevant literatures in the last five years, both national and international journals, to understand how pre-service primary school teachers form, develop and apply their Personal Teaching Philosophy in the classroom. The results of the review show that the Personal Teaching Philosophy is a reflection of pre-service teachers' personal values that are influenced by educational theories such as constructivism, behaviourism and humanism. However, in practice, prospective teachers often face challenges when applying these theories in diverse and dynamic classrooms. Continuous reflection and practical teaching experience are important factors in helping pre-service teachers adapt and adjust their Personal Teaching Philosophy according to the real situation in the field. This study suggests that Teacher Education strengthen the integration between theory and practice through more intensive field experiences, structured reflection training, and closer collaboration with student teachers. In addition, this study also encourages further research on the development of Personal Teaching Philosophy over time to understand its influence on teaching quality. The findings are expected to provide insights for the development of more effective and relevant pre-service teacher education programmes.

Perkembangan teknologi di Era Revolusi 4.0 dan Society 5.0 telah mengubah sistem pembelajaran dari manual menjadi digital, dengan banyaknya pilihan media pembelajaran fisika yang tersedia, yang seringkali membingungkan pelajar dalam menentukan media terbaik untuk digunakan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengeksplorasi relevansi filsafat ilmu, khususnya pandangan Jacob Bronowski, dalam mendesain media pembelajaran fisika. Dengan pendekatan holistik, penelitian ini menekankan pentingnya integrasi antara aspek teknis dan pengembangan pemikiran kritis siswa. Melalui analisis bibliometrik dan visualisasi konsep, penelitian ini mengidentifikasi tren dalam penggunaan media pembelajaran fisika, termasuk teknologi interaktif seperti simulasi dan augmented reality. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa media pembelajaran yang dirancang dengan mempertimbangkan nilai-nilai kemanusiaan dan etika dapat meningkatkan pemahaman siswa terhadap konsep fisika dan relevansinya dalam kehidupan sehari-hari. Penelitian ini diharapkan dapat memberikan kontribusi dalam pengembangan media pembelajaran yang lebih efektif dan bermakna.

Learning conditions during this pandemic have limited direct teacher and student meetings. Online learning in SMK has several obstacles, such as the lack of appropriate learning media, which impacts student learning outcomes. This study aims to produce a simulation model of multimedia products in Basic Electrical and Electronics subjects in Vocational Schools. This type of research is development. This study uses the Bergman & Moore development model. The feasibility test was obtained based on expert studies conducted by material experts and media and learning design experts. The data collection technique used a formative evaluation instrument. This product development uses quantitative data analysis techniques and qualitative data analysis techniques. The instrument used to collect data is a questionnaire. The feasibility test results show that the multimedia with the simulation model developed is in the very feasible category with an average value of 83.7%. The effectiveness test was conducted by giving pre-test and post-test to class X SMK students with analysis using the N-Gain formula. The effectiveness test results showed that the average score of students before using multimedia was 51.33 and after using multimedia was 78.67. It was concluded that learning using multimedia could improve student learning outcomes. Multimedia can make it easier for students to understand learning materials.

The advancement of technology make automotive industry has to improve rapidly, it causes the training for technicians must be update continuously, so it confuses some instructors it caused some of these trainings often ineffective, they are not what the company truly needs. This study aims to analyze the needs to make an effective training in the automotive industry. This method was developed to minimize errors that would occur while develop a training for technicians. This study used a qualitative approach, the data to be studied were collected through interviews with technicians and instructors, literature review also used in this study. The results of this study is to produce a needs analysis method that considers aspects of learning according to context in order to keep up with technology advancement. A training can be effective if the needs of the company were fulfilled, utilizing learning facilities that company already has can also increase the training development process. The contribution of the results of this research to the field of educational technology is a method for analyzing training needs specifically for technicians in order to assist other researchers in field of educational technology to develop training for technicians.

Traffic safety training whose material needed a concrete visualization aspect. To accommodate this, teaching materials were needed to support the learning process. This study aims to describe the results of needs analysis which is the first step of the Research & Development process conducted with a qualitative approach. Data collection techniques are done by conducting research through documentation, observation, and interviews. The results of the needs analysis have been found several problems, that is the heterogeneous characteristics from training participants, limited experience of training participants, limited training time, lack of teaching materials, and training implementation locations throughout Indonesia. Hyper content-based printing modules are a great alternative because they can bring related factual aspects of traffic safety to training participants. In the next research, it is expected to develop a hyper content-based traffic safety training module.

Current technological developments encourage the development of many electronic modules that affect the learning process. The problem of learning mathematics obtained lies in learning outcomes that are not optimal, one of the causes is the lack of learning resources and limited study time. This study aimed to analyze the effectiveness of the electronic module on cognitive learning outcomes in the side-plane material. The research approach used is quantitative. The type of research used is pre-experimental research. The design used in this research is One Group Pretest-Posttest. The subjects of this study were class VIII students, who collected 32 students consisting of 14 boys and 18 girls. Methods of data collection by observation, interviews, and tests. The test instrument used was an objective test with 10 items. The analysis of improving learning outcomes was analyzed using the N-Gain formula. N-Gain is used to improve learning outcomes. Based on the N-gain analysis, student learning outcomes show a value of 0.61 or, in percentage, 61%, with a reasonably practical category. It was concluded that learning using the electronic mathematics module was quite effective in improving students' mathematics learning outcomes. E-modules can help students in learning.
