Abstract

PT. D merupakan perusahaan yang bergerak di bidang manufaktur dan salah satu supplier kemasan plastik terbaik di Asia. Plastik yang diproduksi adalah jenis plastik kemasan siap pakai seperti botol minuman dan botol kemasan obat. Permasalahan yang terjadi di departemen blow PT. D adalah sistem pengendalian kualitas dini yang kurang efektif pada Inline 1.Hal tersebut disebabkan oleh petugas QC yang telah menemukan cacat pada produk botol harus mencari supervisor agar dapat menindaklanjuti permasalahan yang ada di mesin agar tidak terus menerus menghasilkan produk yang memiliki kecacatan tersebut. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk merancang sistem pendukung keputusan untuk mengendalikan kualitas pada departemen blow PT. D. Perancangan sistem pendukung keputusan dimulai dengan melakukan analisa sistem yang sedang terjadi menggunakan kerangka PIECES. Analisa tersebut dilakukan untuk mengetahui kebutuhan dari pengguna sistem. Selanjutnya adalah melakukan perancangan komponen pengolahan data dengan membuat diagram konteks, Data Flow Diagram (DFD), Entity Relationship Diagram (ERD), Physical Data Model (PDM) dan pembuatan database menggunakan software MySQL. Model yang digunakan dalam perancangan sistem pendukung keputusan ini adalah model peta kendali untuk melihat apakah data tersebut out of control atau tidak dan model FMEA digunakan untuk melihat tindakan yang harus dilakukan bedasarkan RPN tertinggi. Langkah yang terakhir adalah perancangan user interface dengan menggunakan bahasa pemograman PHP. Sistem Pendukung Keputusan yang dibuat dapat menghitung peta kendali dan menganalisis kecacatan menggunakan FMEA. Dari sistem yang telah dibuat bedasarkan hasil perhitungan peta kendali, data yang didapat dalam kategori in control karena penyebaran data tidak ada yang melebihi UCL dan LCL. Bedasarkan analisis menggunakan FMEA, perhitungan RPN tertinggi sebesar 324. Jenis kegagalan dengan RPN sebesar 324 adalah flashing. Hasil dari analisis menggunakan FMEA tersebut adalah dibuat usulan instruksi kerja untuk perbaikan pisau didalam mesin. Dalam proses verifikasi dan validasi, sistem yang telah dibuat valid.

Abstract

PT. A is a manufacturing company that manufactures bolts and screws in accordance with customer demand. This study aims to determine the type of dominant defect that causes a decrease in quality, the factors that cause disability and apply proposed improvements to reduce the level of disability. Improvements are made by using the Six Sigma method, namely the DMAIC stage and making a decision tree (decision tree) using the Data Mining application. Where for the DMAIC stage are: Define, Measure, Analyze, Improvement, and Control (DMAIC). At the define stage, it was found that the production process with the largest number of defects was in the process of heading with the number of defects exceeding the target of 600 PPM (parts per million) that had been determined by the factory during April - June 2017. The heading process was the most important problem focused on the research conducted. The results of identification of Critical to Quality (CTQ) for the characteristics of attribute defects in the production of bolts and screws in the heading process are head burry, head no center, head crack, and body scratch. The second stage is the measure stage, where the control used by statistical process control (SPC) for attribute data is using the P control map and is known to have a sigma 3.50 level with a DPMO value of 22,727. The third stage is the Analyze stage, analyzing the problems of the four types of defects using the Ishikawa diagram. The improvement stage resulted from the decision tree in data mining processing that is obtained by standardizing inspections with seven IF THEN RULE functions, and making maintenance activity plans in the heading process. After implementation, there is a control stage, the results of the analysis show that after implementation using the data mining method and the Six Sigma method, the sigma value has increased which was originally 3.50 to 3.67.

Abstract

PT. X is one of the best airlines in Indonesia. The business intelligence system can participate as a tool to provide accurate and useful information for decision makers within the time limit that is determined to support decision making in the company's E-service services. The purpose of this study is to identify the factors that are attributes of E-Service services at PT. X. and proposed the adoption of the Business Intelligence system model for PT.X airline E-service services as a proposed service improvement. The data used are customer comment data on the Jakarta route to Singapore and Singapore to Jakarta for the period January to December 2015. The research method used is a combination to develop business intelligence research is the Pareto Diagram, Unified Modeling Language (UML), Naïve Bayes Data Mining algorithm, On Line Analytical Processing (OLAP), Extract, Transform, Loading (ETL), and Data Warehousing. From the results of data processing that has been done, it can be seen the factors attributes of E-service services are case origin, comment type, flight number, root case, and unit to charge. From the results of the calculation of the second stage of Naïve Bayes data mining, it is obtained that the greatest probability of the highest probability on the Jakarta route to Singapore is the prior probability between the customer care classification class and the suggestion form with a prior probability value of 0.92, between the inflight service classification class and the customer care priority value. equal to 1, class classification comment type compliment and customer care with prior values probability of 0.76. The prior probability of the greatest probability on the Singapore route to Jakarta is the prior probability between the customer care classification class and the suggestion form with the prior probability value of 0.92, between the inflight service classification class and the customer care with a probability prior value of 1, and between class classifications comment type compliment and customer care with a prior value of probability of 0.78. Based on the results of the largest posterior calculations, the proposed improvements were prioritized more on divisions or units to charge.

Abstract

Intisari— Pandemi COVID-19 merupakan suatu kejadian yang menimbulkan banyak sekali data yang sulit diolah. Data-data yang sangat penting seperti jumlah infeksi yang terkonfirmasi, jumlah kematian, dan jumlah orang yang pulih dapat diperoleh dari database seperti Kaggle, akan tetapi data tersebut perlu diolah lagi agar dapat menjadi berguna. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk memperoleh dan mengolah data COVID-19 yang terdapat pada Kaggle mengunakan metode Data Mining yaitu K-Means Clustering Untuk K-Means Clustering pada penelitian ini, akan digunakan tiga metode untuk mengolah data yaitu pengolahan menggunakan software Microsoft Excel, dan software Data Mining yaitu Weka dan KNIME. Dari hasil pengolahan data, diperoleh dua cluster data, dimana cluster 2 memiliki jumlah terjangkit dan meninggal yang lebih tinggi dibandingkan dengan cluster 1, maka daerah-daerah cluster tersebut perlu diprioritaskan penanganannya.Abstract— The COVID-19 pandemic is an event that has generated lots of data that are difficult to process. Crucial data such as number of confirmed infections, number of deaths, and number of people recovered can be obtained from databases such as Kaggle, however these data needs to be processed further to become useful. The purpose of this research is to obtain and process COVID-19 data contained in Kaggle using Data Mining method namely K-Means Clustering Therefore, to process Big Data such as this, a Data Mining technique can be used which is Clustering. For K-Means Clustering in this research, there will be three methods used to process this data which is processing using the Microsoft Excel software, and using the Weka and KNIME Data Mining software. From the data processing results, two data clusters are obtained, in which cluster 2 have higher number of confirmed cases and deaths compared to cluster 1, thus the regions in that cluster needs priority in handling.

Abstract

Program Kemitraan Masyarakat berupa pendampingan untuk Usaha Kecil Menengah (UKM) dodol Betawi di Jakarta. UKM  dodol Betawi  MC merupakan usaha makanan tradisional khas Betawi. UKM dodol MC memiliki keinginan untuk membuat sistem informasi pemasaran, perbaikan kualitas produk, dan diberikan alat untuk menggulung dodol agar mempermudah pengemasan. Tujuan dari Program kemitraan masyarakat adalah untuk melaksanakan pendampingan dengan membangun suatu sistem informasi dalam pemasaran, perbaikan Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) untuk menjamin kualitas produk. Sistem Informasi Pemasaran berbasis tautan http://dodolhjmamascondet.com/ yang dihasilkan untuk UKM pegusaha dodol Betawi MC bertujuan untuk memasarkan Dodol Betawi atau jenis makanan Betawi lainnya.  Peremajaan Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) tersebut dilakukan dengan pemberian Tampilan GMP dan masker, sarung tangan, topi,  apron (celemek), dan sepatu. Perancangan dan pembuatan mesin pelinting dodol digunakan untuk mempermudah UKM Dodol untuk menggulung dodol sehingga tidak melakukan penggulungan hanya dengan menggunakan tangan.

Abstract

PT. Allesia International merupakan salah satu perusahaan manufaktur yang memproduksi Air Minum Dalam Kemasan (AMDK) dengan brand Club. Permasalahan kualitas yang ditemukan adalah jumlah produk cacat pada kemasan produk AMDK Botol 600 ml memiliki persentase cacat terbesar mencapai 2,12% pada bulan September hingga November 2020. Sehingga diperlukan upaya untuk meningkatkan kualitas dengan metode Six Sigma sesuai tahapan Define, Measure, Analyze, Improve, danControl (DMAIC). Jenis kecacatan dominan berupa rusak botol supply, rusak tutup karena botol pesok, rusak tutup terbelah, rusak tutup dari raw material, dan rusak botol dari mesin. Nilai Defect Per Million Opportunities (DPMO) sebesar 3300, dan tingkat sigma sebesar 4,2164 sigma sehingga perlu dilakukan perbaikan kualitas untuk meningkatkan tingkat sigma. Penyebab kecacatan terjadi karena metode penyimpanan botol yang tidak tepat dan tidak adanya metode setting optimum dari mesin terkait kecepatan dan tekanan mesin yang digunakan. Usulan perbaikan untuk setting optimum mesin adalah penggunaan kecepatan mesin sebesar 8000 BPH dan tekanan 0,5 NPA. Selain itu, usulan lainnya adalah dengan mengganti metode penyimpanan botol dengan dus dan penggunaan checksheet untuk memeriksa penyebab botol yang rusak selama proses supply botol.

Abstract

Education financing and contribution to education financing at the Course and Training Institute (LKP) at LKP Uswatun Hasanah is carried out through the implementation of management functions, namely planning, implementation, supervision and accountability. This study aims to determine the planning, use, supervision, and financial accountability at LKP Uswatun Hasanah in Aceh Besar District. The research approach is descriptive method. Data collection techniques were carried out through interviews, observations, and documentation studies as well as data analysis techniques used including data reduction activities, data presentation, and conclusion drawing/verification. Research subjects are LKP leaders, secretaries, instructors and treasurers of financial management management at LKP Uswatun Hasanah, Aceh Besar District. The results of the study show: (1) Program planning is carried out based on technical instructions for meeting 8 national education standards as a reference by involving the LKP Treasurer and secretary, and the lack of instructor involvement in the planned budgeting process, (2) The use of government assistance and student tuition funds is implemented. in accordance with the technical instructions and the planned program, (3) Supervision of the use of government assistance funds and student tuition funds is carried out by the head of the institution, the Education Office and the inspectorate. Supervision is carried out by comparing the planned program with its implementation, and (4) accountability for the use of funds has been carried out with the treasurer and secretary of the institution.

Abstract

The existence of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) is an economic pillar both on a family scale and on a national scale. Even so, there are many problems faced by MSMEs in maintaining and at the same time advancing the business they are engaged in as is the case with the MSME Dodol Making Group in Bojonggede Village, Bojonggede District, Bogor Regency. The problem faced by partners is difficulties during the dodol rolling process, especially when orders are overflowing. Because the rolling process still uses human power, it causes fatigue for workers and has an impact on non-standard products. The second problem is related to the unhealthy condition of the production process room (kitchen) and display area. The Kampung Bangkit Program for Welfare Improvement for the Dodol Group in Bojonggede Village, Bojonggede District, Bogor Regency, aims to increase production as well as improve production facilities and infrastructure that guarantee the health of its workers. The method used is to conduct training on the process of rolling dodol with a simple rolling machine, counseling on Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) management, and piloting production process infrastructure and facilities through kitchen arrangement. The result of this community service activity is the efficiency and effectiveness of the production process from the processing, packaging, and product display stages. This has a direct impact on increasing production and increasing dodol orders which are felt directly by partners.

Abstract

Marketing is a very important thing in doing business.Problem facedby craftsmen are limitedmarketing channels through social media by manually disseminate product information.Research purposes are develop the marketing of small and medium enterprises by using a web based information system.Methodology used is marketing analysis with Segmentation, Targeting and Positioning (STP) and Product, Price, Place, and Promotion (4P analysis), and SWOT (Strength, Weakness, Opportunity, Thread) analysisand methods of object oriented analysis and design withusing Unified Modeling Language (UML). Analysis undertaken to review the current system and identify the need of system. Marketing strategy that will be developed is to incease the variety of products, following the exhibition, and make the marketing information system online. Evaluation is measured through the increase in the skill of partner in operating marketing information system and the result the small medium enterprises can operate this system. The results of this research are marketing analysis and marketing information system online.

Abstract

Intisari— PT. TIJ adalah perusahaan yang memproduksi tas wanita. Salah satu hasil produksi dengan permintaan yang tinggi adalah tas yang dipasarkan dengan merk jual LC. Permasalahan yang terjadi ialah lamanya waktu produksi pembuatan tas yang disebabkan oleh tata letak lantai produksi yang belum baik. Lamanya waktu produksi pembuatan tas menyebabkan perusahaan belum dapat mencapai target output produksi tas LC. Diperlukan evaluasi tata letak lantai produksi saat ini dengan melakukan simulasi menggunakan software ProModel untuk mendapatkan perbaikan rancangan tata letak lantai produksi dengan memanfaatkan Algoritma Genetika dan bantuan MATLAB. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah mengetahui usulan perbaikan peningkatan output produksi tas berdasarkan hasil evaluasi simulasi tata letak lantai produksi di PT TIJ. Tahapan penelitian ini dimulai dengan pengumpulan data serta evaluasi tata letak lantai produksi menggunakan checklist sheet dan Peta Aliran Proses pembuatan tas sebagai dasar perancangan model simulasi. Hasil simulasi model awal menghasilkan waktu produksi tas selama 4,32 jam atau 259,2 menit. Dengan menggunakan pendekatan Algoritma Genetika dan bantuan MATLAB dilakukan iterasi sehingga mendapatkan tata letak lantai produksi yang lebih baik sehingga dapat menurunkan waktu produksi pembuatan tas. Pengembangan skenario model simulasi dengan penambahan peralatan pemindahan barang berupa rak beroda menghasilkan waktu simulasi produksi sebesar 211,2 menit (penurunan waktu produksi sebesar 19%). Usulan perbaikan tata letak menggunakan pendekatan Algoritma Genetika dengan penambahan material handling berupa rak beroda sebanyak 50 menghasilkan waktu simulasi sebesar 211.2 menit menghasilkan output produksi 1669 tas perhari atau mencapai 83% dari target output produksi tas. Abstract— PT. TIJ is a company that produces women's bags. One of the products with high demand is the bag which is marketed under the selling brand LC. The problem that occurs is the length of production time for making bags caused by the layout of the production floor that is not good. The length of production time for making bags has caused the company to not be able to achieve the output target of LC bag production. It is necessary to evaluate the current production floor layout by simulating using ProModel software to get improvements to the production floor layout design by utilizing Genetic Algorithms and MATLAB assistance. The purpose of this study is to find out the proposed improvements to increase the output of bag production based on the evaluation results of the production floor layout simulation at PT TIJ. The stages of this research began with data collection and evaluation of the layout of the production floor using a checklist sheet and Flow Map of the process of making bags as a basis for designing a simulation model. The initial model simulation results produce a bag production time of 4.32 hours or 259.2 minutes. By using the Genetic Algorithm approach and the help of MATLAB, it is iterated to get a better production floor layout so that it can reduce the production time for making bags. The development of a simulation model scenario with the addition of goods moving equipment in the form of wheeled racks resulted in a production simulation time of 211.2 minutes (a 19% reduction in production time). The proposed layout improvement using the Genetic Algorithm approach with the addition of material handling in the form of 50 wheeled racks resulted in a simulation time of 211.2 minutes resulting in a production output of 1669 bags per day or reaching 83% of the target output for bag production.
