Abstract

This study aims to identify students' misunderstandings in the implementation of guidance and counseling services in schools. The sample in the research was 64 students at SMP Negeri 94 Central Maluku. The method of determining the sample using saturated sampling. Based on the results of the study, it was revealed that there were still student misunderstandings about the implementation of guidance and counseling services, including; first, guidance counseling is limited to certain students with a presentation of 75% in the High category, secondly, guidance counseling teachers/school counselors are school police with a presentation of 75% in the High category, third, the success of guidance and counseling services depends on facilities and infrastructure with a presentation of 73.44% in the High category, the four guidance and counseling only complement educational activities with a presentation of 71.88% in the High category, and the fifth guidance and counseling is considered as a mere process of giving advice with a presentation of 70.31% in the High category.

Abstract

This study aims to determine students' interest in basketball at Madrasah Aliyah Negri Ambon. Interest is the most important problem in education when it is associated with one's activities in everyday life. Interest can be interpreted as a feeling of pleasure in dealing with an object. This research is a quantitative research with a survey approach with a questionnaire as a data collection tool. This research was carried out at the Ambon State Madrasah Aliyah with 45 students as samples. The sampling technique was carried out by purposive sampling (sample aims). According to Arikunto (2006), objective sampling is done by taking subjects not based on strata, random or region but based on having a specific purpose. The results of the study regarding students' interest in learning basketball at Ambon State Madrasah Aliyah were in the very low category of 7% or as many as 3 students, who were in the low category of 24% or as many as 11 students, who were in the medium category of 40% or as many as 18 students, who are in the high category of 20% or as many as 9 students and who are in the very high category of 9% or as many as 4 students.

Abstract

Different perceptions will affect the success of learning outcomes, namely student perceptions. Thus, it affects student learning motivation. The study aimed to determine the relationship between student perceptions and learning motivation toward blended learning strategy (BLS). The research used is a correlational test between student perceptions and learning outcomes with BLS. The participants in this study were 70 people from two different classes. The BLS research instruments and student learning motivation include 1) Desire to succeed, 2) Encouragement and needs in learning, 3) Expectations and future goals, and 4) Appreciation of learning. 5) Interesting desires in learning, 6) A Conducive learning environment. The results showed no relationship between student perceptions and learning motivation toward BL learning strategies. Thus, other factors influence student perceptions and learning motivation, such as socioeconomic, family environment, and cultural environment. The implications of this research can provide insights for education policy makers in Indonesia and in the regions about how to design policies mixed learning that is aligned with the preferences of teachers and students in improving the quality of learning and student learning outcomes.

Abstract

Students at school are individuals who will definitely face various problems, but the complexity and types of problems experienced by each individual can vary. Problems that are generally experienced by students can be related to personal, social, learning, and career problems. In helping students overcome these problems, guidance and counseling teachers play an important role. By understanding and identifying specific problems, teachers can design appropriate guidance and counseling programs to help students deal with their personal, social, learning, and career problems. The purpose of this research is to help teachers, especially guidance and counseling teachers to carry out guidance and counseling services according to the needs of students. This type of research is a descriptive study with a sample of 64 students at SMP Negeri 94 Central Maluku. The method of determining the sample using saturated sampling.Based on the results of data processing, it can be concluded that the most dominant problem occurs in class IX. In this class, learning problems are the most dominant problem with a score of 117 (32.32%). This shows that class IX students at SMP Negeri 94 Central Maluku face difficulties in terms of information on graduation requirements and how to increase their concentration in studying. Therefore, it is necessary to give special attention and further efforts to assist students in overcoming these learning problemss.

Abstract

Kompetensi pedagogik dan sikap profesional terhadap kemampuan mengelola asesmen autentik sangat diperlukan dalam menilai setiap proses pembelajaran siswa. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui adanya pengaruh kompetensi pedagogik dan sikap profesional terhadap kemampuan mengelola asesmen autentik pendidikan anak usia dini (PAUD). Metode yang digunakan adalah survei dengan teknik analisis pengaruh. Sampel penelitian sebanyak 103 orang dengan teknik proporsional random sampling. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan Pertama, terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan antara kompetensi pedagogik terhadap kemampuan mengelola asesmen autentik pada PAUD. Kedua terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan antara sikap profesional guru terhadap kemampuan mengelola asesmen autentik PAUD. Ketiga terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan antara kemampuan pedagogik dan sikap professional secara bersama-sama terhadap kemampuan mengelola asesmen autentik PAUD. Hal ini berarti kompetensi pedagogik dan sikap profesional guru mempengaruhi kemampuan mengelola asesmen autentik pada PAUD. Dengan kompetensi pedagogik dan sikap profesional akan membantu dalam meningkatkan kemampuan mengelola asesmen autentik dan pengembangan keberhasilan siswa.

Abstract

This study aims to determine what factors influence the learning outcomes of sports and health physical education in class VII students of SMP Negeri 3 Huamual. This research is a quantitative descriptive research. The method used is survey method using a questionnaire as an instrument. This research was conducted at SMP Negeri 3 Huamual with 30 students as samples. The results of the study regarding the factors that influence the learning outcomes of sports and health physical education in class VII students of SMP Negeri 3 Huamual which are in the very high category, namely physiological factors as many as 23 respondents (76.67%) very high category, 7 respondents (23 .33%) high category. Psychological factors as many as 22 respondents (73.34%) very high category, 4 respondents (13.33%) high category, 4 respondents (13.33%) medium category. Social factors as many as 20 respondents (60.67%) very high category, 9 respondents (30%) high category, 1 respondent (3.33%) and non-social factors as many as 17 respondents (56.67%) very high category, 9 respondents (30%) high category, 4 respondents (13.33%) medium category. If we look at the frequency in each category, it can be seen that the dominant psychological factor is in the very high category.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to improve the learning outcomes of hitting the ball in a baseball game through the playing method for fourth graders of Waesama 17 Private Elementary School. The research method used in this research is to use classroom action research. The subjects of this study were 18 grade IV students of Waesama Private Elementary School 17. After processing and analyzing the data, the results of the first cycle were obtained based on the table of learning outcomes in the first cycle, there were 11 students who had completed 61.1%, while 7 students had not completed 38.8%. Cycle II based on the recapitulation table of student learning completeness in cycle II there were 18 students who completed or (100%) and there were no students who did not complete or (0%). From the results of the analysis and calculation of the data, it can be concluded that the playing method is effective for increasing the learning outcomes of hitting the ball in a baseball game for fourth graders of Waesama 17 Private Elementary School

Abstract

The aim of this study was to determine the learning interest of Madrasa Aliyah Al-Falah Debowae Debowae students in Buru Regency in the subjects of physical education, sport and health. The specific objectives of this study were to find out: Students' interest in PJOK subjects at Madarasah Aliyah Al-Falah Debowae Buru District. This research is a quantitative study using a survey approach, while the variable studied is interest in learning sports physical education at MA al- falah Debowae, Buru district. By using a questionnaire or questionnaire as a data collection tool, in addition to that, this study attempted to describe and generalize data or events that occurred to all members of the population based on the research sample. From the results of the research and discussion that have been described, it can be concluded that: a. That the interest of students in participating in physical education, sports and health lessons at MA Al-Falah Debowae, Buru Regency, is in the medium category with 27 students or 45%. b. In students' interest in learning Physical Education, Sports and Health, there are 5 indicators, namely attention, feelings of pleasure, activity, the role of the teacher and facilities. With the results of each indicator, namely: attention indicators have the most categories, namely moderate (28 students) with a percentage of 46.7%, indicators of feeling happy have the most categories, namely moderate (19 students) with a percentage of 31.6%, activity indicators have categories the most is moderate, (34 students) with a percentage of 56.7%, the teacher's role indicator has the most category, namely medium (26 students) with a percentage of 43.4% and the category of facilities has the most category, namely high (29 students) with a percentage of 48.3 %. 1. Schools must be able to foster student interest in learning by increasing the factors that influence student learning interest. 2. The research instrument is less broad in scope so that it is possible that there are more important elements that are not included / not disclosed in the research instrument. because of that there is an instrument to add so that this research is even better. 3. With these results it can be used as a reference for schools and teachers to control student learning interest as a supporter of successful learning

Abstract

The 2013 curriculum has been approved and implemented in the Indonesian learning system, since a few years ago, to have undergone a number of improvements. Based on some studies in the cities of Ambon and Maluku particularly in the physical and exercise programs, indicates that a teacher's lack of ability to plan the learning process using the 2013 curriculum, both at an elementary level, middle school, and high school. Much of what follows, two are unfamiliar with the 2013 curriculum procedure in learning because it rarely participates in any related training. Subsequent methods used by teams for established purposes were achieved: (a) problem identification, (b) social approach, (c) discourse, (d) discussion, (e) evaluation, (f) drawing conclusions. Results based on the procedural process developed by understanding participants' concepts of curriculum 2013 implementation procedures, in both cases; (a) plan learning, (b) procedures in selecting and using and applying active learning models in saintifical, authentic and also thematic approaches in classroom learning, (c) the evaluation process in classroom learning, in order to create interactive students.

Abstract

The performance of Physical Education Sports and Health teachers in the learning process in Leihitu District, Central Maluku Regency is still not optimal. This service activity aims to determine the level of competence of Physical Education, Sports and Health Teachers in Leihitu District, Central Maluku Regency in 2022. The training methods in this community service activity are lectures, discussions and questions and answers. The instrument used to measure the level of teacher competency is the Teacher Performance Assessment Instrument. The subjects in this service were Physical Education, Sports and Health Teachers in Leihitu District, Central Maluk Regency, totaling 40 teachers from 21 schools. Data analysis techniques use descriptive analysis as outlined in the form of percentages. The results of the evaluation of the training materials show that the competency level of Physical Education, Sports and Health Teachers in Leihitu District, Central Maluku Regency is in the "very low" category of 0% (0 teachers), the "low" category is 44.44% (15 teachers), the "medium" category was 25.0% (8 teachers), the "high" category was 19.44% (12 teachers), and the "very high" category was 11.11% (5 teachers)
