Abstract

Sumber daya manusia (SDM) merupakan syarat utama dalam pembangunan di era 4.0. yang mana segala system informasi sangat mudah diperoleh dan mudah diakses. Salah satunya melalui pendidikan. Kualitas pendidikan juga dipengaruhi oleh faktor guru. guru menjadi tiang pilar kemajuan pendidikan. Guru PJOK belum semuanya memiliki ketrampilan menyusun penilaian atau asessmen dengan benar. Penilaian pun hanya masih pada pengetahuan saja ataupun aspek psikomotor saja. Padahal sesuai penilaian pada kurikulum 2013 sudah harus mencakup 3 aspek penilaian, yaitu aspek pengetahuan, aspek sikap, dan aspek ketrampilan. Jumlah peserta kegiatan ini sebanyak 20 guru PJOK. Berbagai tahapan dalam pelaksanaan kegiatan asessment dalam pembelajaran PJOK dilakukan melaui: 1) identifikasi permasalahan, 2) Persiapan Dan Pelaksanaan, 3) Rencana keberlanjutan Program. Dalam pelaksanaan kegiatan yang dimaksudkan maka adapun berbagai metode digunakan untuk mencapai keberhasilan, yaitu menggunakan a) Metode, b) Metode Diskusi, c) Metode Tanya Jawab. Berdasarkan hasil kegiatn maka dapat disampaikan bahwa; 1) Guru PJOK sudah mengetahui langkah-langkah penyusunan sola tes pengetahuan, sikap dan ketrampilan; 2) Guru PJOK Kabupaten SBT dalam penyusunan butir soal untuk penilaian pengetahuan sudah mencapai 40% atau sebanyak 8 guru; 3) Guru PJOK Kabupaten SBT dalam penyusunan penilaian sikap sudah mencapai 70% atau 14 guru; 4) Guru PJOK Kabupaten SBT dalam penyusunan rubrik penilian ketrampilan sudah mencapai 55% atau sebanyak 11 guru.

Abstract

Tujuan dari pengabdian ini adalah untuk menguatkan kemampuan mengenali dan menyelesaikan soal Ujian Pengetahuan (UP) PPG berbasis HOTS yang dimiliki oleh guru PJOK di Kota Ambon sehingga kemampuannya meningkat dan mampu lulus pada pelaksanaan PPG. Metode yang digunakan dalam pengabdian ini adalah ModelTechnical Assistance dalam bentuk Training. Mitra dalam pengabdian ini adalah guru PJOK tingkat SD dan SMP di Kota Ambon sebanyak 20 orang. Instrumen evaluasi kegiatan ini adalah tes untuk mengetahui pemahaman guru terkait materi yang diberikan untuk mengevaluasi pelaksanaan kegiatan. Hasil tes kemudian dianalisis secara deskriptif. Hasil pengabdian ini menunjukkan bahwa melalui pelatihan dan pendampingan mengenali dan menyelesaiakan soal Ujian Pengetahuan (UP) PPG dari guru dapat meningkat. Nilai yang baik pada tes serta respon positif yang diberikan oleh guru menunjukkan keberhasilan kegiatan ini.

Abstract

The implementation of learning management system, lecturers must prepare the necessary materials and components. However, the fact is that there are 63% difficulties in compiling material in the learning management system. The research aims to analyze the impact of implementing learning using LMS in higher education and to find solutions to overcome obstacles and difficulties in implementing learning using a learning management system. The research method used is a survey by distributing instruments. Data collection techniques were by distributing instruments to 132 people consisting of lecturers and students who are directly involved in the learning process and conducting random interviews to ensure the correctness of the data from the survey. Analysis techniques using SPSS Version 25.0 by forming bar charts, line charts, and pie charts and interpreting them. As a result, the obstacles, difficulties, and impacts of using the learning management system during the learning process were found. The obstacles and difficulties lie in the preparation of materials, models, and assessment tools used which are not provided to students through the LMS. The material is not stated in the media used and is not given an assessment to students, so the impact is that students are unable to measure their abilities. In conclusion, every lecturer must prepare materials, models, and assessment instruments before using the learning management system in implementing course learning.

Abstract

This study evaluates the impact of computer simulation and animation instructional packages in natural sciences on high school student's academic achievement and retention in a flipped classroom setting. Using a quasi-experimental pre-test and post-test design, 30 students used the computer simulation package, and 29 students used the computer animation package. Data were collected via academic achievement and retention tests and analyzed using descriptive statistics and independent sample t-tests. The results showed significant improvements in academic achievement for both groups. The average post-test score increased from 28.52 to 70.35 in the computer simulation group and from 25.74 to 64.23 in the computer animation group. The t-test indicated no significant difference in academic achievement between the two groups (t = 1.98, p = 0.79). Retention scores showed a slight decrease from post-test to retention test but remained high, with average retention scores of 68.74 for the simulation group and 61.15 for the animation group. The t-test also revealed no significant difference in retention between the groups (t = 1.12, p = 0.66). The implications of this study suggest that using educational technology, such as computer simulations and animations, in a flipped classroom setting can significantly enhance students' academic achievement and knowledge retention. It underscores the importance of integrating technology into the educational curriculum to create a more inclusive, interactive, and effective learning environment. Additionally, these findings allow educators to choose the teaching methods that best suit their instructional needs and contexts, whether in resource-limited situations or when teaching complex concepts.

Abstract

Low learning motivation is supported by socio-cultural factors, economics, parental education, and a lack of family support, affecting student learning outcomes. This study aims to analyze the relationship between motivation and learning outcomes of package C students at the Kadewa Dewa Community Learning Center (PKBM). This study is correlational. The population of the subjects of this study were all students registered at the Kadewa Dewa PKBM, Batu Merah Village, Sirimau District, Ambon City, consisting of 22 students of Package C class 10, 28 participants of Package C class 11 and 30 participants of Package C class 12, so the total number is 80 respondents. The sampling technique used proportionate stratified random sampling. The data analysis technique used quantitative analysis with Linear Regression inferential statistics using SPSS 16.00 for Windows software. The findings indicate that learning motivation contributes only 2% and 98% from other factors. Thus, there is no relationship between motivation and student learning outcomes. Therefore, the study provides educators with deep insight into exploring other factors influencing student motivation and learning outcomes. This study concludes that there is a significant relationship between the level of participant motivation and the achievement of learning outcomes. Participants with high intrinsic and extrinsic motivation tend to show better learning outcomes compared to participants with low motivation.

Abstract

Heading the ball is one of the learning materials for the game of football. Students are required to have competence through understanding and the ability to practice basic head-to-head techniques. The purpose of this study is to determine the improvement of football heading learning outcomes through the TGT learning model in grade X students of SMA Negeri 7 Ambon. This type of research is classroom action research. The implementation of the action takes place in two cycles. The subjects of the study were 26 students in class X. Learning outcomes are determined based on the rubric of assessment of attitudes, knowledge and skills. The results of the study showed that the learning results of heading the ball in cycle I, there were 16 students who had completed or 68.56% with a total score of 1391.25. Meanwhile, 10 students did not complete or 25.80% with a total score of 662.46. In the second cycle, 26 students have met the KKM or (91.01%) with a total score of 2295.72. The results of this study can be concluded that the TGT learning model can improve the learning outcomes of basic dribbling techniques in football games in grade X students of SMA Negeri 7 Ambon.

Abstract

This study aims to determine how much SMA Kristen 1 Amahai students’ interest in learning physical education in the COVID pandemic era Survey research was used to collect information by compiling statements submitted to respondents. The population in this study were students of SMA Kristen 1 Amahai class XII IIs/MIA, which consisted of 3 classes with a total of 100 students. With the number of each class, namely: class MIA 1 (33 students), class MIA II (32 students), and class IIS (a total of 35 students), sampling was done randomly. The data was collected using a questionnaire. Test the validity of the instrument using product-moment correlation and reliability tests using the Cronbach alpha formula. The results of research on SMA Kristen 1 Amahai students’ interest in learning physical education in the COVID pandemic era are as follows: 19 students (31.67%) got an average score, 34 students (11.67%) got a good score, and 7 students (11.67%) scored below the average. The data shows that students' interest in learning is quite high for online learning during the pandemic.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine whether there was an effect of leg muscle power training on the ability of straight kicks in Pencak Silat athletes from Setia Hati Terate Ahuru Ambon School. The research design used one group pre-test-post test. There are 2 (two) variables in this study, namely the independent variable (X) leg muscle power with indicators one step-jump, two leg-jump, vanch-jump, and kich-jump, dependent variable (Y) straight kick ability with indicators is the number of kicks. The population used in this study were male and female silat athletes from the Setia Hati Teratai school, totaling 15 people from green to white belt holders. Considering that the population has 7 green belts and 8 white belts, this study is a population study. The results of the study explained that leg muscle power training had a significant effect on the ability to kick straight. These results explain that there is an increase in the ability of straight kicks in the pencak silat athlete Setia Hati Teratai, Ahuru Ambon.Abstract is a summary that explains the entire contents of the article. Abstract

This study aims to determine the comparison of offline and online physical education learning outcomes in SMA Negeri 30 Banda Maluku Tengah students. The method used in this research is quantitative using an ex post facto approach. The population in this study were XI MIA-2 class students totalling 25 students. The sample used was all students of class XI MIA-2. The pre-requisite tests carried out are homogeneity test and data normality test, and testing is done by t-test. Based on the results of data processing, the results of the t-test comparison of offline and online physical education learning outcomes obtained a t-count of 2.85. While the t-table is 2.06. This means that t-count> t table (2.85> 2.06) then the alternative hypothesis (Ha) is accepted. So there is a significant comparison between offline and online physical education learning outcomes in SMA Negeri 30 Banda Maluku Tengah students. The existence of factors that can affect student learning outcomes, such as constraints on students who do not have smartphones or mobile phones to take part in online learning, causes a comparison of learning outcomes between offline and online learning.

Abstract

Based on the background, the problem formulation in this research is: Motivation is important for Maluku athletes in 2021 at PON XX Papua. This research aims to find the level and motivation of Maluku athletes in 2021 at PON XX Papua. This research use to quantitative type. It's aims to describe, record, and quantitatively analyze existing conditions. This variable is a single, namely the motivation of Maluku athletes in realizing achievements. Thus the motivation of Maluku athletes in 2012 at PON XX Papua. the indicator of intrinsic motivation is more high category, 65.12% or 28 athletes, the indicator of extrinsic motivation is more high category, 58.14%. or 25 athletes. Based on the explanation above, the researchers knows that the indicators of intrinsic motivation and extrinsic motivation are more high category.
