Abstract

The Independent Entrepreneurship Program is a program from the Indonesian Ministry of Education, Culture, Research, and Technology which is part of the Independent Campus program. It aims to provide opportunities for students to learn to develop themselves into prospective entrepreneurs through activities outside of class. The Independent Entrepreneurship Program collaborates with the Implementing Universities. This study will discuss the influence of the Independent Entrepreneurship program on the development of Mochabby at the University of 17 August 1945 Surabaya. Mochabby is a non-alcoholic beverage innovation that combines classic mojito elements with the addition of fresh fruit flavors, creating a unique and refreshing taste sensation. In recent years, more and more people have been looking for healthy and refreshing alternative drinks without alcohol content. This study uses a descriptive approach to analyze the influence of this program on various aspects of the business, such as marketing strategies, financial management, and increasing sales. This study uses a descriptive method with a qualitative and quantitative approach. Data were collected through observation, interviews, consumer surveys, and financial analysis. The results of the study show that WMK makes a significant contribution to various aspects of business development, including increasing brand awareness, product innovation, product diversification, better financial management, and expanding marketing networks.

Abstract

This study aims to develop an online branding strategy for Rawon Kluwek Surabaya through the creation of creative content to enhance the product's competitiveness in the culinary market. Through this community service activity, business owners were trained in techniques for creating engaging visual content, managing social media, and implementing storytelling to strengthen brand image. The results of this activity show that business owners experienced an improvement in their skills in producing more professional product photos and videos, as well as in managing their social media accounts more effectively. Increased interaction and engagement from consumers on social media demonstrate that creative content successfully attracted a wider audience, which in turn contributed to improving the product's competitiveness. Based on the evaluation conducted, this activity has had a positive impact on strengthening Rawon Kluwek Surabaya’s position in an increasingly competitive market. However, there are still challenges in maintaining consistent content production, which requires further attention to ensure the sustainability of this branding strategy.

Abstract

Stik Kencur merupakan produk inovatif yang mengintegrasikan tradisi kuliner lokal dengan sentuhan modern, dikembangkan melalui program Wirausaha Merdeka di Universitas 17 Agustus 1945 Surabaya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengatasi tantangan yang dihadapi pelaku usaha mikro, kecil, dan menengah dalam beradaptasi dengan perkembangan zaman dan meningkatkan daya saing mereka melalui inovasi berbasis tradisi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Stick Kencur berhasil menarik minat pasar dengan penjualan mencapai 200 pack selama tes pasar dan demo day, dengan varian rasa original menjadi yang terlaris. Survei kepuasan konsumen menunjukkan skor rata-rata 4,62 dari 5, mengindikasikan penerimaan positif terhadap produk ini. Stik Kencur juga memperoleh penghargaan Juara Terbaik 1 dalam kompetisi prototipe produk dan menarik minat pelaku usaha untuk kerja sama. Strategi pemasaran yang diterapkan, termasuk pemanfaatan media sosial dan platform e-commerce, berhasil menjangkau berbagai segmen pasar. Dengan dukungan program Wirausaha Merdeka, Stik Kencur menjadi bukti nyata bahwa inovasi berbasis tradisi dapat menghasilkan solusi kuliner modern yang relevan dan berkelanjutan. Melalui pengemasan yang menarik dan kualitas produk yang terjaga, produk ini diharapkan mampu bersaing di pasar nasional maupun internasional, sekaligus memperkuat pelestarian budaya lokal Indonesia.

Abstract

Penelitian ini mengkaji peran Rice Wrap Geprek sebagai inovasi kuliner dalam mendorong pengembangan bisnis lokal pada program Wirausaha Merdeka di Universitas 17 Agustus 1945 Surabaya, dengan penulis terlibat langsung sebagai pelaku usaha. Melalui metode partisipasi langsung, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memahami secara mendalam dinamika pengembangan usaha kuliner Rice Wrap Geprek dari perspektif pelaku usaha. Rice Wrap Geprek merupakan inovasi fusion food yang menggabungkan konsep rice paper wrap dengan ayam geprek khas Indonesia. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui pengalaman langsung penulis dalam menjalankan usaha, observasi pasar, interaksi dengan konsumen, serta dokumentasi proses pengembangan produk dan strategi pemasaran. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa keterlibatan langsung dalam usaha Rice Wrap Geprek memberikan pemahaman komprehensif tentang tantangan dan peluang dalam pengembangan bisnis kuliner inovatif. Penelitian mengungkapkan bahwa inovasi produk ini berhasil menciptakan diferensiasi di pasar makanan lokal, meningkatkan minat konsumen terhadap fusion food, dan memberikan pembelajaran berharga dalam manajemen usaha kuliner. Keterlibatan dalam program Wirausaha Merdeka juga memfasilitasi pengembangan jaringan bisnis dan mentoring yang mendukung keberlanjutan usaha.

Abstract

Rice bowl merupakan produk inovatif dan variatif yang mengintegrasikan tradisi kuliner modern, dikembangkan melalui program Wirausaha Merdeka dengan tema menu varian masakan khas Nusantara di Universitas  17  Agustus  1945  Surabaya.  Penelitian  ini  bertujuan  untuk  mengatasi tantangan  yang  dihadapi  pelaku  usaha  mikro,  kecil,  dan  menengah  dalam  beradaptasi dengan  perkembangan  zaman  dan  meningkatkan  daya  saing  mereka  melalui  inovasi berbasis  tradisi nusantara.  Hasil  penelitian  menunjukkan  bahwa rice bowl  berhasil  menarik minat pasar dengan penjualan mencapai 300 bowl selama tes pasar dan demo day, dengan varian rasa khas Nusantara yaitu sambal matah ayam menjadi yang terlaris dan juga daging sambal bawang dengan ini  Survei kepuasan konsumen menunjukkan skor rata-rata 4,5 dari  5 Untuk ayam dan 4,4 dari 5 untuk daging sambal bawang,  mengindikasikan  penerimaan  positif terhadap  produk ini serta para pengunjung acara demo day wirausaha merdeka UNTAG SURABAYA  selain menu sambal matah kami juga menyediakan varian menu lain seperti saus lada hitam, dari keterangan diatas menu nusantara masih sangat dapat bersaing dengan makanan ricebowl serupa yang ada di berbagai menu inovatif dari negara lain.

Abstract

Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) are one of several pillars that support the economy in Indonesia. The aim of community service through the Merdeka Entrepreneurial Internship activity is to provide assistance to SME partners, regarding innovation menus, flavors, products, as well as marketing methods via social media. With this service, it is hoped that it can be a solution in improving the welfare of SMEs. The partners who receive assistance in this service are UKM Pejuang Rasa which is located on Jalan Semolowaru No VIII, Sukolilo District, Surabaya City, East Java Province. The methods used in this activity are interviews, problem analysis, production planning, production and promotion. Their Entrepreneurship Internship activities are carried out by approximately 4-5 people per group for a total of 30 working days. After going through the observation stage during the activity, a product was produced in the form of a smoothie bowl which had environmentally friendly paperbowl packaging to become an innovation related to fruit processing at Pejuang Rasa UKM. It is hoped that the results of this product innovation can increase sales and business competitiveness with other SMEs.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the certification training needs of employees for their development at PT PLN Nusantara Power Services. In the context of increasing industry competition and rapid technological advancements, the need for relevant certifications and training has become crucial to enhance employee competence and competitiveness. The research employs a qualitative approach, collecting data through interviews and observations. The findings indicate several key areas where training certification is highly needed, including technical fields, occupational safety, and project management. Furthermore, the results reveal that structured and continuous certification programs can boost employee motivation and performance, supporting the achievement of the company's strategic goals. Recommendations from this research include the development of training curricula that align with industry needs, increased collaboration with external certification institutions, and the development of a continuous evaluation system to ensure the effectiveness of the certification programs. Thus, the implementation of these training certification programs is expected to contribute positively to the human resource development at PT PLN Nusantara Power Services.

Abstract

This research found that there is a positive relationship between career development and employee performance. Career development, both individual and organizational, has a positive impact on employee motivation, loyalty and productivity. This journal also highlights the importance of career planning for both individuals and organizations, and discusses the stages of career development and the factors that influence them. This journal concludes that career development is an important aspect in human resource management. By paying attention to the factors discussed, individuals and organizations can work together to achieve better career development goals.

Abstract

One important aspect in the orderly and orderly administration of government is population administration. However, there are still problems related to irregularities in population administration, such as the existence of population documents that are incomplete or do not correspond to actual current conditions. To overcome this, the Population and Civil Registration Service of the City of Surabaya created an innovative Kalimasada Program (Environmentally Aware Population Administration Area). Medokan Semampir Subdistrict is participating in implementing the Kalimasada program which aims to improve the quality of population administration services and create an orderly population administration for citizens. This program involves outreach activities, data collection, population administration services, field surveys, as well as evaluation and monitoring. The results of the Kalimasada program in Medokan Semampir Subdistrict include increasing public awareness, updating population data, increasing the number of ownership of population documents, improving the quality of population administration services, and active community involvement. Thus, the Kalimasada program has proven to be effective in realizing orderly population administration in Medokan Semampir Village.

Abstract

This study explores the implementation of entrepreneurial values through Market Day activities at UPT SD Negeri 206 Gresik, focusing on fifth-grade students. A dynamic economy and increasing competition demand education that not only develops cognitive intelligence but also skills and creativity. This research attempts to provide a solution by applying entrepreneurial concepts through Market Day activities. The research targets fifth-grade students at UPT SD Negeri 206 Gresik, aiming to guide them towards positive endeavors. The study involves observation, interviews, and program socialization to provide an understanding of entrepreneurial values. This method encompasses planning, execution, and evaluation processes, encouraging students to develop creativity, communication skills, independence, and discipline. The results show that Market Day activities successfully build entrepreneurial character among students. Despite facing challenges such as a lack of student participation and limited space, these shortcomings are identified as opportunities for improvement in the future. It is hoped that the implementation of entrepreneurial values through practical activities like Market Day can help address unemployment challenges in Indonesia by shaping students ready to become job creators.
