Abstract

Rain is an important natural phenomenon in human life on earth. Allah created everything in the heavens and the earth and between them with His majesty and glory. One sign of His power is rain which can benefit the lives of living creatures on earth. This paper examines the use of rain in the Al-Qur'an. This research uses qualitative methods with the type of literature study. Data will be obtained through reviewing information and knowledge from various relevant literature and references as well as analyzing interpretations of Al-Qur'an verses. How rain is a natural phenomenon that is essential for human life, where water is one of the great precious blessings from God.  The research results show that the Al-Qur'an provide information about the use of rain in various aspects of human life, such as agriculture, animal husbandry, and in everyday life.

Abstract

Capital structure and firm value have long been developed by a large number of researchers, but no agreement has been reached. One of the keys to optimizing organizational resources is board diversity. Having a well-diversified board influences company performance. An independent and effective board increases the quality and quantity of information provided by insiders to the public and therefore reduces adverse selection costs. This study aims to determine the effect of board characteristics on the capital structure of Islamic manufacturing companies in Indonesia and their impact on firm value. The analytical method used is multiple linear regression using panel data. The independent variables analyzed in this study are the number of directors, the number of commissioners, the number of independent commissioners, and the number of female directors, while the dependent variable is leverage as measured using the debt to asset ratio, which is then tested again on firm value as the dependent variable. as measured using Tobin's Q. The research results show that the number of the Board of Directors has no effect on the capital structure, the number of the Board of commissioners has a positive and significant effect on the capital structure, the number of independent commissioners has an effect positively and significantly to capital structure, the number of female board of directors has a negative and significant effect on capital structure, and capital structure has a positive effect on firm value.

Abstract

Ibu rumah tangga di Desa Cot Preh, Aceh Besar, masih menggunakan metode manual dalam produksi kue seupet, sehingga kapasitas produksi rendah. Selain itu, pemasaran produk belum optimal karena masih terbatas pada penjualan langsung tanpa pemanfaatan media digital. Untuk mengatasi permasalahan ini, program pemberdayaan dilakukan melalui pelatihan teknologi produksi dan strategi pemasaran digital. Kegiatan ini berlangsung selama tiga bulan dan melibatkan 20 peserta. Program dilaksanakan dalam tiga tahapan: (1) pelatihan teknologi produksi dengan penggunaan alat modern untuk meningkatkan efisiensi; (2) pelatihan pemasaran digital melalui media sosial dan e-commerce; serta (3) pendampingan intensif dalam manajemen usaha dan keuangan sederhana. Evaluasi dilakukan dengan membandingkan kapasitas produksi dan jangkauan pemasaran sebelum dan sesudah pelatihan. Hasil menunjukkan peningkatan produksi dari 2 kg menjadi 10 kg per minggu serta perluasan pasar melalui platform digital. Peserta juga mengalami peningkatan pemahaman dalam manajemen usaha, yang berkontribusi pada peningkatan pendapatan dan keberlanjutan bisnis. Ke depan, pendampingan lanjutan dalam pemasaran digital dan pengelolaan keuangan tetap diperlukan untuk memastikan usaha ini berkembang secara mandiri dan berdaya saing.

Abstract

The constituent changes in Post-Reformation Indonesia are very interesting to discuss ranging from formal amendment changes and non-formal changes that change without changing the text of the constitution in question. Also happens informally (informal change informal amendment), namely changes to the contituents without changing the text of the contitution concerned or changes outside the text of the contitution”. Formal amendments (formal changes) are only one way to change the constitution. Changes can also occur non-formally (informal changes, informal amendments), namely changes to the constitution without changing the text in question or changes "outside the text of the constitution" (buiten de grodwet). Constitutional norms can change when further regulated in law by the legislature, or determined by a judge to determine the law of a case he is trying. Fajrul Falaakh contributed research results in his book "Growth and Constitutional Models", to describe the occurrence of non-formal changes to the constitution in the normative realm as well as in an empirical perspective, so as to obtain wider benefits. The lack of synchronization in the constitutional legal system or regime certainly has an impact on the constitutional system based on the 1945 Constitution of the Republic of Indonesia, especially on the fields contained in the constitution that undergo non-formal changes. From the review of the results of FF's research, it was identified that it would be useful as a legislative review by legislators, judicial review by the Constitutional Court, changes in the behavior of the political elite and society to the politics of changing the constitution.

Abstract

Program Merdeka Belajar Kampus Merdeka (MBKM) memberikan kesempatan bagi mahasiswa untuk mengembangkan kompetensi profesional melalui pengalaman langsung di dunia kerja. Penelitian ini mengkaji implementasi program MBKM di PT Telkom Witel Sumbar Jambi, khususnya di unit Payment Collection. Tujuan penelitian adalah mengevaluasi efektivitas sistem informasi yang digunakan dalam proses penagihan, pencatatan, dan pelaporan pembayaran pelanggan. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah wawancara kualitatif dengan Bapak Aldafi Salsabila selaku OFF 3 COL & DEBT MGT. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa proses penagihan untuk produk POTS dilakukan secara terpusat menggunakan sistem elektronik, sementara produk non-POTS lebih berjenjang dengan pemanfaatan aplikasi seperti MyCX, e-payment, dan MyBrainz. Meskipun sistem informasi yang digunakan sudah membantu proses penagihan, terdapat tantangan seperti data pelanggan yang tidak diperbarui secara berkala dan ketidaksesuaian informasi. Penelitian ini memberikan rekomendasi untuk meningkatkan integrasi sistem informasi, memperbaiki kualitas data, serta meningkatkan komunikasi dengan pelanggan untuk meningkatkan efisiensi dan akurasi proses penagihan.

Abstract

Indonesia has significant potential in fisheries waste production, yet its utilization remains suboptimal due to its low economic value. However, this waste contains essential nutrients such as protein, essential fats, minerals, and vitamins that are beneficial for shrimp growth and health. Meanwhile, the high cost of commercial shrimp feed has driven the demand for more affordable alternatives, one of which is the utilization of fish waste. This study aims to analyze the omega-3 content in fish waste and evaluate its potential as an alternative feed ingredient to enhance the economic value of fisheries waste while providing nutritious feed at a reduced cost. A descriptive qualitative approach was employed through a literature review, with data collected from theses, scientific articles, and relevant journals. Data analysis was systematically conducted using the Miles and Huberman model, encompassing data reduction, data display, and conclusion drawing. The results indicate that various fish waste components (bones, skin, fins, head, and scales) contain essential nutrients including protein (≥50%), fat (≥10%), and ash (≤5%), meeting feed ingredient standards. However, it is important to note that excessive levels of unsaturated fatty acids may compromise feed quality, necessitating proper management. In conclusion, this study highlights the significant potential of fish waste as an omega-3-rich alternative feed source that can increase the economic value of fisheries waste and reduce production costs, provided that nutrient composition is carefully regulated.

Abstract

Penulisan Artikel ini bertujuan untuk menjelaskan bagaimana pelaksanaan lomba keagamaan yang meliputi cabang lomba adzan, hafalan surah pendek, dan kultum dapat berperan dalam membentuk karakter anak-anak dan remaja melalui penanaman nilai moderasi beragama serta pencegahan perilaku kenakalan. Metode yang digunakan dalam penulisan ini adalah pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif dengan pengamatan langsung, wawancara, serta dokumentasi selama proses kegiatan berlangsung. Mahasiswa Kuliah Kerja Nyata (KKN) Tematik Angkatan II Gelombang I UIN Datokarama Palu Kluster Moderasi Beragama di Kelurahan Ujuna Tahun 2025 berperan sebagai pelaksana sekaligus pendamping agar program ini selaras dengan Tridharma Perguruan Tinggi, khususnya pengabdian kepada masyarakat. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan bahwa ketiga cabang lomba tersebut mampu menumbuhkan sikap toleransi, saling menghargai, serta kebiasaan memanfaatkan waktu luang dengan kegiatan positif sehingga dapat menekan potensi kenakalan remaja. Selain itu, kegiatan ini juga membangun ikatan sosial yang harmonis antar peserta dan lingkungan sekitar. Pelaksanaan lomba keagamaan berbasis nilai moderasi beragama terbukti menjadi salah satu langkah sederhana namun efektif untuk menanamkan karakter disiplin, rasa tanggung jawab, serta semangat hidup rukun dalam masyarakat yang beragam.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the Rights of Children in the Book of Tarbiyah al-Aulād Fī al-Islām by Sheikh Muḥammad Mutawallī al-Sya‘rāwī. This research method uses qualitative research with the type of manuscript study research. Technical data analysis using content analysis. The overall results of the study there are 22 points of children's rights in the family then classified/grouped into two (2) points. The points of children's rights before birth are four, the piety of parents, the physical health of both parents from disease, asking for protection from Allah from Satan before having sex with his wife, not attacking her (aborting) while she is still in her mother's womb. The points of children's rights after birth are eighteen, the Adhan in his right ear, shaving the hair of a newborn baby and giving charity with the weight of his hair, Sacrifice (aqiqah) for them on the seventh day after birth, raising faith before the Koran, teaching the Koran, Commandment for prayer, Encouraging them to seek knowledge, Providing for them, Separating children in bed, Education of children, Honoring children and doing good to them, leaving prayers for them, Prohibition of bad associations, and justice between them.

Abstract

Learning sports using a development model such as an application, really provides an advantage in terms of delivering material more practically and effectively. In addition, it can alleviate a sports activity that is usually carried out outdoors to stay indoors. The purpose of this study, to find out the Application as a model in sports learning in the current era that is relevant and widely used. The method used is qualitative in the form of a systematic review, which will examine or review a journal that is in accordance with the problem, so that it becomes evidence and becomes a consideration for the results of this study. Then it will take the form of data processing with aspects and categories in the content analysis of each journal, including (1). Type of research, (2). Research subjects, and (3) results, which will get results in accordance with the 3 specified aspects. The results of this study found that the type of research most widely used in the development model is R&D (Research and Development), then the research subject who is the target in the sports learning process takes place, namely high school students. And an effective and flexible development model in sports learning in this era is the application, which has become the initial purpose of this research to find out this. These results are in accordance with the aspects and categories that have been determined by processing data from the 24 journals reviewed.

Abstract

Virtual tour is a technological innovation that provides an interactive experience in getting to know tourist destinations virtually. This study aims to implement a virtual tour in introducing Ibru-Q Village Agrotourism using 3d Vista. The potential of Agrotourism in Ibru-Q Village has great potential as a nature-based educational tourism destination. The methods used include data collection through field observations, interviews with managers, and visual documentation to build virtual tour content. The results of the study showed that the implementation of a virtual tour was able to increase tourist interest and provide more interesting and in-depth information about the potential of Ibru-Q Village Agrotourism, including plant diversity, agricultural methods, and the uniqueness of local culture. This virtual tour also facilitates the accessibility of information for prospective visitors who have not been able to visit the location in person. These findings indicate that virtual tour technology contributes positively to the promotion of tourist destinations, especially in the digital era.
