Abstract

Tujuan dari Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat (PkM) adalah untuk memberikan pemahaman pentingnya penerapan manajemen waktu dalam meningkatkan prestasi belajar siswa SMK Negeri 7 Kota Serang. Manajemen waktu merupakan faktor internal yang signifikan dalam mengelola diri sendiri. Oleh karena itu, peran manajemen waktu sangat penting dan diperlukan dalam konteks kegiatan belajar mengajar, khususnya bagi pelajar. Manajemen waktu yang efektif menjadi dorongan bagi setiap individu untuk belajar dengan semangat, sehingga mereka lebih termotivasi dan tidak mudah bosan dengan materi yang dipelajari. Metode yang digunakan dalam pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini adalah melalui kegiatan pemaparan materi guna memberikan penjelasan tentang materi manajemen waktu serta gambaran dunia kampus dan metode diskusi dan tanya jawab. Hasil dari pelaksanaan kegiatan Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat (PkM) diharapkan dapat mengedukasi siswa mengenai pentingnya manajemen waktu bagi siswa dalam meningkatkan produktifitas belajar dan cara mengaplikasikannya dalam kehidupan akademik agar terjadi peningkatan pemahaman siswa tentang bagaimana mengelola waktu dengan baik yang berkontribusi signifikan terhadap peningkatan prestasi belajar siswa.

Abstract

Program Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat (PKM) ini dilaksanakan di SMA Entrepreneurship Birul Ulum, Serang, yang berbasis pesantren dan kewirausahaan. Kegiatan ini memiliki tujuan untuk meningkatkan kreativitas siswa sebagai landasan dalam menghadapi tantangan Revolusi Industri 4.0. Program meliputi sosialisasi, pelatihan kewirausahaan, dan integrasi teknologi dalam pembelajaran untuk mendorong keterampilan beradaptasi, berpikir kritis, dan inovasi. Hasil kegiatan yang diperoleh menunjukkan bahwa pelatihan berbasis proyek berhasil meningkatkan minat dan keterampilan siswa dalam bidang kewirausahaan, serta pemanfaatan teknologi digital. Selain itu, peningkatan akses internet dan fasilitas pendukung lainnya mampu membantu siswa dalam memanfaatkan platform pembelajaran digital. Pendekatan ini juga memperkuat karakter siswa, dengan mengintegrasikan nilai-nilai keislaman dan keterampilan modern, sehingga mereka lebih siap bersaing secara global. Kegiatan ini memberikan dampak positif dalam menanamkan pola pikir kreatif dan analitis, sekaligus memotivasi siswa untuk menggali potensi diri mereka. Meski demikian, pengembangan lebih lanjut tetap diperlukan, seperti pelatihan guru dalam teknologi dan kewirausahaan, serta kerja sama dengan komunitas bisnis untuk memberikan pengalaman nyata. Melalui integrasi pendidikan berbasis pesantren dan teknologi modern, diharapkan SMA Entrepreneurship Birul Ulum mampu menjadi model bagi pengembangan generasi muda yang kompeten, inovatif, dan responsif terhadap perubahan era digital.

Abstract

This study aims to map research developments on teachers’ professional competence in inclusive education and to identify competencies relevant to supporting students with mild learning difficulties (slow learners). A Systematic Literature Review (SLR) was conducted following PRISMA guidelines. Literature searches in Scopus and Google Scholar covering the 2021–2025 period yielded 181 initial articles, of which 24 met the inclusion criteria. The methodological quality of the selected studies was appraised using the Mixed Methods Appraisal Tool (MMAT). Data were analyzed through thematic synthesis and bibliometric analysis using VOSviewer to explore conceptual structures and research trends. The findings indicate that existing studies predominantly focus on inclusive education and teacher professional development, while slow learners remain a relatively marginal topic. Six key dimensions of teachers’ professional competence were identified: diagnostic–formative assessment, pedagogical differentiation, technology and assistive integration, social–emotional support, professional collaboration, and engagement within supportive institutional ecosystems. This review offers a concise conceptual framework and practical implications for strengthening teacher professional development in inclusive education context.

Abstract

The Covid-19 pandemic has changed the face of world education, including Indonesia. Education, which was originally carried out face-to-face, now has to be carried out through internet media, commonly known as "Online". This is done in an effort to reduce the spread of the Covid-19 virus. However, this new face of education presents various complex problems for educators, students, and parents of students. In the concept of Islamic Education, the process of adab education is not only in face-to-face learning but also created online. Even though they don't meet face to face, adab in studying science can always be applied in order to give birth to students who have strong character in their morals who are able to realize the development of intellectual amaliyah so that they are efficient for the good of the wider community in their capacity as servants of Allah Subhanahu wa Ta'ala.

Abstract

Research on leadership styles and the strengthening of school culture in Islamic schools has become increasingly significant in response to the growing demand for educational quality grounded in religious values. School principals play a strategic role in developing an adaptive, collaborative, and character-oriented organizational culture that supports students’ holistic development. This study focuses on publication trends, thematic cluster structures, and the tendencies of leadership style implementation in strengthening Islamic school culture based on bibliometric analysis. The study employed a descriptive quantitative approach using bibliometric analysis of 397 Scopus-indexed documents published between 2019-2025. Data collection was conducted using Publish or Perish, while data visualization analysis was performed using VOSviewer through keyword co-occurrence techniques. The findings reveal that school culture and distributed leadership emerged as the most dominant themes and occupied central positions within the bibliometric network. The shift in research paradigms indicates a transition from structural approaches toward participatory, collaborative, and contextual approaches in modern educational leadership. Another finding demonstrates that the concepts of Islamic school and Islamic leadership have not yet appeared prominently in international research networks, thereby indicating a significant research gap regarding the integration of Islamic values into school culture and educational leadership practices. This study concludes that the strengthening of school culture is influenced not only by the administrative capabilities of school principals, but also by their ability to foster collaboration, social relations, innovation, and the continuous internalization of moral values. The novelty of this research lies in the use of bibliometric analysis to systematically map the relationship between leadership styles and Islamic school culture, while also offering a perspective on integrating the values of amanah, shura, and exemplary conduct into modern collaborative leadership models.
