Abstract

#nazarpemilu on X/Twitter was a unique digital political reality during the 2024 Indonesian presidential election. It stood out as the only political hashtag that had practical consequences in the real world. On January 6, 2024, there were 49,562 mentions of #nazarpemilu on X/Twitter. The movement involved 6,432 accounts. This study aimed to describe and critique the construction of digital political reality on #nazarpemilu. This research uses a qualitative approach with a critical discourse analysis method.Through analyzing #nazarpemilu documents, conducting in-depth interviews with account owners, utilizing library data, and exploring intertextuality, it was discovered that social media acted as a public platform for expressing political aspirations in the face of inactive state institutions. #nazarpemilu represented a manifestation of despair against the inefficacy of formal state institutions, supporting candidates who shared similar values and opposing those who lacked integrity or violated the constitution. The research concluded that the dynamics of social media showcased a wave of positive, creative, and constructive energy that transcended into the physical realm. The readiness to embrace differing opinions online and offline led to many ideas and creativity, as evidenced by #nazarpemilu. The results of the study show that hashtags on X/Twitter are an arena for discourse battles to thwart candidates in political contests. Furthermore, social media goes beyond its original nature and function. It has turned into a political action that mobilizes citizens.

Abstract

Penelitian ini mengkaji penerapan etika komunikasi interpersonal dalam menghadapi fenomena hubungan toxic relationship di kalangan remaja, dengan studi kasus di RT 05/RW 08 Teluk Gong, Jakarta Utara. Remaja, sebagai individu dalam fase transisi, rentan terhadap tekanan akademik, sosial, dan seksual. Dalam konteks ini, hubungan yang tidak sehat dapat memperburuk kondisi mental mereka, sehingga etika komunikasi interpersonal yang mencakup prinsip kejujuran, saling menghormati, empati, dan tanggung jawab menjadi sangat penting untuk membangun hubungan yang sehat dan menghindari perilaku yang merugikan. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif dengan studi kasus. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui observasi dan wawancara dengan informan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa hubungan toxic relationship sebagian besar ditandai oleh ketidakseimbangan kekuasaan, rasa tidak aman, dan kurangnya komunikasi yang sehat, yang termanifestasi dalam bentuk kekerasan verbal dan fisik, kebocoran, serta pembatasan aktivitas. Remaja cenderung bertahan dalam hubungan ini karena rasa takut, kekecewaan, dan tekanan sosial. Pada akhirnya, penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa kesadaran diri dan penerapan etika komunikasi interpersonal yang baik, termasuk kejujuran dan keterangan, adalah langkah krusibel bagi remaja untuk mengidentifikasi, mengatasi, dan keluar dari kelas hubungan toxic relationship. Pendekatan ini akan mendorong mereka untuk membangun hubungan yang lebih sehat dan saling mendukung, berkontribusi pada kesejahteraan dan pertumbuhan pribadi mereka. Penelitian ini juga memberikan rekomendasi bagi lembaga pendidikan dan orang tua untuk mendukung remaja dalam mengembangkan keterampilan komunikasi yang efektif dan menghadapi dinamika interpersonal yang menantang.

Abstract

In two national surveys on tolerance, equality, and cooperation among religious communities conducted by the Ministry of Religious Affairs at 2019 and 2021, the DKI Jakarta harmony index was below the national average. This study aims to capture the activities and communication management patterns of the Religious Harmony Forum of DKI Jakarta, especially in overcoming intolerance and radicalism. Both intolerance and radicalism are often cited as triggers for the emergence of religious disharmony in DKI Jakarta. The results of this study show that, first, the communication management of the DKI Jakarta FKUB is not well-organized as a modern organization that always follows the developments based on communication and information technology. Second, the problem of the forum lies in the weakness of social regulations and government actions in implementing recommendations. Third, the role of this forum must be wider, and more innovative to support the country at a macro level to prevent intolerance and radicalism.

Abstract

The PKM program conducted by the team of lecturers who are members of MKWK Polnep in 2025 is entitled “Prevention of Bullying and Sexual Violence through Moral Education at the Miftahul Ulum Islamic Boarding School” in Sungai Raya District, Kubu Raya Regency. The background of the PKM implementation is part of the tri dharma of higher education in addressing the rampant cases of bullying and sexual violence that occur in educational environments, including Islamic boarding schools, where the victims are school-age children. Therefore, the purpose of this activity is to provide knowledge to students, teachers, and educational staff on the importance of knowing the boundaries that violate acts of bullying and sexual violence through the instillation of morality based on the values of Pancasila and Civic Education, as well as to strive to form a task force for the prevention and handling of violence at the Miftahul Ulum Islamic Boarding School, which has not yet been formed. To that end, the method used is socialization followed by knowledge about morality, involving students, teachers, and educational staff to learn about the importance of moral values based on religious values, Pancasila, and civic education and social culture so that after the PKM is implemented, participants can apply it in their social interactions. The results of this activity show that: 1) the number of participants was in line with the target of 100 people, 2) no participants left or entered the room and all listened attentively, 3) participants actively participated in the activity by asking questions, 4) participants were able to answer the post-test questions given by the presenter.

Abstract

This study aims to determine Employee Workload at the Pontianak State Treasury Service Office and the impact of workload on employees and the solutions that can be provided. The researcher’s initial observations indicate that there is an excessive workload at the Pontianak Treasury Service Office can cause a decrease in employee word performance. The researcher uses descriptive quantitative methods with descriptive statistics. Data collection techniques were carried out through interviews, observation, and documentation studies. The researcher chooses the conversion staff, validator, and reviewers. The results of the analysis of the workload of employees in the Fund Disbursement Section, it is considered to exceed the specified workload. This can be seen from the results of the workload analysis calculation using the task-by-task position approach method, obtained the workload for the Conversion Executing Staff is 266,960 minutes, the Validator Implementing Staff is 277,772 minutes, and the Reviewer Implementing Staff is 292,232 minutes. The total volume of workload exceeds the effective working time in one year, which is 89,770 minutes. Excessive workload makes employees have to use time out of working hours. Suggestions need to be balanced with rewards in the form of compensation, a better transfer/promotion system, and the provision of facilities and rewards. This is in line with Bambang Agus Diana and Ridho Hartas’s research entitled Employee Workload Analysis at the UPBJJ Office-Universitas Open Bandung with the results of the uneven distribution of employee workload causing employee performance to decline.

Abstract

Perkembangan teknologi informasi dan komunikasi telah mendorong instansi pemerintah untuk mengadaptasi strategi komunikasi publik yang lebih terbuka, interaktif, dan berbasis media digital. Media sosial, khususnya Instagram, menjadi salah satu platform strategis yang dimanfaatkan pemerintah dalam menyampaikan informasi, edukasi, serta membangun keterlibatan masyarakat. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis peran akun Instagram @bpad_jakarta dalam penyebaran informasi dan edukasi publik terkait pengelolaan aset daerah dengan menggunakan teori 4C, yaitu Content, Context, Connectivity, dan Continuity. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif dengan teknik pengumpulan data berupa wawancara mendalam, observasi terhadap konten Instagram @bpad_jakarta, serta studi dokumentasi. Informan penelitian terdiri dari pengelola media sosial dan humas BPAD Jakarta. Analisis data dilakukan dengan mengkaji strategi komunikasi BPAD berdasarkan keempat elemen teori 4C. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa BPAD Jakarta telah memanfaatkan Instagram sebagai media komunikasi publik secara cukup efektif. Dari aspek Content, BPAD menyajikan informasi pengelolaan aset daerah secara edukatif dengan pengemasan visual yang konsisten dan informatif. Pada aspek Context, pesan disusun dengan bahasa yang lebih komunikatif dan disesuaikan dengan karakteristik audiens, khususnya generasi muda, guna meminimalkan ambiguitas makna. Aspek Connectivity tercermin melalui pemanfaatan fitur interaktif Instagram serta koordinasi lintas instansi, meskipun interaksi dua arah dengan audiens masih perlu ditingkatkan. Sementara itu, aspek Continuity menunjukkan adanya perencanaan konten jangka panjang dan penjadwalan unggahan yang terstruktur, meskipun konsistensi unggahan masih dipengaruhi oleh dinamika kegiatan internal instansi
