Abstract

Pembahasan mengenai perlindungan hukum perdata pemilik tanah atas dasar adanya unsur penipuan dalam akta jual beli tanah yang dibuat oleh PPAT. Penelitian yang dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode yuridis normatif. Permasalahan yang berkaitan dengan perlindungan  hukum perdata pemilik tanah atas  akta perjanjian jual beli tanah yang dibuat oleh PPAT atas dasar adanya unsur penipuan. Analisis Perlindungan  hukum perdata pemilik tanah atas  dasar adanya unsur penipuan bahwa bagi pemilik hak atas tanah yang dirugikan maka pemilik mengajukan gugatan  untuk pembatalan AJB yang telah dibuat oleh PPAT, bentuk perlindungan bagi pemilik hak atas tanah, berkaitan dengan ganti rugi materiil sesuai apa yang telah diputuskan oleh majelis hakim.

Abstract

Several studies and socializations on the factors and impacts of early marriage have been conducted in several villages and sub-districts in Wajo Regency because this is included in the work program that has become one of the main concerns of the Wajo Regency government as stated in Regent Regulation No. 64 of 2022, concerning the prevention and handling of child marriage. The urgency of this problem is because it has placed Wajo Regency as one of the regencies in South Sulawesi with a fairly high rate of early marriage in the last 3 (three) years. Although there has been a decrease in the rate of early marriage by 6.29 percent (BPS, 2023), there were still 82 applicants for child marriage in 2023 based on data from the UPTD for the Protection of Women and Children (PPA) DP2KBP3A, Wajo Regency Social Service. Therefore, this research and community service are needed to conduct socialization on the factors and impacts of early marriage in Talotenreng Village, Wajo Regency, in addition to playing a role in assisting the government in reducing the rate of early marriage, it also aims to increase public legal awareness and the impacts of early marriage.

Abstract

Agriculture is a vital sector in the global economy that faces various challenges, especially in the efficient use of water resources. Irrigation is an important aspect of agriculture, especially in rice fields, because optimal water supply directly affects plant productivity. However, in Pao Village, Malangke District, and North Luwu Regency, water availability is increasingly limited due to climate change, urbanization, and inefficient exploitation of resources. Most farmers in the area do not have irrigation networks so during the dry season their rice fields experience drought and are at risk of crop failure. This study aims to design and develop an automatic irrigation system based on the Internet of Things (IoT) supported by wireless sensors and solar energy to improve the efficiency of water use in rice fields. The research method used is a prototype approach consisting of three main stages, namely preparation, prototype development, and system implementation. In the preparation stage, field observations and literature studies were carried out to determine system needs. The development stage includes design, implementation, and internal evaluation of the prototype. Furthermore, the system was implemented and tested in the field to assess its effectiveness in controlling irrigation automatically. The results of the study showed that the developed system was able to detect water levels using ultrasonic sensors and humidity sensors connected to Arduino. Data from the sensors is processed using fuzzy logic to automatically control the water pump based on the water conditions in the farmland. The energy used comes from solar panels, so the system can operate independently and is environmentally friendly. Tests have shown that the system works well in regulating the water supply to the rice fields efficiently and can help farmers overcome drought and increase agricultural productivity.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis peran hukum dalam mendorong efektivitas program Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) Bankaltimtara terhadap pemberdayaan masyarakat lokal. CSR merupakan kewajiban moral dan hukum perusahaan untuk berkontribusi secara aktif terhadap pembangunan sosial dan ekonomi masyarakat sekitar. Namun, efektivitas pelaksanaan CSR sangat bergantung pada kerangka hukum yang mengaturnya. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode yuridis normatif dan pendekatan kualitatif dengan mengkaji peraturan perundang-undangan terkait CSR serta studi kasus implementasi CSR oleh Bankaltimtara di wilayah Kalimantan Timur dan Utara. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa regulasi yang jelas dan tegas, seperti Undang-Undang Perseroan Terbatas dan peraturan Otoritas Jasa Keuangan (OJK), berperan penting dalam mendorong perusahaan untuk melaksanakan CSR secara berkelanjutan dan terarah. Di sisi lain, lemahnya pengawasan dan kurangnya partisipasi masyarakat lokal dalam perencanaan program menjadi kendala utama dalam pemberdayaan yang optimal. Penelitian ini merekomendasikan perlunya penguatan instrumen hukum CSR, pelibatan masyarakat dalam proses perencanaan dan evaluasi, serta sinergi antara pemerintah daerah dan sektor perbankan. Dengan demikian, program CSR tidak hanya menjadi kewajiban administratif, tetapi juga menjadi sarana efektif dalam meningkatkan kesejahteraan dan kemandirian masyarakat lokal.

Abstract

This study explores the influence of work facilities, supervision and compensation on employee performance at the Lubuk Pakam Pratama Tax Service Office. The survey method was used with an active sample of respondents. The research results show that work facilities, supervision and compensation significantly influence employee performance. Adequate work facilities increase productivity and job satisfaction. Effective supervision promotes responsibility and accountability. Fair compensation provides motivation and loyalty. The practical implication of this study is the importance of good human resource management in improving organizational performance. Suggestions for future research include involving more variables and larger samples for higher validity.

Abstract

This study examines how website design, information quality, and utility affect ePaper use, with brand trust and attitude as mediators. This study examines the factors that influence ePaper readers’ intentions to use the service. The quantitative study uses a survey questionnaire to collect data. A convenience sample of ePaper readers was selected. Structural Equation Modelling (SEM) was used to analyses data and determine variable relationships. The study found that website design, information quality, and usability affect brand trust, attitude, and ePaper use. A well-designed website with high-quality information and handy features boosts brand trust and attitude, which affects ePaper service use. This study adds to the literature by examining the relationships between website design, information quality, utility, brand trust, attitude, and ePaper use. The results suggest that ePaper suppliers should priorities website design, high-quality content, and useful features to build brand confidence and reader loyalty. It will boost their desire to use the service. Future investigations should aim to examine the potential effects of supplementary variables that could potentially influence individuals’ intents to utilized ePaper, including those related to user experience and social dynamics.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis dampak persekongkolan tender terhadap persaingan usaha yang tidak sehat, dan juga bertujuan untuk menilai kesesuaian Putusan KPPU Nomor 01/KPPU-L/2012 dengan Pasal 22 Undang-Undang Nomor 5 Tahun 1999. Permasalahan persekongkolan tender di dalam pembangunan Ma’had Al Jamiah II STAIN Samarinda tahun 2011dapat menimbulkan distorsi dalam mekanisme pasar, mengakibatkan kerugian negara, menurunkan kualitas hasil pekerjaan, dan melemahkan kepercayaan publik terhadap sistem pengadaan. Di dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode yuridis normatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif, mengkaji putusan KPPU, regulasi, dan beberapa literatur hukum persaingan usaha. Hasil penelitian juga menunjukkan adanya indikasi bahwa persekongkolan horizontal dan vertikal telah terjadi, dengan indikasi kesamaan dokumen, kesalahan penulisan yang identik, dan pola penawaran harga yang seragam, sehingga memenuhi unsur pelanggaran Pasal 22 Undang-Undang Nomor 5 Tahun 1999. Putusan yang diambil oleh KPPU dalam perkara ini menjadi preseden penting dalam penegakan hukum persaingan usaha dan menegaskan pentingnya pengawasan ketat serta transparansi dalam proses tender.

Abstract

This research aims to design and reflect on development strategies and performance evaluation in Islamic education organizations at Kending Sampi primary school in Pandan village. Using a narrative qualitative method, this research explores the experiences, views and practices of educators, students and parents regarding the implementation of educational strategies in schools. Information was obtained through in-depth interviews, focus group discussions and observations. The findings show that the school is able to integrate Islamic principles into the curriculum and teaching methods, creating a supportive atmosphere. Teachers actively participate in training to improve their skills, while parental involvement is very positive. While varied ways of learning can boost student morale, the performance evaluation process should remain standardized. This study offers insights for continued progress at Kending Sampi primary school and other Islamic education institutions.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to determine the factors that cause children to commit criminal acts of sexual violence, as well as to find out and analyze how judges consider in handing down decisions against children as perpetrators of criminal acts of sexual violence in the case of Decision Number 1/Pid.Sus-Anak/2020 /PN Sgt. The method applied in this research is a normative legal research method. This method includes research on library materials which are studied using a statutory approach and a case approach. The legal materials used include primary, secondary and tertiary legal materials. The results of this research are the factors that cause children to commit criminal acts of sexual violence, namely: internal factors originating from within the individual, such as the child's mental, biological and moral conditions, as well as external factors originating from the environment, including socio-cultural, economic and mass media that is easily accessed by children to view adult content. Furthermore, the panel of judges in deciding case No. 1/Pid.Sus-Anak/2020/PN Sgt. It was appropriate to apply Article 76 D of Law Number 35 of 2014 concerning child protection, however the sentences handed down to perpetrators of criminal acts of sexual violence were too light. Children as perpetrators of criminal acts receive legal protection, however, sanctions for these criminal acts should not be too light considering that it is feared that they will not have a deterrent effect on the perpetrators and disrupt order and the general interests of society.

Abstract

Social and system as a fundamental building blocks of individuals in society become important elements of the cohesion and harmony of citizens. Social construction is contained in the creation of a harmonious order of society, upholding kinship relations inherited from predecessors, then metamorphosing into a collective conscience, a joint agreement of citizens, then processed into the basic values of citizenship. Donggala Regency, part of the Central Sulawesi region, has so far integrated its society based on the rules of tolerance between migrants and local communities, which they pass down from generation to generation to their children and grandchildren. The strong approach of cultural tolerance among all tribes in the area positions Donggala as a harmonious, safe, and peaceful area. Various social upheavals are not visible in social interactions in society. Donggala's cultural heritage from various tribes (migrants and natives) is integrated into social life while binding its people as a system. Such conditions make Donggala harmoniously integrated; its residents dynamize themselves based on cultural heritage and build social relations based on historical traditions supported by strong individual unity, so that they are integrated into a citizenship system wheretolerance becomes their social communication.
