Abstract

This research aims to analyze: 1) To determine the influence of work motivation on employee performance at the Livestock and Animal Health Service of South Sulawesi Province. 2) To determine the effect of work motivation on employee work discipline at the Livestock and Animal Health Service of South Sulawesi Province. 3) To determine the effect of work discipline on employee performance at the South Sulawesi Province Animal Husbandry and Animal Health Service. 4) To find out the variables that most dominantly influence employee performance at the South Sulawesi Province Animal Husbandry and Animal Health Service. The population is 133 people. The sampling technique used is a saturated sample, the entire population is sampled. The analysis technique used is multiple linear regression. The research results show that the work motivation variable has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, the work motivation variable has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, and work discipline has a positive and insignificant effect on employee performance due to problems that often disturb employees at the South Sulawesi Province Animal Husbandry and Animal Health Service .

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to analyse the appropriate marketing strategies to increase salt sales. This study was conducted in the coastal area of Nasara, Bangkala District, Jeneponto. The type of research is descriptive qualitative research. Data collection was carried out through interviews with respondents who were the main informants in this study. The population in this study were women salt sellers along the coast of Nasara, Jeneponto Regency. The sampling method used purposive sampling with a sample size of 15 respondents. Data analysis used the IFAS, EFAS and SWOT analysis techniques. The results of the analysis included the S-O Strategy, which is to utilise the local image as a salt production centre through local branding, affordable prices, digital promotion, partnerships with local businesses, and capacity building through government training programmes. The W-O Strategy involves overcoming weaknesses through processing and packaging training, business assistance for PIRT permits, establishing cooperatives, utilising modern and traditional distribution channels, providing attractive kiosks, and digital media-based promotion. The S-T Strategy involves maintaining the quality and authenticity of local salt, building customer loyalty, and managing supplies to anticipate price fluctuations and seasonal changes. The W-T strategy involves forming cooperatives to overcome capital and distribution constraints, diversifying products, and developing emergency production plans with warehouse storage support.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the effect of online attendance on employee work discipline at the Tamalate sub-district office, Makassar City. The object of this research is the Tamalate sub-district office, Makassar City. In this research, the method used by the author is a quantitative method. The sample in this research is all State Civil Apparatus Staff in the Tamalate District Head's office who are also 80 respondents. The results of this research have been tested for validity and reliability. The data analysis technique uses simple linear regression analysis with hypothesis testing. The results of this research show that there is a positive and significant influence of the Online Attendance variable (X) on the Work Discipline variable (Y), meaning that by implementing good online attendance, employee work discipline will also be good.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh pengalaman pelanggan terhadap word of mouth (WOM) pada jasa kuliner di Kecamatan Biringkanaya Kota Makassar. Permasalahan utama yang dikaji adalah bagaimana pengalaman yang dirasakan pelanggan dapat mendorong perilaku rekomendasi sebagai bentuk promosi dari mulut ke mulut. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan desain eksplanatori. Data primer dikumpulkan melalui survei menggunakan kuesioner berbasis skala Likert kepada 120 responden yang dipilih dengan teknik purposive sampling. Analisis data dilakukan melalui statistik deskriptif dan regresi linear sederhana dengan bantuan perangkat lunak SPSS pada tingkat signifikansi 5%. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pengalaman pelanggan berada pada kategori tinggi dengan nilai rata-rata 4,12, sedangkan WOM memiliki nilai rata-rata 4,05. Hasil uji regresi menunjukkan bahwa pengalaman pelanggan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap WOM (β = 0,68; p < 0,05) dengan koefisien determinasi (R²) sebesar 0,46. Hal ini berarti 46% variasi WOM dapat dijelaskan oleh pengalaman pelanggan. Kesimpulannya, pengalaman pelanggan merupakan faktor penting yang mendorong peningkatan WOM pada jasa kuliner. Penelitian ini berkontribusi dalam memperkuat teori experiential marketing dalam konteks usaha kuliner lokal serta memberikan implikasi praktis bagi pelaku usaha untuk meningkatkan kualitas pengalaman pelanggan sebagai strategi pemasaran yang efektif dan berkelanjutan.
