Abstract

Mutu pelayanan kefarmasian menjadi indikator utama dalam menentukan tingkat kepuasan pasien. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis faktor-faktor yang memengaruhi tingkat kepuasan pasien pada pelayanan ruang farmasi di salah satu klinik di Makassar. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan desain deskriptif analitik. Sampel berjumlah 100 pasien yang menggunakan jasa apotek klinik. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa dimensi keandalan (reliability), daya tanggap (responsiveness), jaminan (assurance), empati (empathy), dan bukti fisik (tangible) secara signifikan berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan pasien. Temuan ini menunjukkan pentingnya peningkatan mutu pelayanan farmasi untuk meningkatkan kepuasan pasien secara menyeluruh.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the Effect of Price and Service Quality on Customer Loyalty at The Farrel Nganjuk Hotel. This study uses a quantitative approach with multiple linear regression analysis methods used to test the hypothesis after going through validity, reliability, and classical assumption tests. Data were obtained through distributing questionnaires to 58 respondents using the accidental sampling method. The results showed that Price and Service Quality have a positive and significant effect on Customer Loyalty. The more competitive the price offered and the better the quality of service provided, the higher the level of customer loyalty.

Abstract

Abstract

Conveyor belts are vital facilities in airport operations, but their maintenance systems are often reactive, inefficient, and high-risk. This study aims to design and build a monitoring system for conveyor modifications at Iskandar Pangkalan Bun Airport that can monitor running hours, current, and voltage in real time to support condition-based maintenance. The method used is applied Research and Development (R&D) by building a prototype based on the Arduino Mega 2560 microcontroller. This system integrates an ACS712 current sensor, a ZMPT101B voltage sensor, a DS3231 Real Time Clock (RTC) module, a TFT Display, and an SD Card module for data logging. Test results indicate that the system operates effectively with stable and accurate sensor readings. The measured current remains consistent at 1.56 A under normal load conditions, voltage fluctuates within a reasonable range (214.74 V to 222.23 V), and the RTC module demonstrates high accuracy with a time deviation of only 1-2 seconds over 24 hours. The system successfully stored historical data on the SD Card, including date, time, running hours, voltage, and current. Thus, this monitoring system has proven reliable in providing accurate data essential for improving maintenance efficiency and operational reliability of the conveyor.

Abstract

Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan omzet penjualan UMKM Tendean Catering melalui pelatihan sosial media berbasis online. Pelatihan dilaksanakan selama satu bulan dengan materi meliputi pembuatan konten visual yang menarik, strategi storytelling, pemanfaatan fitur promosi berbayar, serta analisis performa sosial media. Metode pelaksanaan dilakukan secara bertahap mulai dari perencanaan konten, pembuatan konten, strategi engagement, hingga evaluasi dan optimasi. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan adanya peningkatan signifikan pada interaksi pelanggan, jumlah pengikut media sosial, serta profesionalitas konten yang diunggah. Selain itu, omzet penjualan Tendean Catering mengalami peningkatan yang cukup signifikan dibandingkan periode sebelumnya. Kegiatan ini membuktikan bahwa pemanfaatan sosial media secara terarah mampu menjadi strategi efektif untuk mendukung pengembangan pemasaran dan daya saing UMKM di era digital.

Abstract

The conventional conveyor system at Iskandar Pangkalan Bun Airport has limitations in terms of operational efficiency and safety, particularly related to the lack of an integrated emergency stop indicator. This study aims to design, implement, and evaluate a conveyor modification by adding an emergency stop indicator system integrated with an Arduino Mega 2560 microcontroller, relay, contactor, buzzer, LED, DS3231 RTC module, and SD Card module. Applied Research and Development (R&D) methods were used in all stages, from design to testing. The test results showed that the emergency stop indicator system achieved a 100% reliability level in stopping the conveyor completely, with an average response time of less than 1 second. Visual and audio indicators were activated instantly (<0.1 seconds), ensuring the emergency warning was effectively communicated. Furthermore, the time-of-event recording to the SD Card functions well, providing accurate historical documentation. This modification proved effective in improving occupational safety and reducing potential damage to conveyors in the airport environment
