Abstract

The problem in this study is the lack of self-confidence of students in learning. This study aims to determine the effect of the traditional boi-boian game on the character of self-confidence. The method used in this study is a pre-experimental method with the form of one group pretest and posttest research. This research uses total sampling, the population with a sample of all students following the criteria of specific age indicators with a sample of 38 and a population of 38 students using a pretest at the beginning and a posttest at the end of the study. The data analysis technique was a t-test with the help of SPPS version 22. The results showed an effect of the traditional boi-boian game on increasing self-confidence. The t-test result was sig. (2-tailed) for confidence 0.000 0, 05, then the results of the posttest group obtained the average self-confidence of the pretest group, which is 60.68. It can be concluded that the traditional boi-boian game influences the self-confidence of students at Solomon Elementary School, Pontianak City.

Abstract

Physical fitness and self-confidence are very important aspects for success in the game. However, measurements are rarely carried out. This research aims to determine the level of physical fitness and self-confidence of futsal extracurricular students. This research is a descriptive quantitative type of research using a survey method, in this research there are tests and measurements given. The research instrument used TKJI 12-15 years. The subjects in this research were 20 futsal extracurricular participants at SMP Negeri 11 Pontianak. The research results showed that the level of physical fitness among futsal extracurricular students was 16 students in the moderate category with a percentage of 80% and there were 4 students in the poor category with a percentage of 20%. Furthermore, the level of self-confidence among futsal extracurricular students has very good self-confidence, this result is proven by the fact that there are 12 students in the very good category with a percentage of 60% and there are 8 students who have good self-confidence with a percentage of 40%. The results of this study show that it can be concluded that the students' physical fitness is in the medium category. Based on the results of self-confidence in futsal extracurricular students, the average results are in the good category.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui upaya meningkatkan hasil belajar lari jarak pendek melalui model pembelajaran kooperatif learning tipe stad. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini ialah metode penelitian tindakan kelas (PTK). Populasi serta simpel dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 20 orang. Teknik pengambilan sampel dalam penelitian ini menggunakan teknik obserpasi yang fleksibel dan terbuka, pengumpulan data menggunakan alat pengumpulan rubrik penelitian. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa hasil pelaksanaan tindakan pada siklus I dan II dapat disimpulkan bahwa terjadi peningkatan pembelajaran Lari jarak pendek pada peserta didik di SDN 09 Anik. Deskripsi hasil analisis data hasil belajar Lari jarak pendek pada peserta didik di SDN 09 Anik yang dilakukan bahwa pada Pra Siklus ketuntasan minimal siswa 20%, sesudah diberi perlakuan siklus I ketuntasan minimal siswa yaitu 33,33% setelah mendapat perlakuan dalam siklus II memiliki ketuntasan minimal siswa yaitu 96,67%.
