Abstract

Penguasaan teknologi informasi dan komunikasi dalam dunia pendidikan digunakan untuk memperlancar proses belajar dan pembelajaran. Penguasaan TIK terintegrasi dengan penggunaan media digital pada proses pembelajaran sebagai wujud penguatan kemampuan literasi digital baik guru maupun peserta didik. Tujuan kegiatan pengabdian adalah memberikan pelatihan penggunaan aplikasi  iSpring Suite dan smart apps sebagai media pembelajaran digital bagi guru SD di Lhokseumawe pada era new normal. Metode pelaksanaan terdiri dari 4 tahap yaitu identifikasi permasalahan, pengolahan informasi dan penentuan pemecahan masalah, penyusunan materi pelatihan, kegiatan pelaksanaan. Peserta kegiatan adalah guru-guru SD yang berasal dari SDN 1 Muara Satu, SDN 2 Muara satu, SDN 3 Muara Satu, SDN 4 Muara Satu, SDN 5 Muara Satu, SDN 6 Muara Satu, SDN 7 Muara Satu dan SD Arun Muara satu. Kegiatan dilakukan 3 kali pertemuan, pertemuan pertama dilakukan pelatihan sedangkan pertemuan kedua dan ketiga dilakukan pendampingan. Hasil yang diperoleh dari kegiatan ini terjadi peningkatan dalam pemanfaatan TIK sebesar 15%, Pemanfaatan android sebesar 5%, mengenal aplikasi berbasis android sebesar 36%, kemampuan menyusun aplikasi pembelajaran berbasis android 59%, dan peningkatan dalam keinginan melaksanakan pembelajaran menggunakan media berbasis android sebesar 4%, dengan demikian terjadi peningkatan rata-rata keseluruhan sebesar 24%

Abstract

This study aims to produce android-based interactive multimedia on colloidal system chemistry material in high school that is suitable for use, as well as to find out student responses regarding the development of android-based interactive multimedia on colloid system material in high school. The method used in this study is research and development (Research and Development) 4D model (Define, Design, Develop and Disseminate). In this case, researchers only carry out research from up to stage three (Develop). The subjects used were 20 students who were taken randomly. The research instruments used included validation sheets, feasibility questionnaires, and student response questionnaires. The validation results by experts show that the developed interactive multimedia is feasible to use with an average validation score of material experts reaching 84.57%, media experts 90.83%, eligibility by educators 90.37% and student responses of 89.53% . The results obtained from the validators, educators, and students indicate that this interactive multimedia is feasible for use in colloidal chemistry learning.

Abstract

VR (VR) is a technology created with the aim of creating a three-dimensional (3DVR) simulated environment where users can observe and interact with the contents of that environment. This research aims to develop and assess the quality of a 3D-VR-Based Virtual Lab learning media. The development of learning media in this research uses the ADDIE development model. However, in this research, it is limited only to the development stage, namely validation by media experts and feasibility testing. Based on the validation results from each media validator, covering three aspects: audiovisual, software engineering, and instructional design, good results were obtained. Therefore, 3D-VR media developed is declared valid and feasible to be tested with learners.

Abstract

This research is to produce a suitable digital assessment tool for high school students' in chemical literacy with validity, reliability, levels of difficulty and discrimination power. The research metodology is Research and Development (R&D) using the Oriondo and Dallo-Antonio model. The research stages include planning the test instrument, testing, determining empirical validity, determining reliability, and interpreting test scores. In the planning (instrument creation), where the validation score estimates by experts in content, language, construction, and media are above 0.8, indicating that the test instrument is considered suitable for further testing to estimate validity, reliability, difficulty levels, and discrimination power. Out of the 25 developed questions, 24 fit the Rasch model. The reliability of Instrument Part I is 0.67, and Part II is 0.65, falling into the "sufficient" category. The questions exhibit varied difficulty levels, ranging from very easy to very difficult, with a standard deviation (SD) of 0.21 for Part I and 0.14 for Part II. The separation achieved by Instrument Part I is into 4 ability groups, while Instrument Part II separates into 2 ability groups. The distractors for multiple-choice questions fall into the "good" and "very good" categories, fulfilling their intended function effectively.

Abstract

The 21st century requires teachers to have skills in utilizing information and communication technology (ICT) in learning. Currently, Android is one of the right media choices in learning in this digital era. This activity aims to train elementary school teachers in improving their ability to use ICT and guide elementary school teachers to create android-based media in learning. Implementation of activities using the method of Direct Instruction, Workshop and Field Guidance. After the activity ended, a closed questionnaire was distributed to find out the results of the activity. The results obtained were an increase in the understanding of ICT for elementary school teachers after this activity was carried out, besides that the teacher was also able to create an Android-based learning application. During the implementation of the activity, the teacher looks enthusiastic and enthusiastic in making applications.

Abstract

This study investigated the effect of the Contextual Teaching and Learning (CTL) instructional model supported by audiovisual media on students’ cognitive achievement and learning interest in the colloid topic at SMA Negeri 1 Syamtalira during the 2024/2025 academic year. A quantitative approach employing a quasi-experimental method with a non-equivalent control group design was adopted. The participants were selected through purposive sampling, consisting of 29 students from class XI IPAS 8 as the experimental group and 30 students from class XI IPAS 7 as the control group. Data were collected using a cognitive achievement test and a learning interest questionnaire. Statistical analysis was conducted using an independent samples t-test. The findings revealed that students taught using the CTL model integrated with audiovisual media demonstrated significantly higher cognitive achievement and learning interest than those taught using the Discovery Learning model. The experimental group achieved a higher mean posttest score (79.31) compared to the control group (63.78). In addition, the average learning interest score of the experimental group reached 84% (very high category), while the control group obtained 78% (high category). The t-test results showed a Sig. (2-tailed) value of 0.000 ( 0.05), indicating a statistically significant effect of the CTL model supported by audiovisual media on students’ cognitive achievement and learning interest in colloid learning.

Abstract

Implementasi Kurikulum Merdeka dan tuntutan pendidikan di era Society 5.0 menuntut guru untuk mampu memanfaatkan teknologi digital secara pedagogis, salah satunya melalui pengembangan video pembelajaran yang mendukung pembelajaran diferensiasi. Namun, masih terdapat kesenjangan antara tuntutan tersebut dan kompetensi guru dalam mengolah video pembelajaran secara efektif. Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kompetensi teknis dan pedagogis guru dalam pembuatan video pembelajaran berbasis diferensiasi melalui pelatihan penggunaan aplikasi CapCut. Metode yang digunakan berupa lokakarya dan pendampingan berkelanjutan yang melibatkan 44 guru kimia dari 24 sekolah menengah di Kabupaten Bireuen. Pelatihan dilaksanakan melalui tahapan terstruktur yang meliputi pengenalan aplikasi, penyampaian materi dasar pengeditan video, penyusunan storyline dan naskah, praktik langsung, serta evaluasi melalui diskusi dan tanya jawab. Hasil evaluasi menunjukkan bahwa sebanyak 30 guru (68%) mengalami peningkatan kompetensi yang signifikan, 8 guru (18%) berada pada kategori cukup meningkat, dan 6 guru (14%) tidak menunjukkan peningkatan yang berarti. Guru yang mengalami peningkatan mampu menghasilkan video pembelajaran yang lebih terstruktur, komunikatif, dan sesuai dengan prinsip pembelajaran diferensiasi. Variasi hasil pelatihan dipengaruhi oleh perbedaan pengalaman awal dan literasi teknologi peserta. Secara keseluruhan, kegiatan ini menunjukkan bahwa pelatihan berbasis praktik dan pendampingan menggunakan aplikasi yang mudah diakses seperti CapCut efektif dalam meningkatkan kompetensi guru serta berpotensi mendukung penguatan pembelajaran digital di sekolah

Abstract

Abstrak Pendidikan merupakan pilar utama dalam kehidupan manusia saat ini, dimana setiap manusia dituntut untuk memiliki kemampuan dalam berpikir dan membangun kualitas yang baik sesama manusia terutama dalam daya saing.  Pengabdian ini mengatasi kelemahan pada literatur sebelumnya dengan merumuskan tiga tujuan khusus: 1) Menyediakan strategi pembelajaran berbasis videografi yang sesuai untuk diferensiasi; 2) Meningkatkan kompetensi guru dalam menghasilkan konten videografi interaktif di MGMP Kimia Kabupaten Bireun; 3) Mengembangkan model evaluasi yang mengukur efektivitas videografi dalam meningkatkan pemahaman konsep kimia abstrak. Pengabdian ini dilakukan di Universitas Malikussaleh dan SMAN 1 Bireuen mulai dari September sampai November 2024. Adapun tahapan pengabdian menggunakan metode FGD (Focus Group Discussion) dalam sosisalisasi, pelatihan model project based learning dengan 3 pertemuan, penerapan pelatihan menggunakan strategi blended learning dan hybrid learning. Kemudian pendampingan yang dilakukan dalam 3 sesi menggunakan strategi blended learning dan yang terakhir adalah evaluasi untuk meninjau hasil pengabdian. Hasil yang didapatkan yaitu peserta MGMP mendapatkan respon positif dalam mempelajari seluruh materi pengaturan kamera hingga mampu mempraktikan secara langsung penggunaan kamera dalam pembelajaran diferensiasi. . Secara keseluruhan, penerapan pembelajaran digital berbasis videografi dalam Kurikulum Merdeka ini menunjukkan hasil yang positif, dengan tercapainya peningkatan kompetensi guru dalam mengelola pembelajaran yang adaptif dan relevan, serta mengoptimalkan pemahaman siswa terhadap konsep-konsep kimia yang abstrak. Kata kunci: kurikulum merdeka; pembelajaran digital; videografi. Abstract Education is a fundamental pillar in human life today, where every individual is required to possess the ability to think critically and build good quality relationships with others, especially in terms of competitiveness. This service addresses the gaps in previous literature by formulating three specific objectives: 1) To provide a videography-based learning strategy suitable for differentiation; 2) To enhance teachers' competence in producing interactive videography content within the MGMP Kimia in Kabupaten Bireun; 3) To develop an evaluation model that measures the effectiveness of videography in improving the understanding of abstract chemistry concepts. This community service program was conducted at Universitas Malikussaleh and SMAN 1 Bireuen from September to November 2024. The implementation stages followed a structured approach, starting with a Focus Group Discussion (FGD) for socialization, followed by training sessions on the Project-Based Learning model over three meetings. The training was implemented using blended learning and hybrid learning strategies. Subsequently, mentoring was conducted in three sessions utilizing a blended learning approach. Finally, an evaluation was carried out to assess the outcomes of the community service program. The results indicate that the MGMP participants received positive feedback while learning all aspects of camera settings, eventually being able to directly practice using the camera in differentiated learning. Overall, the implementation of videography-based digital learning in the Kurikulum Merdeka has shown positive results, with an increase in teachers' competence in managing adaptive and relevant learning and optimizing students' understanding of abstract chemistry concepts. Keywords: digital learning; kurikulum merdeka; videography.

Abstract

Transferable skills are the core competencies needed to apply basic skills and problem-solving skills to make the environment one of the main elements of education policy. This research was conducted at the Chemistry Education Study Program, at Malikussaleh University in September and November 2022. This research aims to: Know the perceptions of prospective teachers regarding the transferable skills they have in utilizing ICT for learning. This type of research is qualitative descriptive research. The subjects of this research are students in the Chemistry Education Study Program with the object of research namely Perception of Transferable skills. The data collection techniques used are questionnaires and interviews in utilizing ICT learning based on aspects of transferable skills. The data analysis carried out for this study was to process and describe data with descriptive statistics. Measuring the score of the questionnaire data results is calculated using a Likert scale measurement scale. The results obtained from this study, namely students' perceptions of their transferable skills indicate that the perceptions of prospective teachers are more prominent in the aspects of collaboration and communicating with students. As for the characteristics of mastering digital literacy, future teachers still feel that they are not optimal in utilizing digital technology, which is now widespread and widespread in the world of education.
