Abstract

 Literasi sains merupakan kemampuan yang diperlukan dalam memahami sains dan menerapkan dalam konsep kehidupan sehari-hari sebagai modal dasar dan potensi dalam menghadapi tantangan diabad 21 yang telah memasuki era revolusi industri 4.0 . Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui presepsi mahasiswa calon guru tentang literasi sains. Metode yang digunakan adalah deskriptif kuatitatif. Subjek yang digunakan dalam penleitian ini adalah mahasiswa program studi pendidikan fisika dan kimia di Universitas Malikussaleh yang menempuh semester I,III,VII dan IX. Sampel berjumlah 80 orang mahasiswa yang ditetapkan secara random sampling. Instrumen yang digunakan untuk pengumpulan data adalah angket presepsi mahasiswa terhadap literasi sains. Dalam menganalisis skor per indikator dan skor per aspek literasi sains mahasiswa, digunakan teknik konversi dan kategorisasi. Jika skornya 81% - 100% (sangat baik), 61% - 80% (baik), 41% - 60% (cukup), 21% - 40% (kurang), ≤ 20% (sangat kurang). Hasil penelitian  diperoleh (1) Presepsi mahasiswa tentang pentingnya literasi sains diterapkan pada pembelajaran  diperoleh  nilai rata-rata persentase  pada setiap aspek literasi sains yaitu aspek pengetahuan sebesar 91.05% dengan kategori sangat penting, aspek penyelidikan sebesar 88,75% dengan kategori sangat penting, aspek cara memperoleh pengetahuan sains sebesar 83,19% dengan kategori sangat penting, aspek interaksi sains teknologi dan masyarakat sebesar 80,42% dengan kategori sangat penting. (2) Kemampuan literasi sains mahasiswa calon guru ditinjau dari aspek-aspek literasi sains diperoleh nilai rata-rata  persentase sebesar 64.32% dengan kategori baik. (3)  Kemampuan pengetahuan awal mahasiswa terhadap literasi sains diperoleh nilai persentase sebesar 73.24% dengan kategori baik. Jadi dapat disimpulkan bahwa  mahasiswa calon guru menganggap sangat diperlukan literasi sains diterapkan dalam pembelajaran sebagai implikasi diperolehnya kemampuan literasi sains yang baik.

Abstract

Penguasaan teknologi informasi dan komunikasi dalam dunia pendidikan digunakan untuk memperlancar proses belajar dan pembelajaran. Penguasaan TIK terintegrasi dengan penggunaan media digital pada proses pembelajaran sebagai wujud penguatan kemampuan literasi digital baik guru maupun peserta didik. Tujuan kegiatan pengabdian adalah memberikan pelatihan penggunaan aplikasi  iSpring Suite dan smart apps sebagai media pembelajaran digital bagi guru SD di Lhokseumawe pada era new normal. Metode pelaksanaan terdiri dari 4 tahap yaitu identifikasi permasalahan, pengolahan informasi dan penentuan pemecahan masalah, penyusunan materi pelatihan, kegiatan pelaksanaan. Peserta kegiatan adalah guru-guru SD yang berasal dari SDN 1 Muara Satu, SDN 2 Muara satu, SDN 3 Muara Satu, SDN 4 Muara Satu, SDN 5 Muara Satu, SDN 6 Muara Satu, SDN 7 Muara Satu dan SD Arun Muara satu. Kegiatan dilakukan 3 kali pertemuan, pertemuan pertama dilakukan pelatihan sedangkan pertemuan kedua dan ketiga dilakukan pendampingan. Hasil yang diperoleh dari kegiatan ini terjadi peningkatan dalam pemanfaatan TIK sebesar 15%, Pemanfaatan android sebesar 5%, mengenal aplikasi berbasis android sebesar 36%, kemampuan menyusun aplikasi pembelajaran berbasis android 59%, dan peningkatan dalam keinginan melaksanakan pembelajaran menggunakan media berbasis android sebesar 4%, dengan demikian terjadi peningkatan rata-rata keseluruhan sebesar 24%

Abstract

This study aims to produce android-based interactive multimedia on colloidal system chemistry material in high school that is suitable for use, as well as to find out student responses regarding the development of android-based interactive multimedia on colloid system material in high school. The method used in this study is research and development (Research and Development) 4D model (Define, Design, Develop and Disseminate). In this case, researchers only carry out research from up to stage three (Develop). The subjects used were 20 students who were taken randomly. The research instruments used included validation sheets, feasibility questionnaires, and student response questionnaires. The validation results by experts show that the developed interactive multimedia is feasible to use with an average validation score of material experts reaching 84.57%, media experts 90.83%, eligibility by educators 90.37% and student responses of 89.53% . The results obtained from the validators, educators, and students indicate that this interactive multimedia is feasible for use in colloidal chemistry learning.

Abstract

VR (VR) is a technology created with the aim of creating a three-dimensional (3DVR) simulated environment where users can observe and interact with the contents of that environment. This research aims to develop and assess the quality of a 3D-VR-Based Virtual Lab learning media. The development of learning media in this research uses the ADDIE development model. However, in this research, it is limited only to the development stage, namely validation by media experts and feasibility testing. Based on the validation results from each media validator, covering three aspects: audiovisual, software engineering, and instructional design, good results were obtained. Therefore, 3D-VR media developed is declared valid and feasible to be tested with learners.

Abstract

This research is to produce a suitable digital assessment tool for high school students' in chemical literacy with validity, reliability, levels of difficulty and discrimination power. The research metodology is Research and Development (R&D) using the Oriondo and Dallo-Antonio model. The research stages include planning the test instrument, testing, determining empirical validity, determining reliability, and interpreting test scores. In the planning (instrument creation), where the validation score estimates by experts in content, language, construction, and media are above 0.8, indicating that the test instrument is considered suitable for further testing to estimate validity, reliability, difficulty levels, and discrimination power. Out of the 25 developed questions, 24 fit the Rasch model. The reliability of Instrument Part I is 0.67, and Part II is 0.65, falling into the "sufficient" category. The questions exhibit varied difficulty levels, ranging from very easy to very difficult, with a standard deviation (SD) of 0.21 for Part I and 0.14 for Part II. The separation achieved by Instrument Part I is into 4 ability groups, while Instrument Part II separates into 2 ability groups. The distractors for multiple-choice questions fall into the "good" and "very good" categories, fulfilling their intended function effectively.

Abstract

The 21st century requires teachers to have skills in utilizing information and communication technology (ICT) in learning. Currently, Android is one of the right media choices in learning in this digital era. This activity aims to train elementary school teachers in improving their ability to use ICT and guide elementary school teachers to create android-based media in learning. Implementation of activities using the method of Direct Instruction, Workshop and Field Guidance. After the activity ended, a closed questionnaire was distributed to find out the results of the activity. The results obtained were an increase in the understanding of ICT for elementary school teachers after this activity was carried out, besides that the teacher was also able to create an Android-based learning application. During the implementation of the activity, the teacher looks enthusiastic and enthusiastic in making applications.
