Abstract

This study aims to determine and analyze the influence of leadership style and work motivation on employee work productivity at the UPTD Ulakan Health Center, Padang Pariaman Regency. The population in this study amounted to 44 people who are employees of the UPTD Ulakan Health Center, Padang Pariaman Regency, and the sample in this study was 34 people, where the method for determining the number of samples used was purposive sampling. Data collection was carried out using a questionnaire. The analysis method used was multiple regression analysis. The data analysis method was Multiple Linear Regression, while the hypothesis testing method was the t-test and F-test. The results of this study indicate that: the leadership style variable partially had a positive and significant effect on employee work productivity at the UPTD Ulakan Health Center, Padang Pariaman Regency, while the work motivation variable partially had a negative and insignificant effect on employee work productivity at the UPTD Ulakan Health Center, Padang Pariaman Regency. Simultaneously, the leadership style and work motivation variables had a significant effect on employee work productivity at the UPTD Ulakan Health Center, Padang Pariaman Regency.

Abstract

The international Community Partnership Program (PKM) is an effort to enhance globally competitive campus entrepreneurship. The purpose of this community service program is to discuss the international PKM model based on cooperative collaboration in the ASEAN region, with a focus on the exchange of best practices, cooperative digitalization, and the development of student entrepreneurship-based business units. Activities were carried out through literature studies, field observations at partner cooperatives in Malaysia (ANGKASA), and capacity building workshops for university cooperative managers. The results indicate that cross-border collaboration can strengthen cooperative business networks, encourage the emergence of adaptive campus entrepreneurship models, and expand market access for student products. This article offers a framework for the international PKM model that can be replicated at other universities in Indonesia to accelerate the internationalization of campus cooperatives. This approach not only improves student business literacy but also expands business networks and innovation across countries. The research used a descriptive qualitative method with a case study approach on collaboration between student cooperatives in Indonesia and Malaysia. The results indicate that cross-border collaboration in the form of joint entrepreneurship training, business incubation, and the transfer of digital cooperative practices has a significant impact on increasing student entrepreneurial interest and capacity. This model is recommended as a leading PKM program integrated with the Independent Learning and Independent Campus (MBKM) policy and the ASEAN economic integration agenda.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui indikator yang dominan pada variabel gaya kepemimpinan, motivasi kerja dan kinerja guru di MTsN 3 Padang baik secara parsial maupun secara simultan. Metode Pengumpulan data adalah Penelitian Lapangan (Field Research) dan Penelitian Kepustakaan (Library Research). Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan dalam penelitan ini yaitu dengan menggunakan kuesioner, yaitu teknik pengumpulan data yang dilakukan dengan cara memberikan seperangkat pertanyaan atau pernyataan kepada seluruh guru di MTsN 3 Padang. Jenis dan sumber data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah data primer dan data sekunder. Populasi dari penelitian ini adalah seluruh guru di MTsN 3 Padang yang berjumlah 60 orang. Sedangkan sampel penelitian sebanyak 60 orang dengan mengunakan metode total sampling dimana seluruh populasi dijadikan sampel penelitian sebanyak 60 guru di MTsN 3 Kota Padang. Metode analisis data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan analisis deskriptif, analisis regresi linear berganda, analisis (TCR) dan koefisien determinasi. Sedangkan pengujian hipotesis dilakukan dengan uji t dan uji F. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa: 1) Berdasarkan hasil analisis deskriptif menunjukkan bahwa indikator yang paling dominan pada variabel kinerja guru adalah perencanaan pembelajaran dengan nilai TCR sebesar 80,20%. Kemudian indikator yang paling dominan pada variabel gaya kepemimpinan adalah perhatian yang individual dengan nilai TCR sebesar 85,6%. Dan indikator yang paling dominan pada variabel motivasi kerja adalah kelayakan gaji dengan nilai TCR sebesar 85,6%. 2) gaya kepemimpinan secara parsial berpengaruh tidak signifikan terhadap kinerja guru di MTsN 3 Padang. 3) motivasi kerja secara parsial berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja guru di MTsN 3 Padang. 4) gaya kepemimpinan dan motivasi kerja secara simultan atau bersama-sama terdapat pengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja guru di MTsN 3 Padang.

Abstract

Penelitian ini membahas tentang pengaruh pengendalian akuntansi dan sistem pelaporan terhadap akuntabilitas kinerjal di Kantor Walikota Padang. Pengolahan data dalam penelitian ini adalah menggunakan model regresi berganda. Sumber data dalam penelitian ini adalah data primer yang diperoleh secara langsung dari responden penelitian melalui kuesioner yang disebar. Sampel yang diambil dalam penelitian ini menggunakan teknik penarikan purpusive sampling. Hasil analisis dari penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa variabel pengendalian akuntansi berpengaruh secara parsial dan positif terhadap akuntabilitas kinerja dengan nilai signifikan α (0,000 < 0,05). Variabel sistem pelaporan berpengaruh secara parsial dan positif terhadap akuntabilitas kinerja dengan sig α (0,001 < 0,05). Variabel pengendalian akuntansi dan sistem pelaporan secara simultan berpengaruh terhadap akuntabilitas kinerja, hal ini terlihat dari nilai signifikan α (0,000 < 0,05) pada Kantor Walikota Padang Berdasarkan hasil penelitian ini, maka sebaiknya pegawai kantor Walikota Padang hendaknya memperhatikan pengendalian akuntansi dan system pelaporan sebagai bahan masukan dan pertimbangan. Hal tersebut dilakukan agar dapat tercapai suatu akuntabilitas kinerja yang sangat memuaskan atau mendapatkan predikat “AA” dengan skor 90-100 dalam penilaian Sistem Akuntabilitas Kinerja Instansi Pemerintah (SAKIP)

Abstract

The purpose of this carrying out community service through this mentoring activity is to increase the skills and knowledge of the Salimah women farming group in Sungai Abang village in making creative and innovative products from fabric waste. The methods applied are lectures, discussions and demonstrations. The results of this community service can improve and increase the knowledge and skills of the members of the Salimah women's farmer group in running and developing a fabric waste craft business in the form of chair cushions and seat mats which can have an impact on improving the household economy of the community of Sungai Abang, Lubuk Alung Padang Pariaman, which is part of the community. in the Salimah women's farming group

Abstract

Produktivitas kerja mengandung makna prestasi yang berarti hasil karya yang dicapai, dan melakukan suatu kegiatan yang bertujuan mendapatkan hasil. PT. Kunango Jantan merupakan perusahaan yang mengolah bahan mentah menjadi barang jadi, perusahaan ini mengolah alat-alat berat seperti tiang PLN sama beton jembatan, dalam melakukan operasionalnya PT. Kunango Jantan memerlukan tenaga kerja dalam mengolah produks tersebut karena pekerjaan memang memerlukan ntenaga manusia Tujuan penelitian adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh gaya kepemimpinan dan komitmen karyawan terhadap produktivitas kerja karyawan pada PT. Kunango Jantan. Jenis data adalah data primer. Populasi penelitian ini adalah seluruh karyawan kantor pada PT. Kunango Jantan sebanyak 61 orang.dan sampel 61 orang. Metode analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi linear berganda. Hasil penelitian ditemukan ada pengaruh variabel gaya kepemimpinan dan komitmen karyawan berpengaruh bersama-sama terhadap produktivitas kerja pegawai PT.

Abstract

PT Garuda Indonesia is a state-owned company that has recently experienced complex problems. Prolonged problems put PT Garuda's condition on the verge of bankruptcy. This research was conducted using 2 financial statements, namely the Financial Position Statement (Balance Sheet) and the Financial Statement of Profit and Loss for the Period 2019 and 2020. Based on the financial position report (balance sheet), it shows that starting from Q4 2019, there has been a negative recording of equity, this means that the amount of loans exceeds the amount of owned capital, with a significant increase in long-term loans. The income statement shows that in 2019 starting from the 2nd quarter there has been a decrease in profit after tax, even in Q1 of 2020, it has been recorded that the company has a loss. Restrictions on mobility and activities due to the Covid-19 pandemic have caused the company's revenue to decline. In 2019-2020, there began to be signs of financial problems detected from the balance sheet financial statements and income statements. Furthermore, alternative solutions related to debt restructuring and also company restructuring and also comparative analysis with similar industries that have experienced relatively similar problems were proposed.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh lingkungan kerja, disiplin kerja dan motivasi kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan KSP Usaha Bersama di kota Padang. Metode analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini meliputi analisis deskriptif, regresi linier berganda, uji koefisien determinasi R2, uji hipotesis klasik, uji instrumental yaitu uji validitas dan reliabilitas, serta uji hipotesis dengan menggunakan uji t dan uji F. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa indikator dominan di lingkungan kerja adalah tata letak ruangan, indikator yang paling dominan dalam disiplin kerja adalah kepatuhan kepada atasan dan indikator yang paling dominan dalam motivasi kerja adalah pekerjaan itu sendiri. Hasil secara persial diperoleh bahwa lingkungan kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, disiplin kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, motivasi kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja. Hasil uji secara simultan diperoleh bahwa lingkungan kerja, disiplin kerja dan motivasi kerja secara simultan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan KSP Usaha Bersama Kota Padang. Koefisien determinasi menunjukkan bahwa adjusted R Square sebesar 0,740, ini berarti bahwa 74% perubahan variabel kinerja karyawan disebabkan oleh perubahan variabel lingkungan kerja, disiplin kerja dan motivasi kerja. Selebihnya yaitu 26 % perubahan kinerja karyawan disebabkan perubahan variabel lain yang tidak diteliti dalam penelitian ini.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to find out: Which indicators are the most dominant in the variables of competence, work performance, work loyalty and employee performance; The influence of competency on employee performance; The influence of work performance on employee performance; The influence of work loyalty on employee performance; The influence of competence, work performance and work loyalty on the performance of PT Inti Vulkatama Padang employees. This type of research uses quantitative research in this research. The population in this study were all employees of PT Inti Vulkatama Padang with a total of 55 samples, using a total sampling technique. Data collection uses primary data. The analytical methods for this research are descriptive analysis, multiple linear regression analysis, coefficient of determination, and hypothesis testing with the t-test and F-test. Research results: The dominant indicator of the competency variable is integrity with a value of 4.49 or TCR 89.72%, for work performance it is time with a value of 4.36 or TCR 87.20% and for work loyalty it is interpersonal relationships with a value of 4. 53 or TCR 90.70%, while employee performance is work behavior with a value of 4.44 or TCR 88.60%; Competency has a positive and insignificant effect on employee performance; Job performance has a positive and significant effect on employee performance; Work loyalty has a positive and insignificant effect on employee performance; Competence, work performance and work loyalty simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on the performance of PT Inti Vulkatama Padang employees. The contribution of competence, work performance and work loyalty to the performance of PT Inti Vulkatama Padang employees is 29.80% while the remaining 70.20% is influenced by other variables outside this research.
