Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of liquidity, credit risk, and Capital Adequacy Ratio (CAR) on the financial performance of PT Bank Central Asia Tbk for the period 2021–2024. The study employs a quantitative approach using secondary data derived from quarterly financial statements published by the company and accessible through the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX). The sample consists of 16 quarterly observational data points. Multiple linear regression analysis with classical assumption tests was applied. The results indicate that the Loan to Deposit Ratio (LDR) significantly affects financial performance (t = -13.392, sig = 0.001). Non-Performing Loan (NPL) also significantly affects financial performance (t = 3.715, sig = 0.001). Capital Adequacy Ratio (CAR) significantly affects financial performance (t = -12.462, sig = 0.003). Simultaneously, all three variables significantly affect financial performance (F = 212.384, sig = 0.000). The Adjusted R² of 0.733 indicates that 73.3% of the variation in financial performance is explained by the three independent variables.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the implementation of structured activities in fostering disciplinary character among Alpha Generation students in elementary schools. The method employed is a literature review with a qualitative descriptive approach. Research data were obtained from various secondary sources, including journal articles, conference proceedings, and scientific publications relevant to the research topic. Data collection was conducted through searching, selecting, and reviewing literature related to structured activities, character education, disciplinary character, the Alpha Generation, and elementary education. Data analysis was carried out by identifying, classifying, comparing, and synthesizing findings from previous studies to gain a comprehensive understanding of the topic under investigation. The results of the review indicate that consistently implemented structured activities, such as punctual attendance habits, morning literacy programs, classroom cleaning duties, and the enforcement of school regulations, are effective in developing students' disciplinary character. Furthermore, the successful implementation of structured activities is supported by teachers' roles as role models, a positive school culture, and parental involvement in reinforcing disciplinary habits. Therefore, structured activities can serve as an effective strategy for fostering disciplinary character among Alpha Generation students in elementary schools.

Abstract

This study aims to better understand the time management practices carried out by Muslim students who are also active as organizational activists. Qualitative methods and interview techniques are used in this study to better understand how Muslim students manage their time in fulfilling this dual role. This research involved a number of students who are active in organizations and adhere to Islam. The results of this study illustrate that they are more concerned with the common interest by giving space for each individual by doing worship first and then doing organizational activities. This study shows that time management in Muslim students who are also active as organizational activists involves various aspects, including the balance between academic tasks, organizational commitments, and religious activities.
