Abstract

This research aims to analyze the problem of low learning activity of students in science and science subjects in class V of SD Negeri 198/I Pasar Baru. The research method used in this research is a qualitative approach. The data sources in this research are the homeroom teacher of class V at SD Negeri 198/I Pasar Baru and students V at SD Negeri 198/I Pasar Baru. Data collection techniques in this research used observation, interviews and document study techniques. The data analysis technique in this research uses the Miles and Huberman model, namely data collection, data reduction, data presentation, as well as drawing conclusions and verification. The research procedure is carried out in three stages, namely the preparation stage, the implementation stage, and the completion and report preparation stage. The results of the research show that in class V of SD Negeri 198/I Pasar Baru there are several learning problems, such as: Low interest in learning from students in science subjects, low learning activity of students, and low interest in reading from students in science subjects. Through this research, it is hoped that it can become a benchmark for educators so that they can improve learning in the future, so that learning can be carried out better.

Abstract

Introduction: Mercury as the source of free radicals can trigger the activation of oxidative stress pathways. With its high toxicity, it can cause hepato-renal injuries. There have been many studies on mercury toxicity in various organs, but there are still few scientific studies that examine the hepato-renal injuries caused by mercury through the oxidative stress pathway. This study was conducted to investigate the triggering of the oxidative stress pathway due to mercury exposure in hepato-renal injuries. Methods: Research using randomized true laboratory experiment method with post-test control group design. The number of samples used was 28 Wistar rats. The research group consisted of 2 groups, control group was given aquadest ad libitum, and intervention group was given water contaminated with mercury per oral once a day (15 kg/WB). The treatment period was 14 consecutive days and on the 15th day, blood samples were taken. Oxidative stress marker was assessed by examining MDA and GPx levels and hepato-renal injuries were assessed by examining liver function (ALT and AST) and kidney function (ureum and creatinine). The collected data were analyzed by independent t-test with 95% confidence level; significant if p>0.05. Results and Discussion: The study found that mercury can trigger the activation of oxidative stress pathways and have an impact on hepato-renal function. Conclusion: Research still needs to be continued to prove that impaired hepato-renal injuries also occur at the cellular histomorphologic and discover other biomolecular mechanisms such as activation of inflammatory pathways that can also cause organ damage.

Abstract

The banana chips MSME (Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprise) in Ranu Agung Village faces marketing challenges due to its reliance on conventional methods and limited digital capabilities. This community service initiative aimed to enhance the digital marketing capacity of MSME actors through rebranding training and social media optimization. The implementation involved initial field observation to assess partner needs, logo design training using Canva, social media utilization workshops focusing on Instagram and Facebook, and a one-month mentoring period. The results indicate significant improvement in participants' abilities to develop product visual identities, manage social media accounts, and independently produce promotional content. Additionally, digital engagement and product orders increased by 30% during training. These findings suggest that digital marketing strategies tailored to the specific needs of MSMEs can significantly impact their business development. The success of the program was further supported by effective collaboration between the implementation team and the MSME partner, as well as an adaptive approach to overcoming technical constraints.

Abstract

Tujuan: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji Budaya Organisasi, Komitmen, dan Komunikasi dalam Meningkatkan Organizational Citizenship Behavior karyawan dalam konteks Industri 4.0. Metodologi: Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode survei. Industri yang gunakan dalam penelitian ini bergerak pada bidang  manufaktur yang memproduksi kayu lapis atau triplek. Perusahaan manufaktur tersebut bernama CV. Tumitah Bantul. Data diperoleh dengan menyebarkan kuesioner kepada 87 karyawan. Teknik analisis pada penelitian ini menggunakan regresi linier berganda dengan alat analisis software SPSS versi 23.0 for Windows. Temuan: Budaya Organisasi, Komitmen Organisasi, dan Komunikasi berpengaruh baik secara parsial maupun simultan terhadap OCB karyawan bagian produksi CV. Tumitah Bantul. Orisinalitas: Penelitian ini meneliti OCB karyawan di perusahaan yang bergerak di bidang manufaktur yang memproduksi triplek.CV. Tumitah Bantul

Abstract

This study was conducted on employees of SMKS Muhammadiyah 1 Sintang with the aim of identifying the influence of motivation and discipline on employee performance. A quantitative research method was used with data analysis through the SPSS program. The research population consisted of administrative staff and teachers at SMKS Muhammadiyah 1 Sintang, with a sample of 40 respondents selected using the total sampling method. Data collection techniques used an online questionnaire, and the research instrument employed a Likert scale. Data analysis methods included validity tests, reliability tests, classical assumption tests, multiple linear regression analysis, and hypothesis testing. The results of this study indicate that: 1. Based on descriptive analysis, the motivation variable had an average value of 4.36 (very high category), the discipline variable 4.44 (very high category), and the performance variable 4.31 (very high category). 2. Motivation (X1) does not have a significant positive effect on employee performance (Y) with a calculated t-value of 1.631. 3. Discipline (X2) has a significant positive effect on employee performance (Y) with a calculated t-value of 2.871. Motivation (X1) and Discipline (X2) together have a significant effect on employee performance with a significance value of 0.000 < 0.05 and a calculated F value (12.129) > table F value (4.10).

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh Weighted Average Cost of Capital (WACC), keputusan keuangan, dan kebijakan dividen terhadap strategi pendanaan pada PT Astra International Tbk tahun 2024. Efisiensi biaya modal menjadi fokus utama, mengingat perannya yang krusial dalam mengoptimalkan nilai perusahaan dan mendukung keberlanjutan pertumbuhan. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan studi kasus deskriptif dengan memanfaatkan data sekunder dari laporan keuangan resmi, publikasi pasar modal, dan literatur ilmiah terkait. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa PT Astra International Tbk secara konsisten menyesuaikan struktur modal dan kebijakan dividen sesuai dinamika pasar serta tujuan strategis jangka panjang. Perusahaan mempertahankan keseimbangan proporsional antara penggunaan utang dan ekuitas untuk memaksimalkan efisiensi WACC, yang pada tahun 2024 tercatat sebesar 11,41%. Temuan ini menegaskan pentingnya sinergi antara pengelolaan struktur modal, kebijakan dividen yang adaptif, dan keputusan keuangan berbasis data dalam membentuk strategi pendanaan yang efektif. Penelitian ini memberikan kontribusi teoritis pada kajian manajemen keuangan korporat dan menawarkan implikasi praktis bagi pengambil keputusan di perusahaan konglomerasi, khususnya dalam menghadapi tantangan fluktuasi pasar dan kebutuhan investasi berkelanjutan.
