Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh strategi promosi melalui social media menggunakan pendekatan model AIDA (Attention, Interest, Desire, Action) terhadap loyalitas konsumen UMKM di Kota Pasuruan. Latar belakang dari penelitian ini adalah peningkatan penggunaan social media sebagai alat pemasaran oleh pelaku UMKM, namun masih minimnya pemahaman akan strategi promosi yang mampu mendorong loyalitas konsumen. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kuantitatif dengan teknik purposive sampling kepada 35 responden. Instrumen penelitian diuji validitas dan reliabilitasnya, dan dianalisis menggunakan regresi linear berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa hanya dimensi Action yang berpengaruh signifikan terhadap loyalitas konsumen, sedangkan Attention, Interest, dan Desire tidak memberikan pengaruh yang signifikan secara parsial. Temuan ini menunjukkan bahwa ajakan langsung yang kuat dalam promosi lebih efektif dalam mendorong loyalitas konsumen. Implikasi dari penelitian ini adalah perlunya pelaku UMKM untuk menekankan aspek promosi yang bersifat menggerakkan tindakan konsumen secara langsung guna meningkatkan hubungan jangka panjang. Penelitian ini juga membuka peluang bagi studi lanjutan dengan cakupan yang lebih luas dan pendekatan yang lebih mendalam untuk memahami dinamika loyalitas dalam pemasaran digital lokal.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the implementation of a religious habituation programs in fostering students’ religious character at SD Muhammadiyah Ketanggungan. The approach used is qualitative with a case study method, involving grade II students as the main subjects. Data collection techniques include observation, interviews, and documentation. The results show that habituation programs such as duha prayer, congregational Dhuhr prayer, and memorization of Quranic surahs are effective in forming students` religious habits and increasing their discipline and sense of respondsibility. The role of teachers is crucial in guiding, directing, and nurturing students. However, several obstacles were found, such as lack of enthusiasm, poor discipline, and limited understanding of the meaning of religious activities. To overcome these, teachers applied a personal approach and conducted evaluation. These evaluation served as a basis for designing appropriate teaching strategies and further actions to improve the program`s effectiveness. This study concludes that the success of religious habituation programs is highly dependent on the synergy between teacher, students, and parents.

Abstract

Pengabdian kepada masyarakat merupakan salah satu bentuk pengimplementasian Tri Dharma Perguruan Tinggi dalam upaya meningkatkan pengetahuan dan keterampilan masyarakat di berbagai bidang. Salah satu topik yang memiliki relevansi tinggi dengan pendidikan adalah florikultur, yang berkaitan dengan budidaya tanaman hias. Artikel ini mengulas kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat yang dilakukan oleh dosen dari Universitas insan cendekia mandiri dengan tema " Edukasi Tanaman Florikultur di SD Asy-Syifa 2 Kecamatan Antapani Bandung, Jawa Barat". Kegiatan ini bertujuan untuk memberikan pengetahuan dan keterampilan mengenai pemeliharaan tanaman hias kepada guru-guru di SD Asy-Syifa 2, yang diharapkan dapat meningkatkan kualitas pendidikan lingkungan hidup di sekolah.

Abstract

The increasing use of conventional medical supplies has led to significant environmental challenges due to waste accumulation and the chemical exposure risks faced by healthcare workers. Despite ongoing efforts to adopt environmentally friendly materials, there is a lack of comprehensive studies that combine Life-Cycle Assessment (LCA) with direct monitoring of worker exposure. This study aims to compare the environmental and health impacts of biodegradable versus conventional medical supplies by assessing their life-cycle stages, energy consumption, carbon footprint, and hazardous exposure risks. A novel comparative approach was adopted, integrating LCA to evaluate raw material extraction, production, usage, and disposal processes, alongside monitoring the occupational exposure to chemical residues from medical supplies. The results indicate that biodegradable medical supplies reduce environmental footprint by approximately 40%, lower energy consumption, and generate less waste compared to conventional plastics. Additionally, the study shows that biodegradable materials pose a significantly reduced risk of chemical exposure to healthcare workers, offering a safer alternative. However, biodegradable materials present limitations, such as availability, durability, and higher initial costs, which need to be addressed for widespread implementation. The findings emphasize the importance of integrating sustainable practices in healthcare settings, offering actionable insights for hospital management and regulatory bodies. Future research is recommended to further explore the cost-effectiveness of biodegradable materials, conduct large-scale trials, and investigate alternative material types. This study contributes to the growing body of knowledge on environmental sustainability and occupational safety in healthcare, providing a valuable framework for future policy and operational decisions.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the impact of the application of artificial intelligence (AI) on leadership management and decision-making processes in modern organizations, with a case study at PT. Oupu Building Materials, Tangerang. This study uses a qualitative descriptive approach through in-depth interviews with seven informants consisting of managers, division heads, and sales and promotion employees. The results show that the application of AI brings transformation in the decision-making process, where decisions become faster, more accurate, and data-driven. In addition, AI also changes the leadership style to be more collaborative and adaptive to technological developments. However, this study also identified several key challenges, such as dependence on data quality, the risk of algorithmic bias, and employee resistance to change. Leaders are required to develop ethical, adaptive leadership strategies oriented towards developing employees' digital competencies to maximize the potential of AI without neglecting the human aspect of decision-making. Thus, AI is not only an analytical tool, but also a catalyst in creating innovative.

Abstract

Pembangunan gapura merupakan salah satu bentuk program kerja fisik yang dilaksanakan oleh Mahasiswa Kuliah Kerja Nyata (KKN) Kelompok 7 di Desa Jambangan, Dusun Sumbersari. Kegiatan ini bertujuan untuk menyediakan penanda wilayah dusun sekaligus memperkuat identitas dan keindahan lingkungan masyarakat. Metode yang digunakan dalam kegiatan ini meliputi observasi lapangan, koordinasi dan musyawarah dengan perangkat desa serta masyarakat, perencanaan teknis, dan pelaksanaan pembangunan secara gotong royong. Proses pembangunan gapura melibatkan partisipasi aktif mahasiswa dan warga setempat sehingga tercipta kerja sama yang baik. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan bahwa gapura Dusun Sumbersari berhasil dibangun dengan struktur yang kokoh dan tampilan yang representatif sebagai penanda masuk wilayah dusun. Selain memberikan manfaat fisik, kegiatan ini juga memberikan dampak sosial berupa meningkatnya kebersamaan, kepedulian, dan semangat gotong royong antara mahasiswa KKN dan masyarakat. Dengan demikian, pembangunan gapura ini diharapkan dapat memberikan manfaat jangka panjang serta menjadi simbol kebanggaan bagi masyarakat Dusun Sumbersari.

Abstract

The rapid development of technology has had a significant impact on innovations in learning media within the field of education, including practical activities conducted in the Thermal Laboratory of Politeknik Negeri Bandung. Learning about thermal engines, particularly gasoline engines, requires a thorough understanding of how the ignition system works. Until now, students have only received explanations through theory or videos, resulting in limited comprehension and insufficient stimulation for the development of practical skills. This study aims to develop a learning media in the form of an ignition system simulation tool for motor vehicles. This tool allows students to directly observe the ignition process, thereby enhancing their understanding and analytical abilities regarding the performance of the ignition system. The simulation tool was created using a DC motor as a substitute for engine rotation. The process of fabricating this simulation tool includes several stages, namely needs analysis, design, fabrication, and testing. The test results indicate that the DC motor in this simulation tool is capable of producing a maximum rotational speed of 3100 RPM, with a power requirement of 12 V and a current of 2 A. The spark produced at the spark plug appears blue and clearly visible, indicating that the tool can function optimally as an interactive learning media.
