Abstract

Larva Cossus cossus adalah serangga ordo Lepidoptera yang hidup di pohon menteng (Baccaurea racemosa) dari Desa Lejja Soppeng. Larva dapat menghasilkan selulase untuk menghidrolisis selulosa menjadi gula sederhana (glukosa) dengan memutuskan ikatan 1,4-glikosidik dalam selulosa. Selulase tekstil digunakan dalam industry detergen, makanan, dan kertas yang dapat diproduksi oleh mikroba seperti selulolitik ragi. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui jenis isolat khamir dan bakteri serta aktivitas selulase simbion khamir larva C. cossus. Metode penelitian meliputi isolasi dan pemurnian khamir, identifikasi khamir dan uji aktivitas selulase yang dilakukan setengah kuantitatif (uji yodium dan uji Congo Red) serta uji kuantitatif dengan metode asam dinitrosalisilat (DNS) yang diukur dengan menggunakan spektrofotometer UV-Vis. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat 3 isolat bakteri dan 3 isolat jamur yang bersimbiosis dengan larva C. cossus. Isolat dari bakteri Acinotobacter, Pseudomonas dan Bacillus. Isolat dari jamur diidentifikasi secara molekuler diidentifikasi isolat memiliki kesamaan DNA 94% sebagai Paphiopedilum concalor dan kesamaan 90% sebagai strain Cyberlindnera jadinii.

Abstract

This study aims to see how the alertness of the Indonesian Red Cross (PMI) in dealing with the disaster that occurred in the city of Medan. This research was conducted on September 17 2022 at the PMI Medan building. The subjects of this research are people who play a role in the Indonesian Red Cross and some communities. Data collection techniques using observation, interviews and documentation. The approach used in this study is a qualitative approach. The results of the study show that PMI Medan City moves quickly and is responsive when a disaster situation occurs in the city of Medan. This is evident in the results of interviews that have been conducted by several people directly involved in PMI Medan as well as some of the surrounding community. Even though there were several obstacles when they were about to carry out their duties, the Medan City PMI team always tried their best to remain fast and alert in the face of the disaster that occurred. So it can be concluded that the Medan PMI has been alert to the disasters that have occurred in the city of Medan.

Abstract

Masuknya pembelajaran daring ke dalam mata kuliah Dasar-Dasar Ilmu Pendidikan yang diduga telah memicu sejumlah argumentasi menjadi latar belakang dilakukannya penelitian. Pembelajaran daring hanya berguna untuk tugas, dan mahasiswa sering kesulitan memahami materi. Mahasiswa menghadapi keterbatasan dalam melaksanakan pembelajaran daring, seperti koneksi internet yang tidak stabil, LMS yang sering error, perangkat pembelajaran yang tidak mendukung, serta kuota internet yang terbatas. Tujuan penelitian ini yakni guna mengetahui bagaimana persepsi mahasiswa terhadap sistem pembelajaran asinkron pada mata kuliah Dasar-Dasar Ilmu Pendidikan di Universitas Negeri Padang. Penelitian ini menggunakan random sampling, dengan sampel yakni 251 siswa yang mewakili 10 persen dari mahasiswa yang mengikuti mata kuliah Dasar-Dasar Ilmu Pendidikan. Dalam penelitian ini, kuesioner dipergunakan guna pengumpulan data, dengan responden diminta guna menjawab beberapa pertanyaan melalui Google From. Teknik analisis data penelitian ini dengan teknik analisis statistik deskriptif. Empat indikator pertanyaan instrumen penelitian mengungkapkan persepsi mahasiswa pada sistem pembelajaran asinkron pada mata kuliah Pendidikan Dasar di Universitas Negeri Padang. diperoleh hasil persentase indikator kualitas sistem teknis sebesar 58,17% termasuk skor penilaian cukup, hasil persentase indikator kualitas informasi sebesar 62,72% termasuk skor peringkat kuat, hasil persentase indikator kualitas pembelajar yaitu 62,8% termasuk skor penilaian kuat, dan hasil persentase pada indikator kualitas instruktur yaitu 59,72% termasuk skor peringkat cukup.

Abstract

ABSTRACT Execution of tasks is a way or steps so that the implementation of work is easy and smooth. In a hotel it is very important to pay attention to the processor for carrying out the laundry section tasks that will be carried out. This study aims to find out how important the attention of hotel management is in carrying out laundry section duties, SOP for washing and servicing hotel guest clothes aand guest clothing services taken from sources processed by the author (2022) in the laundry section housekeeping department The Zuri Hotel Dumai. Data collected using interview techniques, observation and documentation. Based on the research, it was found from the interview results that the implementation of the laundry section duties in the housekeeping department at The Zuri Hotel Dumai can be said to be quite good because there are still those who do not or are not in accordance with predetermined procedures. Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of implementing the QRIS digital payment system on sales in the kopma store 1 business unit of the Alma Mater Student Cooperative of Makassar State University. The respondents in this study were as many as 100 consumers of Kopma Store 1 Makassar State University who made transactions using digital QRIS. This type of research uses a type of quantitative research with purposive sampling techniques as sampling techniques using certain considerations in accordance with the desired criteria to be able to determine the number of samples to be studied. In the sense that the sample taken is consumers who use the QRIS digital payment system. The data collection used are questionnaires, observations and documentation. The analysis method in this study uses instrument tests (validity tests, reliability tests), classical assumption tests (normality tests, heteroscadacity tests, linearity tests), hypothesis tests (determination coefficient tests, and t tests. The results of this study show that the QRIS digital payment system has a positive and significant effect on sales at the Kopma Store 1 Business Union of the Student Cooperative "Alamamater" Makassar State University. It is known that the value of t-count 33.238>t-table 2.302 with a significant value of 0.00<0.05 which means that H1 is accepted and H0 is rejected in other words the variable QRIS digital payment system has a positive and significant effect on sales.

Abstract

Sexual Violence against children is a serious problem that requires in-depth attention in the context of legal protection of victim. In the case of Herry Wirawan, involving 13 (thirteen) victims of sexual assault in Bandung, has raised controversy over the reimbursement charged to the state. In it’s ruling, the chamber of Judges of PN Bandung sentenced Herry Wirawan to life sentence and ordered the payment of restitution to the victims. However, there are questions about the legality of the payment of restitution, especially since the perpetrators have been sentenced to life imprisonment, which is incompatible with Article 67 2023 of the Covenant. This study uses a normative approach to analyze this problem, focusing one the case of Herry Wirawan. The result showed a gap between the legal process and the victim’s need to obtain adequate compensation for the suffering they suffered. In addition, there are problems related to the minimality of the claim for restitution made by the victim and the implementation of restitution that is not always smooth. Implementation of restitution in legal practice still faces a minimum victim awareness and understanding of their rights as well as the perpetrator’s ability to pay restitution. The study highlights the need to raise victim awareness, improve law enforcement mechanism, and provide adequate support service. In addition, recommendations for improvement of relevant policy or legal practice are also identified. It is hoped that this research can contribute to understanding the complexity of the restitution process in cases of sexual violence in Indonesia and provide a basis for improving legal protection for victims.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menguji pengaruh GCG (Good Corporate Governance) terhadap profitabilitas perusahaan. Dimana yang termasuk kriteria GCG yaitu ukuran dewan komisaris, ukuran dewan direksi, dan ukuran dewan komite. Sedangkan profitabilitas menggunakan rasio ROE (Return On Equity). Penelitian ini menggunakan metode regresi linier berganda dengan jumlah sampel 4 dari 66 Populasi berupa perusahaan-perusahaan perbankan yang terdaftar pada Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI) periode tahun 2019-2021 kemudian menggunakan teknik pengambilan sampel yaitu metode purposive sampling. Hasilnya berupa variabel dewan komisaris berpengaruh positif terhadap ROE dan dewan direksi berpengaruh positif dan tidak signifikan terhadap ROE. Dewan komite berpengaruh negative terhadap profitabilitas perusahaan.

Abstract

The business competition in the current era of digitalization is increasingly fierce, so companies need to adapt and are required to have good and innovative strategies. This research aims to analyze and describe the sustainability of Marketing Public Relations strategies at Auto2000 PT. Astra International Tbk. The theory used in this study is the Marketing Public Relations theory proposed by Kotler & Armstrong, which includes 9 tools of Marketing Public Relations: Publications, Events, Identity Media, News, Speeches, Public Service Activities, Sponsorship, Press Relations, and Product and Brand Publicity. This study uses a qualitative descriptive method, which is a problem-solving procedure investigated by describing the state of the research object based on existing facts. The data collection method employed was through interviews. The Publications involved creating persuasive, informative, and educational content to attract customers using social media. The Events activities included organizing a series of events aimed at introducing new products and sustaining various campaigns to increase brand awareness. For Identity Media, Auto2000 emphasized the characteristics of the logo and the use of dominant colors for each published content. In the News activities, Auto2000 utilized the website and made efforts to obtain organic news from mass media. For Speeches, a company spokesperson was appointed to deliver credible information and clarify issues. The Public Service Activities involved social initiatives as a form of responsive services and social assistance. Sponsorships supported events relevant to the company. Press Relations efforts were made to build good relationships with the media. For Product and Brand Publicity, Auto2000 ensured the quality of services and products, complemented by high publicity.

Abstract

Membran merupakan salah satu teknologi pengolahan air untuk menyaring partikel-partikel dalam air. Polisulfon (PSf) adalah polimer yang umum digunakan untuk membuat membran ultrafiltrasi. Namun, permasalahan utama PSf adalah sifatnya yang hidrofobik sehingga menyebabkan rendahnya permeabilitas serta mempercepat terjadinya pengotoran. Selulosa asetat (CA) adalah material hidrofilik yang dapat menimbulkan hidrofilisitas pada membran PSf. Hampir 90% rokok diproduksi dengan filter yang berasal dari CA. Filter rokok mengandung hingga 97% CA yang dapat digunakan kembali sebagai bahan baku pembuatan membran. Fokus dari penelitian ini adalah melakukan sintesis membran melalui pendekatan metode inversi fasa dengan bahan dasar berupa polimer PSf yang dikombinasikan dengan polimer CA dari limbah filter rokok yang diharapkan dapat meningkatkan sifat hidrofilisitas membran. Variasi PSf dan filter rokok (PSf/CA) yang digunakan pada penelitian adalah 100:0, 75:25, 50:50, dan 25:75. Hasil dari membran dilakukan karakterisasi melalui analisis sudut kontak air, analisis permeabilitas membran, serta analisis gugus senyawa selulosa asetat pada membran. Nilai sudut kontak statis membran berturut-turut adalah 126,754º, 83,291º, 80,223º, 71,929º. Permeabilitas air bersih membran masing-masing adalah 4.145 L/m2.h.bar, 3.125 L/m2.h.bar, 13.145 L/m2.h.bar, dan 7.187 L/m2.h.bar.

Abstract

Curio Village, Enrekang Regency, stands out as having high economic potential in the horticulture sector, focusing mainly on vegetable crops, especially tomatoes. This research aims to understand the economic situation of women farmers in Curio Village, especially in terms of tomato production and marketing. The advantage of this village lies in the typographic and climatic conditions that support the fertile growth of tomato plants. Identification of potentials and obstacles was carried out to detail the challenges faced by farmers, especially those related to the processing and marketing of tomato products. The research results show that processing tomato chips is a concrete solution to price fluctuations and product storage difficulties, positively impacting the economy of women farmers and the Curio Village community as a whole. The emphasis on plastic packaging based on practicality and visual appeal strengthens the marketing aspect of the product. This activity's success can guide the development of micro, small, and medium enterprises (MSMEs) and support women's empowerment in the agricultural environment.
