Abstract

This research examines the influence ofWork Quality on Employee Performance at PT. Summa Logistics Nusantara. The purpose of this study was to determine the level ofquality of work of employees at PT. Summa Logistics Nusantara, to know the performanceemployees at PT. Summa Logistics Nusantara, and to find out the magnitude of the effectwork quality on employee performance at PT. Summa Logistics Nusantara. This research approach is quantitative. This research was carried outinPT. Summa Logistics Nusantara. Sources of data in the study areemployee atPT. Summa Logistics Nusantarain March to April 2022. Data collection techniques in the form of observation, questionnaires / questionnaires and documentation. Data analysis techniques in the form of validity test, reliability test, normality test, descriptive analysis, simple linear regression analysis, correlation coefficient analysis, and analysis of the coefficient of determination. The results of the study indicate that the indicators used in each of these variables indicate where the work quality of employees is in the very good category. Indicators on employee performance variables are in the very good category. Based on the correlation test, there is a very strong relationship between the two variables. It can be concluded that there is an influence between work quality on employee performance inPT. Summa Logistik Nusantara.

Abstract

This study aims to determine how much influence the quality of clean water products has on customer satisfaction at the Makassar City Public Water Company in Manggala District. This study uses a quantitative descriptive type of research with data collection techniques through observation, literature study, interviews, questionnaires, and documentation. The sample used in this study is 100 customers. The data of this study were obtained from the results of data processing using the SPSS 25 application which consisted of validity and reliability tests, descriptive data analysis techniques and inferential analysis. The results of this study indicate that the variables of Clean Water Product Quality and Customer Satisfaction at the Regional Public Water Company of Makassar City in Manggala District have a significant influence. This is evidenced by the results of a simple linear regression test and a correlation coefficient test of 0.662, which means that the relationship between the Quality of Clean Water Products and Customer Satisfaction is strong/high. The coefficient of determination was obtained at 0.438, which means that the effect of Clean Water Product Quality on Customer Satisfaction at the Makassar City Public Water Supply Company in Manggala District obtained a value of 43.8% which was included in the medium category interval.

Abstract

The results of this study indicate that (1) The description of the Bolu Cukke Home Industry business in Lajoa from 1989 until now has developed well, seen from the Bolu Cukke enthusiasts who are not only from the surrounding community but many are from outside the region. Currently, traditional food sponge cake has been used as a typical food of Lajoa, Jennae Village, especially Soppeng Regency (2) Home Industry Bolu Cukke in Lajoa is declared feasible because it has fulfilled aspects according to business feasibility study analysis such as aspects of legality, financial aspects, technical aspects of production, management and organizational aspects, socio-economic aspects, environmental impact aspects, but in terms of market and marketing aspects are not optimal both online and offline (3) Supporting factors Raw materials for home industry sponge cake in Lajoa Jennae Village, Liliriaja District, Soppeng Regency such as in terms of the price affordable, strategic location and create jobs. As for the inhibiting factors, such as the marketing process that does not reach the broad market due to the absence of the application of modern technological tools.

Abstract

The development of the culinary industry world that is increasing without realizing it also provides an increase in public interest that is understood in the business world, the integration of technology and understanding of its use can be a weapon for business actors to be one step ahead compared to their competitors or also called competitive advantage. Digital marketing is one of the media that is often used by business actors because of the new ability of consumers to follow the flow of digitalization, several companies are gradually starting to abandon the conventional marketing model / and switch to modern marketing. This research is a descriptive qualitative type with a phenomenological research approach to describe all phenomena of how the digital marketing literacy model in the development of the creative culinary home industry in the city of Makassar. The aspects that are the focus of this researchsocial networking, transliteracy, maintaining privacy, managing identity, creating content. The type of data source in this study used primary and secondary data with observation and interview data collection techniques. The data analysis technique used qualitative descriptive analysis. The results of the research findings are known Digital marketing model in the development of the culinary creative industry in the tourist alley of Makassar city is carried out through three stages, namely 1) Data Based and Use of Big Data and Analytics, 2) Optimization of Digital-Based Business Incubators, and 3) Creation of Educational and Interactive Content and Location-Based Marketing (Geo-Targeting).Strategies that the government can apply to culinary industry players in Makassar in utilizing platforms for culinary developmentwith four stages, namely the Development of MSMEs Based on Collaboration of Actors in Creating a One-Stop Database, Human Resource Development Through Continuous Optimization of Training for Business Actors, Providing an E-Commerce Platform Model for Business Actors, and Building Brand Awareness

Abstract

The Effect of Credit Interest ratea and Credit Guarantees on Business Capital Loans at the Union Sauan Sibarrung TP Makale Credit Cooperative in Tana Toraja Districts. Essay. Business Administration Study Program. Administration Science Deparment. Faculty of Social Sciences and Law. MakassarPublic University. (Guided by Muh. Rizal Suyuti and Jamaluddin). This study aims to find out how the effect of credit interest rates and credit guarantees on working capital loans simultaneously and partially where cooperative members who make business capital loans at the Sauan Sibarrung TP Makale Credit Union Cooperative is the object of its research. This study uses a type of quantitative research. The data collection technique used is though primary data collection (observation and questionnaires) and secondary data collection (literature and documentation). The sample used is the sample formulated by Slovin namely as many as 85 respondens. The result of study indicate that partially, the credit interest rates variable has an effect on business capital credit and credit guarantees have no effect on business capital credit at the Union Sauan Sibarrung Credit Cooperative. Meanwhile credit interest rates and credit guarantees simultaneously effect business capital credit at the Union Sauan Sibarrung Cooperative

Abstract

The transformation of modern businesses is driven by the advancements in information technology, communication, and digital applications, creating opportunities for innovation and efficiency. This study aims to analyze the role of digital technology in supporting operational efficiency, communication strategies, and market adaptation. The research method used is qualitative analysis with a literature review approach and case studies on several companies that have successfully adopted this technology. The analysis technique involves identifying patterns of technology adoption and its impact on productivity and customer satisfaction. The findings indicate that technology integration improves operational efficiency, expands customer reach, and accelerates data-driven decision-making.

Abstract

Employees who have good work engagements will focus on goals, work actively, always develop abilities and don't give up easily. The purpose of the study was to analyze employee engagement at PT. Citra Lampia Mandiri, East Luwu Regency. The research method used is a quantitative approach. The number of population and samples at PT. Citra Lampia Mandiri, East Luwu Regency are as many as 51 respondents. Data collection techniques used are observation, questionnaires and documentation. The data analysis technique was to perform validity and reliability tests, descriptive statistical analysis, inferential statistical analysis consisting of data normality test, simple linear regression analysis, partial significant test, and determinant coefficients. The result of this research is Employee Engagement at PT. The image of Lampia Mandir Luwu Timur is in the very good category, where the majority of employees who are respondents chose to strongly agree with the statement based on three indicators formulated on the employee engagement variable. With the percentage level of the average score obtained on the results of data processing in the previous chapter, it is in the very very good category.

Abstract

This study aims to determine and analyze the influence of product quality, price level and promotion on purchasing decisions of consumers of Cozy Burger business in Pangkajene District, Pangkep Regency . The research method used is a quantitative method with data collection methods, namely through observation, questionnaires and documentation. The number of samples in this study was 100 respondents from Cozy Burger business customers in Pangkajene District then analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis can be shown by the regression equation Y = 7,780 + 0.290 X1 + 0.129 X2 + 0.283 X3 from the regression equation it is known that product quality, price level, and promotion have a positive influence on purchasing decisions. The calculation result of the determination coefficient is 0.385. This shows that product quality, price level, and promotion are able to explain purchasing decisions by 38.5%. While the remaining 61.5% is explained by other variables that are not observed. Based on the results of the study, it shows that the testing conducted on the Cozy Burger business in Pangkajene District, Pangkep Regency simultaneously, the three variables (X) have a significant influence together on increasing consumer purchasing decisions for Cozy Burger (Y). Based on the partial significance test, the product quality variables ( X1 ), price level (X2 ) and promotion (X3 ) have a significant influence on increasing consumer purchasing decisions (Y).

Abstract

This study aims to determine the evaluation of the implementation of the City Without Slums Program (KOTAKU) in Biringkanaya District, Makassar City, and the impact of the implementation of the Slumless City Program (KOTAKU) in Biringkanaya District, Makassar City. This research uses a qualitative research type with a descriptive approach. Data collection techniques were carried out using observation, interviews, and documentation. The data analysis technique in this study used an analytical model according to Spradley. The results of this study indicate that the implementation of the KOTAKU (City Without Slums) Program Evaluation (Study at Biringkanaya District, Makassar City) is not well implemented according to the concept of Edward a Suchman. Indicators that do not work well are: a. program objectives, b. problem analysis, c. measurement of change, d. changes to the consequences of activities, e. program impact. The indicators that run well are description and standardization. The impact of the City Without Slums Program (KOTAKU) is that not all people can feel the infrastructure development in Biringkanaya sub-district. The lack of community participation in maintaining infrastructure has led to the less successful Cities Without Slums (KOTAKU) Program.

Abstract

Analysis of the Application of Business Strategies in Increasing the Competitiveness of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in Cendana District, Enrekang Regency, Thesis, Faculty of Social Sciences and Law, Department of Administrative Sciences, Business Administration Study Program, Makassar State University. Guided by Muh Rizal and Maya Kasmita. This study aims to determine the implementation of business strategies and factors that affect the competitiveness of Micro Business actors. The method used in this research is qualitative method, which is a research method used to examine natural objects, where researchers are key instruments. Data collection techniques through observation, interviews, and documentation, informants from this study amounted to six people consisting of six micro entrepreneurs in Cendana District, Enrekang Regency. The results show that every Micro business actor seeks to improve the position of their products in competition in the market, because products are outputs of production process activities offered to the market to get attention, bought, used or consumed that can satisfy wants or needs and are one of the factors that can affect competitive advantage. Supporting factors that affect competitiveness are products offered that are durable / durable, business actors always innovate on their respective products, have their own unique products, the prices offered are very stable while the inhibiting factors are the use of social media that is not optimal, the ability to collect information on consumer needs is still lacking, and sales distribution is still limited in Enrekang Regency. Keywords : Business strategy, MSMEs, competitiveness
