Abstract

Abstract This type of research is explanatory research, the approach used is a quantitative approach with a total sample of 117 officers. The objectives of this study are 1). To prove and analyze whether work experience and level of education simultaneously have a significant influence on the performance of health care workers at Dr. Slamet Martodhirdjo Pamekasan Regency. 2.) To prove and analyze whether work experience has a significant effect on the performance of health care workers at Dr. Slamet Martodhirdjo Pamekasan Regency. 3.) To prove and analyze whether the level of education has a significant effect on the performance of health care workers in Dr. Slamet Martodhirdjo Pamekasan Regency. The results showed that 1.) Work experience, level of education and professionalism simultaneously had a significant influence on the performance of health care workers at Dr. Slamet Martodhirdjo, Pamekasan Regency, the truth is proven and the hypothesis is accepted. 2.) Work experience has a significant influence on the performance of health care workers at Dr. Slamet Martodhirdjo Pamekasan Regency. 3.) The level of education has a significant influence on the performance of health care workers in Dr. Slamet Martodhirdjo Pamekasan Regency.

Abstract

This type of research is explanatory research, the approach used is a quantitative approach with a total sample of 85 personnel. The objectives of this study are 1). To prove and analyze whether promotion, compensation, work discipline simultaneously has a significant influence on the performance of Pamekasan Police personnel. 2). To prove and analyze whether promotion has a significant effect on the performance of Pamekasan Police personnel. 3.) To prove and analyze whether the provision of compensation has a significant effect on the performance of the Pamekasan Police personnel. 4.) To prove and analyze whether work discipline has a significant effect on the performance of Pamekasan Police personnel. The results showed that 1.) Job promotion, compensation and work discipline simultaneously had a significant effect on improving the performance of Pamekasan Police personnel. 2.) Promotion has a significant effect on improving the performance of Pamekasan Police personnel. 3.). The provision of compensation has a significant effect on improving the performance of the Pamekasan Police personnel. 4.) Work discipline has a significant effect on improving the performance of the Pamekasan Police personnel.

Abstract

The purpose of study are 1). To describe work experience, commitment, motivation, and professionalism of employees in Lenteng District, Sumenep Regency. 2) To view and analyze work experience, commitment, motivation simultaneously have a significant effect on employee professionalism in Lenteng District, Sumenep Regency 3). To view and analyze work experience, commitment, motivation partially significant effect on employee professionalism in Lenteng District, Sumenep Regency. 4). To find out which variables between work experience, commitment, motivation have dominant influence on employee professionalism in Lenteng District, Sumenep Regency. This type of research is explanatory research, the research approach uses a quantitative approach, data analysis uses SPSS. The research sample was 35 employees. The results showed that : 1). Simultaneously, work experience, commitment and motivation have a significant effect on Employee Professionalism in Lenteng District, Sumenep Regency, it is evidenced by the calculated F value of 1.706 with a significance level known from the sig value of 0.001 (less than 0.05). 2). Partially, work experience, commitment and motivation have a significant effect on Employee Professionalism in Lenteng District, Sumenep Regency. 3). Based on the test results, it is known that motivation affects the professionalism of employees in Lenteng District, Sumenep Regency; evidenced by the t value is 1.741 with a significance level of 0.001 (less than 0.05).

Abstract

The purpose of this study are : 1) describe the organizational culture, career development, work motivation and job satisfaction of the employees of the Public Housing Service of the Settlement Areas and Human Settlements of Sumenep Regency; 2) Test and analyze the relationship of influence simultaneously which is significant organizational culture, career development and work motivation on job satisfaction of employees of the Department of Housing and Human Settlements, Sumenep Regency; 3) Test and analyze the relationship between the influence of organizational culture and job satisfaction of employees of the Public Housing Service of the Settlement Areas and Human Settlements of Sumenep Regency. 4) Test and analyze the relationship between the influence of career development and job satisfaction of the employees of the Public Housing Service for Settlement Areas and Human Settlements of Sumenep Regency; 5) Test and analyze the relationship between the influence of work motivation and job satisfaction of employees of the Public Housing Service of the Settlement Areas and Human Settlements of Sumenep Regency.
