Abstract

Excellent quality education is an important foundation in efforts to strengthen the competitiveness of a society. One of the elements that is very important in achieving this is the quality of educators and support staff in educational institutions. A study has been conducted to examine this aspect in depth, focusing on the situation at State Elementary School 001 Waru, Penajam Paser Utara Regency. The method used is a qualitative approach through literature analysis. Overall, the quality of educators and support staff at State Elementary School 001 Waru, Penajam Paser Utara Regency can be said to be satisfactory. However, there are still challenges that need to be overcome. Therefore, it is important for them to continue to participate in training and development programs organized by related parties. To face this challenge, close cooperation is needed between schools and related agencies, as well as a strong commitment from educators and support staff to continue learning and improving themselves. Such training and development will not only improve technical skills, but also their understanding of educational developments and community needs. With an awareness of the importance of improving the quality of education, State Elementary School 001 Waru, Penajam Paser Utara Regency can continue to advance in providing quality educational services for students. This not only benefits the individuals involved but also contributes to the development of a competitive society at the local and national levels. Therefore, concrete steps need to be taken to ensure that the quality of education at State Elementary School 001 Waru, Penajam Paser Utara Regency continues to improve in line with the times and global demands.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui efektivitas penerapan model pembelajaran Teams Games Tournament (TGT) dengan asesmen kinerja dalam meningkatkan hasil belajar dan keaktifan siswa pada materi pecahan di kelas IV SD Negeri 020 Tanah Grogot. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan Penelitian Tindakan Kelas (PTK) yang dilaksanakan dalam dua siklus, masing-masing terdiri atas tahap perencanaan, pelaksanaan, observasi, dan refleksi. Subjek penelitian berjumlah 30 siswa, terdiri dari 16 siswa laki-laki dan 14 siswa perempuan. Data penelitian diperoleh melalui tes hasil belajar, observasi keaktifan siswa, dan penilaian kinerja. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan adanya peningkatan signifikan dari pra-siklus ke siklus II. Nilai rata-rata hasil belajar siswa meningkat dari 59,8 pada pra-siklus menjadi 85,3 pada siklus II, dengan persentase ketuntasan belajar meningkat dari 36,7% menjadi 90%. Keaktifan siswa juga meningkat dari 45% pada pra-siklus menjadi 88% pada siklus II. Peningkatan ini menunjukkan bahwa penerapan model TGT mampu menciptakan pembelajaran yang kolaboratif, kompetitif, dan menyenangkan, sehingga mendorong siswa untuk berpartisipasi aktif dalam proses belajar. Selain itu, asesmen kinerja membantu guru menilai kemampuan siswa secara lebih autentik, meliputi aspek kognitif, afektif, dan psikomotor, sehingga guru memperoleh gambaran menyeluruh tentang penguasaan konsep pecahan oleh siswa. Temuan penelitian ini sejalan dengan penelitian sebelumnya yang menegaskan bahwa kombinasi pembelajaran kooperatif berbasis permainan dan asesmen autentik efektif meningkatkan hasil belajar dan motivasi siswa dalam pembelajaran matematika. Dengan demikian, model TGT yang dipadukan dengan asesmen kinerja terbukti efektif meningkatkan hasil belajar, keaktifan, dan kemampuan komunikasi matematis siswa pada materi pecahan di kelas IV SD Negeri 020 Tanah Grogot.

Abstract

Manggis merupakan salah satu buah tropika yang digemari oleh masyarakat, bernilai ekonomis tinggi dan dijuluki Queen of tropical fruit. Penelitian bertujuan untuk: 1) Mengidentifikasi dan menganlisis faktor-faktor internal dan eksternal (kekuatan, kelemahan, peluang dan ancaman) dari sistem agribisnis manggis di Kabupaten Lombok Barat; dan (2) Merumuskan strategi pengembangan agribisnis manggis sebagai komoditas unggulan di Kabupaten Lombok Barat. Penelitian menggunakan metode deskriptif, sedangkan pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui studi pustaka dan survei. Data dianalisis secara deskriptif dan analissi SWOT. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: (1) a. Faktor internal yang mempengaruhi pengembangan agribisnis manggis di Kabupaten Lombok Barat, meliputi kekuatan dan kelemahan. Kekuatan; buah manggis segar grade A, pelabelan atau branding produk, industri pengolahan pasca panen rintisan; Kelemahan: produksi satu tahun sekali, jangka waktu mulai berbuah di atas 5 tahun, proses budidaya secara tradisional; b. Faktor eksternal, berupa: Peluang; buah manggis sebagai salah satu produk unggulan daerah, berkembangnya industri pariwisata, pengembangan kawasan; Acaman: alih fungsi lahan, perubahan iklim dan cuaca yang tidak menentu; (2) Agribisnis manggis di Kabupaten Lombok Barat berada pada posisi kuadran II dalam matriks IE. Strategi yang sesuai untuk kuadran II yaitu growth strategy (Strategi Pertumbuhan) dengan konsentrasi melalui Integrasi Horizontal. Strategi pertumbuhan yang dilakukan melalui konsentrasi horizontal akan mengarahkan unit usaha ke suatu kegiatan untuk memperluas usaha dengan cara pengembangan wilayah dan peningkatan jenis produk atau jasa. Sehingga pengembangan bisnis dapat dilakukan dengan perluasan pasar, fasilitas produksi, dan teknologi melalui pengembangan internal maupun eksternal.

Abstract

Melon is a high-value economic commodity with broad market demand. However, melon production in Indonesia has shown relatively slow growth. To address this issue, sonic bloom technology, which stimulates stomatal opening, can be combined with foliar fertilizer to enhance melon growth. This study aimed to determine the optimal sonic bloom frequency and foliar fertilizer concentration to improve melon plant physiological activity and growth. The research was conducted from January to April 2024 at the Faculty of Agriculture Universitas Sebelas Maret screen house. The experimental design followed a fully nested layout with two treatment factors: sonic bloom frequency (Hz) (F1 = 4,000 and F2 = 4,500) and compound foliar fertilizer application (control, 1, 3, and 5 g L-1). The fertilizer concentration factor was nested within the frequency factor and replicated four times in a randomized arrangement. Data were analyzed using 5% ANOVA, 5% Least Significant Difference (LSD) for mean comparison, and regression and correlation analyses. The results demonstrated that a 4,500 Hz frequency significantly increased chlorophyll b content, plant height at 5 WAP (weeks after planting), and number of segments at 5 WAP. . However, sonic bloom frequency had no significant effect on stomatal density, stomatal conductance, photosynthetic rate, chlorophyll a, total chlorophyll, or leaf number at 5 WAP. The regression analysis results indicated that the optimal foliar fertilizer concentration for enhancing melon growth ranged between 2.96 - 3.68 g L-1.Keywords: chlorophyll, nutrient, photosynthesis, soundwave, stomata

Abstract

The implementation of the Student Teams Achievement Division (STAD) learning model in the IPAS subject for Grade V students at SD Negeri 020 Tanah Grogot still faces several challenges. Therefore, the aim of this study is to investigate the cognitive learning outcomes in the IPAS subject for Grade V students at SD Negeri 020 Muara Koman. This study employs a qualitative research method with respondents consisting of teachers, students, and the school principal. Respondents were selected through purposive sampling based on the objectives of the research. Snowball sampling was also used through the involvement of participants recommended by initial respondents. The research procedure began with the researcher preparing instruments and instructional tools based on the Student Teams Achievement Division (STAD) learning model. The study was conducted using interview and observation techniques. Data analysis was carried out through both interim and final conclusions formed during the interview process. The results of the study indicate that the teacher respondent had prepared, implemented, and evaluated the implementation of the Student Teams Achievement Division (STAD) learning model in Grade V at SDN 020 Tanah Grogot. The student respondents had engaged in preparation, participated in the learning process, and demonstrated improved cognitive learning outcomes. Meanwhile, the school principal respondent had facilitated the preparation, implementation, and evaluation of the STAD learning model, resulting in enhanced cognitive learning outcomes among the students.

Abstract

Abstrak —Profesional Pemberi Asuhan meyakini atau mempersepsikan banyak kendala dalam penggunaan Rekam medis elektronik, termasuk tidak mudahnya penggunaannya. Hubungan antara variabel kemanfaatan dan kemudahan penggunaan terhadap sikap pengguna saat mulai implementasi rekam medis elektronik rawat jalan di RS Jiwa Grhasia Yogyakarta merupakan tujuan dalam penelitian ini. Metode yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif. Data dikumpulkan dengan membagikan kuisioner dan dilakukan uji statistik regresi linier berganda. Penelitian ini membuktikan adanya hubungan yang positif dan signifikan antara variabel kemanfataan dan sikap pengguna dan angka signifikansi yang dihasilkan yaitu 0.001<0.05. Hubungan yang diperoleh adalah positif dan signifikan antara persepsi kemudahan penggunaan dan sikap pengguna dengan nilai 0.003<0.05. Sedangkan kontribusi persepsi kemanfaatan dan kemudahan penggunaan rekam medis elektronik terhadap sikap pengguna adalah sebesar 61,9%, dan 39,1% sisanya dijelaskan oleh variabel yang tidak terdapat pada penelitian ini. Studi ini merekomendasikan bahwa ketika mengembangkan RME, perlu mempertimbangkan aspek kegunaan dan kemudahaan sehingga PPA terdorong untuk menggunakan RME untuk mendokumentasikan pelayanannya. Seperti harapan dari PPA yaitu RME dapat dengan cepat menyajikan data yang diperlukan.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the mediating role of transformational leadership in the relationship between the reward system and lecturer performance at the Indonesian College of Pharmacy. The study used a quantitative approach with an explanatory research design . The study population was all permanent and non-permanent lecturers totaling 100 people who were selected as respondents through a saturated sampling technique. Data analysis was conducted using mediation regression (path analysis) to test the direct and indirect effects between variables . The results of the hypothesis test indicate that the reward system directly has a positive and significant effect on transformational leadership and lecturer performance. Transformational leadership has a positive and significant effect on performance. Likewise, transformational leadership is proven to mediate the influence of the reward system on employee performance. This study provides theoretical contributions in the development of human resource management models in higher education as well as practical implications for the management of reward policies and institutional leadership in a sustainable manner.

Abstract

This study analyzes the effect of product quality on customer loyalty through Customer Relationship Management (CRM) as a mediating variable at Company X in Cimahi City. A quantitative approach was employed using purposive sampling with 70 respondents. Data were collected through a questionnaire using a five-point Likert scale. The data were processed and analyzed using the SPSS plug-in Process Macro Hayes Model 4. The hypothesis testing results show that product quality has a positive effect on CRM, and product quality also has a positive effect on customer loyalty, although the effect is not significant. Meanwhile, CRM has a positive and significant effect on customer loyalty and mediates the relationship between product quality and customer loyalty. These findings highlight the important role of CRM in strengthening the relationship between product quality and customer loyalty.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh motivasi dan disiplin kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan. Populasi berjumlah 30 orang yang merupakan karyawan Ayuna Coffee Shop. Teknik penentuan sampel menggunakan teknik sampling jenuh, yaitu seluruh anggota populasi dijadikan sampel. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode deskriptif dan verifikatif. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan penyebaran kuesioner yang menggunakan skala Likert. Teknik analisis data menggunakan analisis regresi linier berganda untuk mengetahui pengaruh variabel independen terhadap variabel dependen. Hasil uji hipotesis menunjukkan bahwa secara parsial motivasi memiliki pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja, sedangkan disiplin kerja memiliki pengaruh positif namun tidak signifikan terhadap kinerja. Namun demikian, secara simultan, motivasi dan disiplin kerja memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap kinerja. Hal ini dapat dimaknai bahwa makin tinggi motivasi dan disiplin kerja yang dimiliki, makin tinggi kinerja yang dihasilkan.
