Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis pengaruh pelatihan teknologi digital (Cloud Computing dan AI) terhadap literasi digital dan perilaku kerja inovatif di kalangan staf rumah sakit. Menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan desain eksperimen semu, 62 tenaga kesehatan dibagi menjadi kelompok intervensi (pelatihan) dan kontrol. Hasil menunjukkan pelatihan meningkatkan DL pada aspek penggunaan teknologi untuk menghasilkan artefak, pencarian dan evaluasi informasi web, serta kolaborasi melalui Cloud Computing. Namun, pelatihan tidak meningkatkan IWB karena faktor kontekstual dan individual seperti tekanan kerja, keterbatasan waktu, perbedaan generasi, dan infrastruktur yang kurang memadai. Penelitian ini menekankan pentingnya pendekatan holistik dalam pelatihan teknologi digital, yang mempertimbangkan kesiapan individu, dukungan manajerial, dan kondisi lingkungan kerja untuk memaksimalkan dampak pelatihan dan mendorong inovasi.

Abstract

This study aims to analyse the discriminating power and level of difficulty of evaluation questions in Arabic lessons for Year 9 students at the State Islamic Junior High School (MTsN) in Cimahi City for the 2024-2025 academic year. The research data was taken from the results of formative tests of 9th grade students with 20 multiple-choice questions. The analysis was carried out using two item analysis approaches, namely analysis of the discriminating power and level of difficulty of the questions. Each item was analysed to determine its discriminating power and level of difficulty. Discrimination index calculation was performed to assess the ability of questions to distinguish between high- and low-ability students, while difficulty level was calculated to determine how difficult or easy the questions were for students. The research results indicate that students' understanding and motivation can be determined through the difficulty level of questions created by teachers. This has implications for teachers' lesson preparation, as they should prepare better questions before giving them to students, especially gifted students.

Abstract

Potensi revolusi yang disebabkan oleh Kecerdasan Buatan (AI) telah merambah ke seluruh aspek kehidupan kita. Di era digital ini, AI diperkirakan akan mengambil alih pekerjaan, khususnya agen percakapan berbasis teks. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memahami sikap seseorang terhadap niatnya menggunakan AI dalam tugas rutin dan niat berkelanjutannya untuk menggunakan AI. Sampel penelitian selanjutnya dianalisis menggunakan analisis kuantitatif dan kualitatif. Hasil analisis kuantitatif menunjukkan bahwa pengaruh GAAIS terhadap variabel CI sebesar 17,5%. Dalam studi ini, kecepatan diidentifikasi sebagai keunggulan sistem AI dibandingkan manusia, sementara manusia unggul dalam empati, simpati, dan kreativitas, khususnya dalam masalah yang kompleks dan sangat tidak pasti. Sistem AI juga memungkinkan kendali manusia atas perubahan perilaku dan perspektif.

Abstract

Abstrak : Generasi Z tumbuh di era digital yang mapan dan dikenal mahir teknologi, serta memiliki pandangan positif tentang AI. Namun adanya kekhawatiran dan rasa tidak nyaman terhadap teknologi AI dapat mempengaruhi niat untuk menggunakan AI secara berkelanjutan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji dan mengidentifikasi pengaruh General Attitudes towards Artificial Intelligence Scale (GAAIS) terhadap Continuance Intention (CI) pada Generasi Z di tempat kerja. Teori Perilaku Terencana (Theory of Planned Behaviour/ TPB) menjadi landasan teoretis penelitian ini, dengan fokus pada sikap (attitude) sebagai variabel independen. Data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner dari 119 responden yang terdiri dari Generasi X, Milenial, dan Z, serta wawancara dari 5 responden generasi Z yang aktif bekerja serta mahir menggunakan AI. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa GAAIS berpengaruh signifikan terhadap CI pada Generasi Z. Temuan ini mengindikasikan bahwa sikap terhadap AI memengaruhi niat Generasi Z untuk terus menggunakan teknologi AI di masa depan. Penelitian ini memberikan wawasan mengenai bagaimana AI dapat dimanfaatkan secara efektif di lingkungan kerja untuk meningkatkan efisiensi dan produktivitas. Abstract

This article discusses the extent of the causes and efforts that the government can take to overcome school dropout in Tangerang Regency. The type of research used in this research is qualitative narrative. The results of the research will be in the form of data excerpts from the origins of interviews, photos, field notes, personal documents, voice recordings and other documents. This research wants to discuss (1) The causes of children dropping out of school, namely: the economic situation of the family, the educational background of the father and mother, the status of the father in society as well as employment and social psychological correlation between parents and between children and parents, (2) Policy Analysis Regional government in overcoming school dropouts in: (a) Optimizing the distribution of scholarships through BOS funds, KIP, family hope events, and/or similar assistance, (b) Regional government and school principals encourage the community, public figures, DUDI, to encourage completion of education according to the level, (c) Counseling and guidance for children's parents by the Education Department, (d) Strengthening family education.

Abstract

Supervisi administrasi pendidikan merupakan fungsi manajemen yang esensial dalam meningkatkan kualitas penyelenggaraan pendidikan di lembaga pendidikan. Artikel ini membahas secara komprehensif tentang konsep, prinsip, ruang lingkup, dan implementasi supervisi administrasi pendidikan. Supervisi administrasi tidak hanya berfungsi sebagai mekanisme pengawasan, tetapi lebih sebagai upaya kolaboratif untuk pembinaan dan pengembangan kapasitas organisasi pendidikan. Ruang lingkup supervisi mencakup administrasi kurikulum, kesiswaan, kepegawaian, keuangan, sarana prasarana, hubungan masyarakat, dan layanan khusus. Artikel ini menguraikan berbagai pendekatan supervisi (direktif, non-direktif, dan kolaboratif) serta teknik-teknik supervisi yang dapat diterapkan seperti observasi, wawancara, pemeriksaan dokumen, dan workshop. Proses supervisi meliputi tahap perencanaan, pelaksanaan, evaluasi, dan tindak lanjut yang harus dilakukan secara sistematis dan berkelanjutan. Supervisor dituntut memiliki kompetensi kepribadian, manajerial, supervisi, akademik, sosial, dan digital untuk menjalankan perannya secara efektif. Di era digital, supervisi administrasi mengalami transformasi dengan pemanfaatan e-supervision, big data, dan sistem manajemen sekolah digital. Tantangan yang dihadapi meliputi resistensi terhadap perubahan, keterbatasan sumber daya, kompetensi supervisor yang bervariasi, kompleksitas regulasi, dan budaya organisasi. Supervisi administrasi yang efektif memberikan dampak signifikan terhadap efisiensi organisasi, akuntabilitas publik, penciptaan lingkungan pembelajaran yang kondusif, pengembangan profesional, dan pencapaian standar nasional pendidikan. Keberhasilan supervisi sangat bergantung pada komitmen semua pihak, dukungan kepemimpinan, dan budaya organisasi yang berorientasi pada perbaikan berkelanjutan.

Abstract

The Islamic boarding school that organises the community work training centre is a collaborative program to help students improve their life skills and achieve entrepreneurial independence. The purpose of the study was to analyse the priority factors of entrepreneurial life skills in Islamic boarding schools that organised community work training centres. The research uses a qualitative method with a case study approach. A sample was collected using purposive sampling at the Raudlatul Athfal Islamic boarding school in Serang Regency, the organiser of the community work training centre. The informant is the manager of the community work training centre, as well as the trainee and manager of the Islamic boarding school. Data collection involves the use of questionnaires, interviews, and literature studies, and the testing of validity through triangulation of the sources. The data analysis uses descriptive statistics, while the technique uses the Analysis Network Process (ANP) with Super Decision. The study's findings indicate that the factors influencing entrepreneurial life skills encompass academic, rational thinking, self-awareness, social, and vocational aspects. Knowing yourself is a priority factor in determining entrepreneurial life skills at Islamic boarding schools that organise community work training centres. This research has implications for the significance of strengthening the aspect of self-knowledge in the development of entrepreneurial life skills in Islamic boarding schools that organise community work training centres. Its limitations include limited coverage of areas and samples, as well as the use of qualitative approaches. Further research is suggested to expand the area, use quantitative methods, and develop more standardised life skill assessment instruments.

Abstract

Educational supervision plays a strategic role in improving instructional quality and strengthening teacher professionalism in senior high schools. However, supervision practices in many secondary education institutions remain ineffective due to the fragmented application of supervision types, inappropriate supervisory techniques, and poorly structured supervision processes. This study aims to systematically examine the implementation of educational supervision in senior high schools by analysing the interrelated dimensions of supervision types, supervision techniques, supervisory approaches, and academic supervision processes. The study employs a descriptive qualitative research design using a systematic literature review method to synthesise theoretical and empirical studies on educational supervision published between 2021 and 2025. Data were collected by documenting peer-reviewed journal articles, scholarly books, and research reports in Indonesian and English, and analysed using thematic descriptive analysis. The findings reveal that educational supervision in senior high schools is implemented through three integrated types: academic, managerial, and clinical supervision. Academic supervision focuses on improving teaching and learning processes through lesson planning review, classroom observation, and reflective dialogue. Managerial supervision strengthens school governance, leadership, and organisational effectiveness, while clinical supervision supports individualised teacher development through intensive and reflective feedback cycles. In addition, effective supervision is supported by the strategic combination of individual and group supervision techniques, as well as the adaptive use of directive, collaborative, and non-directive supervisory approaches based on teachers’ professional characteristics. The supervision process operates through a systematic cycle of planning, implementation, evaluation, and follow-up, ensuring sustainability and continuous instructional improvement.

Abstract

This study explores how Artificial Intelligence (AI) is being adopted in workplace settings, with a focus on the healthcare sector. Guided by the Theory of Planned Behavior (TPB) and Theory of Reasoned Action (TRA), the research examines factors that shape employees' willingness to continue using AI. Insights from 112 survey respondents from across various sectors in Indonesia especially in health sector, measuring General Attitude towards AI (GAAIS) and Continuance Intention (CI) give results that indicate a positive attitude towards AI significantly affects employees’ intention to continue using AI, with perceived support and skills enhancing acceptance. Interviews with healthcare professionals reveal that positive attitudes, trust in AI, and support from peers significantly influence adoption. However, concerns about data privacy and algorithmic fairness remain key challenges. While AI demonstrates its potential to improve efficiency in both routine and complex tasks, successful integration requires human supervision and tailored training. Conclusively, companies are recommended to foster a supportive environment and provide training to reduce resistance and enhance AI integration for productivity and efficiency. By enhancing transparency, strengthening data protection, and fostering a supportive environment, organizations can ensure AI becomes a trusted partner in driving productivity and innovation.

Abstract

The rapid advancement of digital technologies has strengthened the strategic importance of digital literacy in fostering knowledge‐sharing behavior within organizations. This study examines the effect of digital literacy on employees’ knowledge‐sharing intention in Kota Yogyakarta and Kota Bandung, two major urban centers in Indonesia. A mixed‐methods approach was employed, involving 60 respondents through questionnaire surveys supported by narrative analysis. Quantitative data were analyzed using validity and reliability tests and simple linear regression. The results indicate that digital literacy has a significant positive influence on knowledge‐sharing intention. Furthermore, employees in Kota Bandung exhibit higher knowledge‐sharing intention compared to those in Kota Yogyakarta, suggesting contextual differences in digital readiness and knowledge culture. These findings highlight the need for organizations to strengthen continuous digital literacy initiatives as a strategy to enhance collaborative knowledge practices in the workplace.
