Abstract

Creative thinking and critical thinking are one of the thinking skills that are often studied and developed to optimize thinking abilities. The initial basis of initial abilities is imagination. However, many people interpret the meaning of imagination as an unscientific fantasy. Using the literature review method, it was found that there is an ability that every human being has, including elementary school children, namely imagination. Creative imagination as a whole can be interpreted as an attempt to prove something about a person by taking several forms of existing goals, not only for the creator himself but also for other people. (RIBOT, 1906). We detail this effort to prove as a series of thought processes at the stages of having new ideas, flexibility, authenticity, expressing opinions, evaluating arguments, new ideas and making conclusions. This process combines critical thinking and creative thinking skills with rearranging indicators as needed. Humans cannot only use creative thinking skills or critical skills, everything goes hand in hand to create ideas and conclusions.

Abstract

Supervision in Education continues to be a concern for stakeholders. Moreover, with the implementation of the Merdeka curriculum, all regulations related to education have undergone changes or adjustments. This writing aims to examine the laws and regulations governing supervisors and the theories that support them. The method used in writing this research is a qualitative method using library research. The results showed that educational supervision according to the latest laws and regulations was carried out by heads of education units, school/madrasah committees, central government and regional governments.

Abstract

Education is one of the important pillars in the development of society and the country. To ensure a quality learning experience, educational supervision becomes an inevitable component in the education system. This article outlines various aspects of educational supervision, including the types, techniques, types, and processes involved in the process of supervising and improving educational practice. The approach in this article uses a qualitative approach with literature study data collection techniques. The type of supervision based on the supervisor's work attitude is supervision that is corrective, prefentive, constructive, creative. Educational supervision techniques are carried out individually and in groups. The types of educational supervision that can be used are autocratic, democratic, laisses faire, coercive, and training and guidance. The educational supervision process includes the planning, implementation, evaluation, and follow-up stages.

Abstract

Pendidikan merupakan sesuatu yang dibutuhkan dalam peningkatan Sumber Daya Manusia di sebuah Lembaga Pendidikan. Sebuah lembaga pedidikan akan mampu memajukan lembaganya apabila ditangani oleh figure pemimpin yang baik. Dengan kemampuan seorang pemimpin yang baik dapat menggerakkan orang-orang menuju tujuan jangka panjang dan betul-betul merupakan usaha untuk memenuhi kepentingan mereka. Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk membahas terkait perbedaan antara pemimpin dan manajer. Metode yang digunakan adalah penelitian kualitatif, dengan pendekatan studi kepustakaan (library research). Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini menggunakan data-data pustaka dari sumber yang relavan. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa pemimpin sebagai seseorang dengan wewenang kepemimpinannya mengarahkan bawahannya untuk mengerjakan sebagian dari pekerjaannya dalam mencapai tujuan. Sedangkan manajer adalah seseorang yang bekerja melalui orang lain dengan mengoordinasikan kegiatan-kegiatannya guna mencapai sasaran suatu organisasi. Perbedaan antara manajer dan pemimpin adalah dari bagaimana cara memotivasi orang-orang yang bekerja atau mengikuti mereka, dan ini menetapkan untuk aspek-aspek lain sebagian besar dari apa yang mereka lakukan.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh siswa yang kurang bisa mengelola emosi saat belajar di kelas, kurang motivasi dalam belajar, kurang percaya diri, dan hasil belajar kognitif yang kurang. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan kecerdasan emosional dengan hasil belajar kognitif siswa pada pembelajaran tematik di kelas V SD Negeri Sindangsari. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode korelasional. Subjek penelitian ini adalah siswa sekolah dasar kelas V SDN Sindangsari Kecamatan Sindangagung Kabupaten Kuningan dengan populasi yang sama dengan sampel sebanyak 40 siswa. Variabel dalam penelitian ini adalah kecerdasan emosional siswa dan hasil belajar kognitif. Dalam pengumpulan data, penelitian ini menggunakan kuesioner dalam bentuk skala Guttman dan studi dokumentasi. Teknik analisis menggunakan uji normalitas, uji korelasi product moment, uji regresi linier sederhana, dan uji determinasi. Hasil analisis data menunjukkan adanya hubungan yang positif dan signifikan antara kecerdasan emosional dengan hasil belajar kognitif siswa pada pembelajaran tematik yaitu r sebesar 0,464 pada taraf hubungan sedang.

Abstract

The study aims to determine the influence of Knowledge Sharing Intention variable on Innovative Work Behaviour in employees at PT. XYZ. The results show that the influence of Knowledge Sharing Intention variable on Innovative Work Behaviour variable is 63.5%. From the frequency distribution results in the table, it can be seen that employees at PT. XYZ tend to have good Knowledge Sharing Intention and Innovative Work Behaviour. However, for the level of innovativeness, superiors tend to be more innovative than subordinates who do not have subordinates. Therefore, to increase the level of innovation of employees, superiors must provide means for subordinates to be more innovative, because superiors influence the level of innovation of their employees

Abstract

Teori Studi Hukum Kritis menjadi alternatif lain sebagai pemahaman baru dalam dunia ilmu hukum, manfaat dari kritisnya teori ini sangat penting sebagai upaya untuk memahami keadaan sosial dan tatanan hukum untuk merekonstruksi struktur sosial yang banyak ketimpangan antara teori dan praktek dalam membentuk peraturan daearah yang berbasis keadilan sosial transpormatif. Dalam penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian yuridis-normatif yang biasa juga dikenal penelitian dogmatik dengan objek penelitiannya pada Undang-Undang Pembentukan Peraturan Perundang-Undangan (UUP3).  Uji relevansi teori ada pada pasal 14 Undang-Undang Pembentukan Peraturan Perundang-Undangan (UUP3) mengenai Perda karena sebagai bagian dari otonomi daerah. Sampai pada kesimpulan bahwasanya Pemikiran studi hukum kritis merupakan sebuah gerakan yang pada dasarnya adalah kritik terhadap positivisme dan formalisme hukum dan studi hukum kritis berkonsep bahwa hukum itu tidak bisa dipandang stagnan, tetapi harus dimaknai sebagai norma-norma yang dinamis dan teori ini menjadi alternatif untuk memecahkan masalah seluas-luasnya yang tidak terkandung dalam peraturan pemerintah daerah yang bersifat tekstual.

Abstract

This article discusses academic supervision in educational institutions as an important component in the management and improvement of the quality of education. Academic supervision is a series of activities that aim to help teachers develop their ability to manage the learning process. This study describes the stages in academic supervision which include planning, implementation, results analysis, follow-up plans, and reporting. In planning, supervisors need to draw up schedules, determine problem focuses, and develop supervisory instruments. The implementation of supervision is carried out through various methods such as classroom observation, interviews, and discussions with teachers. The results of the supervision analysis are used as a basis to formulate follow-up and improvement recommendations. This study concludes that planned and systematic academic supervision plays a crucial role in improving teacher competence and the quality of learning in educational institutions

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the role of educational administration supervision in improving the quality of school management. The quality of school management is highly dependent on the effectiveness of supervision carried out by the principal, educational supervisor, and administrative staff. In this study, the method used is a literature study, by reviewing various relevant literature, both from books, articles, journals, and policy documents related to educational administration supervision. The analysis was carried out on various theories and practices of supervision related to increasing efficiency, accountability, and transparency in school management. The results of the literature study indicate that educational administration supervision plays an important role in creating an organized and efficient management system, improving managerial quality, and strengthening the capabilities of administrative staff. In addition, challenges identified in the implementation of supervision include the lack of training and professional development for administrative staff, technological limitations, and low levels of collaboration between related parties. As a solution, this study proposes the importance of increasing information technology-based training and developing a data-based and collaborative supervision system to support better school management quality. These findings are expected to contribute to the development of more effective and adaptive educational administration supervision policies and practices
