<![CDATA[The purpose of this study was to explain the morphology of competing behavior of twins based on parental care that occurred in Nagari Sicincin. This study uses qualitative techniques, and data analysis techniques used are interviews and observation. The research subjects were 4 pairs of twins and 8 people. The effectiveness of the data using data triangulation techniques at the source. Data analysis was carried out interactively where parents treated their children. Resolving conflicts that occur in Gemini. There are two problems that are treated differently in the family. Other causes of sibling competition are product competition, clothing changes, and gift giving in social situations where not all subjects receive the same goods. The forms of sibling rivalry behavior that occur can be divided into three aspects, namely physical, psychological, and social. The results of this study indicate that the role of the family in terms of function can be in the form of socialization, education and parenting. It provides emotional and material support. <![CDATA[Masa remaja merupakan tahapan yang harus dialami seseorang sebagai individu. Kaum muda sering mengalami krisis pribadi dan masalah perkembangan yang kompleks. Pada masa remaja, perubahan emosi, kognitif, fisik, dan psikologis cenderung bergelombang. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis kemampuan kognitif remaja pornografi. Survei ini menggunakan metode penelitian deskriptif kualitatif. Teknik analisis data meliputi tahap observasi, wawancara, dan pengumpulan data. Berdasarkan serangkaian proses evaluasi, hasilnya dibahas dan teori yang diterapkan diperdalam. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa remaja dengan pecandu pornografi mengalami gangguan kognitif. Artinya, pornografi yang terus menerus dapat merusak fungsi kognitif atau mental seseorang dalam kaitannya dengan pengetahuan yang berkaitan dengan perolehan, pelestarian, pemrosesan, dan penelitian orang tersebut. Kita dapat menyimpulkan bahwa kecanduan pornografi remaja adalah penyebab utama kehancurannya di masa depan.]]>

<![CDATA[The background of this study is that there is still a widespread negative perception among the general public about children born into broken homes. The general public still believes that children from broken-home families are wild and cannot be cared for. The purpose of this study is to address the issue of how school-age children from broken-home families perceive themselves, especially school-age children with an age range of 7-17 years. This research uses a qualitative case study approach—details of data collection methods through interviews and observations. The subjects of this study were 15 broken home-schooling children. This research shows that parents (mother/father) and other relatives (grandfather, grandmother, aunt, uncle) play a role in children's daily lives. The results of this study can package and represent the contribution of parents and teachers in building the self-concept of broken home children.]]>

<![CDATA[Penelitian ini adalah suatu bentuk pengabdian kepada masyarakat yang bertujuan untuk memberikan edukasi terkait tentang Covid 19 dan vaksinasi dalam menurunkan tingkat kecemasan siswa, serta untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan siswa mengenai Covid 19 dan vaksinasinya. Pengabdian ini dilakukan pada siswa di SMP Negeri 2 Silaut. Dalam pelaksanaan pengabdian ini, mitra yang diajak untuk kerjasama adalah guru dan siswa SMP Negeri 2 Silaut. Permasalahan yang ditemukan masih terdapat siswa dengan yang terpapar Covid 19. Solusi yang dilakukan untuk mengatasi masalah tersebut ialah mengamati langsung penerapan protokol kesehatan oleh siswa dan guru serta memberikan penyuluhan kesehatan tentang Covid 19 dan Vaksinasinya. Metode yang digunakan dengan melakukan pengamatan lansung terhadap siswa dan guru, memberikan penyuluhan langsung tentang covid-19, mengajarkan cara mencuci tangan yang baik dan benar, pemberian masker dan handsanitiser serta mensosialisasikan gejala, pencegahannya dan vaksinasinya, serta melakukan evaluasi secara berkala melalui pengamatan oleh guru terhadap siswa secara kontinyu.]]>

<![CDATA[This research was motivated by the existence of adolescents who experience depressive disorders triggered by cases of Toxic Relationships. The purpose of this study was to find out how the relationship between Toxic Relationship cases and depressive disorders in adolescents. This research uses qualitative methods. Data was collected by means of case studies, observations and questionnaires. The exact location of the study is at SMA Negeri 1 Pariaman. With the number of respondents as many as 27 adolescents aged 16-17 years. Using data analysis techniques, namely data reduction, display, and verification. The results of this study state that there is a relationship between Toxic Relationships that can cause depressive disorders for adolescents who experience it.]]>

<![CDATA[This research was conducted based on field observations on third grade elementary school students. This study aims to increase students' understanding of science learning in class III SD through the learning method of animated video media. The research method used is a qualitative method by making observations in the field by forming two different groups, displaying two different learning methods. The first method is carried out by presenting an animated video related to the material to be delivered and the second method is carried out in a way that is usually done by the teacher when teaching, and then observations are carried out with interview sessions and documentation. The research results obtained are that many children are interested in the video animation method, they are more focused on looking at the screen and actively respond when there are several questions presented in the animation. While the delivery of material carried out by their teachers is more likely to be boring, silent, and not responding to questions posed by the teacher. Thus it can be concluded that children are more interested in the animated video learning method compared to the method that is often taught by teachers at school.]]>

<![CDATA[Boarding school like a home for the students which is a blend of three educations; namely family education, school education, and community education. Islamic boarding schools have an important role in educating the character of students, especially students who have bad habits such as skipping classes or running away from the hostel. A strategy is needed to overcome and address this behavior of truant students. Therefore, this study aims to: (1) find out the strategies used by Islamic boarding school supervisors in addressing the behavior of truant students, (2) describe the strategy of the supervisor in addressing this behavior. This study uses a qualitative-descriptive method. The research subjects were Nurul Yaqin Al-Hidayah and Nurul Yaqin Aswaja Islamic boarding schools who were conducted by interviewing the subject directly. The results of the study show that students who skip classes will be called into the counseling room and asked about the cause and advised if skipping is done just once. If it still continues, then by calling his parents to the hut. In addition, students who skip classes are also given sanctions such as cleaning the toilet]]>

<![CDATA[The purpose of this study was to find out how Bullying behavior occurs in Islamic boarding school students Nurul Yaqin Ringan-ringan, what factors cause Bullying behavior, as well as the role of parents and society in the efforts of students to control Bullying behavior in Islamic boarding schools. This study used a qualitative method in which this case went through a process of observation, in-depth interviews and document analysis. The results of the study involving several informants, such as teachers, students and parents, showed that there were two forms of Bullying behavior, mild and severe. Factors that cause Bullying behavior are internal and external factors. Efforts made by parents and teachers to control Bullying behavior are preventive and repressive measures. Preventive actions, such as reprimanding and supervising students as well as imposing sanctions or punishments that identify Bullying behavior, as well as cooperation between the pesantren and parents to minimize the occurrence of Bullying behavior]]>
