Abstract

This study aimed to determine the strategies of learning organizations in dealing with the Covid-19 pandemic. This study uses a post-positivism approach with qualitative methods. Data was collected through in-depth interviews with informants from four companies analyzed online. Based on the data and analysis results, it can be concluded that the company has demonstrated the application of several disciplines from the fifth discipline approach. These four organizations have not fully implemented the five disciplines; some companies carry out 2 or 3 sentences from Peter Senge. Each company applies its methods and strategies, and all four can survive the Covid 19 pandemic.

Abstract

Masa pandemi Covid-19 mengakibatkan semua negara mengalami kesulitan ekonomi. Pemerintah menekankan pentingnya memanfaatkan Anggaran Pendapatan dan Belanja Negara (APBN), Anggaran Pendapatan dan Belanja Daerah (APBD), serta anggaran BUMN untuk membeli produk dalam negeri demi memacu pertumbuhan ekonomi nasional. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk memberi masukan terhadap upaya pemerintah dalam meningkatkan penggunaan produk dalam negeri. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif karena data yang dihasilkan berupa kata atau deskripsi dengan menggunakan pendekatan studi pustaka atau literatur

Abstract

In Indonesia, poverty is a very crucial problem, therefore, poverty alleviation must be a top priority in economic development, both in the short and long term. In order to reduce the level of poverty in Indonesia, the Government from 2017 until now has distributed social assistance for basic food programs in 514 regencies/cities throughout Indonesia with different target recipients and aid values ​​each year. The problem of the number of target recipients of social assistance and the value of assistance received by the community is not based on the poverty rate in Indonesia in the 2017-2022 period. This shows that the ineffectiveness of providing social assistance is due to the declining poverty rate, but the value of the assistance provided is increasing. The research approach used is using qualitative research methods using literature studies. This research is aimed at understanding meaning, understanding particular contexts, anticipating unanticipated phenomena and influences, and understanding processes. Based on the results and discussions that can be done in order to increase the Strength of the Social Assistance Program for the Sembako, it is to ensure the fulfillment of the objectives of the program, namely balanced nutrition and preventing stunting. , there are problems related to the aid received by the poor that is not timely, the basic food materials received by the community are not suitable for consumption (low quality). From the Opportunities side of the Social Assistance Program, the Sembako Program is that the basic food assistance program has not become one of the aids that contribute directly to poverty reduction, and the Threats are that there is no regulatory update related to the criteria for the poor, so that the regions have their own criteria, policies have not accommodated special conditions , as well as changes to regulations that change the policy for distributing social assistance programs

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of unemployment and poverty on crime, especially in the province of East Java in an effort to maintain national defense. This research entirely uses secondary data obtained from BPS East Java. This study uses the analisis Ordinary Least Square (OLS) approach with Eviews. The results of this study indicate that: (1) Unemployment has a positive and significant effect on crime in East Java. (2) Poverty has a positive and significant effect on crime in East Java. (3) Unemployment and Poverty have a simultaneous or joint effect on crime in East Java. Based on the results of this study, the authors suggest to the East Java Provincial Government to make policies that are oriented towards reducing the number of unemployment and poverty in East Java Province.

Abstract

Youth has a central role in overseeing the development journey, The role played by youth in the economic field is able to be optimally actualized as we all expect. The establishment of the Karang Taruna Cooperative, Jatiuwung District, Tagerang City, is predicted to be able to provide the welfare of members and the surrounding community. The process of empowering youth through the Karang Taruna Cooperative is implemented through Community Service (PKM) activities to provide empirical ideas for real work for the economic progress of more independent youth. Economic empowerment through the Karang Taruna cooperative can create an integrated unity between the role of the campus and the community, especially the PKM Team of UPN Veteran Jakarta Lecturers with Karang Taruna, Jatiuuwung District, Tangerang City. In the process, there are problems faced by the youth economy including: a). Not understanding the meaning and importance of Cooperatives for youth economic empowerment b). Do not yet understand running good cooperative management, c). Not optimal business run by Taruna reefs. Departing from the real problems and conditions of the role of youth for the economy to increase, it is necessary to support the activities and stages of implementing Youth Cooperatives such as getting to know the types of cooperatives, cooperative groups, cooperative businesses and knowing how to manage cooperatives properly and correctly. Furthermore, it is necessary to give an understanding of the conditions for establishing a cooperative. Understanding in preparing documents in the form of a license that must be owned by the cooperative if it is established and the business is already running. Participants will be given a stamp on cooperative management, cooperative working capital consisting of principal deposits, compulsory deposits and voluntary deposits, all of which come from members. After that, participants were given material on calculating the remaining business results that must be distributed to members every year known as SHU and the Annual Member Meeting (RAT) which must be held by the management every year. Thus, it can be seen that the impact of the Karang Taruna Cooperative needs to provide benefits for the suisnability of the youth's business. Therefore, the Karang Taruna Jatiuwung Cooperative in Tangerang City is able to improve the economy of members and the community by being free from poverty in order to improve their standard of living independently

Abstract

Kemandirian industry pertahanan menjadi keharusan dalam bidang pertahanan. Mandirinya industry pertahanan menjadi efek deteren system pertahanan sebuah negara. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis Strategi Pemasaran Produksi Kapal Bangunan Baru PT Dok Kodja Bahari (Persero) dalam Mendukung Industri Pertahanan yang selama lima tahun belakangan selalu merugi. Metode penelitian yang digunakan ialah Metode Kualitatif dengan desain deskriptif Analisa SWOT. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa (1) Strategi Pemasaran yang dilakukan PT Dok Kodja Bahari ialah quality, cost, delivery, service, health, safety, environment masih belum memadai. (2) kendala yang dihadapi PT DKB dalam produksi Kapal Bangunan Baru yaitu ada pada Permodalan, Perencanaan yang kurang matang, dan persyaratan TKDN (3) Analisis SWOT, strategi pemasaran yang dapat dilakukan PT Dok Kodja Bahari adalah strategi agresif dengan memberdayakan fasilitas dan proporsi yang dimiliki PT DKB (Persero) sebagai Industri Perkapalan, menyerap sumber daya manusia yang lebih kompeten dalam rangka meningkatkan peran sector transportasi laut tersebut diperlukan suatu industri galangan kapal yang kuat dan punya daya saing baik itu dari segi teknologi, sumber daya manusia, modal serta dukungan pemerintah melalui kebijakan-kebijakannya dengan menerapkan klaster industry perkapalan. Memanfaatkan system hedging untuk menekan kurs bunga sehingga permodalan pada produksi Kapal Bangunan Baru yang telah ditetapkan di RAP tidak berubah.

Abstract

This study aims to determine and analyze management knowledge, employee attitudes, work discipline through decision making on MK3 at PT Indonesia Comnets Plus. In this study, there was a sample population taken from field workers totaling 98 workers, all of these workers were pulling engineering workers, fiber optic cable installations. The sample selection technique used in the study was saturated sampling where the entire population was sampled. The data analysis technique used is path analysis and hypothesis testing in this study using the partial test (t test) and the coefficient of determination test using the SPSS program. The results obtained from the data analysis of this study explain that there is a positive influence on Management Knowledge, Employee Attitudes, Work Discipline through Decision Making on Health and Safety Management after the research is used as a mediating variable.

Abstract

Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuatitatif yang bertujuan untuk menganalisa pengaruh Budaya Organisasi, Pendidikan dan Pelatihan, Motivasi Kerja terhadap pengembangan karir, dengan variabel Motivasi Kerja berperan sebagai variabel intervening. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah para karyawan di PT Arga Bangun Bangsa dengan sampel sebanyak 126 responden. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui penyebaran kuesioner. Teknis analisis yang digunakan adalah metode analisis PLS (Partial Least Square). Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa Budaya Organisasi tidak berpengaruh terhadap Pengembangan Karir dan Budaya Organisasi juga tidak berpengaruh terhadap Pengembagan Karir melalui Motivasi. berbeda dengan Variabel Pendidikan dan Pelatihan dari hasil penelitian menjelaskan bahwa Pendidikan dan Pelatihan berpengaruh terhadap Pengembangan Karir dan Variabel Pendidikan dan Pelatihan juga berpengaruh terhadap pengembangan karir melalui motivasi.

Abstract

The Covid-19 pandemic has had an impact on economic changes in Indonesia. Therefore, this study aims to analyze more deeply related to the post-pandemic community empowerment strategy in the perspective of the defense economy in Indonesia. This study collaborated with ten participants through a qualitative approach. Data collection was carried out with a 95-minute Focus Group Discussion to review data related to post-pandemic economic changes and community empowerment strategies. In-depth interviews were conducted to obtain information related to the planning and development of the post-pandemic defense economy. The interview technique was conducted face-to-face and there were five participants. The interviewees included one community empowerment strategist, two defense economists and two representatives of non-governmental organizations. The duration of time required for in-depth interviews ranges from 65-90 minutes for one participant. The results of this study indicate the process of ratification of community empowerment and economic recovery efforts in Indonesia. In addition, planning and development of the post-pandemic defense economy. This research has implications for community development through processes and actions that can increase community empowerment after the pandemic.

Abstract

The development of information technology has transformed business and daily life. Organizational transformations are precipitated by the advancement of information technology. In the 21st century, loyal, committed, and dedicated employees are a company's most valuable asset since they perform better and spend more time improving organizational outcomes. This study aims to analyze the effect of work motivation, job security, and organizational climate on employee commitment to the organization, with job involvement as an intervening variable at PT. X. This research used a non-experimental quantitative research method with a total sampling technique, collecting data from 117 respondents using valid and reliable questionnaires. The research results were analyzed using Partial Least Square-Structural Equation Modelling (PLS-SEM) with Smart PLS version 3. The findings demonstrate that employee commitment to the organization is positively and significantly affected by work motivation, job security, and organizational climate. Furthermore, through job involvement as an intervening variable, work motivation, job security, and organizational climate exert a positive and significant indirect effect on employee commitment. However, their direct effects on employee commitment to the organization are greater than the indirect effects mediated by job involvement.
