Abstract

This study aims to produce a product of discovery learning-based student worksheets on the material of my rich Indonesia in grade V elementary school that is feasible. The research method used is research and development (R&D) by adapting the Thiagarajan 4D development model (define, design, development, and dissemination). The data source of this research is the validation result from one validator, and teacher response questionnaire. The data collection techniques were validation instruments and teacher response questionnaires. The results showed that during the research conducted using four stages of define, design, development and dissemination. The level of validity of the learner worksheet based on the results of didactic expert assessment with an average of 4.07 with the category “good”, construction 4 “good” and technical 4.5 “good”. Furthermore, the response from the teacher obtained an average of 4.91 in the “very good” category.

Abstract

This study aims to determine learning outcomes, whether there is an influence, and how much influence of the use of YouTube video media to the learning outcomes of class V college students of the country 06 Pontianak south. The method of this research is the experimental method with the type of quasi experimental research. The data analysis technique used in this research is measurement / test-shaped technique of multiple choice. The instrument of this research is about pre test and posttest. The results showed the result of student learning students of v. Primary School of the country 06 Pontianak south searched the difference between experimental and control classes showing some advantages affecting learning outcomes by applying video media and not video client media, Microwuate video media affect the learning outcomes of class V college students Primary School 06 Pontianak South is with significance value of 0.013, and great from the effect of YouTube video media to student learning outcomes of class V college of the country 06 Pontianak South is 1 of which is included in the category high.

Abstract

The research describes the implementation of the thematic learning process during the Covid-19 pandemic and the teacher's constraints on implementing the thematic learning process during the Covid-19 pandemic. This research uses a qualitative descriptive method approach. Research participants acted as data sources, namely class V B thematic teachers. The research instrument was a human instrument, namely researchers. Data collection techniques are interviews and documentation. The data analysis technique is the Miles And Huberman model. The results of the research show that the implementation of the thematic learning process during the Covid-19 pandemic was carried out by teachers with online distance learning for fifth grade students using the WhatsApp application that was going quite well. The implementation of the thematic learning process during the pandemic with online distance learning for fifth grade students of North Pontianak 05 Public Elementary School, namely, the teacher makes online lesson plans, prepares teaching materials/materials, the teacher uses the assignment method, the teacher approaches students, teacher readiness, availability of facilities and infrastructure is sufficient to support learning that is carried out online, in the form of evaluation in online learning. In the implementation of the thematic learning process during the pandemic, teachers also experienced problems, while the obstacles experienced by teachers in implementing the thematic learning process with online distance learning during the Covid-19 pandemic, namely, during the process of delivering material, learning, the process of interaction with students in the learning process, constraints during evaluation and learning objectives, and constraints when managing teaching materials.

Abstract

This research aims to produce Pop Up Book-Based Learning Media for Science and Science Learning Material on Metamorphosis, Changes in the Shape of Living Creatures for Class III of 36 Pontianak City Public Elementary Schools which has been tested for validity and practic for use. The research method used is Research and Development (R & D). The development stages used in this research adopted the ADDIE (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation and Evaluation) development model developed by Dick & Carry. The results of research on the development of learning media are learning media based on the results of analysis for class III students, namely media that is interesting, both in terms of appearance and media content. Based on the results of the expert validator's assessment, the Pop Up Book media was declared "very valid" in terms of design, language and material aspects. Based on the results of trials in class III, the learning media developed was also declared "very practical" to use. This level of practicality was obtained from the results of questionnaires given to small and large groups.

Abstract

This study aims to describe the implementation of thematic learning during the Covid-19 pandemic in grade IV students of the 37 Southeast Pontianak State Elementary School which refers to the Regulation of the Minister of Education and Culture No. redesigned by the Education Quality Assurance Institute (LPMP). This research is included in the descriptive type of qualitative research. The data collection technique in this study was sourced from the homeroom teacher of class IV B at the 37 Southeast Pontianak State Elementary School. Using data collection instruments in the form of interviews, observations and documentation. The data analysis used is data selection, data presentation and conclusion drawing. The results of this study indicate that the implementation of limited face-to-face learning (PTM) has been carried out quite well, teachers have prepared planning and carried out learning quite well using methods adapted to student needs during the Covid-19 pandemic. However, limited face-to-face learning also has obstacles in its implementation considering that the available learning time is very limited so that teachers must increase the provision of learning motivation to children so that understanding of the material presented during learning can be well received by students.

Abstract

The availability of standard integrated diagnostic assessment tools for measuring students' learning interests with technology for the Entikong border area is not yet available, so an instrument is needed to help educators measure students' initial assessments. This study aimed to analyze non-cognitive diagnostic assessments of website-based learning interests. The Research and Development (R&D) method was used in this study, with three stages of activity, namely Need Analysis & Design, Development, and Evaluation. The subjects of validation were 10 assessment experts and five website graphic experts. A limited trial for practicality testing was carried out during the Evaluation stage. The instruments used were interview guidelines, validity questionnaires, and response questionnaires for practicality testing. Data analysis was quantitative and qualitative, using the Lawshe formula to measure validity. The results showed that the assessment developed had an average CVR value of 0.99 and 1 with a valid category and a practicality test of 93.75% with a convenient category. This study concludes that the non-cognitive diagnostic assessment instrument for website-based learning interests developed meets the requirements for validity and practicality. This research implies that educators can use the website-based non-cognitive diagnostic assessment instrument as a reference in designing learning according to student needs based on the Independent Curriculum.

Abstract

AbstrakKegiatan ini meningkatkan pemahaman pada mahasiswa tentang pentingnya soft skills dalam profesi guru, memberikan bekal praktis dalam mengembangkan soft skills yang relevan dengan konteks pembelajaran di sekolah dasar, dan meningkatkan kompetensi calon guru sekolah dasar dalam menerapkan soft skills dalam interaksi dengan siswa dan rekan sejawat. Metode penyampaian berupa bimbingan langsung, dilaksanakan selama sehari dengan fokus pada konsep dan praktik penerapan soft skills yang relevan dengan konteks pembelajaran di sekolah dasar. Kegiatan dilaksanakan di Kampus PGSD FKIP Untan, diikuti oleh 33 mahasiswa yang tergabung dalam kepengurusan HIMA PGSD Tahun 2023/2024. Hasil akhir memberikan dampak positif dalam menambah bekal menjadi calon guru yang profesional dalam hal keterampilan nonteknis atau interpersonal yang kelak dapat diaplikasi dalam mengemban tugas sebagai guru. Kata kunci: Penguatan Soft Skills, Calon Guru Sekolah Dasar. AbstractThis activity increases students' understanding of the importance  of soft skills in the teaching profession, provides practical provisions in developing soft skills that are relevant to the learning context in elementary schools, and improves the competence of prospective elementary school teachers in applying soft skills in interactions with students and peers. The delivery method is in the form of direct guidance, carried out for a day with a focus on the concept and practice of applying soft skills that are relevant to the learning context in elementary school. The activity was held at the PGSD FKIP Untan Campus, attended by 33 students who are members of the management of HIMA PGSD in 2023/2024. The final result has a positive impact in adding to the provision of becoming a professional teacher candidate in terms of non-technical or interpersonal skills that can later be applied in carrying out duties as a teacher. Keywords: Strengthening Soft Skills, Elementary School Teacher Candidates.

Abstract

This research aims to assist Ayam Geprek restaurants in optimizing the production of Ayam Geprek using the simplex method. The primary objectives are: 1) To determine the ideal number of Ayam Geprek to be produced to maximize profits, 2) To analyze whether the current production of Ayam Geprek has already achieved maximum profitability, 3) To assess the efficiency of raw material and resource utilization in the production process, and 4) To evaluate the impact of the simplex method on profit changes and resource utilization. Data for the research was collected through direct observation, involving information about raw materials, labor, and customer demand. The analysis was conducted using QM for Windows software to determine the optimal results. The findings indicate that the simplex method can help improve efficiency, utilize resources more effectively, and maximize profits.Warung Makan Ayam Geprek AA Ray faces challenges in managing production optimally to maximize profits. Based on both manual calculations and the simplex method using QM for Windows, it was found that the maximum profit of 850,000 can be achieved by producing 0.5 units of Ayam Geprek (X1) and 3 units of Lele Geprek (X2).

Abstract

This research aims to develop a supplement product for teaching materials based on local wisdom in West Kalimantan for class V elementary schools that is suitable for use to assist learning activities in the independent curriculum. The research method used in this research is the Research and Development (RnD) method by adapting the ADDIE (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, Evaluation) model. The data sources for this research were 27 students in class V B of the 17 Pontianak City Elementary School, 1 class teacher, 2 expert validators who assessed 3 aspects, namely material aspects, design and language aspects. The data collection techniques used in this research used interview and questionnaire techniques. The research results show that the development of teaching material supplements based on local wisdom in West Kalimantan has gone through 4 research stages and 5 research stages. The product validity results for the material aspect obtained 0.92 with the criteria (Very High Validity). Then the language aspect obtained 0.90 with the criteria (Very High Validity). Then the design aspect gets a score of 1 with the criteria (Very High Validity). The teacher response results obtained very good criteria with an average percentage score of 93.3%. The results of student responses in the first stage of the trial obtained a percentage value of 93% and the second stage of the trial obtained a percentage value of 94.4% with very feasible criteria.

Abstract

The change from face-to-face learning to online learning makes it difficult for teachers to create good learning. This causes student learning outcomes to be low because students have difficulty in learning. This study aims to develop Google Classroom-based teaching materials suitable for learning Indonesian on theme 3 sub-theme 1 for grade IV in elementary schools. This type of research is development research that uses the ADDIE model. The research subjects are 3 experts from media expert validator, linguist validator, and learning design. The research sample was 32 students. The methods used to analyze the data are observation, interviews, and questionnaires. The instrument used in collecting data is a questionnaire. The technique used to analyze the research data is descriptive qualitative and quantitative analysis. The study results, namely the validation of design experts, showed an average number of 4.6, which was categorized as very valid; the expert validation of the learning video shows an average of 4.75, which is also classified as very valid. The results of video validation studies of linguists and experts also show very valid results with an average of 4.35 and 4.65, respectively. In addition, the results of expert validation of e-book learning and learning videos obtained an average score of 4.6 and 4.55, and both numbers are classified as very valid. Finally, the teacher's assessment of the practicality of teaching materials obtained an average of 3.45 and is classified as very practical. It can be concluded that Google Classroom-based teaching materials suitable for learning Indonesian are feasible to be applied in the learning process. This research implies that teachers' teaching materials can be used by teachers to facilitate students in learning Indonesian.
