Abstract

Artikel ini  bertujuan untuk melihat bagaimana sihir kecantikan awet muda yang ditawarkan oleh produk kecantikan anti penuaan SK II R.N.A Power Airy melalui iklan produk New SK II R.N.A Power Airy Tang Wei’s Secret to Look Younger-Looking Skin dapat menghipnotis perempuan untuk memiliki rasa takut dan kecemasan berlebih terhadap penuan. Penggunaan trik yang digunakan dalam kampanye iklan tersebut untuk  menjadikan perempuan sebagai pemuja ramuan ajaib yang paling setia serta takut terhadap penuaan. Penelitian ini menggunakan analisis semiotika dengan menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif. Iklan adalah pesan komersial, yakni secara semiotika terdapat tanda dan makna. Melalui pelbagai tanda yang dapat dilihat secara visual tersebut, maka tampilan iklan produk anti penuaan dapat dikaji serta ditafsirkan melalui konteks dan kepentingannya dengan memandang aspek latar budaya dan idiologi yang membentuk tampilan iklan tersebut. Adapun temuan dari artikel ini adanya narasi besar mengenai kecantikan baik secara sadar maupun tidak sadar telah menghegemoni perempuan untuk selalu cantik dan dituntut mempertahankan kecantikannya. Hal ini didukung pula oleh media melaui tayangan iklan kecantikanproduk New SK II R.N.A Power Airy Tang Wei’s Secret to Look Younger-Looking Skin yang ditayangkan melalui media sosial baru seperti instagram, youtube, dan lain sebagainya. Konsep kecantikan yang dicitrakan melalui iklan tersebut yaitu perempuan muda berkulit putih cerah, sebenarnya merupakan sebuah narasi besar yang dianggap sebagai sebuah keharusan yang benar. Konsep kecantikan tersebut dapat menggiring opini khalayak ramai bahwa perempuan yang cantik adalah perempuan berkulit putih, awet muda serta memiliki tampilan tanpa cela sehingga menjadikan perempuan membenci tubuhnya sendiri dan takut terhadap penuaan.

Abstract

The construction of the New Yogyakarta International Airport (NYIA) by the Government of Indonesia and PT Angkasa Pura I, which began in 2011, has resulted in a number of vertical conflicts between the government-entrepreneurs and local residents, particularly in Jangkaran Village, Sindutan Village, Palihan Village, Kebonrejo Village, Temon Kulon, and Glagah Village. However, even though conflicts arose and there was opposition from many parties including from an environmental impact analysis, the construction of the NYIA Airport was continued and completed in 2019. This study aims to reveal the social and economic impacts felt by local residents in Jangkaran Village, Sindutan Village, Palihan Village, Kebonrejo Village, Temon Kulon Village, and Glagah Village after the construction of the NYIA Airport. Do local residents get economic and social security for the construction of NYIA Airport? Data were obtained using a qualitative research approach through data collection techniques of observation, FGD, and in-depth interviews with villagers at the research locations and other stakeholders. The results showed that some people were able to adapt to changes in socio-economic conditions after the construction of the NYIA. They are able to find a new job that is better than before so that they are socio-economically more prosperous. However, some people are still not able to adapt so they are still in a cycle of poverty that shackles them.Pembangunan Bandara New Yogyakarta International Airport (NYIA) oleh Pemerintah Indonesia dan PT angkasa Pura I yang dimulai tahun 2011, telah mengakibatkan sejumlah konflik vertikal antara pemerintah-pengusaha dan warga lokal, khususnya di Desa Jangkaran, Desa Sindutan, Desa Palihan, Desa Kebonrejo, Desa Temon Kulon, dan Desa Glagah. Namun demikian, meskipun konflik muncul dan terdapat penentangan dari banyak pihak termasuk dari analisis dampak lingkungan, pembangunan Bandara NYIA ini tetap dibangun dan selesai pada tahun 2019, bahkan saat ini telah beroperasi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengungkap dampak sosial dan ekonomi yang dirasakan oleh warga lokal di Desa Jangkaran, Desa Sindutan, Desa Palihan, Desa Kebonrejo, Desa Temon Kulon, dan Desa Glagah pasca pembangunan Bandara NYIA. Apakah warga lokal mendapatkan jaminan ekonomi dan sosial atas pembangunan Bandara NYIA? Data didapat dengan menggunakan pendekatan penelitian kualitatif melalui teknik pengumpulan data berupa observasi, FGD, dan wawancara mendalam dengan warga desa di lokasi penelitian serta stakeholders lain yang terlibat. Selain itu, penelitian ini juga dukungan data sekunder dari penelusuran di internet. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sebagian masyarakat mampu beradaptasi dengan perubahan kondisi sosial ekonomi pasca pembangunan NYIA. Mereka bisa mendapatkan pekerjaan baru yang lebih baik dari sebelumnya sehingga secara sosial-ekonomi meraka lebih sejahtera. Namun demikian sebagian masyarakat masih belum mampu beradaptasi sehingga masih dalam lingkaran kemiskinan yang membelenggu mereka.

Abstract

The need for air transportation in the modern era as it is today is proven to continue to increase significantly. This increase is seen as an opportunity by PT. Angkasa Pura to carry out the construction of a new airport in Yogyakarta. The construction of this airport is welcomed by the Yogyakarta government because it is seen as being able to improve the welfare of the community. However, quite a lot of people are against the construction of this airport for various reasons. This study focuses on efforts to trace the root causes of the conflict in the construction of the New Yogyakarta International Airport (NYIA), identify the actors involved in the conflict, identify the forms of conflict that occur, and identify the social and economic impacts for the Kulonprogo community. The research method used is descriptive qualitative with data mining techniques in the form of observation, in-depth interviews, FGD, and literature studies. The results of this study found that the root cause of the phenomenon of conflict over the construction of the New Yogyakarta International Airport (NYIA) actually occurred due to differences in interests and also different perspectives in the management of natural resources on land in Kulonprogo. Some use the ecofeminism paradigm, some use the capitalist paradigm. This difference then gave rise to conflict between the government-business side and civil society parties who refused to build the airport. Various attempts were made by the community to resist by forming an organization called Wahana Tri Tunggal (WTT) with various forms of resistance social movements in it. The development of the NYIA in turn gave rise to vulnerable groups of people whose survival was threatened because their land as a place to live and their main livelihood was used as an airport. These vulnerable people really need attention and assistance, especially from the government to be able to survive in their new conditions.

Abstract

This article was written as a note in responding to the mainstreaming of religious moderation in Indonesia by examining the dynamics and challenges in the midst of social change in the digital era. This research used literature study. The findings of this research showed that religious expressions shown by adherents of religions cannot be avoided from the tendency to come into contact with digital technology. Religious people, in turn, come into contact with contradictory of digital cultures that give rise to fragmentation and contestation. Moderation campaigns in the digital space to sow messages of peace between religions are now faced with the phenomenon of religious disruption, especially in the digital space. This phenomenon clearly has social implications for social harmony because the scale does not only occur at the internal level of religious communities but also between religious communities. This study recommends revitalizing digital literacy the idea of religious moderation as a process of forming awareness of religious moderation in Indonesian society in the era of digital society.

Abstract

Pandemi Covid-19 mengakibatkan berbagai sektor ekonomi mengalami dampak negatif, seperti penurunan penjualan dan penurunan produktivitas. UMKM merupakan salah satu sektor yang paling terdampak, salah satu UMKM yang terdampak adalah UMKM Handycraft Pijar Emas Blitar. UMKM ini mengalami penurunan penjualan cukup signifikan pada tahun 2020. Sehingga dibutuhkan strategi khusus untuk mengembalikan tingkat penjualan. Berdasarkan teori marketing mix, strategi yang bisa dilakukan adalah dengan strategi 7P, yaitu product, price, place, promotion, people, physical evidence, dan process. Riset ini mencoba menganalisis strategi yang dilakukan Handycraft Pijar Emas untuk melihat strategi pemasarannya. Metode yang digunakan adalah deskriptif kualitatif dengan sumber data diperoleh dari wawancara, observasi, dan studi pustaka. Berdasarkan penelitian yang telah dilakukan, didapatkan hasil bahwa Handycraft Pijar Emas berhasil meningkatkan penjualannya dengan menggunakan strategi marketing mix berupa inovasi dan variasi produk, penyesuain harga dengan memberikan promo menarik, desain tempat yang nyaman, bersih, dan mudah diakses, serta promosi menggunakan media sosial serta pemberian program pelatihan secara virtual secara online kepada para konsumen untuk menarik minat para konsumen, merekrut karyawan yang ahli, dan memberikan pelayanan yang terbaik. Berdasarkan studi yang dilakukan, strategi yang diterapkan Handycraft Pijar Emas berhasil meningkatkan penjualan sehingga strategi tersebut bisa diterapkan di UMKM lain untuk meningkatkan penjualan akibat pandemi Covid-19.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to find out how consumer behavior affects discounts for Shopee customers who make online purchases. Information technology is developing rapidly, and this has an impact on various people's lives, including internet-based companies. As a result, business people, especially those in the e-Commerce sector, have a fantastic opportunity to expose the market through buying and selling goods online. With the help of a larger network of business partners, e-Commerce now includes all procedures for development, marketing, sales, delivery, service and consumer payments. One of them is the Shopee E-Commerce site which offers the sale of goods and services online so that everyone can do business and compete at a low cost. Therefore, many people are tempted or interested in online shopping using Shopee E-Commerce.Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui bagaimana perilaku konsumen mempengaruhi diskon bagi pelanggan Shopee yang melakukan pembelian secara online. Teknologi informasi berkembang pesat, dan hal ini berdampak pada berbagai kehidupan masyarakat, termasuk perusahaan berbasis internet. Alhasil, para pelaku bisnis, khususnya yang bergerak di bidang e-Commerce, memiliki peluang fantastis untuk mengekspos pasar melalui pembelian dan penjualan barang secara online. Dengan bantuan jaringan mitra bisnis yang lebih besar, e-Commerce kini mencakup semua prosedur pengembangan, pemasaran, penjualan, pengiriman, layanan, dan pembayaran konsumen. Salah satunya adalah situs e-Commerce Shopee yang menawarkan penjualan barang dan jasa secara online sehingga setiap orang dapat berbisnis dan bersaing dengan biaya yang murah. Oleh karena itu banyak masyarakat yang tergiur atau tertarik untuk belanja online dengan menggunakanne-Commere Shopee.

Abstract

Program Kampung Iklim aims to encourage the participation of the community and other stakeholders to take action regarding climate change. This study aims to describe communication strategies implemented to increase participation from local governments, communities, and other stakeholders. This research was conducted by desk research with a qualitative approach, and using Strategic Framework Analysis (SFA) as an analytical tool. Analysis carried out on statutory documents, roadmaps, socialization materials, monitoring, evaluation, as well as annual and long-term reports. The results showed that the communication strategy in ProKlim focused on increasing community participation. Context refers to climate hazards that can threaten the sustainability of humankind. Thus, the community must play an active role in handling climate change by adapting and mitigating. The number refers to the increase in temperature per year where the average temperature in 2016 was 1.2ºC higher than the average temperature in 1981-2000. Through visualization, metaphors, and the use of appropriate tones, ProKlim is presented to the public as a persuasive program. Unfortunately, the dissemination is still delivered in a formal and limited way. Thus, it can be concluded that the low community participation in ProKlim is due to the fact that the information conveyed is still formal and does not take place continuously.

Abstract

Abstrak: Kemiskinan dan kesenjangan sosial sampai saat ini masih menjadi permasalahan di Indonesia, tidak terkecuali pada masyarakat berusia lanjut di daerah terpencil. Dalam penelitian ini penulis mengangkat isu mengenai masyarakat lanjut usia yang mengalami ketidakadilan di bidang sosial-ekonomi di daerah terpencil yaitu di Cilincing, Timur Tengah Selatan dan Gorontalo. Teori yang penulis gunakan adalah teori dari Rawls tentang teori kontrak atau sering disebut dengan The Original Position. Selanjutnya penulis juga menggunakan teori pembangunan menurut Meter dan Horn, mereka membagi lima variabel yang mempengaruhi implementasi dari pembangunan sosial yaitu (1) Standar dan sasaran kebijakan (2) Sumber daya (3) Komunikasi antar anggota dan penguatan aktivasi (4) Karakteristik agen pelaksana dan (5) Kondisi Sosial, ekonomi dan politik. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan Teknik pengumpulan data studi literatur. Adapun penyebab permasalahan kemiskinan dan keenjangan sosial dikalangan masyarakat berusia lanjut meliputi keterpencilan dan keterbelakangan, keterbatasan kemampuan mengakses berbagai pelayanan sosial dasar karena ketunaan sosial, kecacatan, keterlantaran, keresahan sosial, serta konflik sosial. Permasalahan kesejahteraan sosial-ekonomi sampai saat ini masih diwarnai dengan permasalahan-permasalahan yang sifatnya konvensional dan perlu ditangani secara bersama antara pemerintah, masyarakat, organisasi sosial, dan lembaga swadaya masyarakat. Kata Kunci: Kesenjangan Sosial, Kemiskinan, Ageing Household, Kesejahteraan Abstract: Poverty and social inequality are still a problem in Indonesia, including the elderly in remote areas. In this study, the authors raise the issue of elderly people who experience injustice in the socio-economic field in remote areas, namely in Cilincing, South Middle East and Gorontalo. The theory that the writer uses is Rawls's theory of contract theory or often called The Original Position. Furthermore, the authors also use development theory according to Meter and Horn, they divide five variables that influence the implementation of social development, namely (1) Policy standards and objectives (2) Resources (3) Communication between members and strengthening activation (4) Characteristics of implementing agents and (5) Social, economic and political conditions. This research uses a qualitative approach with data collection techniques of literature studies. The causes of the problem of poverty and social inequality among the elderly include remoteness and underdevelopment, limited ability to access various basic social services due to social disability, disability, neglect, social unrest, and social conflict. Socio-economic welfare problems are still characterized by problems that are conventional in nature and need to be handled jointly by the government, the community, social organizations and non-governmental organizations. Abstract

Masker Camille Beauty merupakan salah satu produk masker terlaris di e-ecommers. Masker ini memiliki enam varian yang disesuaikan dengan kebutuhan kesehatan kulit konsumen. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis bagaimana content marketing aplikasi TikTok, online customer review, dan harga berpengaruh terhadap keputusan pembelian terhadap keputusan pembelian masker Camille Beauty. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dan memiliki jumlah sampel sebanyak 382 yang merupakan mahasiswa Fakultas Ekonomi dan Bisnis Islam Universitas Sayyid Ali Rahmatullah Tulungagung. Pengambilan sampel dilakukan dengan metode non-probability sampling jenis sampling purposive. Teknik analisis dan pengujian data yang digunakan yaitu analisis regresi linier berganda dan uji hipotesis dengan menggunkan uji t serta uji f. Dalam menganalisis dan menguji data menggunakan software SPSS 25. Berdasarkan hasil pengujian hipotesis secara parsial (uji t) content maketing aplikasi TikTok, online customer review, dan harga berpengaruh terhadap keputusan pembelian masker Camille Beauty. Berdasarkan uji hipotesis secara simultan (uji f) content maketing aplikasi TikTok, online customer review, dan harga secara bersama-sama berpengaruh signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian masker Camille Beauty.

Abstract

Negative difference between the fee for cesarean surgery services provided by the hospital and the tariff claimed by BPJS resulted in the hospital bearing the cost difference. This study aims to determine the level of inefficiency in cesarean surgery healthcare services through cost calculation using the Time Driven Activity Based Costing (TDABC) method at PKU Muhammadiyah Yogyakarta Hospital. This study uses a qualitative approach with a case study strategy. The subjects of this research were determined using purposive sampling approach, involving 5 informants as personnel in each cost pool. In-depth interviews and documentation of internal financial data were used as data collection techniques. The results of this study show the presence of inefficiency in the Accommodation cost pool and the Cleaning service cost pool. Inefficiency in cesarean surgery services can be determined after analyzing the utilization of capacity, which is the end result of cost calculation using the TDABC method. The stages of cost analysis using the TDABC method in this study include: 1) Identification of Cost Pools, 2) Identification of total costs for each cost pool, 3) Determination of practical capacity and capacity cost rate for each cost pool, 4) Determination of time estimates for each cost pool, 5) Cost calculation, and 6) Analysis of capacity utilization to determine the level of inefficiency by calculating the percentage of available capacity compared to idle capacity. The results of this study are expected to provide input regarding the optimization of idle capacity, cost efficiency, and improvement of healthcare service processes in the hospital.
